Best Amusement parks in Mexico

En un interesante y divertido parque del Grupo XCARET que se visita en tres o cuatro máximo. Se puede recorrer, sin hacer varias de las experiencias.

Nosotros nos la pasamos muy bien en el recorrido sensorial.

Great park, I loved the zip lines and water slide the most. They had all sorts of fun places to take pictures, fun activities to do, and some great food as well.

Like Disneyland they have cameras all over the park that can take your pictures using your RFID wrist band, these are for separate purchase later if desired.

If you go to the path of doing (see map picture I added) you start on a water slide and then go straight from there to a zip line, then a cenote (underground river) and then a mud cenote.

They also have some beautiful gardens, and a unique "lemonade tree" that you can stop at for free lemonade.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the paths easy to follow. There are a few things that were kind of confusing (signs used a mix of numbers and letters that could be confusing, bathrooms were kind of different with toilets that weren't meant to be used in a couple places but they were labeled). Remember that the park is designed to show that reality isn't necessarily what we perceive.

For excursions we were able to go on two. We booked both excursions with Guia Local Riviera Maya, and the famous Fernando Cat. The second excursion was on Monday. Even though it wasn’t with Fernando personally, our guides David and Gabriel with Selva Maya Eco Adventure were amazing! It was an atv/zip lining/cenote excursion through the Mexican jungle. In all we did nine zip lines, road and atv for about an hour, and saw two more cenotes. This time the cenotes were one fully underground and the other was semi-closed. At the end of all the excursions we saw the three types of cenotes that Mexico has and met some amazing people. We strongly advise booking ANY excursion you are looking to do through Fernando Cat and Guia Local Riviera Maya!!!!

Beautiful place. My favorite part was the caves but there were many beautiful attractions. You will be busy for the whole day the portion sizes were huge 1 item can feed 2-3 people.

Considero este parque como una atracción fugaz y única, ya que realmente el recorrido es corto pero con muchos escenarios que incitan a reflexionar.
En lo personal, las veces que he ido, realicé el recorrido mientras tomaba fotos y en la segunda ocasión fueron dos circuitos , una de conocer el lugar rápido y el segundo para fotos .
Deben saber que ya sea que compren el paquete de fotos o no, llevar el celular con funda o la GoPro , es una buena opción para tomar buenas fotos y videos .

El lugar es muy bonito, parece pequeño pero realmente se puede disfrutar por horas. Es para toda la familia aunque hay actividades que no son aptas para todos. Se puede meter el teléfono en caso de que no quieras pagar el paquete de fotos, hay bastantes estaciones para hidratarte durante todo el recorrido. Definitivamente no se pueden perder de este lugar.

This was a highlight of our stay in Tulum! The guides were all friendly, nice, and funny. The ATVs are an extra $40 so we skipped it - the people that did it seemed to enjoy it but I was glad we were in a covered vehicle for the 20ish minute drive each way. The zip lines and bridges were fun, but the two cenotes we went to were the show stoppers. I really enjoyed the rock climbing and rappelling also. We ended up purchasing the photos at the end ($40 cash or PayPal only) and I’m so glad we did!

Fue una experiencia ESPECTACULAR!!! No existen palabras para explicar todas las sensaciones y vivencias en el parque. El pueblo del revés te vuela la imaginación, y las fotos son increíbles. Mucha naturaleza y en mi opinión es un lugar que debe ser visitado si vas de vacaciones . La comida es exquisita, pero no está incluida con la entrada al parque, tampoco lo estan las fotografías pero es algo que debes de pagar como extra si quieres que la visita al parque valga 100% la pena, ya que las cámaras estan estratégicamente colocadas y las fotos salen maravillosas. David & Gael (aka, John Wick) were absolutely awesome! They were very professional, safe, and most of all… so much fun!!! My kids voted this experience #1 for our 8 day trip to the Tulum area :)

Food buffet looked nice and fresh, but we both had diarrea for 2 days afterwards... 🤷🏻‍♂️
Tour was very nice, recommended to take the noon departure and see sunset on way back.

Very fun and family friendly, everything felt safe. Can be done in half a day but you could easily spend the whole day there.. there’s so many fun details and photo ops!

Food wasn’t great though, specially in comparison with other Xcaret parks (particularly Xavage). It’s also not great that the only way to the water activities is the town (quite a feat if travelling with someone who gets dizzy easily).

We booked an excursion through our hotel while on vacation that included riding on a catamaran to snorkel in the ocean, visit a beach/shopping and last stop was this with the Dolphins. We had such a great experience swimming and playing with the Dolphins and would absolutely recommend it!! The employees gave clear directions and were very friendly!

Nice islands, with something to see in terms of landscape and the possibility to swim with the dolphins. Full of bars and restaurants. Suggestion to pay a taxi 1100 pesos for a 90 min tour of the island, or rent a cart for driving yourself. There is a so called maya park, not really worth the expense and the time. For just a daily tour.

Enjoyed playing and swimming with Dolphin. They are so smart and friendly. Due to the large wave, it was a challenge to swim around. The staff were very patient and helpful, assisting to complete the whole activities.

We had such a great time with the entire team. Davíd was an amazing guide. Very funny and engaging. The activities were all fun. The cave cenote was our favorite. We had a relatively small group with us so it felt like we got extra attention. Overall, an amazing experience and we were so glad we did it.

Purchased the excursion in Cancun..arrived at 7:30 am to register and board the ferry for the trip to Isla Mujeras. That two story boat rocked something good... several passengers went below to the 1st floor.

Thankfully they provided English translation . Uneventful.

I booked it through the Go City pass which included only dolphin encounter with no photos but inclusive of drinks and lunch. Right before when you enter the ferry, there is a team which will try to upsell you a bigger package. This one, I'll suggest to take the offer. I got a deal on extra $140 for all photos included and a trip to Garrafon + Kayaking, Snorkeling, visit to the sites, lunch/drinks at Garrafon and transfer/taxi to Garrafon all included. Perfect day to spend.

Amazing place! It's smaller and secluded, not like one of those big corporate-style places. Guides were incredible, the cenotes are gorgeous - like nowhere I've ever been before - and the activities are fun. The ziplines, climbing and rappelling were great and were all maintained beautifully with excellent equipment. At the end you can swim in the second cenote for a good long time if you want to. It's gorgeous so you will want to! The main guide is an educated environmentalist and can tell you lots about the cenotes and diving caves and tunnels in the area, and he's really fun. Lunch was amazing too. Even just the ride out to the cenotes through the jungle was great. Would absolutely recommend if you're looking to get off resort and see something beautiful while having a great time. Note it's cash only so make sure you bring enough for entry and to leave these guys a great tip, because you will definitely want to!! They also have a guy who will take photos throughout for you so that you don't have to worry about messing around with your camera if you'd like. Bring n'a extra $40 US ($700 pesos) for that if you're going to want to do that.

Just an amazing experience staff are wonderful you won’t be disappointed.got vio package spent nearly hour and a half with dolphins so much interaction .also manatee experience if you want .VIP gave access to private area bar and food which was lovely .we paid 220dollars from a booth in la Isla shopping centre but beware this was not with photos .on arrival at boat photos where 160dollars and further 30 dollars at the actual place for some video footage as normally they don’t have time for this as so busy but you can’t not have pictures .etc .we got catamaran across took about 30mins which had tea coffee beer and snacks overall a great experience overall

This was my favorite excursion in Tulum! ATVs to zip lining, rock, climbing, repelling, and cenote’s. Jorge made the experience so much fun and his entire crew made me feel safe. Plus, they fed us tacos. I highly recommend this experience!

Such a fun experience! It was our first time seeing a cenote and it was incredible! The water was crystal clear and felt so good. Zip lining was a ton of fun, all the activities were great. Definitely recommend choosing to use the ATVs to get to the park for an additional cost, it is so worth it!

I could not recommend Selva Maya Eco Adventure more!!! My husband and I rode ATVS, zip lined, and visited two cenotes and it was an amazing experience. Sergio was our tour guide and he was PHENOMENAL. He truly went above and beyond for us in so many ways. He offered to share his personal lunch, charge my phone when it was dead, and give us Tulum tour guide advice. We had such an amazing time!! We wish we could do it again because we had so much fun. The weather was cloudy and rainy but the experience was still so incredibly enjoyable. Even if the weather is bad, if you don’t mind getting wet, go on this trip.

My advice is to 100% pay the extra money to rent the ATV because it was a blast. The ATV ride was around 10-20 minutes each way which made for such a fun time!! We will definitely be returning in the future.

No tienen buena organización para subir al tren! estuvimos esperando más de 20 mins haciendo fila y cuando por fin llegó el tren a la estación el Sr que conduce el tren dejo subir a otras personas que no estaban formadas MUY MAL SERVICIO
