The experience was amazing - our trainer, Fernando, was top notch and extremely knowledgeable and good with the adults and kids alike. We loved everything about the dolphin encounter and were excited to buy photos after. However, the pricing for photos was outrageous. We had a family of 11 - 5 kids and 6 adults - ranging from 6 yrs old to 75 yrs old and were really looking forward to taking home a keepsake from our family adventure. Pictures were $50/ea! They negotiated to $495, but it just wasn’t feasible. We tried reaching out to them after leaving but they still wouldn’t budge. Very very disappointed after what had been such a great experience.
Highly recommend looking into photo prices before going so you aren’t as disappointed as we are.

This was a phenomenal experience and one that I would highly recommend. Our trainer, Fernando, was knowledgeable and friendly. We had dual languages in our party and he was wonderful going back and forth. He showed such love and compassion to the two dolphins we had. We did the Royal Swim Package and are so thankful we did. We got to interact with high fives and kisses, dorsal swim and a foot push. Tickets were bought off Groupon so we got a good price but agree with some of the comments that the picture pricing is ridiculous. Small benefit is to wait to buy the picture package afterwards as they gave us a good discount upon getting ready to leave. Definitely recommend!!

What a pleasant surprise. I was a bit skeptic at first, pushed back by the ticket price, but came out feeling like I got my money worth and much more. With the Admission Plus package, we had access to a quality buffet for lunch. The park is huge, clean, and with top customer service. The performances in México Spectacular were the cherry on the top, production value you would only see in a Broadway musical. Congratulations to the whole team, this probably will be one of the highlights of my vacation in Yucatán.
Did not stay for the night time events, unfortunately, since we had other plans but the full day was amazing.some of the wildlife wasn't out at the time due to some habitat remodeling, and we were a little bummed that we couldn't do the river cruise due to high water levels, but there was still so much to do. I recommend you check the schedule to see what cool workshop are being presented in the Mayan village. There is so much to learn and enjoy there.
It was a blast. Not much people and the weather isn’t crazy hot. I enjoyed the blue river the most. The Avery and butterfly sanctuary were so beautiful and the cultural night show at the end were so breathtaking no wonder they why they say it’s spectacular. I just wish that they let you eat at least twice with a xcaret plus ticket but I get it, there so many things to see and do in this park for the price of the ticket so it’s so worth it. Will definitely come back again next time.
I wish I had scheduled more time here! It's like a Disneyland with no rides. Several parks to choose from and tons to see. We went to the aviary and the butterfly display, then started heading for the puma display but ran out of time before the show. "Xcaret Mexico Spectacular Show", this is a must see show! Live action, lots of music. This shows a lot of Mexico's history as well as history and traditions from different areas of Mexico. It also has an underground river you can go in.
Absolutely a beautiful and joyful experience. There is no way to do everything in one day. We had the Plus ticket which included lockers, buffet choice from one of several restaurants and other plus access and activities. We got lucky with the perfect weather and a time when it wasn't overly busy. There is a huge parking area and parking is included. Everything is clearly marked and clean. When you present or get your new tickets the way into the park is clear and there are many employees ready to help you along the way with any questions. There are several colored paths you can choose to follow on the sidewalks as well as marked "road" signs. Stop and look at the large map posted to orient yourself and look at all the things you can see and do. There are several small shows, sites, displays, interactions to choose from. It's not possible to do everything in one day. You can also pay for add-on activities or purchase an upgraded ticket that includes added activities. We didn't and we still had time only to see maybe 1/3rd of this beautiful place. If you're interested, read about how this place got developed. It's fascinating. My advice is that you pick the paths and activities you want to accomplish roughly with leeway to stop here and there along the way when something catches your eye. One thing - always carry water. The place is huge and it's hot and you need to hydrate. You can buy bottled water and refill it at several marked stations throughout the park. I am posting some photos but honesty they hardly do this place justice. Yes, it's pricey but for the cleanliness, quality, safety, variety and beauty of this place we found it highly worth it and plan on returning.

I echo the thoughts of many of the reviews on here already. The marine life was amazing. The price was crazy. Four people for about 2.5 hours of interaction - this included standing in the water watching others - cost $650. The entire thing felt like a photo op. Do “this” and look at the camera, do “that” and look at the camera. It was much more about the staff photographer getting the pictures than actually enjoying the experience. Then they wanted almost $400 for photos. They allowed us to negotiate down to $180. I did not buy the photo package, which we would have liked to have because you are not allowed to take your own pictures, because the whole thing felt very manipulative. I do not recommend this place.
This park was great! We came in October and their were little to no crowds. Especially toward the afternoon, we were practically the only ones in the water. The snorkeling was fun, with lots of fish everywhere. They also had a few fun zip lines. Overall, I would recommend!
This was an amazing experience!! The members of staff were very friendly and nice!!(trainers & lifeguard). The dolphins were fabulous!
As for the photos (pricing), they were a little pricey but the shots were worth it. So,I would recommend buying it ahead of time ($50) rather than seeing them and ending up liking them but now they cost $70.

Definitely a must see and an absolutely great experience! The underground river is a fun way to explore and travel, as there's checkpoints where you can stop if you want to leave early.
It's a very big location, so definitely a lot of walking but it has different areas which are themed and offer different things to see.

I had visited years ago, but during my recent visit I got to experience far more of the park. We did a full day and were busy the entire time. I would return in a heartbeat.

* It's long, but DO NOT miss the evening main show from 6-9pm. You will enjoy every bit of it. It's enticing. My 9 year old and 2 year old sat through the whole show without complaining.

Great park, lots of swimming, snorkelling, cycling. Booked via the Xcaret app and got a full day. Open 8.30 until 6 and includes all inclusive drinks and food. Recommended.
Trying my best to remember, it was December 2003 that we were there. Was an interesting overly-touristy take on Mayan ruins and cenotes and animals and all that. Almost to the level of a theme park... though I wonder if they have a roller coaster now.
I wish we'd done the float down the river, not sure why we didn't when we were there. Going up the tower was cool, the view was really something. Look how little development there was back then!
Lots of animals to see, shows and food. Still not convinced that is the way the ball game was played, it just looked way too stupid and impossible.

The rides were great, but the HUGE surprise was the Loonie Tunes dancing with the DJ spinning during the foam party! OMG...that was epic. There was no trouble with the lines & it was a perfect day to enjoy the park!

Positive : the natural landscape are amazing. If we are organised is possible to see everything, doing the rivers swimming is very easy and takes about 45 minutes. The final show is amazing production, very beautiful. We can take photos at the public machines spread throughout the park ( we can buy the photos in the beginning or end of the visit for around 110USD)
Negative: snorkeling space are very small
I dint like the extra activities as swim with turtles, dolphins or shark's, their habitat in the park are very reduced and we can felt they are not happy ( is sad to see).
The final show can have less time ( 2 hours is a litlle bit long).
The prices are around 121USD per adult person without lunch and 165USD with luch included.

Loved this place! Really wasn’t sure what to expect before going but it’s a really huge theme park that you can easily get lost in. It’s massive. We spent all day there and I feel like we only scratched the surface of what there is to see and do. Make sure if you go, you make it a whole day and stick around for the big show at night. It was incredible. Little bit of music and dance from every region in Mexico with a lot of history. Going way back to Mayan times. I’d go again in a heartbeat and I’d also like to check out some of their other parks.
Bus transportation from our hotel was very organized and comfortable. The driver was very polite and welcoming! We arrived at the location on time and was directed properly and informed clearly for our return instructions. We were issued our armbands on the bus because we purchased the excursion at our hotel. This was a great idea! We went during the week, don’t know if that made a difference. We didn’t have problems getting lockers, but the restaurant breakfast line got crowded quickly so we were sent to another location. The food was well stocked and tasted perfect. The activity area water was dark and crowded but once you got to the open snorkeling area, the water was beautiful! My family had an awesome visit yet again. I’m sure this will not be our last time.

Great amusement park for Latin America, the Superman roller coaster was my favorite. The food was good inside the park, variety of options. I visited it on a Wednesday during the Mexican vacations and it was not really crowded, I had the opportunity to enjoy all the attractions.
If your country doesn’t have a great amusement park and you are into it you should definitely visit it.
Buy the tickets online you will get a better deal, I recommend buy the food plan with your ticket.

Wish I was able to get more photos of this place, but it is fantastic! We had free food and free drinks included with just regular entrance to the park. The place is very big and looks gorgeous. It offers all sorts of activities to do all over, and it has a very cool/refreshing natural pool to jump into. The quality of the food (which all the restaurants are buffets) is really well made and tastes great! It's fun for the whole family!
This park changed their opening hours after I had already bought tickets and then refused to refund my tickets. I was then charged twice for new tickets, which they also refused to refund. That's 1 ticket for the price of 3! Batman ride is cool though.

It's a really nice place. It is pricey but is good. It is a full day activity since it is really big. So I plan to be here from 8am to 10pm. They have about 5-7 restaurants around the area. You can see birds and butterflies as well they have the sea area where you can see the turtles and sharks. The restaurant is buffet style with lots of options. The park is full and is very hot so I do not recommend it for little kids. I saw a lot of kids crying about being tired of walking as well as being hot.
BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! The show at the end is worth watching. You will NEVER regret visiting here!!

Visited this park on the last day of our vacation. This would be perfect for those folks with kids. It’s built mainly around 3 rivers that run through the park. If you are not planning to enter the river, then you might feel that the entrance fee is too expensive as the land activities are not that great. There’s an aviary and a butterfly pavilion which were nice. There was a horse show which was nice. The espectacular night show was amazing and beautiful performances by all the artists. Would definitely recommend staying for this show. Overall, the entrance fee seemed pricey for what the park offers.
Great park! As always, the GP ruins good rides like Medusa and Superman flight of steel by bombarding it with a line. Make sure to enter early for the best experience and don’t go on weekends like I have today.
Loved it! One day is not long enough to see/do everything! I would definitely love to come back. It's beautiful. Love that it's all inclusive, all you can eat, towels lockers etc. It began raining but, still we were able to do a lot of the activities even snorkeling. The lunch buffet was amazing!
Loved this park and cannot wait to go back! It was adventure, culture and sooooo much to do. I definitely needed to stay for a few days but I went as part of a cruise excursions and it just wasn't enough time. My guide Javier was AMAZING! He's so kind and helpful. I love their idea for a picture package, but I wish that I would know where they would be so I can prep. Lots of my pictures were no good but still a phenomenal experience. Already planning a trip in the next few years to stay longer.

experience shouldn't be missed. Arrive early and stay the whole day. I started my day l with water activities: 3 rivers One river was a bit hard because you exercise way more. That river is the Manatees. Don't worry about a locker, you will get free locker, no extra charge.
The park has wonderful and easy paths, color coded.
We bought the basic ticket it include lunch only once and can't enter restaurants twice at the same day.
Please note that every attraction need ti pay extra, for example speedboat or swim with dolphin.... and many other activities you meed to pay lot of extra money.
The free tour most for families, and it more relaxed, for more then need to pay.

Excellent park! I visited for the first time the park and it was an amazing experience... I strongly recommend you to swim the river (do not use the floater 🛟) and use all the equipment that they offer (or you might end the road exhausted).

Todo limpio, la gente respeta todas las áreas, la tirolesa no tiene costo, sólo hay que firmar una responsiva, los chorros de la fuente en la entrada están padres para refrescarse
Muy bien lugar con juegos, el fin de semana hay tirolesa, y wc cuidados. Me gusta que el personal de la delegación está constantemente supervisando que no se haga mal uso de las instalaciones...para que permanezca en el mejor estado posible...
También hay prácticas de lucha libre ...
Y una pequeña cancha de fútbol rápido que ese si esta en mal estado...😕.

But two quite negative points:
- my transportation request was not answered (4 emails + 4 calls)
- I paid 200USD for photos upfront via their homepage (2 adults, 1 kid, 1 infant) and we did not get one family photo - it would have cost 70USD extra at the destination

It's great! The flash passes are a great option as well. It'd be great to have more maps around the place, but it's a great experience. Many rides would shut down for maintenance after we waited 30+ minutes in line so, that was annoying. It'd be great if they had a scheduled maintenance available for the people to see when the rides will get maintenance and not waste their time.
This place would be 5 stars if not for the ridiculous price of photos.
The dolphins are amazing intelligent beings and very friendly. The trainers really love and care for the dolphins and the dolphins seem to enjoy being there and entertaining visitors. The beach itself is clean, picturesque and relaxing with not many visitors.

Came here for the dolphin discover using gocity pass. This is a actual resort. I upgraded my tour for $20 per person 50% off maybe due to off season.
Lots of free parking, the resort has its own beach and lots of chairs. When I went free of charge, also come with a free lunch but no water that's a bummber.
This place also has a strabucks inside awesome!
The dolphin is actually inside a pool but without any cover, free lifejacket. I recommend you to wear a hat as it is really sunny.
There is free shower right downstairs, be sure to bring change of cloth and towel. No shampoo or soap provided.

Muy buen parque y tiene buenos juegos para que pasen bien día los niños en compañía de sus familiares
Está muy bonito, perfecto para traer niños y pasar una tarde muy divertida. Está muy cuidado, buena vigilancia y cuidados sanitarios.

Excelente trabajo por parte de los cuidadores del parque, siempre atentos a cumplir con las normas, pese a que esta en la colonia MORELOS, el parque esta muy bonito, y la gente agradable, el área de juegos es extensa cuenta con columpios para bebes y gente con discapacidad que traiga silla de ruedas tienen un coliseo con ring, me encanto que la fuente va casi al ritmo de la música y por si fuera poco tienen los arcos con luz aunado unos escenarios para fotos muy instagrameable

Amazing experience! They took good precautions with COVID. Marco was great and made it very enjoyable! We were able to enjoy food and spend time by the beach afterwards. Only complaint would the price of the photos.

El lugar es divertido cuando está abierto, pero ese es el problema, casi nunca esta abierto, esto incluyendo la zona donde se encuentra, ya que las montañas negras de avalos dañan mucho tu salud y la de tus acompañantes.

Son pocos lo juegos gratuitos para niños mayores de 5 años y adultos. Algunos no son muy seguros. Pero es es bueno lugar de entretenimiento
Le doy una estrella porque es lo mínimo que se permite, pero pienso que la organización ha ido decayendo, los juegos mecánicos son caros e inseguros, el área de comidas sucio, con mal olor y además muy caro.
Si me diverti mucho junto con mi hijo lo recomiendo

Decayó bastante a como la recordaba, a pesar de que la visite con frecuencia cada vez había menos gente, pero me gusto la zona de bares, lo que puedo decir y es en nombre de todos es que regalen mas papel, uno nunca lleva, sean un poco considerados.
