This department store is another level. Liverpool has everything. You can spend more than 3 hours walking around and eating something in the restaurant area

I have never such amazing stocked store! Big sale today. I have lived in NY, London, Los Angeles, and been to Many places and this place is beyond comprehension for shopping and eating!
Nice place to visit
We find great deals all the time. We furnished 90% of 4 bedroom home using Liverpool. We have a connection there and she (Fanny) let's us know about up coming sales. If you go there look for Fanny in the furniture department. She can help you throughout the store.
Cool mall they have everything that you're used to in America.
Very well stocked and probably the most upmarket store in Playa Del Carmen, although definitely not the easiest to access as it is not easily accessible without a car.

Staff are mostly happy to help, just as long as you're in the department that they are paid to attend, otherwise they don't even try to assist and almost aggressively send you to a different checkout...

Pretty impressive. I was lucky in finding Old Navy had a 50% rebate on all merchandise. Casual gonna wild. It houses a Sears. Another 2 malls and a Walmart Super Center are at walking distance. You can spend an intense shopping day.

Very rude employees in this store!! Asked a sales person where the umbrellas were and she just pointed, way over there! What kind of service is that? Employees in this store need to be taught customer service as they have none, zero!! Don't think I will be back to this store, horrible service

As every Ikea I've visited, a labyrinth with shortcuts 😁
We shop here for our 6 month old baby and there is an extensive selection of products, we find everything we need whenever we need something. Plus there is an in-store carousel that our baby really enjoys. Plus you can also take your pet with you, as long as it is inside a pet backpack or stroller.
This is one of the largest branches of the brand, surely you can find here what you are looking for.
Some times there are good discounts and promotions but most of the time the prices are overvalued.
The store is located within Perisur Mall and is well connected, the carpark is huge and the closest trustful public transportation is the Metrobus with the Perisur Station.

Nice, they finally had what I was looking for and in store, I've been searching for a particular item all over the city, they finally had it
This ikea location is not pet friendly at all which is absurd, I was confronted by a female security officer that was incredibly stupid and rude. We settled on having the dogs be left outside with my step dad, while my mother and I browse the store but the security woman was disgusting to us and then said, you need face masks to enter the store too after we had come back from dropping off our fur babies with my step dad.. overall, super annoying experience. I've entered the home depot next door and they are super pet friendly and courteous, and they even have pet friendly shopping carts. This was a new low for ikea, especially considering theyre a Scandinavian company, that also sells pet supplies.

This review is for La Casa de Toño. The food is excellent...i had flautas...potato, roast beef and chicken. The beef was my favorite. I also had horchata...the best i have ever tasted in Mexico. The restaurant atmosphere is relaxing. The staff are friendly and the service is fast. The plaza has off street parking. Would visit again.

Good selection of products in a wide variety of categories. Unfortunately if you're hoping to browse casually for items you will be hassled, interrupted, followed, and have your personal space invaded by sales people, who simply won't allow customers to be alone. There is a glaring misconception in this hard sell approach, which assumes that every shopper wants attention from the sales people. Some shoppers just want to browse without being molested by sales people. What a complete turnoff. I will never buy items at Liverpool again.

Finally in Puebla! A great choice of home stuff at different price. It is better to go there during the week and having much time to be able to see everything and enjoy shopping.
And of course, it is must to have their traditional meat balls and daim cake! They are absolutely delicious and at a affordable price!

Macy's like store with everything one could want. We loved the furniture there. Everyone is friendly and they are doing Covid precautions! Plus I love the well it parking lot with security!

Very upscale department store, the only one in Playa Del Carmen. Find a lot of Exapt things like Cadbury Eggs Candies and Recliner chairs. Typically things are on the more expensive side for Mexico prices, but the arrive is very attentive, they have a large selection of goods and they deliver. Try to hit them during a sale to get the best of everything. Great for men's, women's clothing, shoes, accessories, candy and fancy chocolates & bubble tea, electronics, furniture and bath. Think Macy's adjacent.
Good.place to spend.time. it still has the same shops and restaurants. Definitely, there's an abissmal difference between the Starbucks in plaza Americas and this one.

This Liverpool store has the same products as any other store. I'm not saying this as a bad thing, on the contrary, that is a real strength because you don't have to go all the way to cancun to find an specific item you are looking for. People here are not as kind in Cancun or in a more vacation oriented place, like the hotel zone, but they are ok. Just because of that I'm giving this Liverpool 4 out if 5 stars. Also a strong point of this (I don't know if it's the only one near this place) it has a pet friendly cafe. You can come and eat breakfast, have a meal or dine with your dog.
Went to a bar here, enjoyed it. Theres an ice skating rink, mutiple food and clothing stores. You will find what you're looking for here.

Liverpool Polanco stands as a proud, shining specimen of a vanishing species: the classic, full-service, full-featured department store, with a vast range of products and services, and an emphasis on both. Unlike it's venerable downtown sibling, it shows no sign of wear. It looks good. It smells good. It feels good.

It is full of office items. The prices are quite high but the product worths it.

The shop is amazing with great quality products for home decor. I went to exchange some things that were not the right size and they did it without a problem.
The only issue is that there were only two employees, one was clearly new since the other one kept giving instructions but it was not enough for the movement in the shop specially in boxing day.

This is an international department store than leaders the brick and mortar of retail in Mexico they have a wide variety of clothing items for Men and Women and for the whole family , here you will find all the biggest brands in a never ending arrange of sizes, colors and types all displayed has good taste and nice customer support - from technology to socks and underwear - they also have nice resting areas with good amiance music

It's a really good shopping place, a wide array of stores and shops, even booths to buy stuff. Has a movie theater and Walmart. For visitors from the US : this mall accepts dollars and has some English speaking employees. Me gusta mucho, pero también pienso que debe de haber un Little Caesars y Dairy Queen
The food court of this place is amazing, I was here for a few days and just came here, best selection of gourmet food, and restaurant, all under one roof.

An excellent place to visit. dinner, movie and some drinks all in one place plenty of parking and look if the buissnes you visit give you a free parking (a little plus that no one tells you about it)

Old Fashion shopping center, where you can escape from the heat outside. Looks like an 80's building and have a few shops, in less of 15 minutes you walked the entire mall.

One of the better shopping centers in Mexicali...clean, well maintained and nice variety of stores. Food court could be better though
Awesome place to hang out on hot days, nice location for food as the food court is quite nice as well, there's also quite a nice selection of shops which are all kept clean and nicely refrigerated.
Convenient modern shopping mall, with everything you might need for a weekend shopping outing, from a Walmart anchor store, through the obligatory Starbucks, movie theater and a great food court. Only thing missing is somewhere to get a haircut.
