Support muslim shop. Reccomended place👍
On 27th may around 5.50pm i visit giant to buy groceries items. During make payment i ask the person in the counter to tape the egg i bought to avoid the egg come out from the egg tray and damage. This guy just put abit of tape and said done. I ask him to tape around the whole egg tray to make sure it is more secure but this guy refuse to do so and he said he need to get permission from his superior..... then there is a lady do cashier closing beside this counter and he ask her permission. This lady said ok and call me 'orang yang pelik'. Hello giant 😡😡😡😡😡 this is how you train your staffs to talk with your customer ? When i ask her, she said there is an instructions from her management to save cost !!! How much you guys gonna save cost from this tape ?? She not even ask an apology for calling me 'orang pelik'. I have recorded full video on what she has said. I want an apology from Her side and giant for this matter.
Giant management !! Please train your staff's on how talk to the customer. And don't give stupid instructions like this to your staff. There is many more ways to save your cost. Think about it.

One of the main super stores in kota baru , having almost very thing related to daily life. Good reasonable prices with lot of options. Food outside is also good.
Service is very bad as we need to queue long time to make payment during weekend. Cashier is working slowly yet only few cashier counters are opened.Poor cashier arrangement by management team. Need to queue up for 10 minutes to make payment which is quite ridiculous

All time favourite supermarket in Johor.. but staffs not so friendly though.. some things are cheaper during promotions but sometimes Watson's have cheaper promos. Need to always compare pricers..

Attiud need to aprove . Face is already no mood but dont't use your mouth to talk that way at customer. You don't want work go to resign. What attiud like that
Big shopping mall. Free parking. Many choices with more stall, restaurant, and of course Mydin Mall. You can come with your family and nice environment with new experience. Will repeat and come again. Just only inside G Orange Tunjung. So lest go.
The main entrance open early. Arrive at 9.30am, already opened. Only at 10am, most retailers open their shops. I went there for bowling group activity. Well catered for the Muslim community.

not recommended to shopping here especially in weekend... very slow counter service .. i'm waiting for 2 hrs to complete paying
Please add more prayer room. It's always too packed with people when it's prayer time and it's barely comfortable when there's too many people at one place. I can barely squeeze in just to pray. Rather than everyone crowding in one place it's better to have another one. Please mydin, you are better than this. It's a miss to have such a large mall but only one prayer room.

The cashier is cheating, today he is accounting items when I arrived home I found out 1 of them paid but not with me so I went back to take it back. When I went home I found out he accounted another item but it was not among my items so you pay for them but when you go home it is not among your items. Ashame on you Aeon cheating

This is one of the few brighter sparks of Country Garden.. Beletime Mall post Covid.
Aeon is still fully operational and a must go venue for those still living in the residences there.

If you are looking for value-for-money bulk purchase, this is the place. It reminded of Costco in the States. There were even sections for toys, clothes and kitchenware
Having said that, if you want to look for fancier, higher end ingredients or merchandise, you probably can't find it here.

We have bought the recycle bag from Aeon because they haven't provided plastic bags anymore since last time. However, I was bringing the recycling to Aeon to buy things, and when I made the payment. The INDIAN LADY security was so rude and unprofessional looking at us all the time and asking us do you have scanned the recycle bag. What is this??? This is not the first time met this, happened every single time when I made payments. Thought there was a security system to prevent someone from trying to steal. The security like not well trained before coming to work. If you want people to buy things from your store, please make sure to find a better security company to do duty.

Small but complete outlet, great for quick grocery grab. Would be great if they revive their delicacy corner, and improve on the non halal section.

I was shocked when I entered this giant.
It is tooo biggggg out of my expectation.
Went to their food court. Woww. There is variety foods offered. I have no idea what to choose. All looks sedap and good.
The place were very hygiene and there is alot of dining tables provided. No worries.

Just a normal hypermarket, selling the normal stuff. The inside is huge. Most of the shoplets are open. Food court, ATM, and toilets are available inside. Got massage centre too. Parking is easy and free. Strategic location. Clean.

Easy parking, designated carpark was almost empty but people parked car along road side. Things in supermarket are fresh and good in quality. But most of the things are sold at much higher price as compare to other supermarket. Not many people in supermarket, even the shopping mall.

Mydin tunjong is the largest mydin mall in kelantan. It is a 3 storey hypermarket. Anchor tenant is mydin, with a lot of other franchise like AW, marry brown, tealive, sushiking etc. It also has a good food court, with variety of choice. It has many car park and for now is free. Good for shopping.

Very good service during my visit especially at the undergarments section triumph I statisfied with the services and their products.
Good place to shop for produce. Although I can't seem to find bananas that are slightly green. Mostly those that are almost ripe and the bunches are huge.
A very old Hypermarket that is in dire need of refurbishment. However, it is still very well stocked. They have imported food items which you would never expect to be available here. And beautiful madammoselle beauty accessories.

Giant looks new. It's big, clean and nice. The Mall is mostly patronised by locals. Not crowded and packed. Spacious mall with many small shops. There is an area opposite that is just for mobile devices repair and accessories selling. We went to number ps44 level one to do our iPad and Samsung mobile phone repair. He is very reliable and charged reasonably.
Note the toilet is very smelly and dirty. Hope it can be cleaned more frequently or properly.

Good place for groceries, very competitive prices. This place is packed during school holidays and weekends. Not many people know, but if you show your receipt of purchase more than RM 30, parking charges are reduced to RM 1 from RM 2.
Good selection. Way cheaper than other malls
Still same huge hypermart with most items for normal family needs in JB city center. Especially interesting are the frozen food section. Large parking area available for low fee. Price competitive for most items especially those on sales. Cashier counters spilt between numerous trolleys and less than 10 items without trolley. Cash or card accepted for payment. cafe within offers value nasi lemak and hot drink set.
Can get all your family needs here. Easy to park & good value for your money. Mostly cheaper than other supermarket.
