On 27th may around 5.50pm i visit giant to buy groceries items. During make payment i ask the person in the counter to tape the egg i bought to avoid the egg come out from the egg tray and damage. This guy just put abit of tape and said done. I ask him to tape around the whole egg tray to make sure it is more secure but this guy refuse to do so and he said he need to get permission from his superior..... then there is a lady do cashier closing beside this counter and he ask her permission. This lady said ok and call me 'orang yang pelik'. Hello giant 😡😡😡😡😡 this is how you train your staffs to talk with your customer ? When i ask her, she said there is an instructions from her management to save cost !!! How much you guys gonna save cost from this tape ?? She not even ask an apology for calling me 'orang pelik'. I have recorded full video on what she has said. I want an apology from Her side and giant for this matter.
Giant management !! Please train your staff's on how talk to the customer. And don't give stupid instructions like this to your staff. There is many more ways to save your cost. Think about it.

Service is very bad as we need to queue long time to make payment during weekend. Cashier is working slowly yet only few cashier counters are opened.Poor cashier arrangement by management team. Need to queue up for 10 minutes to make payment which is quite ridiculous
All time favourite supermarket in Johor.. but staffs not so friendly though.. some things are cheaper during promotions but sometimes Watson's have cheaper promos. Need to always compare pricers..
Attiud need to aprove . Face is already no mood but dont't use your mouth to talk that way at customer. You don't want work go to resign. What attiud like that
Super huge giant spanning almost the entire level 1 of the mall wow! Lots of stuff for daily needs and essentials theres clothing as well and fruits vegetables and meats the place is really neat too.

If you are looking for value-for-money bulk purchase, this is the place. It reminded of Costco in the States. There were even sections for toys, clothes and kitchenware
Having said that, if you want to look for fancier, higher end ingredients or merchandise, you probably can't find it here.
There's a carpark at the basement and outside the building so finding parking space shouldn't be a problem.

huge supermarket with all the items so neatly placed, its a shopping heaven for those who like to shop at supermarket!!
