Ordered a nice mix grill plate with Salad (Fattoush) and a cheese pie .. All were great. I would've wished the lamb meat to be a little more juicey.

The best arabic cuisine I have tried in Malaysia. The hospitality is great, shesha is great, we were hosted very well by Abu Ahmed. He just made our dinner special, every time I come to Malaysia I am eating their Grilled Shrimps.
It is an amazing restaurant with the best grilled shrimps I ever had. There service is very fast, humble and a perfect spot for date and shesha. There staff Abu Ahmed is the guy you need in Tarbush JW MARIOTT branch.

The omelette is particularly delicious, and the battered and grilled shrimp we ordered were really gigantic. The food preparation left us with no complaints. Highly recommended.

I was transported to the heart of the Arab world with the incredible dishes served at this restaurant. The ambiance was warm and inviting, the staff were attentive, and the food was a masterpiece of flavors and textures. Highly recommended!

Lamb mandi was delicious! But the grilled lamb chops were slightly overdone. Service was attentive & excellent. Came for an early dinner on a Fri night so it wasn’t too crowded yet. Recommended!
Superb Arabian food in the heart of KL. Ordered lamb nasi Mandi and mixed grill. It’s a good portion for two pax. Restaurant ambience is great. We love the food here and will definitely come back again for more. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻😀👍🏻

Absolutely classy. Absolutely pricey. The service is top notch and the food is simply exquisite.
The baked bechamel hotpot was the bomb, omg soooo good. The lamb in the tomato sauce and the yellow rice was also so spot on. We had 4 dishes a big sparkling water bottle all for 210 ringgit. My one complain if I’m really picky is that the bread wasn’t hot. Other than that I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Great Mediterranean food sooooo yummy! Try this place

Menu is traditional Middle Eastern. A variety of meat options. I had the lamb biryani and it was tasty but not remarkable. Two large chunks of very tender lamb. Meat fell off the bone. A large helping of biryani without a lot of flavor - a few raisins in the mix for color. Served with two sauces, the smaller of which was an incredibly good pico de gallo, oddly enough. I wasn't complaining!
Hummus is also fine but unremarkable. Pita was a little chewy served warm in wax paper but otherwise fine.
Their iced honey lemon tea was refreshing and only barely sweet - a nice alternative to soda. Plenty of other juice options as well as tea and coffee.

Once my favorite place due to its quality service and friendly service team is now looking very bad. No one to greet and looks not maintained at all. I traveled 34km to enjoy the place with food and Shisha but looked so bad I left.

Very nice restaurant, helpful staff and tasty food. Also portions are big, enough for one man. You can hear soft classic music when eat, but it not interfere talking, so I guess it is a great place for first date or business meeting
I was having chicken fajitas, it come with french fried and the salsa source. Chicken fajitas is a bit salty, I guess is because this is a Arabian restaurant. The fajitas skin is chewy. I specially like the salsa source, rich but not creamy.
Lemon ginger honey tea is nice, honey perfectly mix with the tea and the honey taste naturally.

Passed by many times in the past. This time, I had a sudden craving for sweets and thought of this place since I was nearby. Popped by and ordered Turkish delights and a pot of tea but not before I was mistakenly served mini pizza thinking it was complimentary as part of their hospitality.
Excellent experience, had a good time at this restaurant, the food is quite yummy, serving is big for 2 small females, we overestimated ourselves 🙈 otherwise the ambience is good, it was a quiet weekday and recommend this if you’re looking for something different in the area :-) Nazmul was very friendly and gave good recommendations for us. Thank you!

We tried Maghlouba lamb (34 RM) and Biryani lamb (33 RM), and the two dishes were virtually identical except Maghlouba had eggplants, cauliflower and yogurt as well; meat and rice was the same!
It was well cooked, and the presentation was acceptable.

The pepperoni pizza was nice. Enough for 1 person. If ur a light eater can share with 2 people too.
Price is mid to high range. Average dishes are around the rm20-30.
Shisha price is a bit experience. Rm25 for shisha. And rm6 for the hose.. I never had to pay extra for the hose. Unless it's a new hose each time..

Such a wonderful meal that we look forward to every time we are in the Bukit Bintang area. Superbly fresh and by far the best Lebanese food in KL! We are vegetarian and thoroughly enjoy the vast selection of outstanding dishes available. Make sure you save room for dessert!!
A very big portion for Chicken Mandy Rice. For Malaysians i think we can share this triple portion with 7 people. The gteek salad is superb. The drink is ok. The staff is very friendly.
I recently dined at Halab KL, located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, for the first time. Finding parking was a bit of a challenge, but I managed to park at Park Royal Residence, which is about 400m away from the restaurant. The ambiance inside was cozy and inviting. What truly stood out, however, was the delicious Arabic cuisine.
Having never tasted Arabic food in the Middle East, I've explored several Arabic restaurants in Malaysia, including Hadramawt Palace, Barakat Hadramawt, Hadramawt Waterfront, Bread and Olive in Malacca, and Al Jamal in Nilai Negeri Sembilan. Among them, Halab KL has undoubtedly been the best in my experience.
During my visit, I ordered the chicken Mandi, lamb kebab, and shawarma. The waiter informed me that the shawarma would take some extra time to prepare, which I didn't mind. However, after enjoying the chicken Mandi and lamb kebab, we were already quite full and had to take the shawarma home.
The chicken Mandi was a delight. The fragrant rice was perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of salt and herbs. The chicken was cooked well, although some parts were slightly dry. The portion size, in my opinion, was generous and suitable for two people.
The lamb kebab was excellently seasoned and paired wonderfully with pita bread and garlic sauce. The accompanying salad complemented the kebab nicely.
Overall, I was thoroughly impressed with Halab KL and will definitely return. As a fan of Arabic cuisine, this restaurant exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful Arabic dining experience in Malaysia.

Came for dinner with the fam on a Sunday and was able to be seated fairly fast. The menu is not very extensive compared to the other Middle Eastern restaurants I’ve been to. The chicken sharwarma’s meat was quite dry and tough. The lack of beef menus was also a damper, we didn’t expect there was no beef before choosing this place. When we wanted to order, there was also a big communication gap with the server as they couldn’t understand what we wanted and just kept on nodding with no proper action taken. Overall okey but could’ve been better.
What's the use of atmosphere when u already not happy with the food and service ...the gril chicken was oozing blood first time, requested to get it done again and after more than 15 min...this second time when we dissected the chicken, it was raw bone all the way.....not even apologizing when we cancelled the order, they purposely chattered in Arab language or whatsoever so we local dun understand...first and definitely last
Restaurant is easy to find and very big. You can get a seat without a reservation even when it's busy. To drink, again a fruit juice, which are simply fantastic in Kuala Lumpur. On the culinary side, the restaurant offers a variety of meals. I chose stuffed dumplings with cheese as a starter. The dumplings came with a chilli sauce that was extremely aromatic. Super good. For the main course, I had a small mixed grill plate with a wide variety of different meats and roasted vegetables. The side dish was tzatziki and potato wedges rolled in hot spice powder. The barbecue plate filled me up, for me the meat was a bit overdone, for my colleague it was just right. He ordered the large mixed grill plate and couldn't eat it (big eater). If you prefer grilled meat to other dishes, this is the perfect place. There are also large screens showing sports.
Service is 11/10! Good job. But Sorry i have to give 3 for atmosphere.. i think it's not a really suitable place for kids as there is a lot of smoke as people take shisha or hookah. The air is quite heavy. Thanks for the hospitality. Overall, it offers great food and service. Alhamdulillah
Hello everyone. Marrakesh restaurant has the best food and drinks in town. If you’re on a low calorie diet, then this is the place to go and dine in at. The prices are also very reasonable and the food is simply delicious. The portion is pretty generous and worth the money paid. Once you have eaten here, you won’t dine elsewhere. Give the restaurant a try and you’ll not regret the experience. Thank you.

Surprisingly, since its Arabian restaurant they should be more specialise in Arabian cuisine. Disappointing really…
My first time here. Came on a weekday for early dinner. The restaurant is very spacious especially at the open air area. We opted for the air conditioning area as we were not planning to have shisha.
We ordered bread with hummus, Mandy Lamb, and mixed grill. I enjoyed the hummus as it had a creamy consistency and a strong nutty flavour much to my liking.
Mandy lamb was average for me; the meat was flavourful and tender however i would have preferred longer grain and fluffier rice.
Mix grill was tasty both the chicken and mutton.
We ordered Moroccan Mint Tea and took a second serving as we truly enjoyed it.
As for dessert we ordered Kunafa with ice cream, and it was average for me.
I would come again to try other dishes from their menu, and perhaps Shisha as well.

The most worst and not worth it for shisha place in kl. Paid for 25rm but no taste at all. Not worth the money. And the cashier was so not friendly, hes unbelievable, he said we first timer sheeshh 🤣🤣lol

Located in the heart of Bukit Bintang. They provide free parking in a building next to this restaurant if you dine here. The food tasted amazing, the place was filled with multicultural people from all sorts of race and tourists dining in. We ordered the lamb kebab & mandi chicken. Portion given was huge with very reasonable price paired with a nice hot green tea in this beautiful antique teapot. My friend and I totally had a great time here due to the service provided by Kamanul. He was so friendly and attentive, catering to us the until his shift ended. He made sure we were enjoying the food and explained to us when we don't know what's in the menu. Even gave us a complimentary fruits before we leave. Such a wonderful experience dining here, feels like you've traveled to middle east already with such an excellent service from him. 👍🏻
We tried the lamb mandi. Pieces were good with reasonable amount of flesh. Taste was good overall, expecially the punchy sauce they give in the side(mix of tomatoes onions etc). I complaint is that i found it to be slightly oily and it was lacking a bit of freshness which is obvious from the time we visited(around 4pm).

Their Shawarma Lamb was delicious and I enjoyed it especially with additional pickles. The Turkish coffee was good too but the coffee was same price as my dish 😂 Service is great and staff were very attentive and efficient. Restaurant is clean and comfy environment

Came here the first time for my first year anniversary celebration. Am impressed by the food presentation and interior. Food is good, love the lamb wrapped veggie (forgot the name of the dish). Adeni tea is thick and creamy, and mild sweet, a bit to dense that it makes my stomach a bit uncomfortable post meal. Nevertheless I still enjoy dining here. Friendly staff as well. Place is a bit packed and everyone has to move around carefully.

this is my first time here. My wife brought me here because she says its not too crowded and the food is good, which is absolutely correct! Its just their service was a bit slow even though they arent many people.
But the food is really good! you got it while its still newly cooked. As for the price, it could be a bit pricy but its worth the money! The food portion are quite a lot.

Came at 1030pm, looks like a great place to hangout with friends enjoying some Sheesha and good food.

Zafran Restaurant in KL offers an okay dining experience. The food was decent, nothing extraordinary. However, their shisha was enjoyable and the overall vibe of the place was pleasant. It's a decent option for a casual night out with friends.
Wonderful food! Restaurant is gorgeous and spacious. Had a wonderful lunch. The hummus and Tabbouleh were great. Mix grill Kebabs were good too. Chicken with rice was huge portion! Fahsah lamb was so good too.
Nice Morrocan restaurant in jalan raja uda, delicious foods, value for money, friendly staff, good services, big portion, we ordered Maghlouba lamb, Lamb shawerma sandwich, Kabsa lamb, Mandi lamb and shish tavook, all the food are fresh and tasty, if you're fan of shisha, you shouldn't miss trying shisha there, it was whale of time with family and friends.

The food was so delicious. The portion of the bamboo briani chicken was enough for 4 people. The portion of the mixed grill was less than my expectations but the taste was good and the meat was tender.
I also liked the Yemeni bread. Alhamdulillah.
After we were done with our order, the restaurant provided us with an extra dessert for free. How sweet is that 😁.
Parking was also no problem.
The bill was more expensive than I thought considering the 10% service charges and also 6% service tax. It's ok, it is a decent restaurant. We really enjoyed our lunch there. We'll come back again inshallah.

They serve the food without the complete meals and said to share the soup and sauce since we are together.

Customer service is zero, no tissue paper and they are rude and disrespectful.

Always been inlove with Arabic foods and Halab KL is just superb! The humus lamb, grilled chicken with cheese and the Mandi Lamb is so delicious 😋 The service is so great as well! We will surely come back again and again!

Food served was cold, all the meats especially, the sauce was very limited and when we asked for extra, they secretly charged us extra despite us checked if it’s free or not. I guess this is also because this place isn’t very English friendly, or they couldn’t understand us well (English as our first language, Malaysian Chinese).
Staff who took our order was friendly but also didn’t live up to the promise I suppose because he said ‘if cream finished, can ask for more’, so we did and got charged for it. We tried to asked for extra fries but it was at most 15-20 pcs of fries in our plate that had more empty space than actual food itself. Idk, you be the judge and see the picture.

Regular here. Good food. Reasonable pricing. Spacious, located beside Flamingo Hotel. Easy parking on the sides. Occasionally order from Grab and foodpanda. Suitable for having meetings here
One of the best middle Eastern places I've ever been to in terms of food.
Price is on the higher end, can expect to spend between RM20-40 per pax here.
The parking on the road outside the shop is 'valet' so you need to pay RM5 or so.

Price wise compared to other Arabs restaurants. We took 2 big plates of rice lamb, a jug of water, side dishes & take away etc that totally cost RM250, which is cheap. Venue and food varieties are good with very fast serving. Lamb Mandy is tender, the taste & flavor is there but not as delicious as Hadramawt in my personal view. Overall, good to try here. Pocket friendly with variety of selection.
This is my ever first adventure into middle eastern cuisine. In short, I loved it. We ordered the largest mixed plate and with the other dishes, there was so much food to go around. The food was not oily and very well flavoured. My favorite was the small aubergine dish. Meats were well marinated, and the lamb was so succulent. The staff were friendly too and it didn't take long for the food to arrive. A little pricey but if the food is good....the $ doesn't matter as I gave my belly and taste buds a great time. 😊
A Middle Eastern restaurant with an impressively grand exterior and interior that has an air of nostalgia. The Lamb Mendy and Nasi Arab are truly stars of the show, both lamb and chicken meat were so tender and easily fell off the bones. Loved the salads and the hummus, their bread was nice and hot too. There's plenty of parking space outside the restaurant premise and most importantly, this place is wheelchair accessible. A decent eatery choice for large gatherings.

Service was bad although we were the only customers. The order was taken incorrectly and 4 dishes came out gradually over a period of 45 minutes.
I believe most of the reviews are farm reviews. I'd suggest this place to be flagged by Google My Business.

Food is mediocre, just ok. The taste, quality of ingredients, the freshness is just ok.
Price is a bit pricey, but if you hangout together in a group could be cheaper with shared food.
However, this place got a good view in the second floor and they turn on sports game on the big screen at the first floor. Which is great! Sisha also just ok. In overall good place for hangout with friends or watch football together with friends.

Wonderful restaurant serving the best Arabic food we had in Kuala Lumpur. Service and attendance is outstanding and all the plates we tried are excellent, especially the Shawarma and Mixed Grill Plate but that day I take Lamb Biriyani. The chili hummus is very recommendable as well. Prices are very reasonable and sitting on the terrace watching the twin towers is just wonderful. Highly recommendable place in KL!!
One of my top choice for Middle East food, ordered mixed grille & lamb maqloubah; the taste is spot on and to our liking; maqloubah is well cooked and its lamb has “melt in your mouth” texture. Price-wise is bit cheaper from other high-end middle East restaurants nearby. Less crowd so the table service was fast. Overall a good experience

Soft and velvety hummus as you can see! Felt like a half-melted soft-serve ice cream, with a rich nutty flavour that's offset by a hint of olive oil. Perfectly cooked shish tawook chicken and juicy till the last bite! Staff was very welcoming and friendly!

This is one of the best arabic restaurant in town. Everytime I'm craving for arabian food, my husband will definitely bringing me here. The ambiance inside the restaurant is calming. The interior soothing the soul. The food are superb and obviously exceeds my standard... The staff all respected and well trained. I can say that almost everyweek I will be coming to this place. Love it! Must try the malawah, fahsa, lamb haneeth, seafood plater, sahawa, greece salad.. wallaaa 😋😋😋!!!
