Cute little place for kids to play and muck around while the adults eat. When I say little I mean quite small but good enough for 4-5 kids at the same time. Their chicken chop was pretty good, however, the kids mac and cheese set was way too salty for adults, let alone kids. It came with a fruit bowl and yakult which was alright.
A charming playground cafe – a favorite of my 6-year-old and 3-year-old boys. It's a delightful spot for them while I enjoy a moment of relaxation. Noticed the staff diligently sanitizing the playground, a definite plus!
Bought Belgium Chocolate Cake. Taste and appearance also good, with reasonable price too
Risotto feels kinda undercooked and salty. Felt not worth the price. Taste are very simple.

one of the BEST cakeshops in ipoh. Butter Cake was so soft and buttery. Not dry like other cakeshops. Design was really 5 stars!! I order a very hard design and was able to pull off EXACTLY like what I asked for. Thank you so much "APPLEMINT" Will repeat order for a Lifetime 🤩🤩🤩🫶🏻🫶🏻❤️❤️❤️
I recently visited this cafe, and I must say the food was absolutely delicious. The quality and taste were top-notch. However, my only concern was the noise level due to the large number of kids in the cafe. If you're looking for a family-friendly place, this might be perfect for you, but if you prefer a quieter atmosphere, you might want to consider the timing of your visit. Overall, great food, but be prepared for a lively atmosphere.
Nice brunch place with my family. Love their coffee. The chicken chop is one of my favourites. The kids love the Halloween Special DIY cookie and also the cake kits! Will definitely come back again ❤️

Personally I prefer Orange Americano, it’s a little sour and bitter after taste which I thought it was a good mix! We also had their spicy korean chicken pizza & popcorn chicken, both were delicious too!

Perfect ambient perfect environment for kids, ladies to hang out. Good coffee as well. Baristas are friendly as well. Worth a try.

Their pasta is the best! 😍 It is well-seasoned, cooked al dente, and the sauce complements the pasta perfectly. The portion is generous for the price. We will definitely be returning to this cafe. ❤️

Had English breakfast and hot cappuccino. Hashbrown, croissant, eggs were good but not great. Sausages were lower standard ones compared to what you get from cafes in KL. All these for the price of RM34.90. Cappuccino was a bit better than norm cause you get a slight balance between coffee bitter taste and milk sweetness
The decor here makes the atmosphere very elegant and dreamy. The service is mediocre with no warm welcomes or smile from the service team. The desserts look good but were very disappointing. I had the lemon sponge cake and the tropical summer cake which was an oolong tea with guava jelly cake. The sponge cake was very thick and lacked depth in taste and then the lemon glaze was an overwhelming punch of sugar and tart in an attempt to make up for what the cake lacked. The oolong cake though was great in taste but the cake portion of it was mush like wet cake. It wasn’t a good kind of soft/moist that you would want in a cake, but mush. Although it tastes great I wouldn’t ever have it again because it just doesn’t have the right composition.

Very cosy little cafe bakery. Cake is quite nice.. not the very sweet type. Also have variety of western food. We ordered the Macaroni & Cheese and black paper chicken chop. Very tasty.. and to our surprise the macaroni & cheese comes with soup & garlic bread.

Located at Lebuh Pantai road. Chic and cozy, rustic mix minimalist decor. It’s been there for more than 2 years.
Large menu, signature dishes, from breakfast to dinner. Good food and service, nice plating and presentation. Pork Free cafe, I saw some Malays and Indonesia Hijabers enjoyed their food. Delicious recommended dishes by friendly and helpful staffs. Display show its homemade cakes and pastry, matched with their various coffee and tea.
Order and pay at the Cashier, but take your time to check out the menu at the table.
Parking is around street side or private parking across the cafe.

nice presentation w/ dry ice below the wooden plate. Invigorating dressing, fresh crisp green and salmon, nice mix of everything. Recommended!

chicken whole leg is succulent, delicious to the bone, love the plating and flavourful sauce, need more sauce for me. Love it!

black squid ink pasta with topping of grilled ‘giant’ squid. So good, squid cook very well and yummy. Must try!

Nice slices of fried salmon with generous sweet teriyaki sauce, pickles, rice and fluffy scramble egg. Tasty dish.

Love the atmosphere, design , lighting, vibe , furniture, service, cakes , drinks ..everything.. fall in love . Menu was quite interesting with softshell crab pasta . Cake was quite unique. Price was ok like normal cafe price. Drinks was unique. Tried the Rose Latte , syrup has rose flavor, coffee was regular latte .. overall good combi . Trued tge flavored cake was quite unique, less sweet wpuld be perfect. The price of pasta was reasonable. Like the wooden chairs, long sofa bench and natural lighting . The washroom was well designed with serviette ready in basket ( very thoughtful) . Overall romantic experience. Parking was challenging but found a open space parking nearby .

I love to buy buns/breads from them . Their buns are so super soft and tasty . The boss always give me complimentary buns when I buy a lot from them . Usually I will call them to pack for me what I want . Or sometimes I will call grab express to pick it up 😄 overall everything is nice . This chocolate cake is super nice and soft . This is not sweet and it’s only Rm50 for half a kilo .

This humble and lovely cafe offers delectable food and bakeries at reasonable price. Owner and staffs are truly friendly and ever ready to attend to customers' needs. A hidden gem, this cafe deserves more recognition. Food is prepared with much care and dedication. Their macaroni cheese is our favourite. All pasta meals comes in set with soup and bread. Fish and chips served in generous portion. My family's favourite lunch spot. Go try, you will return for more👍👍👍

Nice place, good food ,good service and reasonable price.
Went at 8pm. Was informed that they only sell cakes in the fridge. When asked whether can dine there, the sales girl told me that i can't. She also told me that all the chairs and tables and drink counter in the shop are decoration only. Lol. We had a good laugh.

Serving very old cakes which are dry and chewy most of the time. (slice cakes) pizza is the worst that u can imagine. Ordered combo A snacks and the nuggets was sour (expired or too old) fish balls was not fresh.. And there serve poor quality corn ice cream for float drink. There's a lot to say. Worst cake shop ever. Do not visit this shop if u don't want to ruin your day...

The customized birthday cakes that I've ordered thus far from The Slice Ipoh have been always on point. The cakes are always moist, the finishing on the designs have been neat especially the fondant ones. The sweetness of the cakes isn't overwhelming. The bakers are very friendly and extremely accommodating as per clients' requests. The pricing is reasonable as per the quality offered. Have been ordering from them almost every other month and will do hereafter as the service is very satisfying.
