Everytime I go there around 11am or 1pm been there twice this week and the doors a closed because they're on break 🙄

Bought a pack of coils (5) only 1 work, 10 min after buying the pack, I went to talk with the Manager, he said I’ve put too much fluid on the coil, my answer was like > WHAAATTTT?, I vape for the last 5 years, 1 year with the same equipment, and “the fluid damaged the coil & lost the Ohms ? “
Guys, you seriously need to give warranty on your products, most of the low star reviews it’s because you don’t offer warranty…
I understand that the coils “don’t have warranty by factory “ but lie to me in that way? I bought on your store since you opened, I believe that was ridiculous. Anyway not gonna see me there again, and any of my locals mates either

I bought a vape 3 months ago, and it was not working after 2 3 weeks, so I went to the shop if I could get a warranty refund, so one of the lady took the vape with my name and number so she said she will inform me, but after 1 month still they said that they could not find my vape. Worst customer service ever I had experienced in New zealand.
staff give out discounts willy nilly, not a problem to me personally but the chick in shop flirted w my bf right infront of my face just plain rude, shop has no standards

Arrived at the store at 910am, Not open and no one there. Waste of time never coming back here.
Not happy at all. Store opens at 9 Am then break for 30 minutes at 10 AM. Not a professional service at all
Try and avoid buying anything here especially new devices. Expensive compared to other places and bad service. This is my second experience and would never ever buy any new devices in future.

Won’t be returning to Shosha Queenstown until the management is sorted out. The current manager is rude and self entitled. As a long standing shosha customer I have been provided with a 10% discount on my purchases. When I asked for it to be applied to my purchase at Shosha Queenstown (provided my email as proof he could look it up on the computer system) he told me it’s reserved for ONLY HIS FRIENDS AND FAMILY and that a discount was not something he would give to me unless he knew me. I explained how long I have been a customer and he was the new manager therefore should honour my discount and he wouldn’t. He was rude, self entitled and arrogant. Due to his behaviour and attitude I will not ever shop at Shosha Queenstown again. Managers change all the time and this one needs so serious training around customer retention
Unfortunately I forgot to ask for the kind man's name behind the counter, but he has very delightful customer service! Offered a few testers to help pick out a new vape, answered all questions perfectly, and a free vape for Christmas! Highly recommend! 😊

Bought a disposable vape, it was super faulty and after an hour of owning, It leaked everywhere and in return I was offered $5 off another purchase. It seems $30 is worth more to them than keeping a costumer happy. I won’t go back again

If it were not for the overpriced stuff sold by the company, I would have given a 5/5 because the young lady who runs it is extremely helpful, down to earth and goes the extra mile to help the customer! All the credit for all of the four stars goes to her!

I popped in when I was at Black Box pizza next door, and was greeted with a bit of a surprise. The delightful staff helped me pick a new flavour and I was surprised how much I liked it. Highly recommended.

Omg, amazing store!!! Went the other day and wanted to buy strawberry ice alt pods and they didn’t have it. Went back two days after that and Sannah(I hope it is right!) recognized me and right away just gave me my beloved strawberry ice! Best place in Queenstown! Staff is amazing

Went into Iqos and had an amazing experience with Priscilla. She showed me the science behind the Iqos products and I was able to try the product.
She was extremely friendly and answered all the questions...she even suggested I call if I had any issues.
I have just started using it this week and am really happy with it.
