Absolute awesome workers that helped when close to closing up shop and helped me with the things I needed even when didn’t have what I needed still managed to help me to my needs ☺️

Won’t use them again, not the first problem I’ve with Shosha, the last one :
Bought a pack of coils (5) only 1 work, 10 min after buying the pack, I went to talk with the Manager, he said I’ve put too much fluid on the coil, my answer was like > WHAAATTTT?, I vape for the last 5 years, 1 year with the same equipment, and “the fluid damaged the coil & lost the Ohms ? “
Guys, you seriously need to give warranty on your products, most of the low star reviews it’s because you don’t offer warranty…
I understand that the coils “don’t have warranty by factory “ but lie to me in that way? I bought on your store since you opened, I believe that was ridiculous. Anyway not gonna see me there again, and any of my locals mates either

I bought a vape 3 months ago, and it was not working after 2 3 weeks, so I went to the shop if I could get a warranty refund, so one of the lady took the vape with my name and number so she said she will inform me, but after 1 month still they said that they could not find my vape. Worst customer service ever I had experienced in New zealand.

Try and avoid buying anything here especially new devices. Expensive compared to other places and bad service. This is my second experience and would never ever buy any new devices in future.
Bought a vape only 10 ago and it's faulty but denied to accept the fault and didn't bother at all.

Won’t be returning to Shosha Queenstown until the management is sorted out. The current manager is rude and self entitled. As a long standing shosha customer I have been provided with a 10% discount on my purchases. When I asked for it to be applied to my purchase at Shosha Queenstown (provided my email as proof he could look it up on the computer system) he told me it’s reserved for ONLY HIS FRIENDS AND FAMILY and that a discount was not something he would give to me unless he knew me. I explained how long I have been a customer and he was the new manager therefore should honour my discount and he wouldn’t. He was rude, self entitled and arrogant. Due to his behaviour and attitude I will not ever shop at Shosha Queenstown again. Managers change all the time and this one needs so serious training around customer retention
