This branch is so far the most efficient and professional compared to Medical City’s other satellite clinics. I had several lab procedures and consultations last Friday. I came in with an approved LOA so the process was quicker for me.

Kudos to the male receptionist who was approachable, accommodating, and helpful given that he was serving several patients at once.
The OB and especially the Derma whom I consulted to where professional, punctual, and took time to answer your concerns and tend to you. Most of the staff, if not all, are also professional and approachable.

Only downside is it takes a looooong time for them to release the results - 2-3 days for simple blood chem and weeks for other tests. They should improve on how they release their results easily without the need for the patients to request for an online copy. I guess this applies to all their clinics.

Worst extension clinic of the medical city. Got there 8AM was told i was 3rd in line however my doctor starts clinic at 1pm and was told to go back. I went back but this time i waited so long before my name was called. Staff said that its not first come first serve. I have always had my check up in this clinic and they would usually priotise the first person on the list.
If i can give 0 i would.

Do not come to this horrible clinic in Eastwood. Worst customer service. I was third in the queue but it took me 6 hours to see the doctor. A dozen patients were able to cut in line ahead of me due to the negligence of their staff. The doctors and nurses are rude.

Slow processing appointment at 9am processing hmo 10am. Still waiting to be checked by nurse before going in for consultation.
Aircon was not working when I was there. I went for a consultation to secure a warts removal procedure request. Doctor and staff can’t give proper quotation telling me that they will know the price AFTER the procedure. What’s the consultation for? I also got different response from their hotline vs doctor. For those Maxicare cardholders who want to avail the same procedure, I suggest that you try other clinics instead.
Waiting time is really bad, arrived 1:30pm, I’m still hear and it’s almost 4:30 already :(
They should improve on the waiting or numbering system from their reception. Start of service begins there. They waiting time is really long, like you need to wait minimum 1 hr even though there are few people in line.

Doctors not available (they either cancel to the last minute or not even come at all). Reception staff unresponsive in all platforms—texts, phone, mobile and email. Have to walk-in to inquire, which is a waste of time.
Been visiting this branch since 2022. I’ve had three visits/ check up since.Staff are friendly, it’s just that the waiting time is always long, unlike other branches. When you set up for a dr. appointment, it will always take 2 hrs for the line up to start moving. 💔

I love it here. Will definitely recommend this clinic! Staff's are very accommodating, approachable and communicate with discretion. The clinic is neat and tidy, and can get chilly due to AC. I have cold intolerance, so if you are the same...it is best you bring something to keep you warm while waiting.
Not answering calls or inquiries, guard always says no doctor is available every time i come to the clinic.
I thought some of Sydney Medical Clinic is bad. This Medical Centre is the worst! I was booked at 1:30pm and it’s already 3pm ( 1:30minutes ) I’m still waiting to be seen by some unknown Doctor. The Centre is probably booked for 10 patients but everyone’s no clue as to what time will they see the GP. I was seated at waiting area hoping that some Doctor will call my name.
But 1hr & 30 minutes! Common! The staff are friendly, but this Medical Centre need some GP desperately! I have to walked out after waiting for that long. Non of the staff at the reception will explain about the situation. If this is the type of Medical Centre you have to visit if your a foreigner. FORGET IT!
One of the worst clinics I’ve been to. Absolutely rotten service and a doctor is rarely available. If you go there with a fever they simply turn you away making some excuses.

The better clinic than in gateway. I was able to get a slot right away and only took a few minutes before I got checked by the doctor (ENT). Fast transaction.
Receptionist or nurses that's assigned for service and inquiry, lacks proper information, response, and setting of expectation towards patients or people inquiring, doctors are always late and doest have passion towards helping patient, doctors are just their to answer general answer which can also be found online, upon other observation the area is clean but doctors doesnt cater true passion to towards their profesion and just up for the payment specially with their patient, please note as an add on Dr. Gina Cairme does not taker of her patient at all. The essence of being a doctor was lost and just up for the money.

There is no proper queue-ing system and monitoring. The service is slow as well -- almost 4 hours and counting just for an ENT consultation.
Went to request a medical certificate. Guard told me to get a number and wait to be called. Was called about an hour later. Only for them to tell me they dont have any available doctors today. They could’ve posted an advisory or at least inform their guard so time is not wasted. Will not return
your Dr for cardio is so irresponsible.We are so early at 10am to secure medical cerificate but 4pm still no Dr.
recently visited The Medical City Clinic and had a great experience. The clinic was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and hygienic environment for patients. Dec 19, 2022, when I visited the medical center clinic and was attended by Dr. Candice Joy Esmino. I know this is a bit of a late review and thought I'd write for the sake of the clinic's reputation and not to tolerate doctors' behavior. Today I was not feeling well and the first medical clinic I thought of was The Medical City Clinic but then I remembered my bad experience with the Doc. Esmino. She was accusing me of faking my illness even with all medical laboratories proving that I am sick. She even said that I was only using my health card to seek free treatment. Reason for me not to trust your clinic in taking care of patients and choosing the right Doctor to trust and the ability for compassion. I shouldn't write this but I believe every feedback is a gift to learn and improve. Now I will go to another clinic even though I feel more comfortable going to The Medical City Clinic because you have all my health records. I wish this experience will not be repeated with other patients and will not be tolerated as I was almost doing in delaying this review.
Terrible service. Doctors are good here but the employee especially at the reception have attitude probolem. They never pick up calls. How can patient ask inquiries regarding doctors schedule you guys dont pick up calls. I hope the medical city clinic will hire better employees who can do their job

Bad experience with them. They're not accepting the patient if the patient still have fever though that's our reason why we need a check up due to fever. It doesn't make sense to me.
Had to wait a long time to get seen, then they asked me to get some x-rays to decide how long the treatment would be, just to tell me the length they wanted me to pay for an additional consultation, a small follow up consultation to get the results should be free. I would not advise this clinic to patients paying cash.
So unreliable! When I called to inquire if the doctor can assist me the agent sad "Yes, come around this time" and when I did get there I was rejected! I know that chickenpox is very contagious that's why I wore layers of clothing and did not even cough just to avoid spreading it and waited outside away from anyone then a few hours I was sent home because they said COVID is getting higher in numbers again and they don't want their patients to be affected blah blah blah I know for goddam sake! They should have just told me when I made a call that I won't be assisted! Now I'm back in my house full of blisters exploded due to heat thanks to them I'm suffering even more!

Went for an APE, started around 10am it was a saturday, process ended around 11am, although had to comeback around 1:30pm for physical examination.

I think it would be better if you went around 1pm, I guess. It might take you around an hour and a half to finish all the process if you go at that time.
For APE results you will have to wait 7-10 days, they will provide you their contact information.
The staff was nice and decent, it can get cold if you are wearing shorts and tshirt.

If you have a cough or covid like illness I heard that they don't let them in, so might want to try another clinic if you need to check for symptoms like that.

Overall good experience, if you went early you can roam around SM Cubao to pass time, which is just across the place and it has Starbucks nearby as well.
Security guard at the main entrance is not friendly and not trained for customer service. Receptionist (girl) told me I could just walk in for a bloodchem when I ask if i needed to be scheduled. As long as I do the 10 hour fasting. The following day I arrived 11:40 then they said cut-off was 11am. Guard even snarled at me and my wife this time.
I would like to concern about the Family Doctor Ms. Noeline Cutchon - She is not accommodating and not willing to listen her patients concerns, she is really RUDE!!!! SHE HAS NO EMPATHY AT ALL! Im not even Fine at all but she insisted that Im alright, she even questioned my age sarcastically. I hope you could find a Good doctor medical city.
I wasn’t asked at the reception if I have insurance and I proceed for the consultation to get clearance for fit to work. After done my total bill was 2500. I told them that my insurance has direct settlement and will cover it, however receptionist blamed me for not telling them about this upon arrival and told me that’s it’s to late to request for mexicare approval, furthermore doctor was not accredited by maxicare. So it’s my fault and my problem. Cashier were eating chips and her attitude were quite rude as well.

Poor customer service, no one will pick up the calls, will tell you that they will call you within 24 hours don't expect. When you go to the clinic the process is very slow.

A simple check up will consume 2-3hrs of waiting time and the check up will only last 2-4 minutes.

The women in front desk is always angry good thing that the other one is helpful.

Doctors are not punctual. The schedule for example is 2PM the doctors will arrived at 3PM.

The guard is very helpful the reason why i rate it 2 stars.
I am here now. Long hours of waiting for my ultrasound scheduled betweeb 9-12pm. Its now 1137am. Still no progress and update.
I took my wife for medical consultation because she has been having diarrhea for five days already and had fever a couple of days. She has been getting weaker which prompted us to go to this supposedly urgent care clinic. She tested negative for COVID using antigen home kit. However, she was declined to be seen by the doctor. Aren’t doctors have Hipocratic oath to see patients who needs medical attention? Oh, we do have the money to pay.
The clinic is nice and clean. Doctors are pleasant but NEVER on time. It says that his schedule is strictly 10-12nn but he always arrives around 12:30, can they please update their lists?
Nurses and staff are another thing, we have to be the ones to always follow up, otherwise they just forget to call on you, even when there's not many people. I know they're busy, and probably underpaid but waiting is wasting our time and money.
If I could give this a negative star review, I would. First, they never answer the phone and does not allow appt. So you go there in person but it takes a very long time for them to call your queue number just for you to hand your paper/insurance and get listed to a doctor. All the staff are lazy and won’t even take the time to verify your insurance so you have to pay out of pocket. There is no consideration or accommodation at all to persons with disabilities. Dra Sweney B. Retiro doesn’t give consultation discounts to those with PWID and the cashier only allowed Pwid discount when I firmly insisted the law on it. Masama ang loob nila sa 200php (equivalent of $4usd) na discount when I don’t even have to pay if only they were not too lazy to verify my medical insurance. Dra Retiro has no consideration at all to persons with disabilities eventhough I was there very early at 2pm, was seen almost 5pm coz she chooses which ones to go first, the ones that came in after me. Even if they Check the security cameras it’s all there so I have proof. No appt but doesn’t follow the first come first serve basis. When you call her attention to this lousy system and no consideration/law discount on pwds, deadma lang and walang kaconcern concern sa pasyente. She blames the staff and nurses but when I asked the staff and nurses to face her regarding her no consideration for persons with disabilities, she didn’t even refute them that she was the one who ordered them about it. Dishonest, unkind, unprofessional, and no compassion at all to persons with disabilities esp young children.
Medical City Clinic is respectable and considered one of the best hospitals in the country. However, in my experience the staff ( receptionist, cashier, xray technician are all not approachable, not having smile and not thinking they are being paid because of patients.
Management need to educate and train these staff to be courteous and treat patient like a king and queen. Your business is very competitive and you need to show extra ordinary treatment to patient.
Train your staff to be customer oriented in taking care customer satisfaction .
They are good at wasting patient's time and effort. I waited there for more than 2 hours for nothing, I made an appointment to have transv but when i got my turn after I waited for so long the obgyn dr told me that I should just return some other day because there were lot's of pending patients like hello i'm also your patient. I went there waited for more than 2 hours to have transv but she decline tho I already paid for consultation to have that transv so basically that doctor earned from me for consultation doing nothing. I felt like they just ripped me off and it's their strategy so they can earn again when you return they don't care about your struggle as long as they will earn.

Staff are rude. Security guard was also rude. The company like Maxicare tied up and referred employees to their clinic. It seems that they are not happy catering APEs at this branch. We even overhead staffs "bakit ang dami nila."and the way the guard calls out the people is definitely inappropriate because he was shouting instead of asking politely.

If you are sick you will get sicker with the stress you'll get here!

1)I had my ape there last July 2. I got there first (at 8am )the guard told me to sit down and wait for them to open. When they opened at 9am i was the last one who got the health declaration form, so i was the last to be processed.

2) Results are not available online i have to go back to pick it up after a week. (Not true after a week resukts were still incomplete)

3) I got back on tuesday July 5 to get blood extracted from me. Which went smoothly cause i was early and it was a weekday. But... After a few hours i got a text saying they didnt get the right amount of blood and i had to go back. And so another insertion happened on my other arm. No blood came out, needle was in too deep and she slightly pulled it out and asked if it hurt but no blood was coming out so she slightly inserted it again. After that she said she had to do it again on my other arm which hurts more and bruised for a week.

4) incomplete results. Time effort and resources wasted. I got tested july 2 and 5 today july 15 i dont have complete results with me yet. Yesterday when someone i authorized picked it up for me they ensured him everything is there (in the envelope)-it was not . Can't see my doctor cause I'm still waiting for results. (Until now)

5) difficult to book appointment. i called their call center to book an appointment for whole abdomen ultrasound- but did not get text confirmation.

6) actual clinic is not contactable i have no way to call them to check on my results

If you are reading this and planning to get tests done with them. Walk. Away.

Conveniently located inside Mall of Asia, this clinic has ample space for clients. Very organized, clean and comfortable waiting areas. Drawback? Waiting time due to the number of patients can be long. But that can also be a good sign since patients are willing to wait for the physicians here, they must be good. Come with your gadgets/cellphones fully charged to kill time and you’ll be fine.
My experience at HealthFirst Clinic - Eastwood was good. The staff is courteous and helpful and the service was fast. Two thumbs up! #ThankyouHealthFirstClinicEastwood 👍👍

GOOD DAY! I want to give WORST feedback experienced and a COMPLAINT at the same time in medical city waltermart makati. first the frontline desk and the cashier desk are not that responsive if your asking something seems like they're not willing to accomodate people who have inquiries! 2nd, lack of advisement when it comes to procedures for the test esp. in laboratory process, no proper advisement of timeframe when the test will be processed also when it comes to procedures. Its our third time going back and forth to the clinic and not yet getting the test, they only answer that were getting from the lab that they cant proceed the test due to improper way of fasting wherein in the first place the employees are giving out improper advisement! Its like their tired doing their job and it just very easy to provide full advisement and yet they cant do it!!! looks like Employees are not fully trained well when it comes in giving out proper advisement, setting proper expectation. This is the very worst experience ever esp. getting a result from OB ultrasound they will just tell you go on the other department where the OB is located to get the result then turns out they other department are pointing out the other department has the result. like they dont have any idea where's the result is. So in general there goal is to get the money from you to process the payment then right after your out of nowhere asking anyone wheres the next process!!! hoping this will be heard out! THANKS!

cost me rebooking of my ticket and have another test.
If you have scheduled flights its better to have your test at the airport at lesser price and hassle free (my experience) than the stress experienced with this clinic where the staff are so inefficient and system very deficient. UNRELIABLE.

My experience in Healthfirst Eastwood branch was horrible. The employees were nice although service was slow. I was scheduled at 8:30AM and I arrived a few minutes earlier for my appointment. When I got there, there were already a handful of people waiting because they also accepted walk-ins.

Despite my schedule, I waited for two hours before I got tested. I was swabbed past 10:30. The place was cramped and ventilation was bad as it was inside the ball. The process was very very slow as well since they were having issues with their system. If I didn't have COVID yet, I could've contracted it while I was in the clinic.

To minimize the time per patient, I suggest having a system where we can fill up necessary information on our own before the schedule. This is to minimize and avoid waiting time and patients can just walk in for the test and leave immediately.

I called yesterday around 2pm to book my swab test, super fast and easy transaction. I did booked and had the swab test done in the HF clinic Eastwood. Now waiting for the result , I hope I can have the result on time for my travel requirements. Thank you po specially sa pretty nurse who handled me yesterday. 🙏😊

It is not in Maax Anymore. Aster clinic has relocated and I dont know where it is now.
Super SLOW SERVICE. I came in at 8am and was no.4 on the queue. I was accommodated only 45mins after considering were only 4 people! I did simple pre-employment requirements and obly ended AFTER 3 HOURS.

The staffs are very accommodating. The place is really clean, pati restroom parang 5 star hotel. The Doctor is very cool, binigyan nya pa ako ng free strepsils for my soar throat. The overall experience was great. 😊

Worst clinic ever! Private to pero kala mo public dahil magaantay ka sa mga doctor. Imagine! xray lng kulang magaantay ka ng ilang oras para lng sa mga doctor! Napaka bagal ng flow ng clinic, inagahan mo pumunta pero hapon ka parin mattapos 😓

Worst Clinic ever! The clinic was so dirty and the receptionist even the nurses were distant. The process of their medical is way too slow. You have to rendered few hours just to finish the medical requirement. They don't consider the sense of urgency. The clinic also practices unfair business conduct. They were putting the applicants pending/unfit to work to gain more profits.

Nurse promised me that the result of my lab will be given a week after but I didn’t get it. He also said that he will just email it and I haven’t got the result of my lab in email. Please have a sense of urgency.
worst clinic,, rest room was very dirty, xray doctor was not there so we were advised to comeback the following day. I went there around 1pm then finish the registration, physical examination and blood CBC up until 4pm. that three process took 3 hours, that is how slow they are. i had to come back the following day for pregnancy test and xray. i spent another 1.5hours. REALLY WORST. the receptionist was not approachable.

No general doctor available until 2:30pm, but they open at 8:30. Also they dont answer their phones, so i have to come in to make an appointment. when i came in, literally no people in line, i dont know why they dont just answer the line. Why even be open so early if no services can be provided? 🤔

Was referred here by a different branch but was closed the same day. Useless place.
Yung boyfriend ko nagpamedical, wed dumating kami ng almost 1pm madaming tao, nagregister sya okay naman fill up, pero nung malaman laman pang 21 pa lang tinatawag. Naisipan namin bumalik this day ng maaga para matapos din maaga medical, okay na lahat ng test, doctor na lang kulang. Palit palit na kayo ng doctor nyo, for sure walang duda kaya madaming tao sa inyo araw araw walang natatapos dahil sa kanya. Worst clinic ever, buti may mga agency pa na pinagkakatiwalaan kayo.
