I had a wonderful experience at the Lighting Centre. Jennifer, the sales executive, was fantastic. I'm not sure why there were negative reviews by some unsatisfied customers, my experience was truly great. Jennifer’s patience, creativity and expertise facilitated my decision for my lightings. The prices were very reasonable, and they offered good discount options. I appreciated the flexibility they provided in reconfiguring the crystals to my liking. Moreover, the presence of their outstanding in-house technician, Mr. Ang, was a definite advantage. These have led me to be their regular customer for a few years already. Overall, I highly recommend the Lighting Centre for their excellent service, competitive pricing, beautiful selections of merchandise and skilled staff.

The shop offers wide range of very different lights with reasonable price( most of other shops in the same lane sell similar standard kind of stuffs) .

Their customer service is really good as well.
I ordered a fancy light(forgot the type). The light seemed abit dirty when it was delivered. I called a few days later to check if they can help to remove it. Appointment was fixed really fast for their staff to come down to my place take a look at it.

When the staff(Ang) arrived, he tried to remove some stubborn smudges with CIF for quite a while then decided to bring it back to have a better cleaning time.

They called few days later to inform that the stains are not able to be removed completely and offered to change the light. But I insisted on having the same as I liked it a lot.
They were accommodating and agreed to clean it as much as possible.

Ang came dropped by within the same week with cleaned same light that looked much better. No additional charges.

A little over priced. Different staff members quote different prices for same item.

Bad service and attitude. Tell you 'not their problem' after they realise no stock and make you go down all the way to the shop.

Big range of lights with good advice given by the staff on how to achieve a ‘luxury effect’

Avoid. Agreed on the timing, written in black and white on the order form. No show. When queried, mentioned that it was not indicated in the system. Given all sorts of excuses. Bottom line, something so simple and the shop got it wrong. No basic courtesy to inform the customer.

Best of all, given another time slot. Guess what, no show also. They take your money, commit to you and nothing happens. Do they have stock? What is happening? Lousy company, terrible ethics.

Thumbs down big time.
