Iconic place home of the Singapore sling. Has to be done although quite expensive.

Service impeccable.
Bad service attitude from the Malay staff. Sounded super impatient and not willing to explain clearly. Please don’t work at counter jobs if you are not happy.
pls remember if you guys meet two old ppl and never give them sit they will use Cantonese and curse you die soon they won’t think you sick , Injuried or pregnant … such a horrible person
Mr Lta, are u purposely design this station with no toilet?
I like to comment on Exit E in Little India as the exit going down is blocked by many barriers.
The escalator is under renovation but I do not understand the reason to put about 5 barriers to block the exit .As it only open for exit, the place is a safety hazard as people are crowding the area .Civil Defence should take a look at this matter .I can't make my exits if there is an emergency

Enjoy jurong east!
The staff here is awesome !
i left my wallet at the atm after withdrawing cash and left !🥹 a kind soul brought it back to the mrt station .. i rushed back to find and to see it at the customer service at raffles mrt station!! the staff was so kind also ! they was searching for me thru social media ! ❤️ kudos to raffles mrt staff !! thanks for safekeeping my wallet !!
Restroom signages are rare and when I actually found one, easily one of the smelliest and most disgusting restrooms in Singapore in my experience.
Still one of the main stations here in Singapore. As one of the 2 main interchanges for as long as Singapore's MRT system has been around, the Raffles Place MRT station brings many working class Singaporeans into the CBD each morning, and back out at night. It is an MRT station that just works, and is very well managed.

Thoroughly enjoy the underground tunnel and shops that SMRT has since created, allowing people to walk underground through to MBFC, rather than having to weather the humid outdoors of Singapore.

Jurong East MRT Station (NS1/EW24) is an above-ground cross-platform interchange station along the North South Line (NSL) and East West Line (EWL), while serving as the terminus of the North South Line.

It is located within the Jurong Gateway planning subzone, near Jurong Gateway Road and Venture Avenue, and serves the Jurong New Town.

There is a bus interchange too which makes it very convenient for shoppers and diners.

There are tons of local delights and western food options available to choose from.

It is a lovely place for shopping, dining and banking.

There are supermarkets, library ,cinemas ,entertainment and amenities near Jurong East MRT Station.

There are links to Westgate, JEM J,cube, IMM ,Big Box and Eng Teng Fong hospital.

It seems fast paced with many students and families using it's cosy comfortable and elcoming ambience.

Coffe bean and Starbucks are nearby too.

Jcube has many options for children to get entertained including indoor playgrounds.

It is a great place for tourists as well.

I love Jurong East MRT Station for the choices of shopping items and food options.

jurong east mrt is one of busiest stations because it act as interchange between two mrt lines (i.e. red and green) and a bus interchange. Functional management need to be competent and consistent and whatever one-sided implementation, e.g. traffic flow within premise should be monitored and controlled. Furthermore, ground support should knows how to deal with chaotic situation and not be the scapegoat (from angry commuters) while the clueless manager sits in the aircon office. If you haven't realized, SMRT are mobilizing its staffs to shepherd commuters during peak hour. Done correctly is a good thing, and badly is really annoying. In addition, escalators in stations are experiencing maintenance without expected date of completion pasted. To SMRT, commuters should be grateful that escalators are serviced and they shouldn't demand more information (even if this inconveniences them). All in all, SMRT operations are not good, and customer service is bad on a scale of worst, bad, not good, good and best. There is no neutral here.

A but crowded on Sunday. Interchange station for MRT lines Downtown Line and Northeast Line. Many buses stop outside the MRT station at both Exits
This place gives of the vibrance of how a city should be like , bustling people and tall buildings surround the area
Settlement for Indians in Singapore, one of the most dirty places in the city I must say. Eateries are cheap. Nice temple located here.

Jurong East MRT
This is one of the busiest MRT in the West. It sever as an interception from Pioneer & Bukit Batok. You really cannot.image how it actually like during peck hours or when MRT is delay/ breakdown. LAT is planning to settle it's HQ near here. Perhaps they will have better feel on how bad it is or can be imagine.
