Ich hatte den Flughafen Transfer von dem Flughafen in Istanbul zu meinem Hotel und zurück in Istanbul, schon von zu Hause aus gebucht. Alles verlief reibungslos & pünktlich. Und ich bekam auch immer eine Preisbestätigung über WhatsApp. Ich habe mich sehr sicher gefühlt und die Fahrzeuge waren sauber und sehr geräumig, Mercedes Benz Kleinbus, Preis & Leistung stimmen überein!

Ich hatte einen absolut pünktlichen und zuvorkommenden Fahrer. Er hat mir sogar noch einen Kaffee und Gebäck am frühen Morgen besorgt.
Der Preis ist hier gegenüber anderen Anbietern top und da gibt man gern etwas Trinkgeld.

Inkompetent und Diebe. Habe die Chats Screenshots an die Behörden weitergeleiteten und eine TüV prüfung der Fahrzeuge angefordert. Mangelnde Sicherheit und Fahrer die Geld nehmen und wegfahren ohne Wechsel Geld ,obwohl extra vorgewarnt . Lieber Bitaxi nutzen als mit diesen Dummen Dieben fahren . Deswegen bleibt ihr Basar verkäufer

I was going to write down how frustrated I was using this company but they sent down a saving grace. I had to wait at the airport for 30minutes for the driver which I hadn't experienced before from a professional company especially for VIP service. But when the driver arrived he had a big smile on his face and was very welcoming. This did lift up my mood especially when you arrive on a holiday you don't want to have inconveniences. The vehicle that arrived was NOT the one I had book which really annoyed me. If you book something you expect what your shown on the picture. I was extremely disappointed as I wanted to surprise my wife and not only that I was charged the VIP price for the standard vehicle. BUT when I did speak to the company on the phone they were extremely helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience caused. They sent a lovely lady down to give me some of my money back which was extremely nice of them and that is why I have changed my opinion on the company. People will make mistakes but it is how we decide to resolve it, what counts. I really feel like this is a one off and the company won't make the mistake again. Next time I am in Istanbul I will give them a second chance.

Used their services thrice as we were really impressed. The booking process is extremely smooth, their fees are cheaper than others, the vehicles are well maintained and the drivers are punctual. Would surely use their service again.

Hassle free pickup experience at Istanbul airport. There was a bit of initial confusion on how to find their contact person, but after that it was pretty easy and simple. Their whatsapp service helped very well.
The return was also perfectly orchestrated. Pricing was better than competition and flexible on currency (EUR/USD/TRY).

Rento Transfer made it very easy for us to get to- and from the Istanbul airport during our visit. The car (Vito) was very clean and our driver very friendly and on time. I am so impressed by their service and coordination. Doesn’t matter what time of the day pickup/drop off, if you have a reservation then you have a cab. You can completely trust them even if you are 1st timer in Istanbul.

Great communications! The booking man was polite. The driver arrived 30 minutes in advance, texted that he was waiting for us. Fast transfer, reasonable price. I would totally recommend it.

The driver nearly crashed twice, and only narrowly avoided doing so because I called out. To make matters worse, we had to argue with him to turn the meter on and even with that, he charged us double what it was suppose to cost. The police were unhelpful and simply said that we were in fact charged too much, but that we should just pay and then file a complaint because they don't handle that sort of issue.

Contact your hotel/accomodation and have them organize a ride, do not risk your safety or your money here. Supporting this sort of scam only hurts everyone.

This summer, i was fortunate enough toI use this company for a private pickup from Antalya airport to Alan, a lengthy transfer from Alan to Belek, and then a return from Belek to Antalya airport.
If I could give 6 stars, I would. The company is professional and the vehicles are clean and comfortable. The drivers are incredibly punctual, courteous and caring and they looked after my family superbly - nothing was too much trouble. An excellent company that I will certainly when I return to Turkey. Wonderful.

I ordered transfer from airport and received confirmation from mail. But when we arrived to airport, there was no driver. We were waiting for around 30 min and were trying to call, but number was not available. Finally took a taxi directly from airport

Fantastic driver and person as well! The pickup was smooth from swandor topkapi palace resort hotel and the driver was on time. We arrived perfectly at the destination (mall of Antalya shopping complex). I had absolutely no issues with the experience and will definitely use the service again in the future. The price was reasonable and cheaper than local taxi.

Very straight forward service that works. Initial booking should be done through their website which automates an form output for their dispatcher.

After that, finalizing and communicating with the dispatcher over WhatsApp is usually their way of business. Within 12 hours before your scheduled pick up they usually contact you there for reminders and instructions as to where to meet your driver.

-1 star because for my return trip, city to airport, I had to be the one to remind them and contact them of my booking — either way the driver was still their on time and got me to my destination as needed.

Good reliable service. Drive to the city from IST airport took us twice as long because of Istanbul’s rush hour traffic. On the way back, the driver was right on time to pick us up in Moda, and it only took him 40 min to get us there. It was after midnight though and the streets were empty. Will absolutely use this service again.

I have been using this car service for the last 2 years. They have been great for Airport Transfers and shopping trips.

My flights have been past midnight and when you travel with children you need a reliable service - which they always provide.

The cars are luxury- drivers are lovely and the price is extremely reasonable. They have one price whether you’re a tourist or local.

The owner Metin is very quick to reply to all messages and is very accommodating. He never says NO to any request.

I now travel alone around Antalya as I know I have a safe driver waiting at all times.

I highly recommend this service and will be using it long term. Thank you once again 🙏🏻

Great airport with lots of nice stores and ready air ants to kill time/shop and to fill belly. Security was super smooth and easy flying in. No one even checked any of our bags when we landed from Dubai and when we flew to and from Gazi Antep. That beating said flying back to US was a bit of overkill on passport checks and all the patting down and baggage rechecking. We got our passports checked probably 4-5 times. Last 3 of those checks were right at the gate where everyone was patted down and metal checked with a wand, every carry on was opened and thoroughly looked at. After final check you were not allowed to leave the gate or if you did you had to go through entire 3 document checks and pay downs… most likely something that US required but is definitely inconvenient.
PS: they won’t allow you to take coffee that you bought inside the airport to your gate so either drink it or wait until you’re on a flight.

Der Transfer vom Airport und zum Airport ist schon sehr abenteuerlich.

I took a taxi and make sure before we move that he will go by meter and he confirms, but just 2kms and it's already 85TL , so ofcourse he makes the meter count fast, i tries to call police but unfortunately no answer !!!
i had to go out and leave him and took another taxi who took 100TL for 8kms plus traffic too.

They are thieves.

be careful. they drive extra miles for getting more money. I paid 20€ for a 5€ drive. In cases like this you can call directly the police and always ask before, how much it'll cost or take the tram for getting outside airport area and take another taksi station.

Die werben voll mit die Luxus Bus aber kommen tut es nicht. Bei der Abholung vom Hotel kam ein Vito wie bestellt aber leider hat der Fernseher nicht funktioniert. Und auf dem weg zu Flughafen kam nicht mal mehr der Vito sondern ein VW T4 der mit Luxus VIP Bus nichts zutun hatte. Und auf meine Anregung haben sie auch nicht mal reagiert. Ich werde nie mehr dieses Unternehmen buchen und empfehle es auch niemanden das Unternehmen zu buchen. Die wollen das Geld aber geben nicht das versprochene her. Also Finger weg... ☝️☝️☝️☝️

Aucune communication avec le chauffeur.
Pas de climatisation dans le véhicule alors qu'il fait très chaud. Aucune bouteille d'eau proposée.
Nous avons dû rouler 54km avec les fenêtres ouvertes sous une chaleur accablante.
Le chauffeur nous a déposé ou plutôt jeté devant notre hôtel alors que je lui ai demandé d'attendre que je sois bien assurée que c'est le bon hôtel. Le temps d'aller à l'accueil et de revenir j'ai trouvé nos bagages sur le trottoir et le chauffeur parti.

Driver didnt turn up. "emergency" number did not reply on phone, text, whatsapp. We ended up in a big rush and had to use an uber. Takes cash only so we were left with 640TL that we had no time to use so i've basically ended up pay twice for a taxi. Really poor.

My kid lost his phone in a taxi the day before. The taxi driver was great, he took it to our hotel but when he found out we'd left the hotel for the airport he kindly picked it up and took it to us. While I was waiting one of the drivers came in, he spoke English, he told me they pride themselves on giving a too service and if someone forgets something they always do their best to get it back to the person. He also warned me off pirate taxis. All in all a really good experience and the prices are very reasonable.

We had a perfect trip from Belek to Antalya. Car was in order, we had drinks and wifi on board. On a way back however... Driver did not come to the right place, so we needed to rush (with 1yo child) even with a location that we provided. Car supposed to be equipped with child seat and it was. Broken one. Not mounted to the car seat. When we noticed it, as well with two more broken seat belts, we let the driver know. He just said "OK" and kept driving. We had to keep our baby on a hips and hold him hard in a constant fear. We had no offer of wifi and drinks, but price stayed the same. Passenger media player was "locked" and equipped with just one song, so for an our of drive we had to endure torture of listening to La Isla Bonita. When we finally arrived, we wanted driver to reduce price from 55€ to 40€ (5€ for each broken seat belt). Driver who did not speak any english went bananas and threaten us with police attendance on which we agreed. Long story short, we decided that 15€ is not worth to waste our holiday time and better would be to write a review and warn others. Cheers!

We wanted to pay by card so we took a car with a terminal pos from the official taxi stop. In front of the hotel, it turned out that despite payment attempts the terminal cannot connect every time, it loses connection (that said the taxi driver).
We had to pay for the trip in cash. In the end it turned out that our card was charged 3 times for 13 euro per this trip (39 euro in total).

Be careful because you can be cheated just like us.

Don’t expect any kind of good service not whatsoever. They will change the time, prices and whatever as they pleased and will say that’s your fault despite the opposites

We took a taxi from airport to Belek, they requested a fixed price of 35 eur without starting the taxi meter. They said it is a standard price. It is ridiculous that they dont even bother using the taxi meter. They took 35 eur for a 20 eur trip (how I know this is we used the taxi next to our hotel when returning back, they used taxi meter as professional taxi drivers do) I am Turkish so I knew the normal pricing more or less. But we were extremely tired so we couldnt argue. :/ They just use the fact that foreigners are wealthier than most of the Turks and their customers are generally from other countries. Just try to book a shuttle from your travel agency. For example, booking was offering a shuttle for 20 eur for the same trip, we just tought we could arrange it when we arrive but we were wrong. Umarım hayrını görmezsiniz, yazık size. 150 lira bizi batırmaz ama sizin adınıza utandım, yüzümüze gülüp kolonya falan ikram ediyorsunuz bir de. I used this excellent airport taxi service (also known as Istanbulairport24) to get from Istanbul Ataturk airport to Sultanahmet. My flight from London was delayed by over an hour and so it was 1am in the night when I landed. I was pleasantly surprised to be contacted on my phone when I was on the airport tarmac after landing. I was even happier to learn that they had not abandoned me after I landed so late.

They were out waiting for me with a white sign having my name on it. The representative was kind and fun. He got me on to a big white van with a driver inside it. I confirmed the price of the 18 Euro with the drive for a private transfer. It was my first time in Istanbul and was glad to see the Theodosian walls in the night as I came in. It was a bit of a struggle for them to get to my hostel because it was in such a narrow area. I was dropped off with alacrity and I paid two extra euro to the driver for the company's forbearance.

In short, I used this airport transfer service from Istanbul airport to get to the city after midnight and I loved it. I highly recommend this Airport transfer service, especially for people coming in small groups.
