Best Storage facilitys in Turkey

Excellent service...great location, reasonable price and above all, the politnes and professionalism of the owner, he left a really good impression.
Also they organize transfers to the airport, punctual, clean and comfortable and of course the owner escorted us personally to the van in the neighboring street.

1700 turkish lira for a very low quality suitcase. Even Chinese ones beat it.
Pictures after the first trip. And i didn’t overfill it. The zipper was just horrible and the wheels are stiff and weak.

We had an early check in and late fight
Hence we kept the luggage here.The process was smooth and they even arranged an airport taxi for us. Everything was on time
They were open even though it was a Sunday and Republic Day.

Cannot recommend this place enough! Osman went above and beyond to make sure that not only my luggage is safely stored but that I also manage to safely reach the taxi I booked for the airport. He stayed with me the whole time until he was sure I am set to leave for the airport! Very customer orientated and beyond all friendly and helpful!

A while back I used his services to lock a suitcase for more than half of a day and the customer experience was amazing. His system of tracking lockers and ensuring that only the one who brought the luggage retrieves it made me feel confident to leave it there. It was also cool that he takes euros and dollars if you have no local currency on you.
Also I support his opinion that water is a human right and should be openly available to all

This place runs a service that needs to happen more often. My wife and I had an early check out, but our flight was late at night. We wanted to tour the city, but didn't want wheel our bags around. We felt so much at ease leaving our luggage with them. The staff are very nice and trustworthy. You can even book taxis for when you have to go to the airport. There was so much peace of mind. Really would recommend their services to everyone

Great service! Nice and welcoming owner. Also serves water for free (mineral water, in a sealed package). Takes 5€ per luggage. Each suitcase gets its own compartment. When we cane to pick it up it was quick. The guy welcomed us with a smile, offered a numbered lock that we could adjust its code, offered transportation to the airport (for a certain amount) and when we chose public transportation he didn't push it and gave us instructions to the airport. We felt secure with our luggage and nicely treated

Friendly service, reasonable prices for luggage storage, everything as it should be.

Three stars because:

Day 1: Deposited my bags - excellent service (5 stars)
Day 2: wanted an airport transfer. I asked for a yellow taxi but they said I should take a transfer as it will pick me up from my air BnB. Good service and recommendation, so 5 star again.
Day 3: disappointing because they took the money and I requested that they pick us up because my mother was sick. My air BNB was exactly 500 metres from the or office but they refused to consider as they already got paid. so -2 stars for that.

For prospective customers - Please make sure you get a pick up if you pay for a transfer and ensure you pay after they have confirmed it and not before.

Overall, good services and please train your front desk persons to be more service oriented. Also I hope you will take the feedback in the right spirit. All the best!

As a solo traveler with only 6 hours to explore Istanbul, this storage was perfect. Good value, great location, very secure with camera surveillance, a very responsive and accommodating owner, taxi to both airports on call, amenities like water and wifi and charging cables, and even a first aid kit. I was able to enjoy the city worry free thanks to this service. Highly recommend.

Great service! Osman was very hospitable. My backpack was too heavy, so it was a relief to find a good spot to sit down and use the free wifi and water. Would definitely recommend for anyone travelling to store their luggage here! Felt very secure

Very convenient storage space for us, because we had a late checkin nearby. Also the staff helped us to find our apartments and call a taxi, they gave us free water when we just arrived and didn't have cash.

I left my large suitcase here for a week while I travelled to other parts of Turkiye and had no problems with drop off or pick up with my luggage. Keep in mind that your luggage will be kept in the hotel lobby so I recommend putting a lock on your suitcase for safe keeping. The staff was very responsive and helpful and kept my luggage safe and sound, highly recommend.
