Luggage Storage Istanbul

We had an early check in and late fight
Hence we kept the luggage here.The process was smooth and they even arranged an airport taxi for us. Everything was on time
They were open even though it was a Sunday and Republic Day.

Nice and professional. For the night time the storage is closed with special lattice! Working 24h

This place runs a service that needs to happen more often. My wife and I had an early check out, but our flight was late at night. We wanted to tour the city, but didn't want wheel our bags around. We felt so much at ease leaving our luggage with them. The staff are very nice and trustworthy. You can even book taxis for when you have to go to the airport. There was so much peace of mind. Really would recommend their services to everyone

Friendly service, reasonable prices for luggage storage, everything as it should be.

Three stars because:

Day 1: Deposited my bags - excellent service (5 stars)
Day 2: wanted an airport transfer. I asked for a yellow taxi but they said I should take a transfer as it will pick me up from my air BnB. Good service and recommendation, so 5 star again.
Day 3: disappointing because they took the money and I requested that they pick us up because my mother was sick. My air BNB was exactly 500 metres from the or office but they refused to consider as they already got paid. so -2 stars for that.

For prospective customers - Please make sure you get a pick up if you pay for a transfer and ensure you pay after they have confirmed it and not before.

Overall, good services and please train your front desk persons to be more service oriented. Also I hope you will take the feedback in the right spirit. All the best!
