We took are our grandkid to check the place to book his bday party. The staff was very friendly. Staff Arroyo take us to know the whole place and answer our questions during the tours. We decided to book immediately, the girl who did our reservation was over again with the details and help us to upgrade the package. We are Looking forward to celebrate on Launch!!
My family and I celebrated my sons 5th birthday here and it was a blast! Anthony was our host and he made everything so easy and stress free for my family. Launch Trampoline Park did not disappoint! My son and his cousins did not want to leave.

Very nice experience. If your in New York City there are plenty of things to do. I recommend checking this on out, part museum part history lesson. The Rise part is 4D, reminds me of one of the rides at Universal Orlando. The Rise over NYC part was short but overall a great experience

I suggest going here before starting your new york trip, it was a very nice introduction. It has different areas, it has history, fashion, television and movies, theater and more. And the highlight of the trip is you will be able to fly around new york, it is like the soaring trip from disney. It is so good
Had my daughters 2nd birthday party here and had an amazing time! The manager and hostesses Jamie and Dora were absolutely amazing and helpful. From communicating with the coordinator months in advance (and dealing with all my questions) to cleaning up at the end of the party everyone went out of their way to be accommodating. My guests, adults and children, all had a blast and raved about the experience.
Customer service was great. Specifically from Maddy and the manager tenes.they were understanding, calm and very helpful. Made my experience with 9 kids from ranging ages of 4-15 a lot easier! Thank you! We will come back!
This was such a fun addition to our central park day! Definitely a fun ride to make any adult feel like a kid again!
The horses have that vintage wore vibe as it was made in 1908. The cost is $3.50 per person regardless of age however it was a special day and why worry about that when you can relive your childhood while making new memories with the kids?!

Opens at 10 am and closes at dusk. It's a shirt 10-12min walk from the lowered Central Park entrances.

One of the most encompassing ways to see and feel all of new york in all its weather's. Plus side. No walking. You get the birds eye view in the fun ride. Safe for young and adults

RiseNY completely exceeded our expectations! The museum was really cool and there were tons of great pictures opportunities. We definitely felt nostalgic going through the different areas. We went at 2pm on a Sunday and it was empty. We did not have to wait and had plenty of time walking through taking everything in. The ride was fantastic, it was not too short and really hit on a bunch of different notes. A must do when in NYC!

Fun. Pretty short experience and a bit expensive, but might be worth it for the ride at the end alone. The attraction is in Times Square, so it is close to other destinations.

The first part of the exhibit was a museum themed around the history of New York. The conclusion was a Disneyland-like ride, which was not scary at all and was a simulated experience.

I definitely do not recommend getting the VIP tickets, however, since the lines are nowhere near long enough for the VIP entry benefit to be worth it, and the free merchandise choice was limited to a shirt, a pin, a magnet, or a postcard. Definitely not worth almost $20 more.
Excellent place for children. Groups are welcome. You can put your own music on.
Pteranodon Flyers is one of my kids favorite rides at Island of Adventures but because of the height restrictions, we have to take turns with my youngest to ride it. It's a fun ride for everyone.

The kids love this place. Well worth taking the younger kids here. They can play all day and have so much fun. When you need a break, come here to relax while your kids have a lot of fun on the themed playground. So many nice people in here too. Worth the sit, needs more seats.

truly a great addition to the financial district. only open on weekends, its a cheap, fun thing to do. its truly an amazing sensory experience. i found it extremely peaceful and left in awe. think of it as an elevated version of a carousel. it made me feel like a kid and all bubbly on the inside. definitely have to come back soon.

Lovely sea themed attraction that doesn't look like your typical carousel. The music and lights were a pleasant experience. A nice reprieve from the heat of the day. Tickets were $6 a person. Even the older kids enjoyed it.
You will wait in line a long time while the carousel doesn't even run....
Great place with amazing stuff for An active day out. It’s really nice that parents can jump too (my son appreciates it) and/or stay nearby to watch for those too tired to jump but who want to feel part of it. The staff is really exceptional too. Was very impressed by how friendly and proactive they all were - fast to jump in if someone got hurt, managing lines etc. I enjoy going with my son but it’s the rare place I’d feel comfortable leaving him alone if it ever came to be and that’s saying a lot.
This place was really cool for kids and adults to play. The only struggle is that there isn’t a bathroom inside the play area. If you need a bathroom you need to find your way out of the maze play area and then make your way out of the general area to find a bathroom. But beyond the bathroom issue, this area is REALLY cool for all ages.
Had a great time - the staff was helpful, the site felt safe, and they did a great job helping my little sister who was scared to go on. Shoutout to Mellanie for taking the time to help my little sister and for explaining the safety mechanisms. I really didn’t think my little sister could do it but through her help she did the course! I would recommend this for any age as I also saw adults on this too. If you’re concerned about safety, you can always talk to any worker and they’ll gladly explain. Overall 10/10 I would go here again.
I visited with my son , it’s a great place for kids . But I really requesting management to change some of green barriers between trampoline as they really hurts due to damage or lack of foam — ventilation was ok but felt warm when it’s get crowded —

It has many good areas for kids also to play. SInce, there are few rides in camp jurassic where kids are not allowed due to min. height, kids can be busy doing those activities. Velociraptor ride was awesome.
My boys were happy, very clean, and organized .

Gorgeous carousel conveniently located near the Staten Island ferry and an accessible subway stop. We had a great time riding and then playing at the nearby park. This was easily the top activity of our entire trip for my four year old, so I would definitely say it's worth a stop!

The cost is $6 per rider.
Very nice Park, clean bathroom.
Great worker and wonderful job.
A great fun place for Birthday parties and a great place to entertain kids.

They have trampoline, basketball hoops, arcade and even wall climb hiing. And the place is clean and employee are nice.

A beautiful and grand carousel that looks well preserved. Quite the experience. At the time of this writing cost was $3 to ride. The park is also a great place to have a BBQ or fish in the lake.
This was a special place. We really enjoyed the pond too.

Nice museum that has a lot more exhibits than you would expect. Covers all aspects of New York from fashion to film to architecture and more. Lots of interactive components starting with a subway simulator and ending with a ride similar to those at Universal or Disney. Incredible, immersive experience! There was also free popcorn!
Employees don't want to be there. Seems that they hate their job and that is translated in the service.
The Carousel is really nice. But the hole experience is not good for the people working on it.

So: go. But know that you'll be treated bad and supporting that is the only way to acces to the Carousel.
This Carousel made up of fish with different colors was beautiful. The music playing made it seem like you were in a different world, a world under the sea. The fish go around and most of them spin but it is a gentle spin. I would love to come back at night when the colors of the fish and the lighting are more pronounced. The $6.00 ticket to ride in one of the fish was worth it or it might seem pricey but they do need to maintain the Carousel and it's staff.

I bring my daughter here every week she’s so in love with the young lady that calls everyone friends and tiny friends. Every time we go in the park she’s says mom can I go see see my friend. The workers here are so nice and always keep my daughter smiling from the time she walks in till the time that she leaves, and even though they don’t allow stroller parking inside I park outside and no one has yet the do any harm to my stroller or my daughter scooter. I even forgot my stroller last week for over and hour came back and it was still outside in the same place. If you come to New York you won’t want to miss it they are open longer than the Statue of Liberty and for way less and more fun for the kids. It looks so beautiful day and night. My daughter is literally so addicted to this place that I have to buy a 10 pack every single time I go ! But it’s always worth it because she loves fish.
Love love love this place. Hidden gem in Manhattan. I think it was $6/person and the ride felt long enough for a fun experience. All of the fish on outer ring are stationary, so if you want to get the full effect sit inside the outer ring. Seats are moon shaped with a bit of a lip so you won't necessarily fall out. Didn't see any age restrictions but my 7 yr old had no problems sitting on his own. Highly highly recommend this attraction. Wish we had time to come back in the evening to see the coloured lights.

Such a lovely spot. Well worth a visit! I love how relaxing it is. Great for kids or adults! Music is relaxing and not irritating like traditional carousels. Love the colors. I would love to go again at night to get the full glow experience but just lovely in any light.

I’ve taken my kids to this place for years but today was the last time. The ride operator, a miserable person with glasses, tanned skin and what seemed to be a Dutch accent should be nowhere near a kids or a ride. She’s as miserable as can be, a disabled kid needed to get on the ride and she constantly rolled her eyes in frustration and any question parents asked. I made the mistake of telling my son to go ahead when I couldn’t see a kid in front of me as the parent was in front of me, so she starts yelling like a nutcase. Maybe she had a bad day but she needs to be more polite or find another job. Maybe they should go back to the girl that was there before, she was at least polite.

This kept popping up as an option in my searches. Turns out it was literally feet from my hotel on 45th. After reading some reviews, I planned it for my last day as I had time to kill before leaving for the airport. It's actually REALLY cool. You do a little movie in a small room covering the base history of NYC and the boroughs. Then you're allowed to adventure through the museum portion at your own pace. Some just flew through to the ride but if you actually pause to read, there's so many cool facts and artifacts and replicas. Then you do a 4-D ride experience taking you over the city in various areas and over the ocean, modeling after the first televised New Year's Eve ball drop in Times Square. There's also a little overlook where you can pretend you're in the Statue of Liberty's torch (also viewable from outside) but it was closed off and I didn't ask why. Tickets are timed entry but the process was smooth and quick and they usher traffic through easily without making you feel rushed once you're in. I had a really great time!

Wonderfully planned playground. My kids don't want to leave and we have played here for a portion of several days. The water features and water spraying guns are especially fun on hot days. I was even impressed while exploring along with kids.
Kids favorite. Our toddlers loved playing in the play area with all the fun stuff including the aerial roller-coaster. It was cool to see how innovative and fun this place was!
My kid had fun but this place can be too crowded. You need to sign waivers so careful with your child which has possibilities to get hurt since grownups can play there as well.
Here we were adults and loved this area!!! BEST time is at night work all the multi- colored lights glowing in the caves and tunnels! Even a couple of swinging bridges. It's such a large area with so many places to run, play, and explore you could get lost from one another. Water blasters too. We wished we could've adopted a little kid to take on the pterodactyl ride!

It's a fun place to bring your kids, but also a bizarre work of art. The horses are these weird hyper masculine sculptures that really are striking, and then there's the calliope and the circus part of it. It's a really strange blend.

The ride is decently long and comfortable. It's also clean as a whistle.
A very fun ropes course. My only wishes were that the obstacles were a bit more varied, as it feels like many are repeated or just slightly varied.

Staff is courteous and encouraging when kids are scared. Highly suggest buying a Groupon for a bit more of a discount.
Awesome place and my kid loves it here.

Cool area! Less populated with a cool cave area to explore and the pterodactyl flying ride is specifically for kids between a certain height maybe typical 6-10yr olds and 1 adult only so sorry 2nd parent you gotta wait but again not a bad wait and a good place to chill a little.
Was jonesing for a carousel ride. It's been years. Wish all the different color lights would be on. The attendants we're very friendly and sweet. I loved it.
Nice ride for my granddaughter 4 years
We were lucky enough to arrive with no reservation and 5 kids from our camping group (it was raining and we needed something fun for them to do) and be able to do the course. There were plenty of staff members to help check us in, get the kids outfitted with harnesses and give them the safety briefing and equipment instruction before setting them loose on the course. As a parent observing without participating I felt completely confident my daughter was safe--you never have to unclip and reclip your harness; you're basically attached to a pulley system. If you want to pass someone or take an easier or more difficult part of the course you can at one of the platform sections. This kept them busy for well over a half hour. The only bummer was that the sensor for the zipline was out so the kids couldn't do that to finish. Management helped us out fairly. The ropes course was a blast and we'd definitely do it again. The entire Palisades Mall is full of fun family activities.

Beautiful carousel with a fun French vibe. The craftsmanship that went into building it is incredible. My toddler loves it. He ends up riding it multiple times a month. It’s $4/ride or if you ride it as much as us, you can get 10 rides for $20. The only annoying thing is that the hours can vary quite a bit without notice.
Such an iconic experience! As someone who enjoys a good carousel, this is definetly one. Reasonably priced and you get to enjoy a fun experience no matter what your age is! What a great time! I would recommend this attraction!

Great fun, clean location, buying tickets was fuss free too. Kids and adults love it!
We got there as soon as it opened Saturday morning, and there was no wait or a line. Shocker I know. It was an amazing experience. This is the third time I go on this rope course, but the first time I go on with my kids. My son just turned 5 and my daughter 7. It’s a lot of fun to complete with friends… absolutely terrifying to get through with your kids. It was messy navigation for sure. But, the employees were amazing. You can tell they enjoy their work and are doing their best to ensure the safety of everyone. Aron, an employee, guided us through the course. He was patient, kind, and gave my son the courage to keep going. Isaiah, another employee, helped my daughter navigate the upper levels when she took off quickly with newfound confidence. These boys really gave us a quality experience. I wouldn’t have been able to give the kids positive memories of the adventure without them.
The lady opening the carousel was rude and nasty. She repeatedly sniped at customers.
I bring my daughter here every week she’s so in love with the young lady that calls everyone friends and tiny friends. Every time we go in the park she’s says mom can I go see see my friend. It's a very small but charming carousel. We love all the different animals, the frog is his favorite. Not expensive and they let adults ride on them too (some older carousels have weight limits). All the operators have been really nice, too.

It was very fun, you will get a good view of Galveston. I’m goes up pretty high so wouldn’t recommend for people with fears of heights.
Bryant Park Carousel is well known to many New Yorkers and out-of-towners. It is a fun place for parents to have their kids enjoy the rides. However, instead of that, one carousel employee makes it an aggravating and unpleasant experience. We purchased 2 tickets (for 2 rides) at the booth, for our son, and upon entry to the carousel, I handed both tickets to the "gate-keeper" lady. Apparently, that was a mistake (as we found out later). Our little one had his single ride, and even though there were less than 5 people in line waiting for the next ride, he had to get off so the others can ride the carousel (which is perfectly fine). Keep in mind, that I handed her 2 tickets (for 2 rides) when he went the first time. As in many other places, you would just stay on the carousel or any other exhibit for the 2nd time around. So, he gets off after his first ride and we go to the back of the line. Now, the gate attendant demands a ticket for the ride. Now we get into a conversation that I handed both tickets at the same time during the first ride. She is stating that she was not even there a few minutes ago (which is absolutely not true) - we are talking about a 3-4 minute time span. She gets pretty nasty and sends us back to the ticket booth. I go there and the nice young lady at the booth listens to my frustration and goes outside to consult with the gate attendant. Gate attendant steps into the booth and unleashes all her ghetto attitude in a loud tone about the events that took place and did not take place. We get into an argument as frustrations boil. Granted, the gentleman behind me logically said - "let it go, it's not worth all this aggravation". And he was right. Once the aggressor attendant left, the young lady returned to the booth and gave me a replacement token for the ride. We refused to go back to deal with the witch. The young lady suggested coming back at the specific time when she would be attending the gates. We did not get back later that day since we were in a different part of the city and then had to go home. The ticket costs only $3, which is not a big deal at all. But the attitude toward the customers by the gate attendant was absolutely despicable. If such behavior would be displayed toward customers in any other industry, such an employee would be fired on the spot. But I do want to say thank you to the young lady for being understanding during the whole ordeal.
Great for kids & the inner child in you! 🙈😄Magical and fun vibes in such beautiful little park!! 🌳 💖 🎠
My son Ricky had a great time... you can see him being a great brother trying to convince the guy to let my youngest son in ad well. But i understand regulations so remember to contact them to make sure your child or children are tall enough.

Today I went to take my two little brothers to play on these rides. We paid for 12 minutes each (10$ each person) and when they went to give her the money she never gave them a receipt. She didn’t read them any rules or guidelines and very quickly allowed them to get one. One of my brother rode the pet as if it was a bike and stood up on it for a second, she immediately ran after him yelling at him to get off and took the zoozoo pet back. I approached her and asked how she could do that if she never told him once that the action was prohibited and she told me that she had to take him off because if anyone saw him she could get in trouble and she needed to protect herself first. I didn’t feel like arguing so I simply asked if we could get our money back for the time remaining and she said unless you have a reciept get out of my face— when I informed her that she never gave us one— she responded with- then it’s not my problem. I was extremely upset by her unprofessional behavior and utter disrespect and immediately reported her to guest services. Never trust these people, don’t take your kids here, don’t help fund a business that cares for no one but themselves.

I had the absolute worst experience here. The workers are inconsiderate, rude and disrespectful. They kicked my younger brother off without warning for not following a rule he wasn’t even informed about. Then they refused to refund us for the time he was missing out on unless we had a receipt, when in fact they never gave us a receipt.
Always wanted to try this out. Brought my son here for his birthday and it was a GREAT bonding experience. We talked each other through many tasks. Zipline part was definitely my favorite!

Just got out of the mall, very disappointed. We paid $12 for 15 minutes of ride. The ride started at 3:57 then the lady told us to get off at 4:05... this is only 8 minutes and she said that’s it! At the moment I didn’t argue and got off. Then I went to check my phone, which I we had videos of the ride. The ride started at 3:57... then by 4:10, I was already in the playground with my two kids, shoes off... even if I have teleportation ability, that’s still only 13 minutes! I went back and showed them my videos... and one of the ladies stilled tried to dispute with me. She even pulled up the credit card transaction time... and it showed 3:57!! Finally there’s another manager there and he said he’ll let my kids ride for 7 more minutes.... but it was already 4:30 and one of my son fell asleep on the stroller already so we can’t go on it anymore. This is not the first time they made a “mistake” on the timing! I paid for 15 minutes, but only got 8 minutes! Next time.... bring your own phone timer and keep track of the time!
I don’t know how this place only has 67 reviews. It was absolutely fantastic. The only thing I would improve is, there is a huge bottleneck for the zip line. We got our tickets on Groupon which saved some money. I felt incredibly safe and definitely got my money’s worth for the hour plus we spent on the obstacles. This was so much fun and I intend on coming back in a few months. The staff was attentive and even helped a couple young ones out who were scared.
Amazing place. Kids had a great time. 4 levels of fun and normally had Groupon discounts. Will go back!
So much history and fun too!

The ride is great, but the stuff is very rude and money hungry! If a kid runs extra 30 sec they are going to run after the kid yelling "your time is up, get off!!!!!!" We came there and paid for the ride, however there were no rides available, so they asked to wait for 10 min. When my father and my daughter came back those ladies pretended that they lost their memory and we have to pay. They were drugging my crying toddler of the toy car. When I came back she got her memory back right away! However, we had to wait again. We got our ride but it was no fun for a crying child. By the time we were leaving there was another crying child there. This is a kids attraction, it should be no tears there. These ladies should know how to communicate with kids if they want to run kids oriented business.
I love taking my kids here every season! The carousel is beautiful and fun and the staff are always nice! Parents are allowed on with their kids free of charge and you may be able to steal an extra ride too :) They have bbq grounds, a playground, and a pond here too where you can catch and release and feed the birds! It's a gem in the city! I do think they need to upgrade the playground! It's tiny and there are no swings!
One of Staten Island's hidden gems. I take my kids here several times a season and have hosted several birthday parties here. Check the website for details. The staff at the carousel are also super nice and friendly to the kids.

What a popular ride for kids. Adults too for that matter. The young ones love the cuddly and cute overstuffed animals. A lot of adults ride along with the really young kids. I believe they hold up to 300 pounds. They have pricing for rides based on 8, 12 or 15 minutes. I think its $7 - 12 or $15 respectively. They zip along at a pretty good clip so don't get into any accidents or knock down the shoppers.

This is a popular mall kiddie ride. Kids love the cute and cuddly overstuffed animal caricatures. For that matter, so do most adults as a lot of them go for a ride around the mall on these as well. $7 -1O- $12 for 8, 12 or 15 minutes respectively. No drag racing. Lol
Have been here before but first time we took a spin. Was fun and marked off the bucket list. Great fun for all ages.

A reminder of the simpler times in NYC. I'm not sure if $3 even covers the electricity and staff that is used to run the carousel. Truly a great deal if you really think about it. I personally don't mind the longer downtime between loads. It gives the parents more time to take photos of their kids on the horses before things get blurry when the carousel starts moving.

Great place for kids in DT NY, Avoid on a hot summer day as there is zero shade, or avoid early afternoon hours
While the calliope music may not be real anymore, the charm certainly is!
