Good communication and on-time pick up. Even had a cold beverage waiting.
I made the booking online, very user-friendly site. Arrived at the facility and was greeted by the friendly attendant. The shuttle came about 2 mins, and the driver handled the bags onto the shuttle (very courteous). The distance from Park 'N Fly was about 3-4 mins drive (we did not realize how close they are to the airport). The attendant was informative in telling us that when we returned where we should go, I received a text notification reminder about the pickup the day before we traveled. The shuttle came on time, which may have been a 2-3 minute wait. This is by far the best service and most affordable in terms of drop-off/and retrieving your car and also getting to the airport in a timely manner. 👍
Do NOT use this!! For sure you will just waste your time and money! I waited for the bus at Grand Central station for 30 min and I ended up taking an uber because I had to catch my flight. I bet the positive reviews are fake, it's not possible, this airport shuttle can not be trusted.
This was my first time using Park & Fly, and my experience was great. Booking their services allowed me to save time by driving to the airport on my own schedule, free of the constrictions inherent in hiring a taxi; not to mention I paid a fraction of what taxis or ride sharing apps charge.
Service was extremely efficient with very courteous staff, from the employee greeting me at the facility and validating my Groupon reservation, to the shuttle driver helping with the bags. Shuttle didn't take longer than 5 minutes to arrive both to and from the airport, and my car was waiting for me upon my return. I have no idea why I had never used Park & Fly before, but I certainly know I will always use it from now on.

It is hard to believe this kind of service is worth $21.50. Two people didn’t pay through website so the driver spent 10mins to check hardcounts/qrcodes

Only take this if you’re not in a hurry. I thought there would be a 12pm bus, there wasn’t. Waited until 12:40, finally a bus came. Of course my terminal, terminal A, was last so that took an extra 20 minutes. Don’t think TSA pre check will help because EWR is one of the most unorganized airports I’ve ever been to. (I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes in TSA pre check so of course this time it took 25 minutes). Because of all of these inconveniences I got to watch my plane leave the gate and now I get to wait an extra 3 hours to go home. All because they couldn’t pick us up promptly.

Best experience I've ever had in airport parking. Covered safe security parking the entire time you are gone on your vacation. You drop your car off with a ballet style type of service that Parks it and then brings it back to you when the shuttle drops you off after your vacation. They contact through text messaging when you get back and are waiting by curbside for the shuttle. Very smooth service that I will use every time I'm flying out of Miami international.
Very efficient and good price. Only a tiny bit more than the MIA long-term self-parking that I have used and is not fast and you have to park yourself and keep track of your keys. The bus came right away, and the friendly driver loaded all the bags. Quick trip to airport. Then we got lucky on the way back because the bus was right there picking up other people and I flagged them down. The driver was the nicest person ever. They also have your car pulled up and ready when you get off the bus. The driver even loaded our bags into our car.
Overall great experience! Relatively cheap for being in Miami, and it came with covered parking and valet. It was even cheaper since we booked online. And now there’s no worry about missing the bus you simply text the bus driver where you’re at and they come and get you super easy and appreciated the good service from the drivers.
Our driver was Kris and guide was James. They were great! We did the night tour. When I purchased the tickets I did view the itinerary. Having never been to DC I thought the toir would help knock out some of the sightseeing. It kind of did but we ended up revisiting the same sights so we had time to enjoy them. They really are not far apart.
Coach on line accepted the purchase of my ticket to go to grand central station on 6 pm bus and then bus driver decides to only go to port authority as traffic too crowded on a Sunday evening.

The process was so smooth and easy. Parked my car, got right on the shuttle and dropped me off at the departures area within 10 minutes of parking my car. Pick up was super smooth as well. I texted the number with my door number and ticket number and someone picked us up within 10 minutes. Overall, an extremely impressive experience and definitely will do this again.
It was my first time leaving my car in this place and I had a great experience. The personnel was helpful and patient. Upon arrival of my flight, I made the phone call to let them know to pick us up. As we got to the parking garage my car was there in perfect condition. I highly recommend this place, even though it might not be cheap for some people, take in count that your vehicle will be safe.
Fantastic experience on the moonlit moments nighttime tour. Our guide Sally and driver Godfrey were the best hosts. The AC and water on the bus helped make us more comfortable in the heat (yes, even at night it was hot and we're not used to that!). We learned so much on the three hour tour and saw many places that I doubt we would have on our own. As a visitor, I appreciated all the little tips about getting around. Would recommend!
Not far from the airport. Prices are reasonable! I love that you don’t have to park your own car, so makes picking up and dropping off your vehicle such as breeze! The shuttle service to and from the airport is great as well. When you’re leaving the airport you text a number, with your ticket number, and then the number where you are and just flag down a shuttle. The whole system setup makes everything so much less stressful, and convenient. Will surely be using again and recommending!
As others have pointed out, the staff could definitely be more friendly. I’m in the bus right now towards Newark. The bus started on time but let’s see how it goes. I planned ample buffer time for NY traffic and the tunnel.
Edit: Ok, the ride was actually fairly good. It took about an hour including time spent picking up people at the Port Authority. Want to change my rating from 2 to 4 stars but the unfriendly staff makes it difficult. Settling at 3.

Our driver Kris and tour guide James were awesome. James really explained things well and was very knowledgeable. It was a very fast paced tour but we still got to see a lot and had a great time.
Signature Tours - Tyrone did an amazing job with our group visiting all the monuments in one day. Giving us stories of all the history of the area.
My dad and I visited Washington DC this week, and did the evening monuments tour on Monday. Sally was our guide, and Godfrey was our bus driver. Both did an exceptional job. They were both very personable and helpful. Sally was quite knowledgeable. My dad and I both agreed that this tour was a highlight of our trip. This is a great, efficient way to see the monuments. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting the DC area.
This company has terrible customer service! We booked last minute threw Expedia (11:30pm the night before tour within the no refund window). We were running late morning of the tour due to traffic/accident and tried calling, texting and emailing contact prior to our tour time with the information provided online. No one answered, replied or even responded to my communications to see if they could wait for us or have a grace period or to rebook. We had 7 guests booked for the tour. This company couldn’t care less about people or our dilemma. I would not recommend doing business with them. We are out $700.
We did the night 3 hour tour with Sally and we couldn’t have enjoyed it more. We have done many a bus type tour over the years all over the world and most are terrible or worse. This one was awesome. Expert guided. Perfect placement of stops. Time at a couple seemed off but hey its 3 hours so depending on traffic you get a little more or less. Very happy with everything and highly recommend this tour.

I did this tour with 2 kids and it was amazing, the bus was brand new, comfortable and the seats had seatbelts.
Our guide was very good driver, he had a great sens of humor, and more importantly he was very knowledgeable and gave us many informations and tips about the city.

We are visiting DC and booked with Signature Tours for the guided a/c bus monuments night tour. The bus was perfect. Not too big so less people. Our tour guide Sally, and driver Chris, were fantastic. Perfect compliment to one another. Chris drove great and Sally kept us entertained and filled with stories, facts and things to know and do. She stands above he rest because her presentation was knowledgeable, delivered with true passion and kindness esp when talking about war, death and not great times in our history. She was a pleasure to listen to. Great tour. Highly recommend.

I had a really good experience with the service but just wanted to write a little note of advice. After reading other reviews I decided it would be best to get on at the first stop (Grand Central Station) just to reduce the risk of not getting on the bus and I’m so glad I did! Getting on was fine I was one of 3 people, we left on time etc but got stuck in some crazy traffic around Times Square where we were at a stand still for like 20mins. Granted this is like 11am on a Wednesday so not even peak time. I was panicking I would be very late for my flight. Because we were running so behind, the bus driver didn’t even stop at the other two stops he just carried on to the airport. Grateful for my own flight but also feel for the people who missed it. I can only suggest get on at grand central and also give yourself extra time incase or traffic!
Paul was a fabulously informative and creatively funny tour guide. I would definitely do this Moonlight Tour again. Hit all the big attractions and a few new ones. Bus was cool and comfortable on a 90° evening.
I was nervous about this but our experience was flawless. The driver scanned the QR codes off my phone (I bought the tickets online the night before), loaded our bags under the bus, and then we left from the Grand Central spot- which is actually on 41st street, NOT inside the station- on time. The bus was quiet and clean. We arrived at the Newark airport 45 minutes later (this was late morning on a Monday, so not rush hour.)
We went today with Wayne for the signature tours of monuments in DC. We thoroughly loved it. His knowledge is impeccable. He could answer questions for everyone. He kept everyone engaged n interested. Ppl left their phones n listened to him coz he had so much knowledge n info to impart to us. He definitely believed his job was to inspire ppl. N he did it. All guides should learn from him. The tour should give him a raise n promotion n make good use of him. He is definitely an asset. Thank you so much for inspiring the young n the old.
Tried calling several times to set a pickup and it says to dial 0 to speak with a dispatcher. Once dialing 0 it brings me to a busy tone. Fantastic service (insert sarcasm)
Dwayne was such a treat! He was so knowledgeable and passionate about each of the sites. We learned so much!! The tour was a highlight of the trip. All the Monuments were checked off the list. Although extensive, Dwayne did a great job at keeping the group engaged. Only down side is, we did leave earlier that 730. We got there at 710 and wanted to pick our seats on the bus, but it was totally full. Get there super early!! We were looking at another company for a tour and this company is the best one by far! We saw the other tour groups, and they looked miserable!!
Amazing, literally the best part of our whole trip! Informative, knowledgeable, funny! The ride was wonderful, the commentary really helps you appreciate what you’re seeing and the bus was super cozy. It was raining and cold but we could not be happier with our ride, we went on January 22nd (last week) so whom ever runs the place please pass along our best regards!!! Only complaint, it was raining so we wanted to make sure they weren’t going to cancel, called the phone number listed all day and never got an answer which was extremely frustrating. Completely made up for in our tour though, we loved it!
Told me 25 minutes for the shuttle after waiting 15 minutes for him to tell this. After 25 minutes I go up to the counter and said how much longer? He tells me I didn’t tell you they are outside. I said where do I go. He said go outside turn left and look for van saying Airport shuttle. I go outside and turned left looking for the Airport shuttle. Nothing there. I was supposed to turn right. No driver at the van. Waiting another 10 minutes for the driver. Terrible hospitality welcome to NOLA

I booked the shuttle upon my arrival into New Orleans ,drop off and pick up . My pick up time was scheduled for 8:25am . After waiting , I called to inquire and was told the person was 15 minutes away,They were running late. The driver arrived at 850am and had another pickup that never came .I believe they forgot my schedule/ paid pick up and only remembered after I called. The pick up seems to be more of an issue. So always give them an hour earlier departure . That way you have time to make other accommodations in the event they are late or no show.
The shuttle to the hotel was great. Returned trip scheduled for 6:25 am had to be rescheduled until 7:10 a.m. called about it only offered to refund. Didn't seemed concerned about our making the flight. Then driver called trying to get us to reserve again after canceling and getting a different service provider from our hotel. Almost 15.00 cheaper.

We used Airport Shuttle last week. The ride from the airport to our hotel wasn't terrible, but we almost missed our flight home because they picked us up at 10:50am and still had 3 more stops that were very spread out, in addition to regular Friday morning traffic. We arrived at the airport at around 11:40 and the line for security was so long. Flight started boarding at 12:15. We were 2nd to last on the plane. That's cutting it way too close for me. If we had bags to check or needed to print boarding passes, we definitely would have missed our flight. We didn't even have time to use the restroom.
In addition, the shuttle van sounded like it's engine was going to blow up. The check engine light was lit the entire time. That was scary.

I saw this advertisement while looking for any Covid protocols for MSY airport. I wasn’t disappointed. I wanted a round trip, but my flight home was too early for pickup, but I still used their service to take me to my hotel. There was a family of four and another single traveler along with myself that took the shuttle to our respective hotels. Our driver gave a tour along the way, noting and pointing out key features along our route. It was very interesting. He was helpful with the luggage and dropped each of us at our check in destinations. I would definitely recommend using this service, if your plane doesn’t leave too early. My cost was only $24, but would have only been $44 if I could have booked for both ways.(These prices include tax) Cheaper than a taxi. You pay at the airport, cash or card and can tip there, but I like to see how my service goes before I tip. Looks like they accept some form of discount on top of that low price, not sure how to get that though.
Do not use this service. They do not care if you get to or from your destination. I had a reservation. I received confirmation. I was given a vehicle identification number and driver. They never showed. Then I tried calling the number to talk to someone. After several attempts a person answered. She said I had no reservation. Told me I would be issued a refund and hung up on me. If she cannot find my reservation how did she know what hotel I was at and how will she give me a refund. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I have not done Lyft or Uber but I will be from now one. I see no reason to ever come to New Orleans again. I am not sure why this service was recommended by the conference I attended. Now that I see other reviews it has terrible ratings. Very similar experiences as I had.
I scheduled a 9:00am pickup at the Carnival Cruise terminal to drive us back to the airport. I was told to call to get an earlier pickup if we got off the ship early. Not only did they not answer the phone or call me back to get an earlier pickup time they text me telling me my 9:00am pickup was changed to 9:15am. Considering it took them over an hour to go from the airport to the terminal I had little confidence we would make our flight at 11:20am. I received a return call 5 minutes after the 9:15am pickup. The very definition of a day late and a dollar short.
Great experience with this company. My driver was amazing, punctual, and professional throughout. Will definitely continue to use this company.
UPDATE: After seeing this review, someone contacted me. They claimed that this service is now under new management, told me that they would refund my money (which they have now done), and asked me to delete the review. I'm changing this from 1 star to 3 stars because at this point they have refunded my money, but I had to put in a lot of work to make this happen (and I should never have been charged to begin with), and I have no idea if they are actually under new management. If this situation happens to anyone else, just know that leaving a negative review and sending multiple emails were effective in getting a refund.

This our first time using the Airport Shuttle Services. The customer service from booking to travel experience were positive, professional, and reliable. When my arrival flight was canceled, and we called to reconfirmed our departure from the hotel, the customer service agent initiate and assisted us to get a refund for that leg of the service we did not use because of the airline problem. Our departure bus was at our hotel on time for our 10.00AM flight. I strongly recommend using their service whenever you are in New Orleans.

I had a family emergency and needed to get to the airport within the next 2 hours and they were the only company who went out of their way and accommodated me with scheduling last minute.I appreciated that they sanitized the car before picking us up. I asked did they have car seats and they had no issues in having them already installed properly when picking us up. Driver helped with luggage and putting the kids in at pickup and also helped at drop. I recommend this company to every one.

What a horrible experience!
We booked this service for a ride to the airport. The driver came 20 min late. He barely spoke English, wasn’t wearing his seatbelt initially and he was partially deaf, which made really difficult for him to hear the gps.
My husband and I were yelling him the directions. He was speeding without knowing where he was going.
The longest 37 min of my life!
Last, but not least, I’ve been calling the 24h company phone and they send my call to the voice mail.
Never again will travel with them.

There was a Mishap with my ride information where i did not receive transportation from Access to my Doctors appointment. I initially did not receive the greatest customer service when i called to rectify this discrepancy with the manager.The following day, the owner reached out to me to resolve this discrepancy.

I used this car service to go to EWR from White Plains. The owner assured me the driver would be on time, however, when the pick up time came and past no driver. He called to say he went to the wrong address in yonkers and arrived 7 minutes late. I padded the time so I arrived at the airport to make my fight. I thought it would be better than scheduling UBER, I'm not sure. It was my first time using the service so I am a bit apprehensive using them again. Good Luck.
First time using Access I made arrangements for them to pick up my Dad at airport and drop off to hotel and booked again for pick up at hotel and drop off to Wedding Venue. Easy booking process price was good and service was good. Will use them again

I needed a car pickup service to get to JFK and since it has been awhike since I have used cab service, I decided to use this service over booking an Uber or Lyft service, I want to know that I am dealing with an experenced service that does this kind of service on a daily basis. I got a fair price which was based on my location pickup, plus the tolls and taxes, which I was able to book. By placing my payment option with the site, I was guaranteed the pickup but I had to option to pay in cash plus the tip. I actually called the site and talked to Luc who helped me make the arrangements for the pickup and gave us the best timing for the pickup to get to JFK without becoming late to catch flight.Everything went smooth from pickup to delivery at JFK. I would definitely use this service again plus the price is fair considering the distance to that airport. and coming from Westchester. I gave a generous tip to the driver for the excellent service. Don't go cheap with an Uber or Lyft take this service and ride without stress.
My family and , a party of 5, used Access Transport to get from our home in Westchester to Liberty airport. Our flight left very early in the morning and a van picked us up in the wee hours and got us there in plenty of time with a ton of luggage. Our return flight also was very early in the morning and our ride was ready and waiting for us, even though our flight was delayed.
Our driver checked for our arrival and was waiting for our pick up call. This ride was the easiest trip to the airport that I have had. I reccomend Access highly. They were prompt, polite, efecient and reasonably priced.

Had a fantastic ride with Luc today! He is very personable and the car was immaculate, spacious and very comfortable. I am so grateful that Luc was able to accommodate a last minute time change for me. Price was great and I will definitely call Access next time I am in New York. They get my highest recommendation!
