In December, my son was diagnosed with brain cancer.
Jen reached out wanting to make shirts to fundraise. It was not a fundraiser for a sick child and his family. It was more of a fundraiser for hallwear to make money.

Was not worth it at all. Go with making your own shirts cheaper online and you'll have a better turnout.

I'm just letting everyone know that she took advantage of a sick child and a family going through a lot. I wouldn't recommend anyone choose you guys for a fundraiser. They're better off going with an online company where you'd make more.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Hallwear and I must say, I was very impressed with their services, especially with my last minute order. The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and they were able to help me with a last minute gift for 5 senior athletes, that was needed in less than 2 hours. My soccer team got some new team jerseys and crossbar did a fantastic job. They feel really well in game and you can definitely tell the quality. The turn around time too was very impressive for 20 jerseys. Definitely would recommend and amazing job!!

Completely dissatisfied. Five years ago they were wonderful with my invoice tickets, and two years ago great with my logo stickers for my truck. Several weeks later called and asked for stickers for my truck and kept being told call tomorrow. Three weeks I was told call tomorrow and I let them know how dis-satisfied I was about the service and they didn’t even make an effort to ask if I wanted they’re service. A business owners posture should always be 100% in satisfying they’re customers. Not sure if if their was a bias against me or not. Now three weeks ago I called and ordered more invoice tickets being they had my logo and templates already and wanted to really give them my business for service and make right on perhaps an honest mistake or Miscommunication. A week after I called and girl told me early next week they will be ready. I called later in that week and was told early Monday morning which was yesterday. I called yesterday and was told early this morning(Tuesday morning) so I called Tuesday afternoon and was told Wednesday morning. It was at this time I asked for owner bc now I’m being given a “run-around”. Owner gets on phone and I wasn’t very pleasant. So he told me he was on vacation, he’s the only one printing products, and if I want the invoices or not for tomorrow, I said yes, bc I need them. It’s for my business. I expected them last week. Than yesterday . Than today. And now tomorrow. Wouldn’t even consider my frustration. Unfortunately if they read they’re reviews they will know I will not be doing any service with them ever again and hopefully they learn something from my little rant when it comes to people, service and professionalism. It’s not ego for me. I was livid. I went to another nearby printing location. Brought my sample invoice and was told will be ready within 24 hours. That’s professionalism. That’s serving the customer. The attitude, the lack of effort or reciprocation for a failed service was just atrocious. You may have your same customers who may spend more money than my $200 for a service product and that’s fine. Good luck on building your clientele with that attitude sir. I’ll be damned if I treat any customer in my line of work the way I was treated. So happy with our purchase! We ordered for about 50 people (parents and kids on a cheerleading team) various types of merchandise and sizes. The Print Post was so easy to work with and everything came out looking fabulous. Nuno in particular was exceptional to work with. Everything came in wrapped and labelled little packages which made it easy for distribution. The items look terrific and we can’t wait to use them!

They pulled through and printed awesome tank tops for a cruise with my friends! The colors really popped and I love supporting local. The customer service was very communicative and product was ready quickly. Thank you!

We have used Crossbar Athletics for our club uniforms at the 12u, 14u and 16u levels for the past 4 years. They are always reliable and get our jobs done on time and the uniforms look great! There is nothing better than a personalized gift which is why I always go to Hallwear to pick out the perfect gift for a friend or family member. Everyone loves apparel and it is always fun to go talk to the staff and pick out something school-spirited/ unique/or one-of-a-kind for a loved one. Sometimes I go in unsure of what exactly I want (like before Halloween this year- I just knew I wanted a Halloween shirt of some sort). I called Hallwear with my shirt design in my head- but no idea how to make that idea into an actual wearable article of clothing. In a few minutes Carmen made my idea into a design, guided me through shirt styles and sizes and emailed me a mock-up for approval. The shirts are absolutely what I imagined and then some- the design is spot on, the colors vibrant, and the fabric is high quality. Most importantly the shirts are in hand in time for our event. I highly recommend this business!

Don’t go there if you need a monogram on expensive stuff. I brought luxury leather wallet to get monogram. They did the job , but left huge bend mark on the wallet. They did not even show me this. And I after I saw they said that they didn’t bend it . I am curious who did bend it if I have taken it from the box in store and they saw it. Huge regrets that I trust 500$ wallet them .

Rude customer service, they rush/yell at you as If your asking for a favor! They’ll state they do anything, and once request is made, it’s “oh we don’t do that”. So stop saying y’all do anything. Waisted my time driving to the store from Long Island, and called ahead of time to confirm what I was asking for. On top they want all the money upfront with a 2 week turnover time. Yeah ok!

A former employee recommended this place to help me with a project. As soon as I walked in, one of the workers immediately turned me down and said he couldn’t help me because the material wasn’t adequate. He also mentioned how busy he was as he claimed “Friday was Monday” to him. I went around the corner to Narcisos and they took care of me for a low price. The material was able to get printed on and the product came out amazing.

Reply to owner: I’m not upset at the production time. I’m upset that the guy who spoke to me used a bunch of excuses to not do the work. He told me it was impossible. I wanted to drop it off for a week or two, he outright refused to work on it

I chose this place it was convenient and had 4.5 rating. Not impressed. More disappointed. I was told a week for what I needed embroidered. Turned out week and half. When I called after a week to see if my order was ready , I got the feeling they hadn't started. I picked up 2 days later and they had embroidered the names on the wrong part. I asked for upper left side of the aprons and they did it on the center of apron. I even asked if they wanted me to place a paper or something so they could remember. I was told no they would remember. Only plus is price.

I came here to have a custom patch made and put on to a flight jacket. The quality of work was exceptional, the customer service was friendly and the price was very fair. I'm definitely coming back for all my future custom clothing needs.

Best place for personalized gifts!! It's my go-to for baby gifts, holiday gifts, birthday gifts - and since I follow them on Instagram and love all their stuff, the occasional gift for myself as well! They are reasonably priced and super easy to deal with. Moshe has always been extremely patient with me when I'm deciding what to buy and asking him to show me everything! I love that they have a physical store/location as well. At this point, I have ordered from them countless times - i've gotten cufflinks, diaper bags (of all sizes), blankets, a specialty dreidel with blessings on it, kids pajamas, a beach bag - and I have loved every single thing!

Our Hockey team was very happy with not only the turn around time, but the quality of our jackets and the prices. The font of the team name on the back of our jackets looked exactly like the picture we gave them. I bought a team hat from them about 7 years ago and have washed it a few times. It still looks new! This place is terrible!! My order should've took two weeks and instead took two months. The lady was constantly on her phone. If you walk in right now chances are, SHES ON HER PHONE!! Anyway, the jacket came out nice but the customer service sucks so if you have no patience for bs than don't come here!!

Their military tape items are all mil-spec and they know what they're doing. Don't get called out by your CO for using the other guy's inferior products.

They're quality is top notch. In a pinch, I've used other services before and they're never the quality I've come to expect from the Pitaoulis family's "MIlitary Tapes, Inc."
