Went in looking for polos. We wanted to see them before ordering. They are almost 1/2 the price of the national companies..

Not sure how this guy is still in buissness. Showed up with a few work shirts to have embroiderd, He didnt want to do the work says they no longer work on anything that you dont buy from them. So he lost out on the bigger job I also wanted to do, went down the street and gave someone else my money who was much more helpful. Over priced bad customer service and didnt open on time.

Al-Ross is phenomenal. I have ordered jerseys from them multiple times. The jerseys are high quality and they look fantastic. The price is extremely reasonable (we had names, numbers and full logo done) and their turn around is very good.
When you call, you get a real person on the other end. Both people I have worked with there provided fast customer service, made note of dates we needed jerseys by, were realistic about their timelines, and overall were extremely responsive.
The design team sent me a draft for our jerseys when we first ordered. I didn't like the way two of the colors were laid out and I asked if they could be changed. In under an hour I had a new draft sent to me with the colors laid out exactly as we discussed.
Kristin is one of the most helpful customer service reps I've ever dealt with. On two separate occasions we needed the jerseys shipped earlier than the initial ship date, and both times Kristin did her best to get the shipments out.
They have our jersey stored on file so I never have to resubmit any of the basic info. If I need more jerseys, I just send in size, name and number.
I can honestly say I have not experienced this level of service and professionalism from any other company. Order through them, you won't regret it. In me, they have earned a loyal customer.
