I went there and after my car was done, I saw a scratch on the driver's side door. I pointed it out to the person who cleaned the car, and they wiped the area with a rag and looked at me as if I knew who did it. I said that the scratch was not there when I brought it in. She continued to look at me with a blank stare and had nothing to say. Needless to say, I left without tipping and have no plans of ever going back. Check your vehicle for scratches before and after if you choose to go to this place. I would give this place NO STARS if it were possible.
Community!! Don't take your car here , they overpriced a job they don't even do right , never clean mudguards even with the premium , never clean interiors good and ever do windows right . Other than that the manager is rude and really hard to deal with , knowing you are over paying this people to get your car scratched in every glossy interior trim don't worth it . By the way I don't think anyone there has papers honestly .

Such an amazing experience. The workers were very friendly and helped me with all of my questions. Plus they went above and beyond to make sure I was fully happy with my service. Amber was amazing as the cashier.
They still advertise on the grace for vets web site for a free car wash on Veterans Day, but they don't honor it.
Had to revise down to 1 star. I realized putting the car cover on when I got home the car was still dirty, and the next day driving at night the inside of the windshield was so smeared it was hard to see through the glare.

Really terrible experience. The ticket writer was speaking gibberish to push an upsell and trying to disguise it as a thick accent. At one point, his coworker came over to talk him down and they started arguing. Even after all that, my car was left with bits of gunk on all the windows. Terrible experience

❌ 11 days ago they broke my mirror. When I got out of my car I asked an employee if I could talk to a manager and before even asking me what was wrong asked instead, did your mirror come of? First red flag 🚩Then, As an employee was making a claim another employee came out laughing about the fact this was only the first incident that they have had that day, 🚩then said, you'd be surprised how often this has happened lately. 🚩 Then today an employee said the equipment that is faulty is not their fault because they just bought the car wash out and is now white water and that they are replacing the machines currently. 🚩They refuse to be held liable and won't show accountability not because it wasn't their fault no they admitted that to me. Blauntly clear.. But they refused to Fix my mirror "because my car is 7 years old." even though they knew the machine was currently faulty and let my car in. I am outraged. PLEASE ❌ do not go here or enter at your own risk. Which is what they should have as a sign before paying!
Since COVID no one hand washes your rear view mirrors or wipes down your back window if you own a truck. Before COVID there was a man at the end of the line with a stick with like a mop that would brush and clean off flat surfaces on the back of truck windows and people would also wipe off your mirrors that is never come back. The work ethic since COVID has been lazy.
Used to be great but they do not maintain the car wash enough. It is hit or miss if you will get all the extra soaps and waxes, as they are empty or malfunctioning half the time. The shine at the end uses very old and dirty rags that I have only seen replaced once over the years. The tire shine at the end rarely works properly and if it does work only about half your tire will shine. Only get the most basic wash here, the rest is a scam. The vacuum area is good still though.
This was the most disappointing car wash experience I've ever had. I could have achieved better results if I had washed the car myself, not to mention saving over $25. Their performance left much to be desired, and I strongly recommend avoiding this place. Regrettably, it was my first and final visit. The quality of their service was horrible; my car was neither properly washed nor dried. Despite tipping the lady who was working on my car, there seemed to be no one supervising the quality of their work. It was truly frustrating.
This place went downhill since I first started coming here. I came in for a wash and interior cleaning. Nothing fancy just needed to clean the inside windows and get the rugs vacuumed. The short guy hustled me for a wax job (as he usually does) into getting an upgrade that was twice as expensive. I agreed since I get my car professionally cleaned about three times a year and usually keep it pretty clean. I think they forgot the wax part. I think they also forgot the interior cleaning part too. The inside of the windows were still mucky as well. I guess I'll just have to clean my ride with one of those self serve stations from now on.
Garrett, the manager, was the exceptional at this location. From start to finish he was helpful from placing a cover over my fifth-wheel to keep the lube on it to grabbing me a wet clothe to wipe off excess bird "love". Definitely coming! Thanks Garrett
Came here to park for an event, found a good parking spot and ate good food. I was happy until I came to the exit and even though my ticket was validated I was still being charged. I tried explaining to the supervisor that they validated my ticket and there shouldn’t have been a charge and she was super rude and hostile… I asked for her name and she refused to give which is fine, but if you’re gonna he extremely rude you should at least own up to it.
Went to vacuum the car. The first machine did not work and stole some quarters from us. The second vacuum I used the nozzle broke off during use.There were poisonous spiders crawling in the second vacuum machine we used. A man was washing two Serta mattresses in the bed of a pickup truck at the car wash.
I tried this location based on a friend's review. I'm the type who hand washes all of my vehicles. I decided to give this location a try as an option B just in case I didn't have time to hand wash my vehicle. The first time I went, it was in the evening at night. It seemed like it did a good job. I went back yesterday (9/30/23) during the day. Once I arrived at my destination, I observed light scratches across both sides of my vehicle. If it wasn't for the sun, I probably wouldn't have noticed it.
The guys working there did an awesome job. Made my truck look brand new.
On this day 9-25-23 I simply wanted a Carwash after coming off the hwy unfortunately we can’t predict rain so while waiting on car to be finish they had a dust storm before pouring down rain doing the dust storm they left all 4 doors open and what happens is the car fills up with dust and they said it’s my fault both supervisors immediately got a attitude with me because I wanted my money back the service at this place is horrible the management is horrible I truly never been to this place and was passing by for 32.00 is the worst money I have ever spent and I really don’t complain about things like this. I will never ever use this business ever again I don’t recommend this place too anyone my wife is OCD and if she complain something is wrong zero out of zero for me

This place is absolutely amazing! At first, I was like "why haven't I come here before, because I'm a fan of Disneyland and have lived in California for 15 years! When I got here I was surprised to find a bunch of unique stores like the House of Jerkey, which carries Camel Jerkey! (What? How?) and experiences like Fire Loop VR (some of the best VR spots in Southern California) and Mission Escape Rooms above, great Boba like ChaPlus! Really good BahnMi! And they host a lot of events throughout the Year like Taste of Japan, which had over 10000 people attend. Definitely worth checking out if ever visiting Disneyland!

If I could give zero stars I would. I honestly do not know where the good reviews are from because this place is a disaster. I went through the wash and there was NOT A DROP OF WATER to wash my car. A tiny drizzle of soap just came down and the brushes started washing/scratching my car. At the end of the scratching, I went straight to the main office and was told that NO ONE speaks English except the manager who was conveniently not available, and that nothing can be done for me.

Honestly a minimum of 20 full service visits, don't expect them to clean your interior, my dash has never seen a rag on any of my visits. I have had 3 dash mount phone holders destroyed, vent flaps broken and even some weather stripping ripped off. The last visit they opened and went through my roadside assistance kit (nothing missing but I had to reorganize it to fit it back in the kit). They also opened and went through my first aid kit, inventory was short. I don't understand their rules but it always happens.

You are basically using a water spray wand with different pressure settings only. None of the options contain any chemicals and the soft water is not anything other than standard tap water. Great for a spray off but you won't be "washing" your car here.
I like the business, love the location but they need to implement common courtesy rules and actually maintain their self service system. Go to the self serve on PCH and bellflower and you will see a self serve car in wash with all the bells and whistles and it's always maintained.

Great job! My car was filthy. I tipped on my card when I paid, but as I was watching them I kept pulling out extra dollars for how much they were doing.
Do not go here!! call your local neighborhood mobile detailing guys instead. The guys tells me my truck is done and when i open the back seat my floor mats are still dirty because it is not included in the package(only the front two are included). I didnt get the basic package, i got talked into upgrading to the 2nd highest package. What I paid today is what I the mobile detailers charge for the basic packages and they make sure the mats are washed down. Common sense, you wash the front one, you wash the back ones. (When you shower, you dont just wash your chest, you wash your back too)
A hidden gem! There are many good food options, shopping and games. We enjoyed window shopping after lunch at Bubba Gumps. Maybe next time we will go to PF Changs, or Cheesecake Factory, or will spend some time with our daughter and her two young boys and go to California Pizza Kitchen. There is a lot to do,

I will be back! This was my first time and I found Auto Spa Express to be affordable and it offeredeverything I needed to clean my car after months (maybe years 🤦🏽♀️) since a thorough clean. The staff was sooooo kind and accommodating too!
Went here for the first time because it was the closest car wash. Not impressed and would not come back. The outside was cleaned but the inside was barely vacuumed, cup holder dirty and nothing looked wiped down. I paid for the B package $27 so it should’ve at least been wiped down. Do yourself a favor and just drive your car through the $6 wash and vacuum it yourself. Especially if your not getting a decent job done.

Sign out front says Full Service 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. I arrived at 1:10pm and they had white cones blocking the entrance to full service. An attendant came by and told me there is a hour wait. I left and went to MR. car wash where I received excellent service and no one hour wait. Looks like MR Carwash has a new regular customer
I’ve been coming to this place for years and it never disappoints. My cars are always left shining and smelling brand new. The workers here are very professional, kind, and hard working! Definitely would recommend this place, and specially getting the membership they offer. They rock!!
We went on vacation to Disneyland for 4 days and we were hungry so we decided to go to California pizza factory. We walk in as a male worker unknown title walks by says nothing at least 3 times this happens no one at front podium finally he walks by again and I asked can we use the restroom he says yes and keeps on walking. We went to the restroom came out we were looking at menu at least another 10 minutes passed no one said a word to us. I do not understand how a place can actually stay in business if you don't address customers??? Sorry to say we walked out we didn't get noticed or offered to sit down, order or nothing. I don't think we will be going back sorry to say.
This place has really gone downhill. It was so nice when it opened and now half of the vacuum they do not work. Although there’s no sign they’re showing that they’re broken. The hoses are pulled out of the nozzles for the vacuum just isn’t on. There’s always something broke in the car wash itself. I had my purse stolen out of my car here while I was vacuuming, but I thought well that could happen anywhere and I kept going. However, it’s gotten so bad that I won’t go anymore. I went to go inside to talk with the manager and there is no inside it’s like it’s been worn out and I don’t know what they’re planning to do. It’s just empty.
This is my favorite place to go when I need a wash. It gets the car cleaned so well. Employees are friendly and helpful. Vacuums work well.
This was my first time visiting this location (I usually go to the Kirby one) but was in the area for breakfast and went for a quick wash. I paid & went into the wash. Midway through I heard a metal scraping sound but didn’t really think anything of it at the time (I should’ve got out & checked then) and went on to my next stop at a car charging station literally 2 minutes down the street. I plugged up my vehicle & went to the trunk to retrieve my laptop so I could get some work done while charging. When I came around to the back I noticed long, deep scratches along the back of my vehicle. I was devastated! I immediately went back to Mister Car Wash & showed them the damage their machine caused. They reviewed the video & attempted to suggest that the scratches were already there. THERE’S NO WAY!! I had just came from eating breakfast at Franks & physically opened my trunk to place my laptop & bag in. THERE WERE NO SCRATCHES. I parked in an open parking lot. I was not shown an active video of my vehicle entering, only a still shot that I was not permitted to take a screen shot of. I’m very disappointed & saddened by this.
This new car wash was better than expected. Got my car nice and clean. The towels at the end were a big help because you usually have to bring your own other places. Vacuums worked great as well!
Went there for a car wash, I left with a semi clean/dirty interior with a broken interior, driver side door handle.
I always come here to get the basic wash, and wipe down inside for my Mercedes. I’m usually satisfied because they are quick and well they clean it enough in my opinion but this time I saw the worker struggling with my gas pump and I go to check, the gas pump panel is broken!! I let the guy in charge know and he tells me that they do not touch the gas pump, which is ridiculous my gas pump was fine prior to coming here… basically now I have to get it replaced and fixed with my own money! I will never come back to this location.
Webster location keeps it real. Tired of being harassed at the vacuum when it's not busy and I've used all locations often. Funny how situational it is. This place would run smoother and faster without humans.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. This Carwash is GARBAGE and a waste of money. After paying $28 for a Carwash I got to my vehicle and it was still dirty. All they do here is rinse your car and throw A LITTLE TIRE SHONE BARELY on the the tires… (btw my tires are still dirty ).. Your car will still be dirty. I honestly believe RAIN water can clean your car better than what they did. So my warning to you is go across the street to the other Carwash or somewhere else.. NOT HERE

i would give zero stars if i could. absolutely worst customer service. i parked there tonight and when i was leaving i lost my ticket i didn’t realize that i had. but when i called the attendant for help she was absolutely the most vile and rudest person i have ever had to talk to. she screamed at me over the speaker as i was trying to explain to her what had happened and she wouldn’t listen to me. and honestly after that it sucked even more to pay the thirty dollar fee obviously, obviously i didn’t mean to lose it like that’s so embarrassing. but for that attendant to sit there and scream at me like i was dumb and should’ve known what to do does not help at all. i tried calling the managers office but there was answer. very disappointed and my feelings are really hurt.
07/21/23 Had dinner then a concert at the House of Blues. I forgot to get our ticket validated so no problem in paying for our parking which was $18.00 and this was 11:21 pm. The problem is you pay for parking then you get to the exit and all gates are open you don't even have to scan your ticket so what was the point of paying for something then did not have to scan ticket because you could just drive right out.
Needed to wash the dust off the car. It's a wand type car wash. I think they take credit cards for the wash. Not sure as I didn't do the washing of the car. Good for getting your vehicle clean.
Replace the park that was local to the convention center for us to walk after eating. A little bit of a challenge with the text to pay capability on mobile. Was able to easily take care of payment with debit card on the exit line. Earned five stars for me because when I called the phone number when we had trouble with the text to pay function, the gentleman that answer the phone was extremely helpful and very easy to talk to.
I like to take my vehicles here and grab a slice of pizza next door at Valentino's while I wait. The car wash is always high quality and the people behind the counter are always very nice and helpful.
I stopped by this morning to check it out. So far I had a great experience. I love the free vacuum, it did a great job picking up dog hair. Most places I end up spending $20 on their vacuums and they do not do a great job as as this place. The free towls are also great. The car wash was better then most places, but not as great as some others that I have used. Overall, I love the location and their membership price. $25 for their first month.

Zoom Car wash is my new place to get my car washed. I enjoy it here. They are open 7 days a week. You can get a variety of car washes. Also, you can sign up for the unlimited plan. The workers are nice, patient, and kind. They will make cleaning out your car a breeze. You should stop by if you are on Westheimer.
I have monthly membership for this car wash. Every time I go for the wash at this Arundel mill location, they don’t have rear wiper protection bag to put on before wash. My rear wiper fell off two times and one time I have to spend $60 to replace it. Odenton location have that wiper protection bag, so I’m wondering why not this location?

Never detailed just always washed & kept clean. I live near Tiny so wanted to give them a try. I started with my interior few months ago & was very pleased. Seats & carpet came out very nice! I was hesitant on the outside only because of a few bad reviews but took it back. Reminder never detailed the outside & 95% of the scratches / oxidation came out & paint smooth as if new. I would recommend. Price fair. Everyone's experience is different, just saying...

Parked Here Last Night And The Parking Was Full But able to find one. The parking lot provides a space of parking but closed off some parts and they were full of spots and I really needed to find parking spot the parking lot really made me find it the B1

It was already frustrating that I couldn't use the automatic car wash because I drive a Jeep Gladiator, but I assume there's some reason for that, but the manual carwash was just so run down and barely functioning. Water had very little pressure and the brush provided next to no soap. Considering how busy this place is, they gotta be doing something right, but that did not translate to what I experienced.
Paid $18 for wash #1. They sprayed tire shine on my door panel instead of my tires/wheel
I would have called the owner but there is no phone number at the car wash. The middle stall is broken. The knobs don’t line up, the hose spits air/water combination like there’s a leak somewhere and the forming brush spits at you when it eventually comes on. All in all not good.
My car stays happy looking clean. Pay for a monthly unlimited wash! Each time you drive up, they give you a dash wet wipe to clean the inside. The vacuums are powerful, and they help every time I come back from the beach. Best $20 per month I spend. My cars an investment, and I would like to keep it tip top shape.

I took my brand new car (less than a month old) here for a first car wash, and there was many scratches. I spoke to the person that washed my car and they said that it wasn’t them. My car was already scratched. However, since there was so many scratches, he told another worker and the worker buff out some of the scratches out. One scratch on my car is very deep and noticeable. They told me that one they can’t fix. However, I’m still disappointed that they scratched my car after its first car wash. I haven’t even had it for a month and they scratched my car!
I don't expect much when it comes to these automatic carwash placed as I have never had a wow experience. I normally just pay for a normal wash, run my car through so it's not filthy looking, and go about my day. Today, I decided to pay for more than the basic wash and also added bug off...exact same thing done as when I pay for the basic service. Told one of the attendants and he pointed at the machine and said that's the chemical they spray on for bugs and then scrub before sending you into the wash; I told the guy didn't do anything. He didn't even care to verify what I paid for...went straight to sending me through the wash again and instructing the other guy to spray & scrub the front end of my car...guess it didn't matter & they don't argue it because everyone gets the exact same wash unless you complain that you paid extra. I didn't bother checking the rest of the car until I got home - my car went through the carwash 2x, still dirty - not impressed!
Not good!! Hardly any soap. Not very good water Pressure. The stalls were dirty. Had to move to another stall because Where you put the money was taped up. The brush had no bristles on it. Overall I've seen better days at this car wash need some upgrading and Maintenance..
Best carwash in town. They have two automated wash bays and several manual. One of the automated bays is attended, where they pre-wash your car before you enter the wash area. I always use the unattended bay. They also have several vacuum stations.
The people that run the drive-through car wash side are wonderful! They scrubbed on my truck, and it looks wonderful! It was super reasonable! So happy to have this car wash available in our area!
I used The Doggy Dip and I loved it! If I would change anything it would be filling up the machine for the dog and the shampoo being scented. It didn’t really leave my dog smelling like shampoo. Other than that we loved it. I notice people don’t clean it like they should so the water was slow to drain. I tried to clean it out, but I couldn’t get it all out.
I've been to this car wash enough that I've decided it's probably going to not have presoak and/or wash soap. Something is usually not working. I've deposited money to start to wash my car it'll give me my allotted time and when I add a quarter for additional time It won't register almost .75 cents of the additional money ill add throughout my car wash iIl always lose money at this car wash, it bring either the bay or the dispensers for the dry towel. I leave aggrevated everytime.
Water World is conveniently located on the main strip in Broken Bow. For $14, I do wish I could get thru the automatic car wash and drive out without soap on my car. I always have to whip around into one of the bays and rinse my car off.
Today's experience was very bad for me. This is not my first time here. Every time I choose your best service, I pay a lot of money, you guys don't clean my trunk, the rear glass is full of fingerprints, I pay the highest money and get the worst service, I choose to trust you guys , This is how you failed the trust of a guest.

Update: We just went there to redeem the wash 4 get one free. The manager said we can’t redeem it with the receipts we collet. Different from what we were told the first time we went. Well, make sure you do the right route if you try to redeem the free car wash.
Pretty clean and pretty good business. Unlimited car wash starts from $20 every month. Or you can choose Wash 4 get one free. Just to keep the receipt to redeem it after. The business is pretty good. They will hand you a wipe after paying the fees. Highly recommend to bring the car cloth to wipe the water drops even the car washing machine did a good job. There are vacuum cleaners to vacuum the car seats after washing the cars. Recommended! Will come again next time.

They will hand you a wipe after paying the fees. Highly recommend to bring the car cloth to wipe the water drops even the car washing machine did a good job. There are vacuum cleaners to vacuum the car seats after washing the cars. Recommended! Will come again next time.
The car is cleaner than it was I don’t understand how you can have 6 people working on a car and still miss spots. So I get home and just do a touch up. Thanks for cleaning my car. The wait was less than 5 minutes. It wasn’t too many people there.
I went in for a regular wash this morning because I wanted to try out this place. Please trust me and save your money! I noticed a few spots when I picked it up. I didn't have the energy to question them at the time plus they were very busy so I decided to just fix that on my own. Tell me why when I tried cleaning it, there were stubborn glue dots all over my car? I had to use goo gone on my car to get rid of it! It took me forever to remove them without scratching out my car. Needless to say I'm regretting my decision, very disappointed and not going back
I tried this place out because I would drive by all the time and see the absolutely immaculate cars. My car looked okay when they were done with it and I had to point out a lot of places where they missed spots in the last buffer stage but once they did that, my car looked amazing.
I'm giving it a one star because that's the lowest I can rate it on this platform. Don't go here there's more air than water or chemicals that come out of the hoses. The young tall guy that owns it or runs it has a smart mouth and there is absolutely no soap or pressure that comes out of the spray gun. You would think if their machines are down or they are having trouble with them they would post a sign in regards to it so you don't waste your money and time.
If you value your life, done EVER come near this area. Within the past 2-3 months there have been several robberies and shootings here. A father and son was robbed, the father was shot and killed. A few days ago, another shooting in broad daylight. HPD and crime tape everywhere. They need to just close this place down. It’s hood as hell.
The carwash here always breaks down. This is not the first time where we gave been stuck. They need to fix it or open the older place on Richmond. But the equipment needs to up updated ASAP.

Well it has seen better days the wash needs some work several of my setting didn't function and the area is a little shady wouldn't suggest woman washing cars after night fall but value wish you can success fully wash a car for about 3.00 bring a bucket and a rag a 2.00 wash
Got the job done! The area is not the cleanest, and some of the machines don't work. But, overall it was a good place to wash my car for a low price. Just make sure you have cash.
This car wash is old broken down, the vacuum hoses have holes in them they barely work and the wash hoses barely have any water Pressure I would not waste my coins on this place
I USED to love this place cause they used to do such a good job and I would drive 30 minutes just to get my car washed here. I will never come back after today's experience, my wife and I brought both of our car today for their wash and wax special which clearly states includes vacuuming. First off they increased their Wednesday special price by quite a bit (used to be $35 just few months ago) now $50+ depending on the size of your vehicle. I haven't had time to get my car washed for months and that is my fault but the workers could had told the manager/boss that my vehicle requires extra work and cost extra before starting the cleaning. They wash and wax my car but it still came out dirty and said it's because I haven't washed my car for months that I need detail cleaning which will be another $200 on top of the $50 which I already paid. If I knew that before they finish with my car I would had brought it elsewhere. $250 for detail cleaning when they cant even do a simple vacuum seems like a ripoff to me. I declined since I had a doctor appointment that was cutting real close so I had to leave and I clearly ask the manager if my car was vacuumed because they missed it in the beginning. He told me yes so I got in my car and drove off. When I finally had time to look I see that they did not vacuumed anything, my interior is still dirty. Total paid for 2 vehicle is $115 and I regret every dollar spent.
I spent $90 total for full service interior cleaning and hand wax. My car was dirtier on the inside with dog fur. I usually get it spotless inside myself with a vacuum but I figured I’d try this place. There was still fur on my backseats and the trunk was not vacuumed at all! For that amount of money I expected more. Never going back to this place
I came to clean my car and forgot my cellphone in the car. While they were cleaning, I noticed I don’t have my cellphone. I went to the car and start searching everywhere in the car and asked them if they’ve seen a phone and they said no. I used another phone to sign in to my iCloud to track my phone’s gps location and noticed my phone is still in the same car wash location. When I confronted the employees, they suddenly said oh, yeah let me show you. These people do not seem like honest people. I don’t recommend the service.

Normally I don't like to take my car through an automatic wash. Being short on time, I needed to get my grimy car cleaned. I saw negative reviews about how they now have a person at the check in for express. I found this helpful because it's been a while since I've been here and he helped me pick a wash. The wash itself was good but there were still spots on my hood. My fault as I neglected to clean the car sooner. I give them a five star because of the friendly service at front and free vacuums! Make sure you bring a soft rag with you to wipe off excess water! Blue car is my old car, taken early 2021, silver one my new car taken today!
They have 2 drive through car washes. One takes cash and the other takes card. I have a truck with a 6 in lift and it is able to go through. The one side has people there that do a pre-wash for you. Great car wash.
I have been working there for going on 3 months now all vacuums are working soap in foam and all machines are working through the tunnel you watch experience will be better ax4e personally

Going on a Wednesday mid morning meant no wait. Pulled right in and they immediately started working on my Tesla Model X. Having a NIA card meant I got their #2 service for the #1 price, so gave them a Good Value rating as it was cheaper than retail. My SUV was very dirty from getting back from a Road Trip so I pointed out areas, lower front grill, side rails, that needed extra love. They didn't balk or complain, just took care of it for me. Very pleased with the service and will be back supporting a local small business.

Yesterday was my first time trying this place. I got the package #3 and i was not satisfy at all with the quality. Other places do better job for cheaper. First, i was told they won't use armor on the inside dashboard or seats(they say its extra) so they just wipe it down. The windows and outside was poorly clean I have water smudges all around the car body amd womdowns. I pay close to $55 for a bad job.!! I normally go to cherry/wardlow and those guy do way better job, than this place. I live down the st and thought of giving it a chance but I am beyond dissatisfied at their quality of work. Bad experience as a first time customer.
Clean facility with updated equipment. They have a fully automatic soft touch car wash as well as an automatic touch free car wash. During the day there are normally 2 very friendly gentleman who do prep work for the touch free bay. They have always done an excellent job on my (severely muddy) truck!🤣👍 The self serve bays are always clean; I regularly see the prep guys cleaning bays when not prepping a vehicle. Overall 2 thumbs up for this new owner! 👍👍

Nice place for car wash. Automatized. Basic wash for 6 USD and up to 15 for a full wash. Nice crew that help you from the beginning. You got also a coin for 5 min vacuum plus 25 cent per minute if you want. Also you got a dashboard wipe for free and I haven't seen thus in other car wash. In general worth it and will.come back.
The guys at Tiny Auto do an awesome job! We usually do the Package #2 for $24.95. And after the car is washed and clean, oh man, it is like driving a brand new car! Highly recommended.
I've been getting my car washed there for years. Best car wash of all the car washes I've tried in Long Beach. They do an excellent job and their rates are very competitive. They did an interior detail on one of my cars. At the time my car had cloth seats and I had small grandchildren ... not a good combination. The interior was pretty dirty. When I picked up my car it looked almost as good as new; they did a fantastic job! They did an outstanding job on an exterior detail I had done on a late model Nissan Altima. I had it done six months ago and the water still beads up on the finish. I highly recommend them!
