Beautiful market. The food is amazing and very well priced and the plants are as healthy as they could be!
Wonderful staff, very helpful and accommodating. The produce is incredibly fresh and healthy and there are a variety of house made sauces and jams that my wife and I really enjoyed. They also have different exotic fruits and vegetables depending on the season or time of year. Highly recommend for a wonderful shopping experience and a lovely staff
Very kind and knowledgeable staff and wonderful shopping experience, especially for fresh produce and organic fruits and veggies. There was also a variety of in house made Jam's and local honey available. I definitely recommend stopping by for friendly service and a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, jams and other grocery needs including Caribbean spices and herbs. 10/10
Such a cute little spot, I can totally understand why they hold events here! So many beautiful outdoor flowers and some really awesome indoor plants. They had quite a bit of "rare" or unique plants which was pleasant to see. The prices were pretty fair and the staff was really awesome! I can't wait to visit when I'm in town again! ☺️

For the past 3 years I have been searching high and low for a nursery that grows Lily of the Valley plants. Yesterday I spoke to a woman by the name of Nicollette, whom not only assured me they had Lily of the Valley, but saved me some by request. I drove there today for the first time. It's in a beautiful area. I use to work at a garden center in Minnesota...and this Fairview Garden Center is three times the size!!! It's beautiful! The staff is very kind. Very professional. Friendly. I ended up getting 8 Lily of the Valley plants and 1 strawberry plant. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is serious about plants. They have every plant you could think of. Gorgeous nursery! Definitely notice the staff takes good care of that place. 😁😁😁

Beautiful garden center. Everyone that works there is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and professional, and they always have a gorgeous array of plants and flowers. My mom and I have enjoyed going there for many, many years (and so continue to).

The lady working here is very nice but this market is extremely dirty. Baskets on the floor covered in dirt and who knows what else. The fruit looks okay but the pricing is very high. Walked over to the coolers and opened one up it smelled putrid. I also found multiple store bought containers of kiwis which were priced at $1.30 a piece for store bought fruit. Just upsetting to know. Anything in the fridge is nasty I promise you that
I ordered my son's corsages here for Homecoming & they were beautiful! I returned & ordered corsages for prom & was highly disappointed. My son put his girlfriends wrist corsage on & before we even took the first picture the main flower fell out & was on the ground (pic attached). She lost all but 2 of them while at the prom. This was obviously put together horribly! So disappointing for the kids & me who paid for them!
I want to share the wonderful experience that I had with Tropical Interior Florist. I live out of state and have been a floral designer for decades myself. Needless to say, I'm a bit picky on sending flowers. The staff catered to all of my particular requests. It was obvious that they care about the details and the products they deliver. Absolutely gorgeous! The variety is outstanding. Many of the displays are set up with helpful information on what would work in an office or where to plant them in our outdoor space. All of the staff were so kind and helpful.
Great experience for my first visit to Fairview. Every employee I spoke with was kind and knowledgeable. In an hour and a half I was asked if I needed anything six or seven times. Looking forward to seeing how everything turns out once it’s all planted.
Forty years ago I started sending flowers from Tropical Interiors to my mother and they were always beautiful. Now my family does the same for me and TI continues to send fresh and beautiful flowers . A wonderful and dependable florist and this year's Easter arrangement was the best ever ! One of my favorite greenhouses in the area, hands down! I buy all of my house plants, flowers, landscaping, etc. from there and won’t go anywhere else. They also grew succulents for my wedding favors and they turned out amazing. Good quality, fair pricing, and a great selection to choose from!
My go to florist! I live in NH and have family in Florida. I have used Tropical Interiors on multiple occasions and they absolutely never disappoint! Their flowers are always beautiful and unique! And their customer service is amazing! When I ordered flowers for my mother after surgery, somehow the card was misplaced during delivery. The delivery driver called me, asked me what the flowers were for, went to the store, bought an appropriate card and asked me what I wanted the card to say. If that is not going above & beyond, I don't know what is. Thank you again for being a business I can always rely on!
Beautiful native botanical garden + canyon trails in Ft Davis. Great for a slow stroll in the gardens or longer hikes. Dog friendly (on leash)
Stopped in a few days ago to pick out some pet-safe plants as my first ever houseplants. Staff were friendly but not knowledgeable on pet-safe plants, even suggesting some that upon further research, were actually toxic to pets. The garden center itself is beautiful with lots to choose from, but I would’ve expected its staff to be a bit more knowledgeable about pet-safe plants, or at least have a guide on hand to use as a resource.
Will be back, but will certainly rely on my own research when choosing plants for my home.

So I want to take the time and big up the Pol county farmers market. Holly was amazing she gave so much great information on some questions I had. She spent time with me walking around the shop showing me all of the great things she made. Her amazing tamerind sauce was divine . I will be back soon thanks Holly and Anne
I love this place. Great food and great products. But for the past several times I've been here you really have to watch the cashiers. They enter incorrect prices or don't take discounts.
This is a little haven for the plant people in your life! I love the selection of houseplants and have been impressed to see some rarer varieties. The indoor pot selection is unbeatable and much of it is priced very reasonably. I've purchased a few houseplants from here now and they are all thriving! The staff is very kind and always happy to answer any questions or give advice. I can't wait to see what new arrivals they have this spring!

The lady whose always there when i go is super helpful, found me a beautiful dragonfruit and all the fruits and vegetables look fresh. I also bought incense from here! Everything is nice and organized and they accept all forms of payment (I love my ApplePay) My toddler loves it there too and cries every time we have to leave lol, good vibes!!

This is a heaven for plant lovers. They have so many varieties of plants, fair amount of rares as well. Prices are reasonable and the staff seemed friendly. Decent collection of planters as well.
Highly recommend: strolled 1.8 mile Modesta Canyon trail with photos attached. Visitors Center with bathrooms, plenty of information and map of trails.
Incredible place to visit to soak in the beautiful desert scenery and see so many cacti you never knew existed! A great spot for kids to explore nature. We did the outer loop trail and visited the cactus greenhouse and had an outstanding time. The trail allowed us to go in a canyon and to the top of an overlook where we could see the entire expanse of this beautiful region. Thanks to the volunteers who make this special spot such a treasure for all!
We live in Florida. We bought a membership. Does that tell you how awesome this place is? Had a wonderful time. Staff is fabulous. The trails are great. The gift shop is terrific. The cactus museum is fabulous and we hope to return again this trip to check out the bird blind.

I got some beautiful orchids here and they all have healthy root systems and flowered beautifully. The collection here is amazing. They have the usual phalaenopsis orchids but it in so many different colors and sizes and also a lot of exotic orchids (including a vanilla orchid!) and some succulents as well. Yes, they are on the pricey end, but the orchids are well potted and maintained so you pay for healthy plant. The owners are also very friendly and will answer any questions for orchid care. Will be back to add more to my growing collection!

These ladies are the best! Last minute arrangement needed with custom add ons for a VIP coming home from the hospital. We ordered plants via Home Depot and these have been 100% outstanding when arrived. 3 separate orders for sky pencil Holly and an Azalea. The only way to go for online plant orders. 🪴

Thank you all at the visitors center for the info. Extremely insightful as to what I should be keeping my eyes peeled for. They mentioned that there were aoudas (?) and mainly birds out. Though when I was leaving, I was told there was a bobcat sighting. I asked about snake 'n' other little critters that can cause harm if I'm not paying attention. They informed me that they're not common at all-- especially during mid-day.
The visitors center has a gift shop. A ton of books that are geared towards outdoors, the Chihuahuan desert, and plants. They have stickers, cups, shirts, field guides, 'n' more.
There's a bathroom, a water fountain, and a station to refill water bottles. Drinking tap water is safe-- per what I was told. My water bottle was too big to fill at the station so they let me use the tap in their kitchen.
I did not see the mining exhibit this time around. Nor did I walk through the gardens to see what's changed. The trails were where I went

Four Star Greenhouse / Proven Winners Greenhouse and Gardens. Bring my mom here to visit every summer. They don't have a retail store here but it's worth the trip to view these heavenly gardens and it's never crowded! Highly, highly recommend.

Location is special. They grown their own herbs and have a large gardening area in the back. They are a small place but ask when looking for something since they may have it in the back or tell you where you can find it. Homemade tumeric and ginger tonic. Preserves and so much more. Staff is pleasant and helpfully. Parking right in front and I noticed some items have store stickers on them. They said they buy locally and resell. FYI
It’s a great variety of the staples you need. I came specifically from things to start a kitchen garden and got everything I wanted (and more!) prices are reasonable and the space is well organized. Highly recommend if you’re a local :)

A trunk full of plants and one happy gardener. That's the result of my visit to this place! The owners are so knowledgeable and patient with customers. I'm so happy I came here instead of a big box place where everybody is just irritated. They made suggestions, recommendations, which made my trip so much easier. The prices are great too! Thank you for the nice Saturday morning experience!

A little piece of heaven for plant lovers. Healthy beautiful looking plants with friendly and knowledgeable staff and impressive variety. A plant lovers dream afternoon. A must visit. A small word of caution- the price tags are a little high compared to Lowe’s or Home Depot but I think is what you pay is what you get. Yet to find out but i am happy with my haul yesterday. Hope they make it.

Circumstances change when I found out that proven winners is capable of selling a presentable and justifying plants that has leaves and blooms on it. At the same time of the year in early spring local big box stores showcases better plants and it’s proven winners too. The plants I got from these nurseries were terribly overpriced. The manager Nikki Kanser excuse is that they are not the same proven winners. They are really pushy and overconfident of uncertainty. If in case the plants don’t make it, definitely they will say it’s your fault. I was treated like a fly by night kind of customer service they refused refund and returns.

Really cool place! Highly recommend. We spent about 5 hours there hiking and checking out the gardens and green house. Nice visitor center. Very helpful staff. You must do Clayton's overlook trail. Cool 360° display of mountains and volcanic history. Easy trail. We hiked the outer loop trail which starts with Modesta canyon, then winds around Lions head and past the old quarry. Then it brings you to Claytons overlook. Overall around 2.5 miles moderate to strenuous. The hardest part was going down and up through the canyon. The greenhouse was awesome, over 200 species of cacti. The mine museum was very interesting as well nice displays of different types of ores and old mine equipment. I can't think of any negatives at all.
The Botanical Gardens are stunning. Plan for at least 2 hours to see all of the exhibits. This is a photographer’s dream. Check out my pics please. The hiking trails are rugged, take the hikes seriously and wear sturdy boots if you have them. Pack lots of water and enjoy the wilderness.
I bought Carex plants online and they are the healthiest plants I’ve ever purchased from a nursery. Very well packaged and a lot of bang for the buck. Will be back!

I have to share about this business and the absolutely outstanding customer service they provide. I have had the most beautiful arrangement of flowers on my desk all week for my anniversary. The lilies in this arrangement I have never seen before outside of a botanical garden. This business has been around forever, and they are some of the nicest people we’ve had the pleasure of doing business with! There's tons of unique orchids, succulents, and ferns to purchase here. The orchid stems are quite thick and healthy.
Seemed like a nice place. Was looking for a hydroponic product which they did not have (understandable). Staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. I asked if they had said product, the staff member said "no" and walked off. I wasnt offered any alternatives. I think this place is more for landscaping contractors than for the general public passing through. 4 stars and not 3 because it may have been an off day. But no one seemed particularly friendly there

Beautiful well cared for plants. I stop in here weekly to buy house plants in the winter. Wonderful nursery plants in the summer as well. I highly recommend them.

Another year with a magnificent and FRESH Christmas tree from Cleatus farms!! So pleased with their variety of trees and kind assistance! Go no farther— their trees are the best and prices are not out of line with all the other tree places!
I haven't been there in a while. I thought I would stop in for some fresh local garlic and something fun for dinner.
The garlic, I believe was Music. (I am not an affectionaldo) but it looked and tasted like the same Music bulbs I picked up in WV a few weeks ago. It brings that nice peppery heat when eaten raw.
I also picked up some beautiful sweet banana peppers for dinner, which I stuffed with bacon, sausage, garlic, cheese, and some fresh basil and parsley from the garden.
I roasted one of the garlic bulbs.(delicious) I am posting a few pics of the process, oh and my dinner of course. Buy and support locally. See you at the market.

Cleatus Farms is a marvelous small business with high quality plants and superior knowledge compared to most nurseries and big box stores. The owners and people working there are helpful. When a worker there does not know an answer, he/she will ask another who knows. It’s my #1 nursery from whom to purchase.
I was afraid I was too late to get gorgeous flowers this late into June, but everything they have is still looking lush. Still lots of great stock left in annuals, perennials and trees/shrubs.

This is the only place I go to buy orchids. I have been going there forever. I give them to my friends every chance I get, for any occasion or just to see them smile. Flowers last weeks longer than cut bouquets and the varieties are amazing. They are always much more Impressive than what you get from a grocery store
Beautiful venue inside & out. Our tour was with Dayna; she was fantastic!! Wonderful atmosphere for any event. Small amphitheater outside; outside bar and fireplace. Inside is a beautiful spacious area that you can decorate to suit your needs. Very accommodating making this venue that much more appealing!
The place to go if you love Phalaenopsis orchids. The variety of colors is fun. I've bought 2 plants from here and they are healthy with plump roots. Yes, they are a little more expensive than the usual garden center, but they look so much better and were well-tended.

They have been around Laramie long enough to understand what does well for our winters and can recommend cold-hardy species, some of which are seeded and grown on site and can recommend shrubs and trees species specially for the Intermountain West and Great Plains Region.

Danny who works there was very nice and helpful when we came in to buy 1 orchid. We ended up buying 2, and spending $100. 10 days later, one of the plants started dropping bulbs, even though we followed the instructions exactly. When we returned, Danny told us essentially that he was sorry but there’s nothing they could do. We will never go there again and will share our bad experience with anyone who asks.
In the spring there are Tons of flowers, shrubs, and trees to choose from. Throughout the season there are tons of deals to be found. They also grow their own veggies and you can go out there to do a "pick your own veggie pail".

Went to a wedding here today. By far the most BEAUTIFUL venue I have seen. The flowers are magnificent. It was like a fairy tale
I arrived and found out that Telly's isn't partnering with Goldner Walsh anymore. They sell a nice seIection of trees and shrubs and the staff was wonderfully helpful despite temps in the high 80's when I visited. Over all I was disappointed in the lack of variety of plants. They have a few vegetables, but no peppers at all. Same with annuals. They looked healthy, but not many varieties of coleus and no tags or signs noting variety names. They don't seem to sell seeds. Over the years this store has tried new, innovative business ideas and it's a unique, charming setting that is for rent for weddings, meetings, etc. I truly wish them luck.
My favorite place for flowers. Good prices. Healthy plants, excellent variety. Employees helpful and friendly. Play area inside for children. Good parking. Public restrooms.

Staff is friendly and helpful. They have a great product selection and good prices. I have on several occasions found better product here and/or product at a better price here than the nearby Lowe's. I just come here for basically all my garden/pond needs now.
The owners are extremely knowledgeable about everything they do. After meeting with them, it was clear that this is their passion. The store has various hydroponic set ups that are live. The store keeps a stock that has everything anyone would ever need. Top tier.
