Stop by for a leisurely walk out in nature or watch the pygmy goats... They're very comical AND cute; or checkout the chickens and ducks. If you're lucky you'll get to see uncaged sandhill cranes, so graceful AND beautiful. Such a peaceful place.

Bought a bag of apples there today. They were obviously last year’s apples - all of them were mealy, 4 or 5 had begun to rot.

We came out and Hiked last weekend.. Great Hike every year, the farmers market is top notch as well, the employees are Great...

It was so beautiful and enchanting! The old paintings are incredible and the grounds are so beautiful! I can’t wait to go back!

A nice place to spend an hour checking out some plant life. From what we were told, they will be updating/repairing the old building in the coming months.

Like stepping into a time machine!! At the very least, the car museum was as such. So cool and interesting! I almost missed my bus becuase the outstanding gentleman in the show room was so knowledgeable! We had a great conversation about the cars and carriages. And he informed a traveler like me on the Fricks and why they are so renowned in Pittsburgh. Highly recommend!

I enjoy being at this park with my family members and friends. I also enjoy time alone in the park enjoying the animals and nature around me after a long week of working at my job in Baltimore Maryland.

This is a beautiful place to walk around. It is free and donation based. It’s a little old and building could definitely use some love. The flowered and plants are nice and staff was friendly too.

Wonderful little museum but it's really expensive given how little is there and how small it all is. For the record, there's just one Rembrandt, one Vermeer, one Monet and even they don't often mention it, one Degas. Good but not worth $25 pp, should be $10-$15 max

The customer service is A1! The gentleman at the front desk is so nice and knowledgeable about the conservatory. I enjoyed listening and learning from him. The conservatory is separated into several themed spaces. I just assumed it was the big beautiful building on the website. I was amazed by all the plant life that they have in all these spaces. The banana trees so absolutely beautiful. The palms are massive. I am a plant person so this was definitely my happy place. 10/10 would recommend.

Very small art museum. The cars are excellent. Did not visit the house. $25 is a lot for what you get. Check on reciprocal memberships.

A hidden gem! I worked for. BCRP for years and never indulged. During events they have themes. On the day to day there are different rooms and temps. They have a cactus room and a room with fish where you can get them for just one quarter. The best part is the ability to purchase delft plants. Oh and did do mention it’s only a 5 recommended donation

This place is like a little slice out of a fairytale. Having moved from Florida, it’s a great place to see some tropical plants and succulents! They have a few different rooms with different themes like Desert and Mediterranean. All the plants are beautiful, and they’re doing a spring show right now with blooms from tulips and daffodils and loads of others making the inside smell INCREDIBLE! Donations recommended, but otherwise free. It’s not a very large conservatory but it’s built beautifully and is part of the local history as well. Check it out if you can, you won’t be disappointed!

Ridiculous quality. Botany and upkeep are top-notch. Collection of plants is fantastic. Awesome koi pond. A cute cat said hi to me. They were selling a TON of poinsettias all perfectly healthy and bright. Love this place. 🤌

My wife has been going there for years for plants and veggies. Best farmstand around in my opinion…the sweet corn is spectacular.

The Elawa team was so fantastic to work with for our wedding! Karen was so accommodating to us and our guests, and they really put a lot of thought and care into making sure our wedding went off without a hitch! From planning out how to use the facilities, to coordinating with vendors, we were blown away with how organized and beautiful the space ended up turning out. The farm itself is really an incredible place, and we couldn’t be happier to have gotten married there. It is such a beautiful backdrop and would be an ideal place for really any event.

Beautiful but amateurish operation. Loved the Xmas sale and the gin class my wife and I took, but the Farmers Market was a gabfeat for the staff and their friends, no help, few prices. About to buy Lions Mane mushrooms, I was applauded to see a staff member and her buddy open every box and touch each one! Who want’s to deal with that, who where have those hands been? Didn’t buy a thing and won’t be back(except for the Xmas market).

We are a flower shop called The Jade Vine and clients of our had their wedding at Elawa Farm recently. The farm staff was incredibly responsive, proactive, and made the wedding seamless. We worked very closely with Karen, the venue coordinator, and Vivian, the onsite attendant who helped make the day perfectly successful. It was very convenient to have each aspect of the day all in one place; people flowed easily from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to dinner under a large tent, to dancing in the haybarn. Would highly recommend this venue for weddings or events of any kind.

Some of the produce are good and some aren’t, depends on which farms they got stuff from. Better than a lot of other farms within the local area. Eggs and cider are not worthy.

Great early season mums, small buds, back in greenhouse area.

During June 2021 there are just a few galleries open-- you can easily view this art museum in an hour to an hour and a half-- but don't forget there is also a car and carriage museum, a small greenhouse and a lovely garden area to explore. It is free, but you need to reserve a time slot which you can do online. We went on a Tuesday and were nearly the only two people there! Don't miss this lovely place! The visitors center is now open (June 1, 2021) - it houses the restrooms, soft drinks and snacks, gift shop and water bottle refill station. There are benches and tables outdoors, where you can eat your snacks. Plan to spend 2-3 hours on the Frick grounds. The family home (Clayton house?) is undergoing repairs and is not currently open for tours. So there is an art museum, car museum and small greenhouse to visit here.

Excellent place to spend time with family,
Kids love this place. staff members are willing to take time and talk to kids about the animals and their dietary habits.

Charming, quiet, and romantic gardens are so inviting. Farmers market has delicious and fresh offerings every Friday during season. Simply don’t miss out on starting your weekend right.

Brigham is my go-to place for corn, they consistently have the best corn year after year!
Flowers they carry are beautiful and you can pick your own to make your own bouquet too. Lovely place!

Nice little stand with a variety of plants

We had a lovely visit, and enjoyed the Car and Carriage museum, the Green House, and finished with a special tea party lunch at the Cafe. Everyone working there was so nice and helpful making it a special day for me and my 2 year old granddaughter.

Lots of cool heirloom tomatoes and good prices on annuals and perennials.

While trying to find the parking lot for Middlefork Savanna (GPS took me to Halas Hall), I found this little gem. Loved reading about this history of this farm and walking around the property. Great place to take kids before or after a nature walk. I would love to come back for the farmers market one day.

They have fresh and delicious fruits and vegetable. Local honey is also great!
