As a parent entrusting the care of your precious little one to another, finding a daycare that feels like an extension of your own home is important. That's precisely the experience we found at Nona day care, Home-Based Daycare for our 14 month-old then. It’ been 4 months he goes to Nona day care.
I visited 5-6 places before this but when I visited Nona day care, it caught my attention with minimalist setup in loving room considering toddlers and babies along with all safety gate and most important cleanliness. Backyard is also well fenced and safe for babies to explore. Sonia is friendly and flexible with parents schedule and babies schedule. Transition to day care for my 14 month boy then was smooth and he likes going to day care. Nutrition is another area where she excels We appreciate the emphasis on healthy eating, with nutritious snacks like fresh fruits. Our boy started talking two word statemetns in 4 months! and tried to communicate all his needs like poop and pee already.

Excellent school with great curriculum focused on childhood development. Teachers are passionate about connecting with the children and treat it as a school rather than a daycare.
Best daycare vibes ever! Our kiddo had a blast for 2 years. There was Fresh home food for the kids. The family's super caring – felt like dropping off at sister’s place. along with fun kids learnt so many things, alphabets, colors, numbers and much more. Highly recommend for happy kiddo days!"
We have had the best experience with Goddard. I'm so impressed by the teachers, classrooms and activities. My child loves going to school and has grown so much in his time there.
Administration and teachers genuinely care about their students. I feel like my kids are in really good hands! Both kids look forward to going to school.
Infant teachers are not at all taking good care of kids. Esp Margeret teacher who was assigned to my kid.

So happy we enrolled our child here. The teachers are very caring. My daughter has Miss Hiam right now and she is very sweet to my daughter. She gets on her level to talk to her and speaks very calmly to her. You can tell she loves children.
My daughter loves to go to school. She has made friends and the school does a lot of activities but since it’s play based, it’s not overly structured. It’s based more on fun with learning and growing a confident social child.
Communication is excellent from the school is excellent as well. Highly recommend this school!

BH Bishop Ranch is amazing and high quality. We get updates of our daughter periodically, teachers are very tentative and fun!! Kids go outside either to walk or play, my daughter esp. loves the sand pit. I love the learning experiences for kids using combination of indoor circle time involving senses, coloring etc. as well out outdoor learning about nature. I highly recommend this center!

Our daughter started going to this daycare about 6 months back. Sonia made sure her transition was smooth and my daughter instantly started liking the place. Sonia and her caretaker truly love and care for the kids and make sure they finish their meals/snacks daily. My daughter learns a lot of new things everyday and enjoys going to the daycare.
BH has been our go to for our two daughters. Great team at the daycare from the teachers to the chefs! One of our favorite classes is Preschool 2 with lead teacher Ms. Heather. We’ve had both our kids in her class and both kids loved it, and I learned a bunch about my kids and ways to raise them. Ultra supportive team on site for the kids and families and just one more part of our village raising our kids.
After touring about 5-6 daycares in the area, when we finally met Sonia and her family, we immediately knew that we found the right place for our then 13 month old son. Its been almost 3 months now and my son loves to go to his daycare every morning. Sonia and her family take such good care of the kids and also provides fresh food for them, which is such a big relief for us. The place is clean and they have good indoor and outdoor space for kids to play. Sonia is very accommodating and we are quite happy to send our son to Nona Day Care.
My son loves this place. He is shy, didn't speak any English and had never been in any class setting before he started at Bright Horizon. His two teachers (Ms. Lea and Ms. LuNan in PreSchool 1) are awesome! They give him abundance of patience, understanding, love and caring so his transition period is short and smooth and he is happy everyday at school. It is a blessing to have Ms.Lea and Ms.LuNan as my son's teachers. Knowing he is in good hands definitely give me a peaceful mind.
My gf worked her how to say this business is shady is an understatement. It’s a very unsafe environment for your children. The owner is very money hungry do not work here.PLEASE
This childcare center is full of hidden agendas and very unprofessional. After i made a complaint about one of the workers (she signs the kids in and work in the kitchen), later that day when i picked my son up he had a burn mark and a scratch on his leg. Just when i discovered it the owner was walking up to the building and i confronted her about it only to be told “that looks old”! The burn mark looked as if some hot piece of mental costed it.(same mark you would get from a curling iron). It was swollen and red! I was not allow to speak with his teachers regarding it only the owner! And i never got a clear understanding as to what happened but yet they have cameras in the building! I should of reported it to the police or CPS but i wasn’t sure what to do because of lack of evidence. But ima speak my truths and pray no other child has to suffer the abuse of this childcare center!
I absolutely love this daycare! 10 out of 10 rating for me! They are always kind and my child always leaves smiling 😃
We've been with the center for over 3 years and just started our second child in the infant classroom. Their dedication to hiring amazing staff, implementing strong safety protocols, and partnership working with parents on child development has been incredible, especially during the pandemic. The cost is higher than most other centers, and we've had to make adjustments to our schedules to accommodate a later start time over the past year and a half, but the quality of care we've received easily justifies our choice.
Nona Daycare has been a great find for us when were looking to send our 2 year old daughter few months back. Having been under our care since birth, I was very skeptical how my daughter will adapt to being away from home for the 1st time! However I was very pleased & happy to see Sonia (daycare owner) take great care of her since Day 1. Sonia is great with kids, very patient and helped my child's smooth transition to the daycare setting. She is flexible, provides updates & shares pictures of our child during the day. My daughter loves going to Nona daycare, enjoys learning new skills and interacting with her daycare friends. Sonia provides fresh & healthy home cooked vegetarian meals for the kids, which is very important to us. Daycare setting is very clean and well sanitized taking necessary Covid precautions. Overall, we are very happy to send our daughter here!
My son has been going to Nona daycare for 4 months now and he loves spending his day there. Sonia is really welcoming, caring and understands him well. He is learning a whole lot interacting with her and the other kids. The place is clean, bright and kid friendly. Daycare timings are flexible and Sonia is willing to accommodate. She has a nice backyard with open space and toys for kids to run around and play. There is plenty of space indoors as well. Sonia prepares organic vegetarian meals (paratha, khichdi and fruit snacks) for the kids which is a huge help for us.
Sonia is taking precautions during Covid to protect the little kids and keep them healthy. We feel safe to send our son to Nona daycare :-)

DLA is not worth it. This is not a safe environment for children. The management is crooked. Parents if you can, please put your children in a more efficient, effective, and cleaner child care center. To all of those who desire to work at Discovery Learning Academy..... blessings to you because you are going to need it. These statements are my personal opinion.

Excellent with the children. When it comes to the children they are spoil the Owner stays sending them home with new things the teachers are hard working and focused solely on the learning path of the children.
Very Unprofessional how they did my babies i would not recommend them to no one and i let all my peers no to not let they babies go here
Ms Jennifer has been watching my son since he was 6 months old. He’s 3.5 years old now and loves going to daycare (he loves Ms Jennifer). She is very patient with all the kids and has many years experience in the childcare business. As a first time mom myself, I have valued her advice on how to raise my son from feeding, sleep training, to potty training. Every time my son has fallen sick, she has provided helpful tips for how to nurse him back to health. She’s also a great cook, and my son loves eating her food more than mine. She’s very creative and comes up with a variety of activities for kids of all ages to enjoy. The added bonus for me is that my son is picking up Mandarin! Since Covid, she has taken the extra precaution to ensure that all the kids she looks after are safe. I wholeheartedly trust leaving my son with her and would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.
We love Curious Little One and Ms. Jennifer! Our son loves the variety of activities, toys, friends and most of all the yummy food. He learns so fast here and has a smile on his face from drop-off to pick-up. We love getting the daily pictures and videos to see what they're up to. Ms. Jennifer is truly the best!
Really love sending our little one here during the online/distant learning. Ms Jennifer takes very good care of our daughter, cooks the best home-cooked meals for them and keeps her on top of their assignments. She takes care of the little ones like they are her own.

We can't say enough good things about the center and the team there. They were super professional from the very beginning. We picked the center over several others in the area based on that experience.
The center is clean and bright with plenty of natural light in most classrooms. The MMZ room is awesome for when kiddos have to stay indoors.

My son is at their infant room since 7 month old. I have to admit that Bright Horizon at Bishop Ranch is SUPER SUPER pricey compared to other nearby daycare. However, I also have to admit that the infant room teachers are the best. I never feel guilty when I drop off my son and go to work. It is worth every penny.
I love this daycare. Staff are very concerned and treat my son as their own. I would recommend Discovery Learning Center to anyone. They are very understanding, flexible and empathetic. I can tell they actually teach the children. My son comes homes with new stuff everyday lol. He is very advanced for his age thanks to the help of his teachers at this daycare.

Nona day care is wonderful. I started for my 1 year old boy in the daycare in Oct 2018. He adjusted to the new place in a couple of weeks. Now he loves going there. Ms Sonia takes care of the kids very well. Her home is very clean and organised. She provides home made healthy food - breakfast, snacks and lunch - which made me choose the day care. Sonia's family is also very loving and caring towards the kids and provide a conducive, safe and healthy environment for kids.
Nona Day Care is a fun and interactive home daycare. They have a lovely staff and the learning room is beautifully decorated. Ms. Sonia cares about each child and is very responsive to parent needs. She quickly address concerns and my 18 month old son loves going there every day. We are happy that our son has this clean, inviting environment to come to every day. Thank you very much and appreciate your whole team for all that everyone is doing to make it a great experience for my son and all the kids on a daily basis.

I absolutely love everything about this place... the management and teachers makes you feel loved... they work on overall development of your child ... in a fun and nurturing environment... we will miss everyone as it's time to move to Kindergarten for us :)
My daughter has been attending for almost a year. I am very thankful of the staff; for providing such a loving learning environment. The director is very personable and the teachers are extremely helpful. Awesome center!!
I tired to give this daycare a chance overlooking the fact that it sits right here in the HOOD! The teachers at Bright Beginning are loud ratchet and disrespectful. Everytime I go do an unannounced visit the teachers are more interacting with each other than they are with the children. My 1st pop up my baby was sitting by herself on her 2ND week in a corner by herself while the other children play and the teachers engaged in their conversation, my last pop up really cut the cake. As I walked into the daycare around 12 noon I hear the teachers all laughing and talking before I make it to her classroom I hear out of no where my daughters name being called by her teacher Miss.Shun saying " You have to use the restroom again? You getting on my nerves,,then I heard her pause and then carry on saying big,,black,, round... as I heard her I walked into the class and their where five teachers in there and every face read including the loud mouth unprofessional teacher that she has been over heard by me doing the time she was trying to be funny and crack jokes on my baby,, everyone looked speechless. So of course I told her I heard her say my child's name and I knew she was talking to her but she denied it. I immediately filed my report and remove her from that HELL HOLE

This child care center is run by a caring and nurturing provider. Her name is Mrs. Brownlee. I highly recommend this center for anyone in search of child care where the staff is genuinely interested in the well being both physically and mentally of their child/children. The staff speaks to the children in proper english. No babby talking here. They are loving and courteous to the parents as well. God sent genuine care!
