This place is disgusting, it needs a deep clean, throw away the broken toys, repair the foam on the jungle gym, so that’s safe for kids, and clean the bathrooms so that there’s not urine on the floor and blood on the toilet.
Love this place! Convenient location, convenient online pay portal and the staff is great. My son has been enrolled since November 2022 starting in the infant classroom and after his first birthday he moved up into the wobbler class. They had him visit the wobbler class to have an easy transition which is so important ❤️ teachers send me photos which just make my day too I look forward to a surprise picture of my baby just having so much fun 🤩 you get a daily report to take home to see what they eat, when they slept and all diaper changes. It definitely shows how amazing this place is when my 14 month old reaches out for his teacher during morning drop off. I recommend lakeshore to everyone
The facility itself is very nice, clean, and creative! I love the little shops - it’s made to look like a little town that’s toddler size. The only thing I didn’t like was the customer service. The people at the front desk aren’t very polite and they are overly strict on things that should be a little flexible in my opinion. For a facility that caters to children, I think the customer service should be much more exciting, perky, nice. They’re super bland and a little rude.

My kids both love Kids Core Learning Center. Ms. Betty and her staff are amazing. Ms.Janet makes drop off and pickup seamless. My boys have learned so much in the time they've attended the daycare. They makes us feel like family. I wish my boys could stay there forever
So glad I found this daycare. This place is amazing! They really care and love the children. My daughter has been here since she was two months. Everyone is professional and kind. I’m so grateful for them. They made all my worries about daycare melt away.

I teach infant and child swim lessons. One day this daycare became extremely unreliable and unresponsive without notice or reason. Told me my child was a good kid, called and apologized for not answering/ being available when I went to drop off my son. Then, laughed… after that they were completely MIA without notice. Very disappointing. I had to quit teaching infant safety swim classes because they were abruptly no longer available and was the only daycare open on the weekends. (I do know that we eat pepperoni pizza and I brought him some to eat for lunch… I was told to take it home because they don’t eat pork.)

My daughter attended this daycare for 17 months and we absolutely loved it. Everyone there legitimately cares for children! My daughter learned so much! I would and have recommended this daycare to several people. My daughter received Christmas presents, Easter baskets & valentine gifts! Among others. Super thoughtful. My family is so sad to be leaving Memphis and these lovely ladies, we wish we could take them with us.
They are great, I don’t understand where the bad reviews are coming from. The staff is incredibly friendly and took great care of my daughter while I lived in Memphis. She learned a ton and she got socialized better than I could ever have hoped for. They have events for holidays and birthdays and such. My baby girl was frequently bringing home arts and crafts or gifts she had received. I’m incredibly sad to be taking her out of this daycare, just had to with a move.
My children had a great time at the Kids Play Gallery. The gallery is packed with a variety of activities that encourage children to be imaginative and creative. The staff were welcoming and friendly, creating a fun and nurturing atmosphere. My son particularly enjoyed the veterinarian hospital area because of his love for animals. Don't waste your time booking this place for a birthday party. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had renting a party place. They are very misleading in their rental agreements and the packages are overpriced. They want you to pay for children and adults that didn't even make it to the party due to sickness. I could understand the paying for the children since they had to set up for them but not the adults. They don't cater to adults at all, so why pay if the person is not present. The manager excuse was they already paid for the kids food (what food!!! 1 slice of pizza cut in half and fake iced tea for a package that starts at $599). He couldn't find a liable excuse for the adults (mind you I bought extra food for the adults). The food menu is also overpriced. This place got 1 star because the lady helping for my sons party was very nice and understood where I was coming from. The cherry on top was my son's friend spilled the juice by accident on the table, one of the staff was giving me attitude because I asked him for paper towel to wipe the mess (mind you they charged about $200 for gratuity). He only provided us with 1 ply to wipe the juice off the table. The manager is clueless and very dismissive. All he cares about is money. The place is not even that big for them to charge that much for a 2 hour party. Don't tell me I didn't warn you!!!
Dark and not nearly as clean as other indoor playgrounds we have visited. Dust and debris all over - there were bits of rubber from popped balloons all over the play area. We went in the morning so no reason it should be so dirty. My son woke up the next morning with pinkeye in both eyes. We definitely won’t be back.
It’s a Monday and this pace is a zoo. I asked what maximum capacity is and they had no idea. They admitted there were way too many people in here and they kept allowing more and more people to come. They clearly need to regulate how many people they allow at one time as it’s dangerous.
This place is honestly adorable. I absolutely love the idea of an indoor little play village for children. My toddler has a wonderful time each visit and never wants to leave when it’s time to go. Friendly staff, clean environment and fair price for what’s offered. Very clean as advertised. While playing, children 2yr and older need very little supervision. It’s a win win situation all around.

Finding this daycare was truly a blessing. As a single mother, I wanted to ensure that my son was in an environment that cared about his learning just as much as I did. It truly takes a village, and the staff members are like family. My son has progressed tremendously since starting at this daycare, and I am so thankful to them. I will never forget what they have done and continue to do for my son.

This is the best daycare in MEMPHIS! Very nice and loving ;my kids (nieces nephews and all) have been going here for 13+ years unfortunately/fortunately my kids are in regular school now, and they don’t get to see them till the breaks. I love this school so much and miss y’all dearly.

I've been bringing my son to this daycare for about one month. I was a little hesitant based on some of the prior reviews, but so far he really likes it and there have been no issues.
They are the most affordable daycare I could find, about $100/week less than all the other daycares in the area.
I came in and took a tour first before enrolling my son, and he was so excited he didn't want to leave. Every day he comes home happy and talks about his teachers Ms. S and Ms. Eva and about what he did with his friends.

Very nice and friendly staff. Both my kids are enrolled in the daycare. They enjoy the large indoor playground and hate when I pick them up early! Mr. Steve is very friendly with all the kids and Shannon is very helpful whenever I call to ask questions.
Place is clean, all teachers and staff are very professional and dedicated to the little ones.
Our two children have attended Lakeshore Learning Center since they opened and have been in every classroom from toddlers to school-age. We have been very happy with sending out kids here, they have made lasting friendships, and we have always felt safe and comfortable when we drop our kids off. Most importantly, our kids enjoy spending time here and talk highly of the fun things they do during the day and in the after school program.

Absolutely the best child care you could send your child to!! I absolutely love the staff! Diane is a pure angel!!! My baby comes home every day saying something new he learned. 💙 So happy I’ve been blessed with them!
I would for sure recommend Lakeshore Learning Center! Our kiddos have spent time in the wobbler, toddler, and preschool classrooms and they always come home happy. The teachers and staff are so warm and genuinely care about the children's well being and safety which has been life changing, especially during the pandemic.
Communication from the director and owner is frequent so parents/caregivers are up to date. Daily reports are posted so we always know the specifics about diapering/potty times, meal times, nap time, learning and play time. Covid protocols have been more than fair and also well communicated.

This daycare is HORRIBLE. I went to this daycare when I was about 10-12 I am 15 now and they would hurt kids. They left my sister in a dark room and which causes her to freak out and scratch the side of her face. She still has that scar on her face till this. DO NOT LET YOUR KIDS GO HERE. Me and my sister were traumatized for a while. Make the right choice parents for your kids
WOW!! We just had our sons 3rd birthday here and everything was beyond amazing. The place itself was beautiful, very clean, and so much fun for all the kids at the party ranging from 6 months to 10 years old. Even the adults had a blast!! The staff were FANTASTIC!!!!! Everything was set up perfectly and they were so great with the kids and took care of everything to make the party run smoothly. Honestly this was the best party we have ever been to and we are lucky that it was for our son who had an absolute blast!!! Thank you thank you for a wonderful day!!!!
We celebrated our daughter’s 2nd birthday at Kids Play Gallery and all the kids had such a fun time! Rowena and her staff were excellent and made the planning process so easy. There’s so many toys and activities to keep kids engaged, learning, and having fun. The staff is constantly cleaning and sanitizing the toys and play areas, so cleanliness is definitely not an issue here. We’ve been coming to KPG with our daughter since before she could even walk. It’s the perfect place for her to go and expend some of that endless energy, and it makes putting her down for her afternoon nap MUCH easier (hint hint to parents out there!). Needless to say, we will keep coming back here for many years to come!
We are very happy with Lakeshore Learning Center! Our toddler has been attending, and very quickly we feel like it's an extended part of our family. The staff is very kind, caring, attentive. The teachers, director, everyone on staff seems to know and love my child. They all help out, and it's a very friendly environment. You can feel the positive vibe in the facility. I'm grateful for the staff there and the program's they offer. I plan on having my son attend until he ages out which will be many, many years!
The Lakeshore Learning Center has a wonderful staff. With a clean and inviting atmosphere for any age. The staff all answered the very many questions I had for them. I feel that my child is in caring and attentive hands.
This place is nice. The different stations have role play that kids see every day, like a fire station, gas station/ mechanic shop and the fast food rest.
Parents can also participate as well as relax on the benches provided while still keeping kids within eyesight.
My kid enjoyed the boat and fishing station as well as the police car.
Adding a few more interactive toys to the stations would make it perfect.

This is the first daycare my son has been too, it was an adjustment but the staff was very patient qith him and his transition. I cant thank enough the staff for the care of my baby. They were patient, caring and very responsible with my son. The staffis very professional and I can say that you can trust that your child will be in good hands.
My daughter has gone to this school since the learning center opened. We have been very happy with the team here at this school. The owner Mrs Dawn does a great job of only hiring staff that wants to have a career in teaching. Not just a job. The school offers great meals that are healthy and nutritious. Mrs Becky makes sure all kids have the meals they need when they arrive to school or at lunchtime. There have been some staff change as people move on with their lives. But Lakeshore Learning makes it an easier transition. I would definitely recommend this school to others.
My son have been coming to this family home daycare since he was 10 month old and now he is going to be 2 yrs old. We do not have family close to us but we feel like Choudhury family is our family. They are very caring and loving. My son is very confortable here and I know he is safe. The house is super clean and the kids has manners thanks to them. I really recommend this day care.

Both my children go there no problems we have been there a couple years now I love it my kids love it so we’re staying there
I have been bringing my son to this day care for 3 months now. He had never been to a daycare before, but he is so happy to go here! All the ladies are welcoming, involved and I have never seen so much progress in his learning in 3 months time! I would recommend to anyone, it is worth every penny.

This daycare is the worst, most criminal center in the Memphis area. I will NEVER take my child there again! Janine Davis and Ora Davis, the lazy and trifling owners, are schemers and scammers and not attentive to the needs of the kids. Plus, they asked me to basically commit a crime by allowing them to bill the govt for my child even when he isn't there!
So far so good. My daughter loves her school and always misses her friends. She talks a lot about the school and her teachers. Ms Betty and Jackie are always awesome. I don't know the names of the other teachers but they are always smiling and acknowledge you right away and say hello. We were lucky to come across this place and my daughter is learning. The love the kids have for each other is priceless.

My Armani has been with this wonderful family for over a year. To begin with its a beautiful clean daycare. Im so grateful I was able to find a genuine, loving, safe daycare for my son. They have always been amazing to my son and family. They've always communicated any issues or concerns. He is always so happy to go and see them. He speaks clearly, he has manners and it's all a big thanks to them. I highly recommend anyone to put tjthe kids here.

My wife and I were at Lemon Creek around 6:30pm this evening taking pictures of the moon. After leaving the parking lot I made a wrong turn and looked for the next street -- which happened to be the entrance to your church. The road was a little narrow so I drove down to the parking lot to make a u-turn. There was a black SUV blocking the entrance so I drove down to the next lot [as my wife also noticed how pretty the church was lit and wanted to take a photo]. The SUV then pulled behind us with lights flashing and very rudely said "what are you doing here". I explained we were making a u-turn and he said again very rudely "get out of here". I thanked him (sarcastically) for being so respectful. He then gestured aggressively and told me to get out. This type of behavior is unacceptable.
This review is long overdue. I've been bringing my children here for over 5 years and I am happy to have found this place. They are clean, safe and the staff are always friendly. They are always open so whenever the local elementary schools have teacher work days/holidays I can count on them to watch my children (their grandparents wont retire 😣). I don't usually pop in during lunch but whenever I do (usually because I forgot something), I find that they engage the children's minds and keep them busy.

I'm amazed at how much my daughter has grown and learned since attending. I love the staff and their interaction with the children. I know for a fact that when I drop my daughter off in the morning, she'll be well taken care of throughout the day. The owner of this facility is very rude, unprofessional and inexperienced. She has no experience with children. She does not genuinely care for the children at her center. She is in it for the money. Be careful leaving your child at this learning center.
Surprised to read some of what other parents have to say in other reviews. Not my experience at all. My daughter and son have been at this daycare full-time for several months and part-time for a couple years. I've never had any negative incident. The front door is locked until you log in through the computer. There's always teachers up front by the door. Every time I've been there and was in the office, they were printing of learning packets for the kids to practice writing letters, or crafts of some sort. The director and the owner have always been extremely accommodating and every teacher my kids have been with have shown themselves to be very patient, caring and engaged with my children. As I stated previously, I have had no negative experience here what so ever. I find the staff to be very personable and helpful with everything I've ever asked specifically for my children and they have gone above and beyond, multiple times for them and for me. They clearly take what they do there seriously and I'm sure do everything they can to provide the safest and best possible environment that they can for these children. In light of what I have read in previous statements, I feel completely comfortable with the safety and security of my little angels and appreciate the staff immensely for all they do.
We love Lakeshore Learning Center! My daughter loves Miss Anna and Miss Erin. She's excited to go every day. The center is light and bright and clean. Stay far away from the Italian festival that they have there! They say "30" vendors will be present when in reality there were about a handful with at least 5 being some kind of Congressman looking for votes! Me my wife and 1yr old daughter ate from a gyro stand which was the only gyro stand there and it was the worst gyro I've eaten by far! The white sauce "tzatziki " was definitely melted provolone cheese! $10 for a gyro the size of my 1yr old daughter's sneakers! There are no seats to sit when there is about 2 acres of grass with nothing on them! Stay away from the Italian festival that they have on their property!
In light of recent events, I would like to share my experience with Creative Kids Connection simply because people are so quick to voice their often exaggerated opinions about a negative experience, we lose sight of the countless number of positive ones. My sons have been a part of the CKC family for almost 3 years and have been in every classroom from toddlers to now 1st grade before and after school care. When I say family, Carrie, Yahaira, Tameka, Lillian, Kyliana they are our family. This was my first experience with daycare and will be my last. In 3 years my boys have been nothing less than cared for and loved by all who work there. I am communicated with, notified when needed, and provided documentation regarding even the most minor of scratches on an arm. I am in no way trying to minimize the feelings of fear, confusion, and anger any parent feels involved in such a situation. But let's not forget that perfect people do not exist and accidents do. Carrie's passion for caring for other people's children is undeniable, and I'm certain I speak for others when I say that I know without a shadow of doubt my boys are in the greatest hands when they are not in mine.
I worked at the center about five years ago. I remember the owner would always warn us when DCF was coming and we have to hide things and run around like chickens with our heads cut off to make sure that everything was up to code because it wasn’t! She hires anyone, it doesn’t matter if they have experience with children or not… No education? No problem! This was not a preschool! The kids learned nothing when I worked there it was more like a babysitters club but with an owner who clearly did not care about the children! She bought the cheapest food (all from cans or frozen)… All the toys were dated or broken and we were always out of ratio in the classroom. She was hardly at the center, Leaving young girls with no experience in charge while she wasn’t there. I wouldn’t recommend the center to any family! And I wouldn’t recommend working there either… When I finally had had enough and saw that there was no room to grow there she held my paycheck and said she mailed it I didn’t get it back for over a month and she did the same with my W-2! Sh I wouldn’t recommend the center to any family! Horrible daycare! They hire incompetent people to care for kids! Daycare worker did not check on my child and allowed her to almost freeze to death. She was in initial stages of hypothermia when I picked her up! Her lips were blue! Also the daycare teacher did not feed my child for two days because she couldn't feed herself! Lastly, my child was sent home two days in a row with bruises and scratches on her face and arms. This center should be closed down before they finally kill someone's child. I will be filing an official complaint this morning!
The worst daycare I have ever come across. My child has been released to individuals who are not on the list to be picked up, never asked for identification or signed out my child. I never received a call. My child had a spider bite that took over the entire side of his neck that itched him and I was never told or called about it. I provided my updated phone number and it was never updated in their system. When I drop my child off the teachers this in front of me about nit wanting to stay in the class until another teacher comes. Totally unprofessional and potentially dangerous. I'm extremely outraged and WILL be doing something about it so that no other parent has to have the similar experience.

It is a very good place for having fun with kids! It is clean and cell maintained. The interior is looking better than any other kids fun places I've ever been to.
They have nice cafe, air hockey, two separate playgrounds, three play zones, Xbox with enormous screen and huge toddler area.

Great school in the SRVUSD!

I bring my sons (3 of them) here on occasion, mostly when school is out. Never have had any issues with the staff or facility. The kids enjoy going and meet new friends while they are there. The place is well kept and the staff is knowledgeable on the kids needs. If you are looking for a great child care facility and they have an opening, this is the place.
I have been with Carrie and Creative Kids Connection for over 10 years. I started with her when she worked out of her home and had my youngest join her in the location where Creative Kids is now. I was with Carrie as she not only raised my kids, her kids and other people's kids, but also as she worked very hard to get her licensing and education to open up her own daycare facility (her dream). She has literally dedicated her life to loving and caring for children. She really became part of our family and I have total trust in giving her name and this facility name to anyone who is in need of good quality child care (and at totally reasonable prices). All of my kids now range from 5-14 and are all doing well in school, have good manners and are very well adjusted kids. Of course, I take credit for part of that but I give credit to Carrie as well.
