The lady was not helpful to me for taking a passport photo that is a little bit smaller than 2 by 2, which was completed seamlessly within 5 minutes at another Walgreens 2 miles away.

The manager of this place is an absolute JOKE!! The customer service here is horrible. The pharmacy will just lie to you and put you on indefinite hold. Then when you call back they just do it all over again.

These people are not good for pharmacy service. I don't go be out dob or social over the phone. So when I first used Walgreens I set up a code (in person) to authenticate myself with name, phone, and address. The pharmacy tech said sure and set it up. So I called this morning to get a refill and was told I couldn't unless I provided dob. I told the tech to check my profile and the tech refused to do so. I asked to talk to the manager the tech (now manager). Then I asked why the tech wouldn't even look the tech replied it's because of HIPPA. I replied HIPPA just requires positive I'd not a dob. So the tech lied. The the tech said it's corporate policy (which is usually true). So either they lied the first time I called a refill. They lied once today (that I can prove). Or they lied today about policy and about my profile and account.

The website says the pharmacy is open until 11 pm on Saturday but don’t believe that they close at 6 on Saturday. Seems like they might have updated the website if the hours changed that’s typical of the Zebulon Nc location. I have had numerous good experiences though so for the most part they do a pretty good job since that place is crazy busy all the time. Avoid the drive thru if possible a lot of the customers are clueless and don’t have it together and take forever at the drive thru. But that isn’t Walgreens fault it’s just that people are stupid.

If you want a pharmacy where you can easily contact someone with questions and concerns, this isn’t for you. The automated phone system has made it impossible to reach a pharmacist or tech, the best you will get is being directed to their voicemail and you have to wait an eternity in hopes of hearing back. I know what you’re thinking, call the store and have them transfer you to a pharmacist. I thought that too. Until the ever so unpleasant employee who answered the phone informed me in a snotty tone that they won’t do that. So much for customer service.

Rudest most unfriendly pharmacy. They don't even acknowledge you. My script wasn't ready, couldn't find it, said you must not be a customer. I was. They finally found it and said it would be an hour. I told her it's was ok I'd come back today. She said they would text when it was ready. No text. Went there today and it was done. I did however try to call multiple times before I went and there was no answer, just rang and rang. The store shelves were bare. No wonder they filed for bankruptcy. Rude employees dive customers away. If you don't like your job or can't do it properly leave!

Needed photos from my phone printed for my aunt who’s husband had passed (my uncle) so I googled and Walgreens / printicular came up, thought ok, Walgreens is reputable and local… well $25 and 12 days later I still have no photos, no one will credit my credit card and I went to CVS and got same order for $3.45 and within literally 2 hours. Save yourself the headache and do not get prints from here!

The worst pharmacy in the Lower Burrell / New Kensington area. Please save your time and money and go somewhere that will actually help you and not just shame you whenever they don’t know the facts. There is always an issue with my prescription here, it never fails, literally every single time and they always manage to blame it on everyone else but themselves. (Me and the doctors) Yet somehow, it is “always my fault” because I “didn’t read” correctly or etc. I had a horrible experience yesterday with a “pharmacist” who BUTTED into my conversation (mind you it wasn’t to help, just to shame) as I was trying to get my refill whenever she was not the lady I was dealing with. I needed a refilled and they couldn’t find it in their system AFTER I MADE THE ORDER IN THE APP AND IT WAS CONFIRMED, but they couldn’t find it….And wouldn’t you know, I have a refill that CAN BE filled.

I'm not sure why this Walgreens has such a low rating. Everyone from the store staff to the pharmacy staff are polite and always helpful. I usually pick up my prescriptions here and they are usually ready so quickly, I receive reminders to pick them up. Also, the pharmacy staff really should get a full hour for lunch. 30 mins is not enough for all they do. Thank you for being available to our community.

I tried to refill a script that said it had 100 pills in the bottle but was empty after 90 days. Pharmacist said I had to wait 10 days because the bottle had 100 pills on it when I picked it up. I think they only put 90 pills in the bottle. I called my PCP & she fixed it. Then I went to pick-up the new pills & the bottle said 100 pills. I asked the staff member to count them in front of me & guess what, There were only 90 pills in the bottle! The pharmacy staff at this Walgreens are incompetent. They should be closed down or the pharmacist should be fired & new people hired! I am taking my business elsewhere!

Made absolutely impossible to get my meds when I needed them and kept giving me run around about insurance when I only have HIP... ended up in emergency room for 3rd time in two days because of this. There will be legal action take

Allison, The pharmacist there poor customer service does not want to give medication a day early while my doctor called it in and approved. It’s been done before hung up the phone on a client customer worst experience ever been on hold for more than 20 minutes twice on hold twice and no one answered the phone. The worst pharmacy ever do not go there. I say try another pharmacy if you want your medications on time! Allison the main pharmacist, has by far the worst customer service. Not professional at all. Sad poor review just look at their reviews.

Don’t use this pharmacy if you actually want to receive your medications. But if you love to listen to hold music on the phone, that’s about all they have to offer. Absolute trash, can’t understand how they’re still in business.

I love shopping at my local Walgreens. When you walk in, you’re greeted by the employees and they usually have everything I need. Maurez is especially great to see. He always has a smile and is willing to help you find what you need.

This is one of the worst pharmacies that I’ve ever been too. They don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. I’ve had delays countless times for medications. They have been known to dispense the wrong amount of my controlled substance. When I confronted the pharmacist he said the inventory was all in order and actually had to review security footage before he believed me. I guess someone probably got fired that day. They close early and don’t open on Sundays. They won’t even allow you to call the pharmacist anymore requiring you to instead leave a voicemail. Yeah like im going to wait around for your understaffed crew to call me back. I’ll drive into town and get my scripts elsewhere. Even if it’s more expensive, it is worth it in my opinion to avoid this place.

Be aware that the passport photos are NOT what the government requests. The government wants a 2x2 photo. They give you a 1.25x1.25 inch picture, with about another 1/4 inch border. Too small.

I shop at this CVS location often. Everyone there is friendly and helpful and will greet you as soon as you come in the door. On this particular visit, Ian, Alex and Randy were awesome! There were no CVS Apple Cider Gummies on the shelf or in the warehouse and they price matched a brand that was on stock. Now that’s service; great customer and Alex brought me a shopping cart. My hands were filled with my items go purchase.

I just visited the store to buy a prepaid Visa card. Bought the Go2 card. Big mistake. All kinds of trouble activating. Went back into the store. Fortunately Christina was there. She spent well over an hour getting it done! She's great! Thank you!

Pharmacy is very rude and controlling. Even with approval from insurance an hospice Dr, they refused to fill a hospice paitents pain order cause they needed it a few days early!

I have a cat 🐈 with over active thyroid. Both this pharmacy and their Brentwood pharmacy are amazing at compounding his medicine into a cream for easy application

This is the most inefficient CVS pharmacy I've ever dealt with... Which is frustrating because the previous CVS locations I've used were great. This location has messed up my dogs medications on more than one occasion (saying we were out of refills when we weren't, losing prescriptions, forgetting to fill them altogether, etc.) It's a constant headache. They also refuse to put any effort into fixing the problem. My vet has to call them multiple times (which is understandably frustrating for them) and CVS refuses to call the vets office to make sure things get taken care of, even though the app offers that as a request option for customers.
Most of the staff that works there is nice enough but it is so disorganized... There is one lady who is rude every single time I speak to her... I usually only encounter her when I have to call in.

Horrible pharmacy
I have gone to several cvs pharmacies to pick up my Kaiser prescription with no issue I went today and April was no help she said “it’s a lot of work” for her to get a Kaiser prescription there because she needs to call and it’s just “too much”
I asked her we can still just try she said yes and said that they would text me with a welcome message then another when it’s ready.
Never received the welcome message went back and was told it was probably my phone that was the issue
Went home because again April was no help
Hours later and still have not received any kind of text from the pharmacy
Don’t recommend coming here

The pharmacy is always clean and there are good deals, but the morning employees are there annoyed specifically the lady with the hair cut and glasses.. It's always as if you were going to ask for free things.. If they are not good for customer service, they should look for another type of job, I swear.

I had a script send at 9 AM from my doctors office. I went to pick it up at 1 PM and they said it was sent to "Central Filling" and it would be ready monday (3 days from now)! I told them I had it sent to a local pharmacy so I could pick it up today. They said they could pull it and fill it while I waited but that would be in 15 to 20 minutes. I'll never have scripts sent there again!!!

I've made 5 calls to CVS to ask questions, I was going to transfer my prescriptions to them. However after being hung up on EVERY TIME, I don't think this is the place for me ! Didn't get questions asked or answered as I got hung up on every time. Certainly NOT a way to run a business

Felt unsafe in the store and the employees seemed panicked calling security to run down the aisles on the loud speaker, I felt worried if I should leave or not so I asked one of the employees what was wrong and they seemed quite rude in their response telling me it wasn’t my business, I was just wondering if I should be worried or not, not very helpful if you ask me, whether it was confidential info or not i understand, but the response could have been different

Tried to buy something today at this place today. My mom and I tried to use their restroom and asked a young girl who is working at Walgreens to open the door. The girl pretend not to hear and saying don’t know the code!! Cannot believe that treat customers like this. Existing law requires every public agency, as defined, that conducts an establishment serving the public or open to the public and that maintains restroom facilities for the public, to make every water closet available without cost or charge, as provided. Not sure any supervisor will see this review. But honestly this is super rude and not accepted by law!!

So me and my friend walked in to get lash glue, and we were talking walking to the front and I have an ocd disorder where for some reason when i walk by things i lightly tap them, I didn’t think anything of it and didn’t knock anything over because I always does this when im out shopping, it’s something out of my control, then this lady starts yelling at me and kicks us out and didn’t let me buy my lash glue told me to leave and i asked where what i did wrong and she just told me to leave and then I was like im sorry if its because i was tapping everything i didn’t knock anything over it’s something out of my control and she didn’t let me buy my lash glue and told me to leave, never coming back this was completely disrespectful and she could’ve handled this way better than she did if she had a problem with me lightly tapping things. she was short with glasses and dark hair on tuesday january 16th around 8:50pm. Never coming back here

I love all the pharmacists here. They’re always very helpful. I get all my vaccine shots here and prescriptions. The cashiers are also very nice.

I had never been here before, and needed a prescription filled generally fast. Usually i had gone to giant eagle but, GE would take on average 2 hours, sometimes overnight to get it ready. I stopped into Spartan, and expected similar or to come get it later, instead, in a matter of about 5 minutes, they had me added, insurance covered, paid, and ready to go, with prescription in hand! Extremely quick! I was impressed, and also grateful. Thank you for the great service and though i don't get too many prescriptions usually, when i do, i will keep you guys in mind. Much appreciated :)

My husband and I cannot say enough about Spartan Pharmacy and how much we love them. Each employee is totally awesome and especially helpful to their customers. When we walk in we are greeted by our first names . Always with a great smile on their face. Matt was especially helpful in taking the time to show me how to use a monitor to read my blood sugar. I was gettin a little frazzled and needed help for the first time. I called and I was told to come on over and he would show me. I was in tears I appreciated his help so much. All of the employees there are wonderful….just like being with family. Would highly recommend Spartans in Bethel Park…..if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. Just moved to Bethel Park, used to go to Brentwood location and that location is amazing. However, when I called this location to place to transfer all my meds I found that lady on the phone was getting short with me. I brushed it off but when I went in a day later to pick up my meds I wasn't greeted and was made to wait while a bunch of workers talked to each other. Finally got acknowledged and waited on but found the man who was waiting on me to be very rude as well. They also misplaced my meds and that took a while to find. I think a pharmacy should be more organized. I just can't believe the huge difference between the two locations. I'll give them one more chance but if I keep getting the same treatment I'll start using a new pharmacy.

Walked into Walgreens to deposit cash today, and as I approached the line of 2 (I would have made 3rd in line.) to make my deposit, I was waved on by the second guest to go in front of him. I thanked him and moved toward the counter. Quickly after, the African American gentleman who was homeless, was corned by a Norco traffic officer and the Walgreens store manager. Both started accusing him of theft. While cornered they “asked” (intimidated) him to immediately hand over and open his backpack.
As the officer was holding his backpack, about to open it up. They asked him “do you have any drugs or weapons on him and he said no. They then opened his backpack aggressively and found he had stolen absolutely nothing. Open noticing nothing was in his bag than the Walgreens store manager yells and points “Search his pockets” once again nothing was found.!
Sad to see this kind of treatment towards a polite, and seemingly sane African American male suffering

Attempted to purchase Halloween items in November (marked 70% off) that were in the MIDDLE of the fall/Halloween section and price wasn't honored. Not a big deal, but was treated very condescendingly by cashier for assuming Halloween-themed books in the middle of the Halloween items marked 70% off were also on sale.

I came here to deposit money into my account which I’ve done in the past, they all claimed their registers weren’t working, they called a manager and the manager didn’t want to get off her lunch break so she told the attendant to decline my transaction and for me to go elsewhere. This is ridiculous and absolutely a waste of time. Why do they show they are a cash add location if they are going to deny customers . Both the shift lead and manager are lazy.

A prescription was sent to them at 6:30pm. For some reason they close at 7pm on weekdays? Called that day and the lady was short and rude and explained that they wouldn’t be able to fulfill it because it was too late. I get that. Told me they would have it ready the next morning. I asked her to have them call or text me when it is ready. I waited until 3pm the next day, and called them. The woman on the phone made me repeat myself multiple times because she would ask my information, and then not listen to me when I told her. After we finally got through that, I had to repeat to her why I was calling, which I explained at the beginning of the call. She told me they did not have time to fill my prescription, and then asked what time I will be in. I just told them I would be in before they close (since it is already the afternoon). I don’t expect white glove treatment with fruit baskets. It is a CVS. But it is not difficult to simply perform basic customer service, and have a prescription fulfilled within a reasonable time. Especially when a person is trying to get antibiotics so they can start on the road to getting better. This place did not perform either purpose, so they have received one star.

Store locked. But employees inside. Attempted to knock on door to see if open no response. Lots of customers confused and left. Me included, lucky a real store not too far.

This store looked great, but it needs some cleaning the floors. We come here often...clean stores will be better because it will increase the foot traffic and it'll make money to keep this store running.

I like this store but there app is HORRIBLE. You can not get reception in the store so when you try to use digital coupons you can’t bring them up on your phone! So what’s the use?? The store is always clean and good deals on reduced items. The pharmacist was very helpful.

Most of the pharmacy staff is incompetent & don’t know how to do their jobs! Was told system was down so they couldn’t use card on file or express pay, went & got cash & paid but then was still charged on my card! Was told there was nothing they could do about the 188.95 because there was no mistake made on their end! Spoke with the bank & confirmed they ran the card & got the money so now I have to dispute the charges & wait for a refund all because they have no clue what they are doing! That is just one of the horrible experiences I’ve had recently!

Horrible customer service. unable to every reach them by phone. Always have to drive there to even see if a prescription is ready or if you have a question. I have been rerouted thru the auto system over and over and when I said something to them about not being able to call in they shrug their shoulders and say they are busy.

Purchased a few items that were on sale (per the price tag). They all rang up full price. I asked and was told by the obviously bored and disinterested cashier that you only get the sale price if you have the loyalty card.
Every other store around here would just scan a generic card to give you the sale price. I don't need nickel and dimed through bait and switch tactics, nor do I need another corporation tracking my every move. I'll shop somewhere that isn't intent on unethically squeezing every penny out of me in the future.

Stopped into the store to get something for my sore leg muscle. A kind lady showed me where I needed to look and suggested that if I needed help to ask the pharmacist, so I did. The pharmacist, black hair and glasses(didn’t get her name) asked what meds I was on. I pulled out a list and she pointed to one and said that’s why I asked. Most of the muscle ointments have aspirin in them. Who knew!! She was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable! She got what I needed and I was on my way. 10 stars for her!

Clean this place up! So tired of trying to wade through the garbage in the parking lot to wedge myself between the aisles of carts and boxes to shelves vomiting their wares onto the floor. Always tell when management changes as it gets cleaned up for a day or two and then back to being just a hoarder house of refuse.

Anna in the pharmacy department is a SUPERSTAR! I’ve been using this pharmacy for years and she is always so kind and efficient to her customers time and time again. I came to this store to send money to my fuel card company . I almost ran out of fuel and spotted this location from the US 30. The lady called Rheta was about to leave work for the day when I asked for the western Union and she quickly took me to the kiosk and guided me through the process. She is one of the most courteous and helpful person I ever met . Just at the register was cool and great too . These guys know their job well . Such professional stuff is what makes business great and successful

The female pharmacist with glasses and black hair is rude and unhelpful. Went to get a flu shot, mandated by work. I explained at the front desk I would need a lot number and expiration date annotated on the receipt. Check in was with a different person who was very courteous. The technician who administered the shot became paranoid and said I should fill out a form if I want the two numbers I asked for. She did eventually write down the info but made sure to tell me that if THEY (my workplace) ever send anyone else over for a vaccine she would not write down any info for them. Why is a lot number something that shouldn’t be disclosed? I did get the flu vaccine, right? Or should I not ask about what’s injected in my body? I was puzzled by how snippy she became just because I asked for something that took 5 seconds. She had the info on the tray she was holding. Very disappointed in the treatment. I was wearing a service uniform and didn’t expect special treatment for it but it’s almost as if my uniform ticked her off. Many apologies for inconveniencing you so terribly, ma’am!

In my experience, the pharmacy staff isn't very friendly. A few times, I've had to go back 3-4 times in a month to get partial refills.
I would go to my preferred pharmacy for my thyroid medication, but they don't carry the same brand consistently, and walgreens does.
I cringe thinking about dealing with the partial refills and rude staff that I usually ask my husband to pick up my medication for me.

Received a covid injection, received it at my scheduled appointment time. Staff seemed well organized and they answered their phone, unlike the Natrona Heights Rite Aid that will not answer their phones. Good job!

This pharmacy is terrible. I need medicine for my son who is autistic, and I continue to have issue after issue with this pharmacy. They never take responsibility for any of their mistakes ever. I need to move on to another pharmacy. It is very important my son gets his medicine every day, and they don't care.

Pretty bad experience with pharmacy staff. I came to covid vaccination check in and had to wait for over 20 min by the window for anybody to even come to me. Then the main pharmacist told me I had to wait another 30 min to get vaccinated even though I came for my appointment on time. Not even a sorry...
Luckily, April works there! She is absolutely the best and the friendlest person. I wish this pharmacy had more people like her.

I do a lot of shopping here lately. It is easier than running to the grocery store for just a few things. There prices are pretty fair on .most things, you just need to pay attention to their sale adds. The employees are nice and helpful.

I'm not a regular customer of Spartan because I really don't live near one, but I did receive my Covid vaccination through their clinic. I must say, I could not have been more pleased with the entire process. They made it SO easy to get an appointment online, the paperwork is able to be printed so that you can fill out before you arrive and everything was very organized from the moment I stepped in the door at the fire hall. Aside from the waiting 15 minutes at the end to make sure I felt alright, I would say it took a max of maybe 7 minutes. And everyone, staff and volunteers, were very friendly! I can't believe people have harsh things to say when this company is just trying to help their community. Thanks to everyone involved; you all did a fantastic job and I appreciate you!

With all of the stores and malls closing in the past year, I am glad and thankful to have Walgreens in Peters twp. They are clean, close, very short lines if any, and the cashier is always courteous. Basically like a small walmart for the essentials. Be grateful for this before it goes away like the rest of the stores. KMart is gone, Pennys, Kaufmanns, Gimbels, Hornes, downtown Pgh is empty, South Side is the new downtown with bars. We have to support the local businesses or they will be gone as well.

Food section is always great, stocked most of the time, and fairly organized. The rest of the store kind of seems like they struggle to put stuff out from loads. May just be a staffing issue since there's usually only a couple employees at any given dollar general. Not a dollar general I avoid lol

Absolutely the worst store I have shopped at in a very long time. Aisle were filled with ladders, carts, and other misc. things making it impossible to enjoyable shop, some aisle were totally blocked.
No customer service to be heard of, cash out aisle was a disaster and only 1 cashier working.
I will not be back to this store.

Service here is among the worse I have ever seen. The employees lack customer service and will leave one cashier with 10 customers waiting. They refuse to acknowledge your presence or if they do notice you; they follow you around the store waiting for you to steal something making you feel uncomfortable. These events I have just informed you of has happened on multiple occasions.

The manager nor the cashier new anything about online order pick up for deliver to store. They said they had no idea what I was talking about. They finally looked and found my package. They need to educate the cashier's and the manager should especially know what ship to store is. Very disappointing and had to wait longer than I should have.

I dont think any dollar general is perfect, they are dealing in discount products/merchandise or saving services with lots of Customers messing up the store and emptying out some selections. There are never enough employees to keep up with the floor and ring out customers. This particular dollar store got 3 stars because its fairly clean and is usually stocked better than most, but their frozen, refridge area needs upgrades. Some are missing handles with long screws customers use to open the door and they has been that way for years(like really)?

Went in for coffee abd dog food.
Came out with lots of house ware items. Candy 2 can ☕ 1.00 containers about 12 it them.
So always a fun trip. And still saved a few $

Have never had such issues with a pharmacy. Shorted me 30 pills on my last refill. Lost my prescription completely altogether another time. Had nothing in their system saying I had been filling my pills there f,or 4 months mind you. I got the pills free through my insurance and a few times they would tell me there was a charge. When I would tell them I got them for free they'd switch it but then I'd have to wait. Now suddenly, while never having issues before, the free pills are on backorder and I had to pay for them. I have a feeling it's because of the issue the last time I refilled with being shorted 30 pills. I will from now on be taking my business elsewhere. I know I'm just one person and my leaving is meaningless but for heavens sake, get it together.

I going to have to give a 1star review due to the fact that I paid full price for an item that was on sale for half the price because I didn’t have a rewards card and instead of telling me this she just rang me out and said have a nice day! I am handicapped got flustered and this is not how you service people you let them know if you sign up for the rewards card you can get so many savings👎

The new team is wonderful with the pharmacist Peter and the ladies on his team. My prescriptions are both highly controlled and uncommon formulas, and they never fail to have them ready, if I forget to call and walk in, they work on them right away. The only complaints ever are people who don't clear with their insurance.

A great expansive array of affordable products of varying assortments ranging from quick snacks. To chemicals pet foods even a little auto. Always clean and recovered. A hard working and friendly staff. Always open almost every holiday.. Plus a chill environment where you get in and get out as well as getting exactly what you want and or need to leave happy. This Walgreens store is clean and has a friendly staff. Prices reasonable but make sure you have your card. Lines can get long they are always short on help don’t come when crowded.
