Employees have been rude on multiple occasions. This Rite Aid is not a super busy location and when you ask an employee a question or for assistance or go to be rung out they act like you’re bothering them. Employees should be taught customer service it’s not rocket science.
I was traveling and stopped in this store yesterday to buy some incontinence pads for a relative. Well I asked the man running the register if I could use the restroom. You had to get an employee to let you in. HE WENT ON AND ON AND ON. It was disgusting in the bathroom anyway. And he was pissed because I asked him to unlock the door. Went on to say he got a spanking as a kid if he asked to use the restroom in public. It was a disgrace how he acted about haven't to unlock the door. I'll never stop there again. He was nasty and rude.
Put in a prescription three days in advance, supposed to be ready Wednesday morning. Showed up at noon, it wasn't ready, told to come back in 30 minutes. Came back two hours later, still not ready. Guy at the counter gave the typical scripted response they give to everyone. Whoever runs this pharmacy needs some serious re-training.
Owners care about their customers and know them by name.
I only went there for my kitties meds. She has died, so right now I have no reason to go there anymore.
Needed a few supplies, and couldn’t find a couple of them. When I couldn’t find an employee of the store I asked for help audibly and stated that I needed assistance. When an employee finally emerged they had an attitude, then complained about me to the cashier and other customers. As I’m standing in line that same cashier audibly enough for me to hear tells some customers checking out how much they hate customers that can’t ‘do their job’s and need help. Then when I mentioned that it’s ok to need help finding things the old lady with the glasses said whatever to me with disdain. Very poor experience at this location and I’ll be driving passed this rite aid from now on to shop somewhere less convenient but more hospitable.

I have used this pharmacy for years. Sadly today, Misty decided to treat me like I was a waste of time. This is after they lost my last prescription literally missed placed it, they had to review cameras, wasted 2 hrs of my time. I Thought “oh bad day, happens right, try again”, nope, I will get these last prescriptions filled and be filling my prescription elsewhere after this complete unprofessional disregard towards me yet again!
Guess what Walgreens you are no longer convenient with the hour long wait times, and your customer service has serious lack of, nonstop confusion by your own systems, this towns full of pharmacies, dime a dozen.
Let’s hope I can get away without anymore suffering. Very disappointing! I highly don’t recommend this pharmacy, especially if you’re looking for a reliable, consistent, convenient pharmacy. Goodbye Walgreens!

Do not always treat customers with respect they deserve
The people that work here are rude and obnoxious. Not willing to help anyone. Came inside to get some medicine and my 3 year old needed to use the bathroom. Someone told me it was downstairs and to the back. We get downstairs and the people cleaning said they just cleaned the bathroom and we couldn't use it. Then they continued by saying they didn't have a bathroom available for customers and that they didn't need to give us special treatment. Avoid at all costs!
This is THE place for anyone needing deliveries to the Fire Island ferries leaving Bayshore. Customer service via phone is excellent! Thank you, Shore Drug!
Showed up an hour before closing in a panic because I lost my meds and was 60 miles from home. The folks here were kind, patient, fast, and extremely helpful in getting me my prescription. I am so grateful for your help during that stressful time.
I come here like once a year or two. The pharmacy techs are actually pretty nice and caring. The problem is the non stop spam this company uses. Regardless of subscription status they just keep emailing you now. It used to be once a week now it’s like twice a day begging me to come to their pathetic store. Really sad. Will never return to a Walgreens again just because of the spam.

Quaint little throw back to what a family pharmacy used to feel like. Nothing fancy but it’s nice to go to a place that seems like it will remember your face if you’re a local and frequent visitor. A rare gem in the rough that is on par with Walgreens and CVS chains. They don’t sell gift cards though.

Went to the pharmacy yesterday and the man working there was super kind to me and took the time explaining things. Went there to measure my blood pressure. Great experience overall.
I have gone into Walgreens and have never had a good experience with the cashiers they are so rude and racist!! This store must have the worst management!!
If everything worked like Shore Drug, the world would be a better place. One of my favorite places as a kid was "Atlantic Chemist" on Atlantic Ave in Freeport. Shore Drug reckons me back to that. Personal service, no BS ever, convenient, great communication etc.

Meds are never ready on time, they are now closed on the weekend, my medicine amount has been incorrect multiple times. Everytime you go there is someone new and they always seem confused. This pharmacy has gone completely down hill👎🚫
They Stole my $265.00 I loaded my paypal card at this location and never got the money. I called paypal they say its not there problem its rite aid and i went back to the store they told me it paypal problem? sure it its they stole
Their selection of snacks and drinks is limited. They do have some options, but not a lot. The store is very small and doesn't have much of a selection for much of anything, including toiletries. However, the staff members are very friendly and helpful.
The best pharmacy and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I don’t live in the area directly and drive a bit to this pharmacy. The pharmacist Kenny, and all the staff are always amazing, assist with the utmost professionalism and compassion. Never wait on line, and script is always ready for pickup. The traditional processes and great people, make this an amazing pharmacy.
Has been saying my medication would be available "tomorrow afternoon".... for each of the last four days. They're obviously never going to fill it, and they won't even tell me why. It's not even a controlled substance! Absolutely horrible, horrible service.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with the pharmacy manager Dentyn at the Reserve Walgreens. Their lack of professionalism and incompetence left a lasting negative impression. Their inability to effectively communicate and address my concerns was frustrating, and it became clear that they had no regard for customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise others to seek alternative options where competent management is valued.
What a great family run pharmacy. No lines, no wait, attentiveness and the owner is so very knowledgable. I ask him about all medications before purchasing them even with a script to learn more about what I am getting and if there is a better option and he always steers me the right way.
Great environment in the heart of Main Street, really accessible and grateful to have a great community pharmacy. Staff is always on top of refills and the techs behind the counter work with such swiftness to ensure everything is produced and correct in a timely manner !!

Excellent service with an old-school pharmacy vibe. They prepared my prescription in under 20 minutes while I shopped the narrow aisles. You can also wait in the office building lobby. As this is downtown, there is not great parking, but cannot hold that against this great pharmacy.
Terrible pharmacy. The staff is short tempered, and annoyed to help folks. They had my rx for over 24 hours and THEY seemed angry when I went to pick it up. Had to wait an extra 30 while they bagged it up. I have to switch.
Absolutely terrible customer service and completely incompetent techs. Not helpful and abrasive. Don't have any clue how to do their job. Do not give this place money. Hung up on me after about 17 seconds into me asking 1 simple question. Every other pharmacy I called went the extra mile of looking at OH stock in other stores and recommended options. Including other rite aids. This place is garbage.

I will never shop this cvs again. The drive through was closed permanently with a hand written sign. The pharmacist was very rude, no way to treat customers. Only person who was helpful was the young girl at the front desk. We had Covid and all we needed was some test pacs at the drive through. Finally had to go in to pick them up. I was very sick and did not want to expose others. this store needs to close completely.
They do NOT have pharmacists trained to administer covid tests, but they SURE do accept appointments for covid testing! : ) After they turn you away, you can't make another appointment at a CVS that does have properly trained staff for at least 24 hours!! Be careful when choosing a store! In my case the website chose this store for me! Their attitude about it was basically "you're SOL, man, try going somewhere else"
They are very professional with quick service. I was visiting DC from Texas when my medicine was stolen from my car.The pharmacist assisted with the prescription transfer and I had my meds in no time. Thank you!
I went to CVS to get ordered vaccines. They employees in the pharmacy seemed very active and it took a while for someone to get to me. I was well taken care of and given options. I was told to wait until the vaccine was warm and given a stab. In all it was a good experience
Who ever is working the front cashier right now Dec 7 2022 at 8:58am was EXTREMELY rude didn’t say hi bye or anything. Literally said not one world and rolled her eyes when I walked away. I even tried to have A conversation and she said absolutely nothing. Get her off you registers and put her in the back away from and customers. She will fail your store with that attitude

Even though my insurance recommends using another pharmacy I will not switch from here. They are kind, caring and take such good care of us.
I would not recommend using this pharmacy. Six days and still waiting for my prescription. Worse, the customer service is lacking. Mistakes happen, but the response is glib; pharmacist and staff make you feel like they're doing you a favor. You're also charged for shipping, where other pharmacies do not.
They took 20 min just for me to drop off, said prescription looked fine, 2 days later they were complaining about my doctor. They wouldn't refill my meds or give back hard copy. I am schitzoaffective and need my meds. DO NOT GO HERE. I am calling police to get back my prescription, and shouldn't have to!!
I am going to really miss using your pharmacy. I am now on Medicare and I am forced to use CVS. Believe me, it was not my choice. You have been wonderful!
They do not answer the questions phone. I have been trying for almost two hours to get hold of someone to resolve an issue with my medication refill. At one point someone answered and I was told to hold. I was on hold for half an hour before I gave up and hung up. Luckily the medication there is an issue with is not one it is life-threatening to go without, but what if it had been? I understand they are probably short staffed, but if that is so consistently the case, maybe consider hiring more staff? This situation is completely unacceptable and from the other reviews it appears to have been a problem for a long time.

I wished I could remember the name of our cashier (#109420897) but she greeted my mom and me immediately as we walked into the store with a warm smile and directed us to what we were looking for. After a few minutes, she offered us help and made some great product suggestions that we really appreciated! She made us feel like old friends and even offered us coupons. Great shopping experience - she really knew her stuff and made it fun!
The staff run this place like a budget zoo. Wildly unhelpful, random unposted hours, unfriendly. Whatever, if you need something, walk over - they might be open and your item might be there! Good luck shoppers
I know it’s a privilege but I’ve never been watched by a police officer while trying to find popcorn. I guess theft is a problem but don’t police in DC have something better to do than give me an anxiety attack in the snack aisle? I went in the store with my girlfriend and son to get snacks to take back to our hotel and the entire time cop man is staring me down. The cashiers were nice but they were beefing with a coworker who kept staying in the back room. I tried to break the tension by saying hello to the officer and he continued to stare me down in silence. It started to feel like the twilight zone.

The team at Tschiffely’s Pharmacy were a blessing to me today. My pain management doctor’s office (which I will reframe from mentioning here) was so unprofessional in responding my medication needs but Tschiffely helped me by contacting my physician several times that day about my pain medication prescription when my doctor’s office would NOT respond to me in a timely manner. THANK YOU team Tschiffely.
The pharmacist sent me to the cashier to get a key for the restroom. After waiting for the cashier to show up, she told me the restroom is out of order. How can a drug store with older and possibly ill, people not have a restroom available? And why wouldn't the pharmacy which is right next to them know of this? I think the cashier just couldn't be bothered getting me the key.

The staff are all very nice and store is well stocked. My issue is that they are choosing to price gouging with proven and longstanding medications. Rx was priced there at $1000+ while I ordered from mail pharmacy for $68 dollars. Such a huge difference felt it was necessary for review.
Called to ask if they had any covid tests, hung up on me immediately. Terrible operations on CVS’s part.
Super friendly and helpful staff, I’ve never had one single problem here and they’ve never made any mistakes with my medication . I recommend this pharmacy to anyone. They remember you by name and the delivery lady is always so kind and sweet to my dog. Best pharmacy I’ve ever been a client to.
We've gotten topnotch service from Tschiffely for years now. These guys are personable and treat my husband and me like valued customers. It's like a throwback to yesteryear, except it's here and now. Lucky us!
I usually find the itemsI am looking for & a few more deals to take home! Not only is it convenient it's stocked well. It's the only store I've found near me that carries my fav ice cream. So far the only downside for me is the floral department. It's overcrowded & the selections are not that great economically. I like fresh flowers for my home regularly but finding an uplifing boquet to grab & go is unlikely. All in all...I am happy with my

The Walgreen's pharmacy is ill-organized, with no visible urgency to deliver on their customer service promise. I was very ill--coming directly from urgent care--when I arrived to pick up my medication. I stood in line for about a half hour the first time, hanging onto the shelving in the aisle for support. When I finally got to the counter, the team member said my prescription was "not quite ready" and that it would be just a few minutes. With nowhere to sit, I sat on the floor, waiting to be called. That call never came, despite two prompts on my phone indicating the prescription was ready for pick-up. Finally, I had to get back in the end of the same line and wait another 20 minutes or so. By then, I was so ill and upset that I told the team member I would never do business at this Walgreen's again. And I won't. They have lost my 20+ years of business. If you can't move people through a line at a rate faster than one every five to fifteen minutes, something is wrong. Pretty clearly a leadership issue, since the cashier thought she was doing a great job (!).
this place is actually the worst. awkward entrance. I paid for something, gave it to my mom, went to the bathroom that wasn't "out of order" which has been a trend here in D.C... he banged on the door and told me to leave cause it's not a public restroom, which I'm a customer since I paid... no longer a public. however I was already peeing. everyone heard this encounter and he just stood outside the door arms puffed like I actually did something wrong lmao. I didn't. I don't doubt the nature of the rest of the reviews.

I went to this CVS on certain occasions and I was discriminated against and even had an employee to try and fight me in front of the manager which is not good customer service. Someone should see about these people before situations escalate to where it shouldn't.
Every time I go in this CVS, there is a squeaky toy that you are supposed to squeeze as to let an associate know that you're ready to check out. I am wildly disappointed that not once has a dog come to check me out. Always a human. A nice human, but they're no floofy dog. What gives, CVS. You'll get your 5 stars when I see floof.
After working for this company (south side location) for almost 2 years, I wish I would have realized the company does not care about their employees. Management is not helpful when you bring up issues or concerns. I wish I would have realized this sooner instead of wasting 2 years of my life. But at least I got experience out of it to add to my resume. Anyone looking to work here, be prepared to have terrible hours, as well as people will not speak to you and talk about you behind your back. The company has lost a lot of business in the last year and are slowly going under. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you are interested. The pay is below average for experience as well as raises are about 10 cents a year if that. I stayed to help the company out part time while working a full time job and they would not work with my hours.
Probably the worst Safeway I've had the displeasure of going to. I live right down the street, so the only reason I go is for convenience. My biggest gripe is the staff. I will say some are very helpful and nice, but for the most part they stand around and either do nothing or chat with each other. There's only 2, maybe 3 checkout lanes open at any given time, with at least 4-5 customers in each lane. There is always a line waiting for the self-checkout, meanwhile 4 employees at customer service chatting.
They're not attentive and when asked to help with any errors with the self checkout, there's zero customer service given. I refuse to by any meat or seafood after watching two workers eating in the back room where meat/seafood is processed. No mask, no hairnet....The only reason this store survives is because of the location.

This is a great Pharmacy, Bill & Tom are both extremely intelligent. They really treat all of their customers well and have great support staff. Diane is really great at giving vaccinations even if you have a fear of needles, you’ll feel nothing! They are a really nice group of people to work with!
We love this pharmacy! The staff is so helpful and friendly. They always take the time to talk to customers, and they go above and beyond in customer service. They are truly the best!

What a disaster. The people who work here have now lost three prescriptions. When they don’t lose prescriptions, they don’t have the medicine in stock. When they don’t have something is stock, they don’t bother to call and tell you they don’t have the medication in stock. You have to go there, wait for them to notice they have a customer, then watch them waste more of your time trying to figure out why they have not filled your prescription. When you are there to pick up the medication they said they would order and have for you the next day and they don’t have it, probably because they did not order it, they certainly did not call you to tell you they did not get your medication. When they do finally get a medication in for you, they do not call to let you know they actually have what you needed three days ago. Of course, the best is when they tell you the doctor has not sent them the prescription, and you get to tell them you think they are right because you brought the hard copy of the prescription in the store and gave it to them. This place only has liars, lazy people, and stupid people as employees. When you find yourself going to this pharmacy after reading this review, question your own sanity.

I've been going to K Street and 19th street locations for numerous years. I have only had very positive experiences. All staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind/considerate. Definitely has a small town feel to how they treat their customers. I can't imagine ever going to another pharmacy.
Not 24hrs. No sign stating correct time on web site or door. They are open 7am-11pm. With very nice staff.
Went to pharmacy to get prescription filled. After it was filled I was informed store didn’t have full prescription. I didn’t want to take it but was told I had to and could come back in a few days to get the rest. Came back and was told my insurance would not go through and I’d have to wait a week. WHY!!?? He put it in as a refill!! I’m going away and wanted to get this taken care of now. Call my insurance and 3 way with pharmacist. He questions me in why I need meds now. None of your business but I tell him. He then gets very rude and tells me after I pick up my prescription “WE ARE DONE.” Now I have to call my doctor and go through hoops just to get what is owed to me. I will not come back. I was treated inappropriately and that pharmacist needs to take a class in customer service!!!!
Nice hometown pharmacy. The staff and owners are very helpful, courteous, and kind. You feel like the pharmacists know you personally ( which they do basically ) and they are very informative ). They Also deliver locally, over all my favorite pharmacy.
Service is always great and really fast!! My scripts are done by the time I get from the doctor’s office to the pharmacy. They also mail/deliver for free!!

Wonderful family owned pharmacy. They are so kind and helpful, and remember every single customer they have. One of the owners is there every single day working behind the counter and they are always eager to help/take time for each customer. Service is quite quick if you are waiting for a prescription to be filled. Will continue coming here as long as I live in the area.
I started coming to this pharmacy a few years ago after moving to the area. I can't say enough about the owners and pharmacists. They are friendly and knowledgeable. Any time I have a question about medication, they are there to help. I have kids so having quick and accurate answers is key. And to top it off, they make us feel welcome and treat my kids so kindly.
