Sheavonne is simply amazing, and if you are on the fence about hiring a DOC, just go for it! I hired her about 4.5 weeks out from my wedding, after admitting that I was going to need some help that day and had been planning everything myself the entire time. She took stress off me that I didn't even know I had. She is an incredibly calm and grounded person, and really set the tone for the entire day/night. She is organized and structured in her planning process. I really cannot thank her and her team enough for the wonderful job they did. We had some minor curve balls that day, as any wedding does, and they basically had no impact on me/my memories because of the way she was able to handle it all. I highly recommend Sheavonne and her team!!!

I had my wedding this weekend and used Fantasy Flash for everything-dj, photo & video. My cousin used them and recommended them and we did too! Everyone we worked with was amazing -Manny, Jack and Corey! The team went above and beyond to make our day so special. We could tell they all genuinely wanted to be there and capture everything we had been planning. Great place near the Golden Gate bridge with nice view surrounded by beautiful nature. So romantic and secluded from din and hassles of city crowd. A little expensive tho.

Sheavonne was a lifesaver for our March wedding! We hired her as our day-of wedding coordinator, and she was extremely responsive throughout the entire planning process. Despite the heavy rain, she kept everything under control! Sheavonne’s calming presence and problem-solving skills were invaluable, and her assistants were fantastic and discreet. MSV was the DJ for our wedding! Bill was the DJ and Chris was on the mic. We had an amazing time. Chris made sure the crowd was engaged and had a great time. Bill played all the requested songs and kept everyone up on the dance floor having a good time. Would be 5 stars but a small little hiccup with our Photo Booth not working for a little during the reception and then we thought we had lost all our pictures as the book was missing. Eventually Chris found the book and also sent us digital copies! Thank you guys for an amazing wedding night!

My review echos many of the those posted before me. We hired Sheavonne as a day of coordinator for our intimate wedding at the Wythe. Her and her team are rockstars. I had no idea where to start with the timeline and the month of we met and a timeline was put together and all my vendors made aware.
Sheavonne and Leila (apologies if that is not how it is spelled!) kept things running day of without a hitch and were there anytime I had a question. Shout out to Sonille who joined our meetings and kept track of every detail. So glad I chose Sheavonne’s team for our special day!

We worked with Chris and Bill from MSV for our January wedding and could not have chosen a better duo. They incorporated Filipino music that we asked for and played just the most amazing playlist. Everyone said the music was just the right vibe and had the perfect pace the whole evening.

If you’re looking for a great Ball Is literally the best one!!! The owner of the place Ms. Glenda is truly so kind and always take things into account. I had my daughter’s quinceañera here and the party looked like a fairytale! The best thing about this ballroom is that it includes the decoration, Catering so much more! I’m so truly grateful that I found this ballroom, planning parties here is so easy without stress, affordable, and overall it’s worth it because they end up so beautiful!

I recently photographed a wedding at The Golden Gate Club. It’s always a pleasure working here. First off - this venue has views and it is beautiful! I love the massive trees that surround the ceremony site. They make for a beautiful backdrop and had an intimate feel then for the reception you have the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. The planner did a phenomenal job at executing the couples vision and making their day seamless. A great venue to work with and from my perspective, a great venue to have your wedding at!

The food was so good loved the service the decorations where so cute and beautiful loved it so much I highly recommend.

We booked Fantasy Flash for our June 2023 Wedding and engagement photos. From the beginning, Eric made us feel at ease in front of the camera and we had the best time shooting our photos. On our wedding day, Eric, Leo, and Fabio were so professional and amazing to work with. Our guests kept complimenting our photography/videography team and the beautiful shots they were capturing. We are so pleased with the photos and video from our big day and could not recommend them enough!

We used Fantasy Flash for our wedding video this past September. We had an amazing experience with Fantasy Flash from beginning to end. They were always very helpful, professional and kind. Christina and Danny were our videographers and
they beautifully captured all the special moments of our big day! It truly brought tears to our eyes watching our video for the first time. When looking for vendors, we wanted to go with a company that was a one shop stop and after so much research, this was the best decision we made! Fantasy Flash had multiple packages to pick from and were so easy to work with! Absolutely LOVED Fantasy Flash! My husband and I got married May 2023 and we used Fantasy Flash for our photo/video and entertainment. The entire team was such a pleasure to work with and made the entire process stress free.

Igor and Jack were our photographers and I cannot explain how amazing they were! They make you feel comfortable behind the camera and were sure to capture every shot we wanted and more. We have so many photos that we absolutely love.

For videography, we had Anthony and Leo and they were great! We absolutely love our wedding video. They captured such special moments that we’ll treasure for a lifetime.

Nelson was our DJ and Edvin was our MC and they kept the party going all night! They were great at reading the room and keeping everyone moving. The dance floor was packed the entire night and we have received numerous compliments from how fun they made it.

I also just want to say bundling made this part of the wedding planning SO much less stressful. We mainly communicated with Corey and Nelson and it made everything so easy. They were extremely easy to communicate with, made us feel comfortable, and really listened to what we wanted. We highly recommended working with this amazing team. You won’t be disappointed!!

I could not recommend Music Speaks Volumes enough. Our experience was streamlined by the owner, Chris, who was highly responsive throughout the booking process. Once our date was closer, we were assigned Bill as our DJ. He was communicative and from our first phone call, we knew he would be great. He played such great music to our taste and kept our guests on the dance floor all night. So many of our guests gave accolades to our DJ. Our MC was Sean, who was also fantastic. He kept the party going all night and had great energy. The whole team was a pleasure to work with and made our wedding a fun party! Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our wedding at the Golden Gate Club in Jan 2024. The table decor exceeded expectations the day of & our coordinator Kennedy Barros was phenomenal! Cannot say enough good things about her. We never felt pressured to do anything in the planning process here, I’d highly recommend this venue.

My husband and I booked Fantasy Flash Studios for our wedding entertainment in May of 2023. From start to finish, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We worked with Nelson during the planning period. He was great to work with from his professional opinions to his kindness and enthusiasm to make our day special. We had the best night out on the dance floor with our guests, Nelson, and Mike. If you are still looking, you now found your entertainment people!

Our wedding was perfect from start to finish thanks to MSV! Leading up to the event, Chris and Bill both took time to meet with us over the phone on multiple occasions to go over the event order and the music. Bill worked hard to get our playlist just right, using a combination of songs that were important to us and just the right music to steer the party where it needed to go. On our wedding day, they were very communicative with us, and always checked in if they weren't sure about something in order to be certain that it was how we wanted. Our ceremony was flawless - everything was perfectly cued and faded, and exactly how we imagined. Many of our guests ended up on the dance floor during the whole reception, and I found it hard to go do anything else at my own wedding because every song that came on was one that I wanted to dance to! I absolutely recommend adding the photo booth - we didn't originally but I am SO happy that we changed our minds - it gave the kids another option for entertainment, and even our much older relatives had so much fun playing around with it.

We had an AMAZING experiece with Fantasy Flash for our wedding! A few weeks before, we had a call with Nelson to put together a schedule for the day to ensure we had enough time to take pictures of everything we wanted (getting ready, first looks, bridal portraits, etc.) plus still have time to actually get ready and make it over to our ceremony in time. We also went over post-ceremony logistics for the rest of the day emphasizing we did not want our wedding day taken over by countless photoshoots throughout the day/evening, which has happened to couples at many weddings we've attended. Nelson totally understood and helped us put a timeline together that would allow us to be present with our guests as much as possible.
We used Eric and Fabio for photos and Anthony on video- they showed up early at the hotel we were getting ready at and were quick to get started! They then had a lot of patience as we worked through different groups of people, first looks and poses. They also made it fun and not so serious! What I appreciated most is many weddings we've been to have photographers and videographers that don't really know what they want and the bridal party/couple ends up spending HOURS trying different locations, poses, lighting, etc., but this group was SUPER efficient! Even though we had a large bridal party and even larger family we needed to include in every type of combination you can think of, we were able to get through everything with time to spare and a couple drink/snack breaks inbetween. We even were able to attend our own cocktail party! We then stepped out of our reception only once or twice for photos on our own request since the rain during the day stopped just as our reception was kicking off- worth it!
We got our wedding photos back just a few weeks ago and I am OBSESSED! We've shared them with all of our loved ones and have gotten so many compliments on how beautifully they captured the day (I attached a few of my favorites!). Their website makes it easy for everyone to download them and then post/print as they would like. We've already printed tons and plan to order a few larger prints through FF to place around our apartment. We also look forward to reliving the day via the video footage they took, but I'm more than confident it will be as amazing as the photos were!

We were referred to Events by Sheavonne by our wedding venue, the Wythe, and choosing them for Day of Coordination services was the best decision we made! Sheavonne, Mashika, and the entire team were phenomenal in ensuring our special day ran seamlessly.

From our first meeting with Sheavonne, we felt a warm connection. The attention to detail and interest in our wedding plans made us confident in our choice. Sheavonne provided her expertise, and we felt comfortable asking her questions about our timeline. It was particularly reassuring to hear from her not only about what tends to work best but also the thoughtful considerations that could enhance the wedding experience for both us and our guests.

The Day of Coordination services were comprehensive, including a detailed timeline, unlimited email contact, and 10 hours of coverage. Mashika, our lead coordinator on the day of our wedding, and assistants Jessica and Ashley were a dream team. With our ceremony and reception spread across different floors, their coordination was invaluable. They managed guest seating, vendor coordination, and oversaw the setup and breakdown effortlessly.

Sonille and Sheavonne were instrumental in creating our wedding timeline and ensuring flawless communication with our venue and vendors. The week-of check-in was incredibly helpful, with Sheavonne meticulously reviewing our schedules for every aspect of the day.

On the wedding day, the team's organization was evident from the start. They took care of room setup, breakdown, and coordinated three primary locations seamlessly. Despite last-minute changes and additions, Mashika, Jessica, and Ashley interpreted our notes expertly, creating a beautiful setup.

Sheavonne was everything and more that we could have asked for! Our wedding was somewhat complicated, involving multiple different locations in the NYC area, and involved boarding and disembarking from a cruise boat. However, this was no challenge for Sheavonne and her team. She effectively resolved so many small problems before they turned into full-on crises during the entire weekend of our wedding-typically, she'd have a potential issue thwarted (e.g., missing flower girl basket, delayed ceremony start) solved before we could even bring it to her attention. She served as our day-of coordinator, but her services went so far beyond just the "day of". Sheavonne and her team were fully on top of coordinating with all of our vendors months in advance, walking through the event space, developing and keeping us to a timeline, and making sure that everything ran efficiently. They also have excellent contacts in the NYC area and helped us with a few last minute vendor bookings. In addition to everything, Sheavonne and her team are extremely prompt, thorough, reliable, and just wonderfully kind, pleasant, and a joy to work with. We cannot recommend them enough!

MSV did our wedding this past Sunday November 12, 2023 and they were awesome. I have seen weddings where the DJ was a glorified mp3 and MSV was far from that. Bill did a great job as our DJ. He kept the crowd engaged and on the dance floor. The Photo Booth was amazing so many of our guests used it and made awesome memories with the guest book.

I remember when I was looking for a wedding planner. I was stressed and overwhelmed planning an out of state wedding. I found Ariana and I couldn't have been luckier. She reassured me that the day was going to be perfect; and it was!! My wedding day was the best day of my life! She managed all of my vendors and treated all of my friends and family members so kindly. She even saved me from being stung by a bee that got caught in my train during first look pictures lol. She stayed by my side the entire day and made sure I had everything I needed. I received sneak peak pictures of my wedding photos and there are pictures of Ariana in almost all of them! She really never left my side, even when I didn't realize it. I am eternally grateful for her kindness and professionalism. I am so sad this is now the end of year and half journey together. We used Fantasy Flash for our wedding last year after a recommendation from our venue. We were so happy with them from the very beginning very professional and listened to everything I had envisioned. Day of the wedding they respected our hectic timeline and were so easy to work with especially with our large families. Pictures and videos came out so gorgeous and so happy with the outcome.

We are so grateful that we had MSV for music and video for our wedding! From the first conversation with Chris, we knew that we made the right decision. They were so easy to communicate with from the beginning, and that only continued as we got closer to our wedding. Our DJ, Bill, took every song request that we had and incorporated it seamlessly. From our ceremony music to the wedding party introductions, to dinner, and then finally to the dance sets-- everything was perfect. Sheavonne worked my sister's wedding in 2020, and when I got engaged in 2022, I knew who I wanted on my team. This was an incredible decision. I'm very organized and type-A, and she matched my energy and organization style. She surpassed my expectations, planned for the worst, and navigated such a busy day/weekend -- I live in FL, but got married in NY, so our timeline was interesting. Thank you doesn't even begin to express it. What an absolute dream!!

We had a small event and thought it was too small of a job for event lab however they worked with us to provide a BEAUTIFUL event just as we imagined. They stayed in our price range while making the event look out of our range. Set up and take down was seamless. Brooklyn was the EASIEST person to work with and went above and beyond for us and we loved her "emergency" cutlery and tablecloth that saved the day! Thanks Event lab!

The venue's location is not the best. The parking lot is very busy. There's too much going on at one time. Once inside, the venue was very nice. The restroom was clean. Nice size room for an event.

Don and Kat made our special day more than special - it was PERFECT. We inquired about their officiant and photography services after reading the many reviews of their business and we will never regret that we sent that first email! Don was very quick in his communication with us and as a result we never felt in the dark about plans or expectations. His wit and charisma breathe relaxation into what can be a very stressful and overwhelming process. We were so thankful for his perfect blend of experience and levity. There were an enormous amount of scripts for us to choose from, and we ultimately chose to blend two of them, making for a tailored and cherished ceremony for us.

We just got married at the Wythe Hotel in Brooklyn, and Sheavonne, our wedding coordinator, was an absolute dream!

The best decision we made while planning our September 2022 wedding was hiring Ariana and the AMC Weddings team. Her attention to detail, organization, and professionalism throughout the entire wedding planning and designing process was astounding. Ariana was there to make us feel confident in each decision we were making for our wedding day whether the decision big or small. Ariana was our contact person for all of our vendors to alleviate the stress and burden of many, many emails which made the wedding planning process for us that much more enjoyable. Her immaculately-detailed timelines, design plans, itineraries, and expertise were truly unmatched and made our wedding day better than we could have ever imagined. The AMC Weddings Team (thank you also to Pascale, Lauren, and Macey!) blended in during our wedding day so seamlessly. There was even an issue with the person that was supposed to bring our dog Luna to our first look location. We, as the bride and groom, didn’t even realize it was an issue until the following day that Luna was not going to be able to be brought back to our home nearby by the dog company we hired. AMC Weddings didn’t even think twice and drove over 40 minutes one-way to ensure she was brought back safely, without even a hiccup in the day. Our friends and family could not stop telling us how wonderful, professional, and helpful Ariana and her team were throughout the entire day. We could not have made it through this process without her. If you are on the fence about hiring Ariana and AMC Weddings, it will be the best investment you make for a stress-free wedding day! From the very beginning Ariana presented as a business owner who knew exactly what she was talking about, caring towards her clients, and displayed great attention to detail. Me being the first daughter to get married, this was the first wedding my mom has planned since her own wedding, which meant we both had lots of questions. We hired AMC for full wedding planning and I have to say, without having Ariana with me throughout this process, I would have been lost!! Many of my friends who were also planning a wedding around the same time as me would ask me if I could relate at how stressed out they were planning a wedding and the honest answer was... I wasn’t! That was because Ariana took all the stress of vendor communication and meetings, timeline setup, and last minute details off my plate and executed it all flawlessly. She was present at every vendor meeting or phone call, available for questions when needed, and always able to give the best advice from previous experiences. On my wedding day, Ariana was with me from the moment I woke up to the moment I got on the trolley back to my hotel at the end of the night. I felt extremely confident in Ariana and her Team to execute my day flawlessly. I even have to say the AMC team picked up slack where my venue fell short, so for that, I am even more grateful for Ariana and her team being there. Hiring a wedding planner was probably the best decision I made and Ariana fully exceeded my expectations. My wedding was even postponed due to Covid and Ariana calmly and seamlessly helped in shifting a whole wedding to a year later. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with AMC Weddings. She is the first recommendation I give when someone I know gets engaged.

As a wedding vendor myself, I was extremely picky about picking vendors for our own wedding. I had the pleasure to work with MSV before, and I've never worked with a DJ/MC as friendly and talented as them. Made my decision easy! Chris brought great energy throughout the whole night, and Bill kept everyone on the dance floor. The audio during the ceremony was PERFECT! Event Lab knocked it out of the park! Jen and Lindsay were absolutely amazing to work with. My organization held an event that wrapped up our annual conference at Orchestra Hall and they made our vision come true! We were so lucky to have these two ladies as an extension of our team while in Minneapolis to make the night a success. I know if I booked them again, I'd be in the best hands in Minneapolis!

Don and Kat were so great! My wedding date stems back from a year ago! My venue had changed so much, I postponed about three times. All the while staying in touch with them. The final time I said “hey we talked a while ago, we’re still not married, are you available?” Don said “still not married yet? We have to fix that.” Fin and Kat were great accommodating our date and early morning wedding. I was an hour late!! They were both there waiting patiently! The pictures came out great! The ceremony was fantastic. Don has a lot of humor, which was great. They were accommodating for the size of my wedding, which was about 30-50 people. Thank you so much Don and Kat you two are great at your craft!! Highly recommended.

Don and Kat are amazing at what they do. From start to finish, the whole process was done with ease due to their collaborative and professional manner. We were able to find a private spot on the beach and had the most beautiful and heartfelt ceremony. The photography session was fun for my whole family. We will cherish these photos forever! Spent the day here for the Center for Cellular Construction Annual Retreat and was blown away by the space and beautiful views!

The main room has three (3) story windows that opened up the space to the waters of the bay. The right and left wings of the building were perfect to hold smaller discussions and poster sessions.

There's limited parking in front of the building, but an ajacent parking lot is available if needed.

Great space to hold an event that'll surely make it feel more special!

We hired Event Lab to throw our daughter’s 1st Birthday Carnival. Sam Groves and her team were incredible. It was pouring rain the morning of our event and when we arrived to the park- she was there and already had a plan. The team did an absolutely beautiful job. Our friends and family had an amazing time! We couldn’t be any happier!! Thank you so much, Sam. We will absolutely be using Event Lab again!

Breathtaking views, exceptionally high quality service, and extraordinarily healthy and delectable food!

My experience was far beyond my expectation. During the week of July 18, I attended a teacher training and everyone I came in contact with at the Golden Gate Club made me feel like a highroller! The staff wasn’t just attentive, they were almost telepathic in their anticipation and proactive service.

I don’t think I have eaten so well before in my life! The menu was extensive and there were options for everyone (i.e. gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian etc.). Besides the wide variety of the food choices, they were nutritious and delicious!

Last but not least, the views and landscaping were simply beautiful. Strawberry trees, yes I said trees, green grass, outdoor seating and the like make this a gem. Additionally, the main meeting hall and on of the smaller rooms have views of the Bay, and the fog dissipates, the world famous Golden Gate Bridge! Truly a must see…my photos don’t do it justice.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. If you're looking for a relaxed and flexible, but still seamless and reliable option for your ceremony, this is it. Don finds a good balance between being humorous, sentimental and meaningful when officiating and both he and Kat take beautiful photos with just enough direction to create some gorgeous candid moments. They are easy to get in touch with, always quick to respond and have a wide array of lovely ceremony options to help guide you to have as unique or traditional of a day as you would like. We were married at a little park in Newport, RI with the bridge as our backdrop. Our experience with Don and Kat was amazing. Our first chat with Don and we knew he would be a great fit to oversee our ceremony. He is very easy going, funny and kind. He provided us with so many different types of ceremony options to choose from and we were able to create from his options what worked best for us. The photos that Kat and Don took at our ceremony were so specatuclar that we bought them all. They were just so lovely to work with - and they love LOVE. We felt at ease with them both and they made our day so special. We highly recommend them.

Last week we had the the most amazing wedding weekend! It was truly better than we could have ever imagined. Our family members and all our guests have not stopped talking about how beautifully everything turned out and how much fun they had. I find myself shaking my head of disbelief whenever I reminisce. It was dreamy… We feel so lucky.

We have so many people to thank for how wonderfully everything turned out, but first on that list is our event planner, Ariana. Ariana is worth her weight in gold. She is professional, caring, organized, and diligent. Everyone who interacted with her on our wedding weekend absolutely loved her!

We started working with Ariana before the Pandemic and were first scheduled to have our wedding in August, 2020. She stood by us for 3 long years and 2 postponements. Her involvement and investment in our wedding never faltered in all that time. She made the horror of rescheduling our wedding feel like just another simple task on her meticulous list of to-dos. I tend to be an overly organized person who struggles with delegating tasks to others; however, I felt entirely trusting of Ariana and quickly learned to let her take the reins. She was also the genius behind many of the creative decisions along the way. My husband and I trusted her eye and we’re so grateful that we did because the outcome was breathtaking.

Just when we thought we knew how amazing Ariana is/can be, she outdid herself on our wedding day. Ariana arrived at the bridal suite on the morning of my wedding with an upbeat attitude and the biggest smile on our face. She was up and ready to go, despite it being 7 in the morning. She also handled each of the inevitable “wedding day bumps in the road” like a true champ. She ensured everything was quickly and professionally resolved and left us out of any unnecessary stressors so that we could enjoy our day.

In short, my strongest recommendation is to definitely book with AMC weddings. You will have absolutely no regrets and you’ll work alongside Ariana and her team who are not only talented and professional planners, they are also amazing people. You’ll learn that wedding planning can be fun and you’ll come out the other side with a new friend in Ariana. Ariana doesn’t know it yet, but she’ll be planning all major events in our family going forward. We can’t wait!

When looking for a month of wedding planner, I was looking for someone who I would be comfortable sharing my ideas with as well as speaking openly if there was something I did not like. Ariana was just that. She made a beautiful inspiration board with many ideas that I wound up incorporating into the wedding. She was detail oriented, and sent reminder emails monthly of tasks to complete that month, making sure that I would remember to get everything done. I got married during the height of COVID, and Ariana was not only understanding of the fluid plans, but also worked diligently to communicate and coordinate with other vendors who had been less flexible with myself as the bride. It was a relief that I had someone else “in my corner” to make sure that everything was planned out smoothly before the wedding. The day of, she communicated efficiently with all of our vendors, kept tabs on many rowdy groomsmen, and seamlessly adjusted our timeline when our shuttle from the hotel showed up late to the ceremony with many guests on board. She arrived early in the morning to set up all of our decor including folding every napkin for each place setting, and stayed until after we left at the end of the reception helping to load up all of our items. Ariana also acted as my wedding etiquette expert, and was available after the wedding for questions. Ariana traveled from RI to PA to provide her services for my wedding, and I am so glad that I was able to find and trust someone like herself to help with our special day. She was able to coordinate and manage extremely well even without having a working relationship with the out of state vendors, which was so impressive to watch. If you are looking for someone you can trust to look at every detail and be able to adjust plans on the fly when needed, look no farther than AMC weddings, I am so glad to have been able to work with her!

Ariana is a planner's planner. As someone who had a background in events and working high-end weddings, I was under the assumption that I could do it all myself. Of course, with about 2 months left until the wedding, I quickly came to the realization that I simply couldn't do everything and would need help. My florist recommended AMC Weddings to me and I'm so unbelievably grateful that she did. We hired Ariana as our Day-Of Coordinator and she went absolutely above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect and all that we dreamed of. I am a wedding planner from the Twin Cities and I worked with Event Lab for drapery rentals for a styled shoot this fall. When I needed drapery for a backdrop at the last second, Event Lab saved the day. They were so easy to work with and accommodating. Event Lab provided the glitz and really set the tone for our latest event held on the 12th floor Altitude of the Intercontinental Hotel MSP airport. The linens they utilized made the room sparkle with the silver sequins, and the deep royal blue was just amazing. Take a look a the photos from our event and you'll see how wonderful it made the room ambiance feel.

We planned a social event with Event Lab and worked with Lauren and Alex. Because of them...this event was the more incredible than I could have ever imagined. The decor was unbelievable both in terms of design, personalization and set up. The set up and execution of the space was brilliant — it maximized visual punch while completely nailing the objective, which was to create an active, engaging environment that was exciting, approachable and allowed the event participants to see everything going on no matter where they were. The expertise they brought to the planning and execution — things to think about to create the best possible experience (& things event hosts are not going to think about) was incredible.

Their attention to detail at every step of the process was extreme and they didn’t miss a single trick. We had a very complicated event (many different vendors, vendors and a venue that hadn’t done this type of event before, lots of logistics that had to be coordinated together) and they planned and executed flawlessly- and made it so easy for me, the host, to enjoy my own party without having to sweat a single detail.

In addition, it wasn’t a all or nothing approach. They can do everything soup to nuts, but they can also lead elements of the event if the party hosts needs to lead certain elements due to budget constraints. They are willing to flex their business model to meet client needs. Wow.

Such amazing work! As a wedding photographer, I love working with Event Lab! They know exactly how to turn a room into extraordinary! Their decor and floral services are both excellent!

This is a beautiful location to host an event, with many options for rooms of all sizes, big or small. Plenty of bathrooms which is important for meetings. You can see the Golden Gate Bridge just outside the main building, and from a number of the meeting rooms. Within the Presidio, it is a nice location close to San Francisco yet not too far from the South Bay.

Spend a half day here during a summit. It's great hall for events for 250 max people with sub mini rooms and balconies up stairs. Well proper constructed. It has a good outside environment, maintained grasses, quite area, golden gate bridge view when you approach the main road.

I have known Gloria my entire life and her family and mine have been very close for over three decades. As our rabbi, however, we were able to forge a different relationship- one where it was clear that my now-husband's and my interests would be protected even where (as with every wedding) there many opinions about how our ceremony should proceed.

When we first met with Gloria, we were set on having a non-denominational wedding, with the inclusion of a few Jewish traditions. I grew up as a reform New-York Jew, and my now-husband, grew up a California Mormon. Coming from such disparate backgrounds, we were worried that the inclusion of "too much" Judaism would alienate our other wedding guests, but that fear could not have been more unfounded.

Gloria takes the time to explain all of the parts of a Jewish wedding both in the meetings to create the ceremony, and during the wedding itself. Every prayer (whether in Hebrew or English) was given a context within our wedding and in the Jewish tradition.

This level of personalization and Gloria's desire to be truly inclusive, allowed our Jewish-Catholic-Mormon guests to feel like they belonged together. In fact, my from-Italy, Roman Catholic grandmother was one of the biggest fans of my ceremony!

We are so happy that we decided to include more, not fewer Jewish traditions at Gloria's suggestion, because it gave our ceremony a different kind of significance and exposed our non-Jewish guests to an expression of love that they may not have experienced before. We cannot thank Gloria enough for the time and effort she invested in our ceremony, and her warmth and humor at the wedding helped unite our families into one!

As a second generation Filipina raised Catholic, with a Jewish husband to be, it was important for us to incorporate both Jewish and Catholic readings and rituals, as well as Filipino wedding traditions in our ceremony. After speaking with a number of Rabbis we knew we needed to find a Rabbi we connected with and whom we could trust. The ceremony was the most important part of our wedding for us and our families so it was important to find a great Rabbi. As soon as we met Rabbi Gloria we knew she was the one. With her expertise in the Jewish faith, knowledge of Catholic wedding ceremony traditions, not to mention her sharpness, flexibility, openness, and confidence, we knew she would be the perfect officiant for us. She did an amazing job. She crafted a beautiful very inclusive ceremony and ten of our friends and family participated as readers and Filipino ceremony sponsors. For such a complex ceremony, she executed very capably all the while holding people’s attention. And throughout our planning process, she was always very responsive offering to meet with us and our families as many times as needed for counseling and support. She also officiated our cousins wedding. We're keeping her in the family for all weddings!

Rabbi Gloria Milner helped make our wedding memorable and meaningful. From the moment we met her and she welcomed us into her home, until her follow up call to make sure that our marriage license was timely processed, Rabbi Milner was caring, thoughtful,and professional. Our Ketubah signing was so personal that it brought tears to many of the guests’ eyes. She was able to blend old Jewish tradition with modern egalitarian principles in order to make our day just right for us. We truly hope Rabbi Milner will remain a part of our lives and participate in future life cycle events with our family.

Rabbi Gloria and Father Vincent performed our interfaith ceremony. Rabbi Gloria Milner is a very warm and caring individual who worked well with Father and all of our families. The ceremony was beautiful and enjoyed by all. We were very lucky to have found her.

We were fortunate to have been invited to a Jewish wedding performed by Rabbi Gloria for two of my closest friends. It was beautiful and also very interesting to see. I spoke to the Rabbi after the ceremony and told her we were planning an interfaith wedding. My fiancé is Jewish and I am Protestant. Rabbi Gloria was the first potential interfaith officiate we spoke to that did not try to tell us that one of needed to change faiths. We liked her enough that we will be having her preside over our wedding next year.
