We LOVED our experience at 14Tenn, for planning and for the event itself. Their team was so professional and really worked with us to stay within our budget without sacrificing how we wanted our wedding day to be. Sarah Hodges was a phenomenal planner, and she went beyond her duties to help us have the wedding day of our dreams. The venue was everything we wanted it to be AND MORE, and they were so flexible with us when it came to vendors, catering, and all the little details that came with hosting an event there. Sarah and her team put so much work into all of the logistics, and the day went so smoothly as a result of their diligence. Having Sarah as our partial planner and choosing 14Tenn as our venue were two of the best decisions we made throughout the whole process. We will keep recommending them to everyone looking for the perfect event space! Not only is Sarah great at what she does, but she's SO fun, too! We looked forward to our check-in meetings with her each month!

We cannot recommend 14Tenn enough! We chose 14Tenn for our wedding venue and we really couldn't have been more pleased! For those looking for a wedding venue, they offer wedding planning services as an add on, which we opted for. Again, cannot say enough good things about our planner, Sarah, who just absolutely knocked it out of the park! She took what likely would have been a highly stressful event and removed all of that stress from both me and my bride. As for the actual venue, the space offers a good amount of flexibility in how you can decorate and accommodate your guests. We had right around 160-170 and I'd say everyone was pretty comfortable. We just recently received our pictures from our photographer and the space looks phenomenal in the pictures as well! 10/10 venue!

When I began planning my daughter's Quinceañera about a year ago, I had always had the Cotillion in the back of my mind to consider booking. I had remembered attending events & weddings over 20 years ago and remembered how beautiful the hall was. When I brought my daughter into the venue, the Cotillion has maintained its elegance. There is just a certain level of class when you walk into the main entry. Each room is well maintained and equally beautiful. I feel it is important to mention this, because some venues aren't kept up and it shows. The Cotillion is always neat and clean and simply beautiful. The chandeliers alone are enough to make you want to book your party there.
We were greeted by a gentleman named George. George immediately welcomes you into the Cotillion home. I say home because I felt like family. George not only listens to what you're looking for, but he has the knowledge and understanding and respect of all the cultures and their traditions. George ensures that everything will be handled with white glove treatment, and he does NOT disappoint.
I worked with George over the past year, we constantly communicated, as I always had questions and wanting input regarding vendors. George provided me with referrals of vendors and always asked me to provide feedback on my experience with them as he wanted to make sure he was giving his clients a good solid vendor to work with. He did NOT fail. George was always gracious and patient with me and made me feel at ease with the event. George understands the pressure and stress with events of this magnitude, he was always kind, reassuring which put me at ease. I put 100% of my trust in him to handle my daughter's special day and he did NOT disappoint.
We ran into a couple of hiccups with having to change the date of our event and changing of color schemes and changes to headcount and last minute vendor change and while these changes were big stressors to me, one call to George and he immediately took the pressure off of me and handled the issues for me, by reassuring me, making phone calls to help me find a new vendor and just overall having the confidence to assure me everything was fine. Through the course of the year George helped guide me through meal options, addressed allergy concerns, took the time to help me and created my "allergy free" dessert table. (I had 2). These are just some of the outstanding experiences with George, Tom and the Cotillion.
Let me get to the event itself. So as everyone says "Prepare for things to go wrong on the day of the event". That is NOT what we experienced whatsoever! When I walked into the room (that George assured and reassured that I would love) HE DID NOT FAIL!!! The room was absolutely stunning. Nothing was missed, George and team did NOT disappoint. Sure I hired the vendors but George strategically placed everything in the room, he knew what we needed and where it should go. The room was simply amazing!
As I entered the room, I was treated like a Queen, and it wasn't even my day. Luba, the head server immediately greeted me and tended to all of my needs. She took everything very seriously and made sure we were well taken care of. The entire event went without any hiccups, it was just beautiful.
Now for the food! This may sound biased (even though I'm not Greek), but I swear anytime there is a Greek Chef preparing food, the food is absolutely AMAZING! The homemade Cream of Broccoli soup was divine, the entrée was a delectable chicken Vesuvio served with Greek potatoes and Green beans. Simply Amazing.
The team of Tom, Gus & George is an amazing trio that will ensure your important occasion is designed around your ideas & dreams and they will execute to ensure those dreams become a reality. I have been on cloud 9 since my daughter's event this past Saturday, not only with the love of family and friends that filled the room, but with the love and care the Staff provided to us. We had our Indian wedding ceremony at 14 Tenn and had a fabulous experience. One of the reasons why our wedding was such a success was because of Sarah Hodges, our amazing month of coordinator. She helped us iron out details, handled the legal stuff, and ensured our day flowed smoothly. She was a joy to work with and we could not say enough good things about her!!! The space is easy to customize and offers tables and chairs up to 200 people which is great.

If we could give 14TENN 10 stars, we would! We had our wedding reception at 14TENN and could not be happier with how everything came together! We had Kendall as our full time planner, as we are from out of town. Kendall made planning an absolute breeze from our perspective along with making our vision come to life day of. She and the rest of the 14TENN team were wonderful professionals to coordinate and plan with! The 14TENN spaces are beautiful and have a blank slate to allow exactly what you wanted. The 24 hour rental was a huge bonus as we did not worry about gathering everything in the evening. 14TENN provides an extensive list of preferred vendors which were all phenomenal and utilized for our wedding day. We highly recommend 14TENN to all for your wedding or events! Thanks again for everything 14TENN!

Harmony Hall….you exceeded my expectations. Jill was so easy to get ahold of, answering ALL my questions and was so accommodating to myself, my family and guests. We planned this wedding with Harmony Hall for the last three years, and my idea was to always have an outdoor ceremony. We had some rain, but Jill & Jocelyn made it happen for me to have my dream ceremony outside. From holding umbrellas to wiping chairs - they did it all. From the bottom of my heart THANK YOU. You guys played a huge part in making this day everything we could have wanted and more. I will recommend Harmony Hall over and over again.

We highly recommend Cotillion Banquets on all events especially Weddings. Cotillion Banquets will make it more special, especially George. George is like every Bride's Fairy Godmother, he'll make sure everything you wish for on your dream wedding set up will be granted.
We went to a lot of banquets like more than 10 banquets , then we found Cotillion Banquets. Cotillion Banquets is not the typical banquets that they will just hand you their brochure and just call back if you wanna book them or not. Cotillion Banquets are very professional, they will explain to you everything, literally everything they are very transparent. Budget wise, they are very accommodating they will try everything to meet with your budget. We are grateful for George, he was really great for making it easy for us and less stressful.
Food is really amazing. we enjoyed every meal we had. Our guests we're really happy with the food. Desert Table is really great. Thank you George for allowing us to have Bar Set - up in front before the party starts. Over all set - up really looks amazing all my requests we're granted.
Again thank you so much George for making our wedding very memorable. Everyone not only us are very happy with our wedding reception.

Fabulous venue! We went here for Poshfest and they had a fantastic live band, great appetizers and desserts were the bomb! Beautiful decor, had 2 levels, and another room with open windows!

The grounds are absolutely gorgeous. We watched a deer graze at the edge of the property while we met. They've got a cute pond and a really wonderful farmhouse for prep and hangout. If you are looking for a classic and elegant wedding, you'll be thrilled.
The staff are diligent in their communications and understanding through the process. The details for your ceremony are kept organized through a great online tool.
We ultimately chose a different option because we were looking for a slightly off-kilter and totally non-traditional wedding. It was clear that this is not their norm. While they were happy to work with us to get to where we wanted, ultimately we realized it was simply the wrong "vibe" for us. The staff we extremely kind and understanding as I struggled to come to terms with this.
All in all, I would highly recommend them to friends. They have traditional, gorgeous weddings on lock. If that's your goal, you will definitely be happy.

Our Wedding was held on Sunday August 25th, 2024 at the Cotillion. It was the happiest and most incredible day of our lives! George and Tom executed every single thing they promised us for months. At first I was a very worried bride and in the months leading up to the wedding I didn’t know what to expect. But they were AMAZING! They set up the room in a very elegant and detail oriented manner, they also set up the cocktail hour and it looked even better than I could ever imagine. Everyone was raving about how good the food was and the service was fast and efficient. George is super detail oriented which I loved! George set up all the cocktail hour props from the audio phone book to the mirrors, 360 photobooth, seating chart and then he helped us choose the most elegant charger plates and even helped me design the menu and thank you cards! Every time I texted him to ask him a question he would call me back immediately! And Tom was kind enough to meet my Mom and give her a tour on his day off because she flew from overseas to help me plan 6 months in advance. We had an open bar wedding until 1:30am and George and Tom stayed till then making sure everything was under control. I wish I can relive this day over and over again. Thank you Cotillion, you exceeded all my expectations and made our wedding a very memorable one.

I was recommended 14Tenn as a venue space for a corporate work event and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Sarah, my event manger, was great to work with and made sure everything went seemingly well. The external vendors I partnered with were also wonderful. I planned this remotely so having Sarah on site the day of was appreciated and I received suburb feedback. I definitely recommend!

My husband and I could not be happier with our wedding at Cotillion. George and his team were truly fantastic and delivered on every promise and commitment they made to us throughout the planning process. The food was incredible, the best wedding food we’ve ever had, and we were so proud to serve it to our guests. They easily handled our 300-person reception with a 9-piece band. The drinks package was great, and the bartenders and other staff were fantastic. They took exceptional care of us, our families, and the rest of our guests. Cotillion was absolutely the right choice for us, and we have heard nothing but great things from our guests.

My husband and I decided to get married last-minute due to my mom's late cancer diagnosis and terminal prognosis. With only two months, our options for venues were very limited. Harmony Hall Estate quickly became the obvious choice!
PROS: Their pricing package is flexible, with lots of options to tailor your experience to your budget. With great options for in-house catering and decorating, you'll save a lot of money and time on both. You can also pay an additional fee to bring in outside caterers. The food at our wedding came from Karen's Catering, their in-house caterer. We enjoyed our dishes at dinner and during cocktail hour. The pretzel cart absolutely hit the spot, though, and was a hit with our guests. Overall, I'd say the food was satisfying. The bar options, like the food packages, are also quite flexible. We chose to prepay our bar tab for our guests, which allowed us to be open bar up to a certain price. We were able to add more to that tab via cash during the wedding. The venue itself is beautiful, with plenty of outdoor location choices for your ceremony. The location is convenient, with hotels nearby and shuttles that run you and your guests to and from the venue. The farmhouse to get ready in is gorgeous and historic, making it a wonderful location for pictures. There are plenty of places on the property for taking beautiful portraits with your partner and family. The ballroom is spacious, with flexible floor plans that Jill will work with you to design. You'll receive access to Aisle Planner when you book with Harmony Hall Estate, which is a nice online service to upload all of your wedding information. Included is a service to make your reception floor plan.
CONS: I was told the key would be placed in the lockbox, but couldn't find it morning of. None of the contacts at Harmony Hall answered when I called, and it took us nearly 45 minutes of searching to finally find the key in a mailbox. We lost a lot of valuable time to get ready, which created stress, and on top of that the farmhouse was so hot that my bridesmaids and I were sweating bullets while trying to do our hair and makeup. The temperature inside the building was in the mid and upper seventies, which was brutal with so many people and hot hair tools on. While they have plenty of pricing options, I will say that their information package is somewhat confusing and rather lengthy. It could be tweaked to be more streamlined for the sake of clarity. The crab dip that we paid extra for during cocktail hour was disappointing. I don't recommend paying the uncharge for it, sadly. It's also good to keep in mind that you will pay the same price for a vendor's plate as you will one of your guests. This wasn't communicated to me until I asked, so I do recommend that the staff at Harmony Hall make sure their clients are aware of this. Our bartender, though kind, was unfamiliar with many of today's popular drinks and was rather slow, which was disappointing.
OVERALL: Harmony Hall Estate is a great venue for a budget-friendly, beautiful wedding!

My HUSBAND and I got married yesterday, it was a hot one but it was the most beautiful day regardless ❤️ We toured other venues and found no where else that has you covered at every turn! August of 2022 we met with Karen and Jill, and right away I appreciated how helpful, informative and that Harmony Hall was full service! I was engaged for almost a full 2 years and every month I came in to make my payment and visit Jill. Each month I'd tell her all the things I was doing, showing her pictures, getting her opinions and advise, telling her my adventures of wedding planning and sometimes wed just talk for.. I enjoyed the half hr alot of times longer that'd she's spend keeping me on track and distressing me in a sense. She truly was a godsend. I feel like by the time our rehearsal she definitely knew us, but particularly me, what I liked and didn't. Tho I was very nervous about everything coming together day of, I knew Jill had it! The last few times I was at the venue there was a new girl, Jocelyn and she was also fantastic. She helped keep me calm multiple times, even helping to bustle me! They were amazing at keeping everyone focused and on task ... because let me tell you day of everyone is pulling you in every direction. The farmhouse was gorgeous to get ready at.. great for hair and makeup. Whomever you get for a photographer, get for extra extra time because you'll need it! The property is beautiful. The food was delicious! I will for sure miss coming to visit Jill and Cleo ❤️🐦⬛ Thank you all so much for all that you did for us. We had our wedding at 14Tenn this past May and it was an absolute DREAM! We worked with Kendall as our wedding planner and she was incredible. She had every single detail you could think of planned and organized. We had ample meetings leading up to the wedding going over all the important details. On the wedding day Kendall and her team made sure that everything was truly perfect. They left no detail behind and ensured the day went off without a hitch. Would highly recommend this beautiful venue as well as Kendall as a planner. 10/10 experience for us.

Had my High school prom here and it was an amazing experience. Food was good quality and there was enough space for hundreds of people. Entry was $105. The building is suitable for large events.

BEST DAY EVER. I have been to a lot of weddings but I can confidently say our wedding is my absolute favorite!! (Might be a little biased bc I married my best friend) BUT 14Tenn and their staff seriously could not have done a better job at making sure our day went so perfectly! Special shoutout to our month of coordinator Sarah Hodges! We literally could not have done it without her. People always say that weddings are SO stressful but working with Sarah in the weeks leading up to the wedding lifted so much stress off my shoulders and when the big day came I just had so much fun and had not a worry in my mind! AND SHE KILLED IT. The photos speak for themselves. 14Tenn was the absolute perfect space for us to be creative from pizza buffet to a live jazz band at reception and a sparkler send off! Everything we wanted for our day was met and we could not be happier! We brought in a lot of our own decor but we also utilized the venues bar package, greenery walls & beautiful draping! 100% recommend this venue if you are looking for an place to get married or throw your next event! And don’t skip out on the coordination/planning package! It’s above and beyond & their team is an absolute joy to work with :)

Our wedding was held on 4-7-2024. George did exactly what he said he would do for the ceremony and reception. The ceremony and reception turned out to be absolutely beautiful. George made the process seamless. He handled all the details which made us not even need a wedding coordinator. The guests raved about how amazing the food was!!! Everything George said he would do, he did. I am so happy we went with the Cotillion Banquets. I highly recommend this venue for your CEREMONY and RECEPTION or reception only. I was very nervous about how everything would turn out but in the end it was perfect. The staff were super friendly and helpful. George even let us use the bridal suite to do our hair and makeup hours before the event! What a blessing it was to have someone care as much as he does. He made our big perfect and without any issues. Thank you!

I cannot say enough good things about 14Tenn! From the very beginning we fell in love with this space and the staff! Every single person we worked with helped to make our wedding an absolute dream come true. They went above and beyond at every step and took care of so many things! The space itself was gorgeous and was the exact open canvas we needed to make our vision come true. It was in an amazing part of town that gave us perfect pictures as well. My newly husband and I got married 11/5/23 and we booked through Harmony Halls Estate. We had looked at a few venues prior to this but Karen was super helpful. She was the only person who explained everything in detailed and we didn’t feel completely lost since neither my husband nor I have done this process before. Once we decided to book Jill is the coordinator and she also was amazing. She’s the one you’ll be talking to the most when planning the wedding and honestly every time we met with her it really didn’t feel like business. We had maybe around 100 people at our venue and it was beautiful! Honestly would recommend this venue to anyone interested.

Could not recommend Anna, Jordan, and Team Otherside more!!! A&J, as we would lovingly call them as my husband and I are also an A&J, were an absolute delight across all phases of our wedding planning process and we felt so lucky to have them on our team. We felt such security knowing that TOC had everything handled for our wedding day – they really are true professionals – and that was worth its weight in gold.
The biggest piece of advice I was given upon getting engaged was to hire, at the very least, a day-of coordinator. My now-husband and I also felt some anxiety about honing in on and achieving a vision for the design of our wedding. Neither of us has a very creative eye, and I felt so overwhelmed every time I looked at Pinterest or the wedding Instagrams that we felt we could really benefit from some additional support. TOC worked with us to customize a package for coordination services and design help/consulting, which was exactly the balance we were looking for – having A&J’s guidance, valuable insight, and support while still feeling like we were in the driver’s seat for our day. I have to be honest that when I first found their site, I worried that we weren’t “cool enough” for TOC (lol!) but we felt incredibly welcomed and encouraged by both Anna and Jordan across our entire experience with them.
Over the months we spent in the planning phase, A&J provided super helpful suggestions as to vendors that they worked with frequently. We felt confident just going with their choices for many of the smaller vendors, which saved us a ton of time (in not needing to search for and interview a ton of different options) and also money, as these vendors often offered a discount since we connected through TOC. As our wedding approached, A&J helped us work through many iterations of a design board for our day. They were incredibly patient, understanding as we sometimes went back and forth on design decisions, and provided lots of invaluable inspiration. I can sometimes be paralyzed by choice, and I felt that A&J helped give me the confidence that I needed to hone in on a vision for our event (which wasn’t even that complicated, but I had just felt so much pressure for it to be right and not ugly lol!) and make the decisions to achieve that.
We really felt the strength of TOC in the final weeks of our planning process. We had our final walkthrough meeting at our venue with the venue manager, our catering manager, and A&J, and watching the four of them work was like watching a symphony. A&J have clearly worked with our venue & catering managers many times before (as they have with so many vendors in the area), and that experience really showed as they ran through all the countless details of our upcoming day with ease. My now-husband and I really felt like every single detail was attended to, and it was really incredible to experience that level of preparation and care. Jordan and others on the TOC team were with us on our wedding day (and ran the rehearsal the night before – useful!) and that same care and compassion was evident. Our wedding day went so smoothly and it was such a joy to get to enjoy it fully without any stress!! The ultimate gift – we couldn’t be more grateful to Team Otherside!

Anna and Jordan from the beginning were absolutely stellar. My wedding was 10.14.23. I had an idea of what I was wanting wedding design wise but didn’t know where to start. Anna helped guide me to make decisions or gave her input when it was asked for. Other than that, she was calming, comforting and made the planning process sooooo much easier. Looking back, I absolutely cannot imagine what my day would have looked like without The Otherside Creatives. The day of team made sure everything was as organized as possible and helped take care of little things and huge things that I definitely didn’t have time for or they felt I shouldn’t have to deal with on the day of. Our wedding day already had so many moving parts and we had various vendors not responding to us. Anna didn’t let me stress. We dealt with the rain, dealt with unresponsive vendors and she made magic happen. I am so grateful for The Otherside Creatives and they truly made my wedding day dreams come true.

I've put off writing this review because where to even begin??? Anna and Jordan are simply the best in the business. Hiring them was absolutely the best decision we made when wedding planning, and we only did their partial planning package. I am a highly anxious, type A person (with a streak for procrastinating) and every time I talked to them, I instantly felt calm and that we were in good hands. They have amazing relationships with some of the best vendors in Baltimore and steered us in the right direction so many times. Anna would respond to any passing thought or question I had insanely quickly and always with great advice and insight. No question was too small and no request was too big for them. They had so much patience for my indecisiveness and procrastinating and (gently) pushed us when we needed it. Day of, they handled everything. Most importantly, I trusted them to handle everything, which is rare for me! I do not think our wedding could've happened without them, and I know it wouldn't have been nearly as perfect. Hire this dream team!!!!!

Absolutely fantastic event venue! We held a 3-day event for 150 people here, and every detail was perfect. The location was beautiful, the staff was very attentive, and the food was phenomenal. Bubba was very helpful during the initial planning and coordination, responding to calls and emails promptly. Emily Trainor is a superb event designer, who worked tirelessly to ensure every detail was taken care of. John on the production team provided a fantastic visual experience for the conference. I cannot overstate how incredible this event was, and how happy our group was with the experience. Thank you!

I had my wedding at this location on Sunday October 23, 2022. I spent 11 months working with the infinity team and the planning process over all went smoothly and for the most part they did what they could within our budget. I’ll start by saying the venue was beautiful and spacious, and the food was tasty. The wedding would have been the most wonderful day of our lives if the team there had handled the events of that night properly. It started by my best friend being cut off after three glasses of white wine in three hours. She came to me in tears saying the bar had cut her off and they were threatening to remove her. She wasn’t showing signs of visible intoxication and she was far from drunk or belligerent. After being threatened to be removed another friend of mine who was close to the situation was also being removed without cause and without consulting with myself or my husband. I was made aware of the situation by them, not the event staff and I then had a discussion with the staff. They were allowed to stay and the party continued. Not long after another guest was removed for being “too drunk” as was his 10 year old sister. He was “too drunk” to remain at the venue (he was not) but not too drunk to take a 10 year old child home. I was also unaware of this situation. Finally, my brother was removed from the venue. He was visibly drunk. He was dancing and having the time of his life. He was not belligerent, he was not rude, nor was he destructive. He was a man at his sisters wedding enjoying our time together. All of these situations could have been handled by coming to me and discussing the situation without it ruining my wedding and embarrassing my family. I have been to a lot of weddings with a lot of intoxicated guest and I have never seen people treated this way. I had no intention of writing a review until i saw the response the bell tower left on another review left by one of my guest. I was never informed of any guest being removed by their staff. I have 65 wittiness’s to attest that not a single person made a bar tender or staff member feel unsafe. I feel it’s also important to note there is not parking at this location. Most of my guest were staying walking distance (my brother was at the hotel right across from the venue.) There was no concern for a DUI or any other legal actions against the bar tenders hired by this establishment. I wish the events of this night had turned out differently and I hope in the future infinity has a better idea of how to handle situations like these so it doesn’t happen to another bride paying 1000’s of dollars to celebrate there.

They went out of their way to make sure every detail was perfect and treated the event as if it was their own. 7/15/2022 we had our wedding at this beautiful establishment! Everything was absolutely beautiful! George and Tom were the best and very accommodating! My guests were in total awe of everything!!! We are still getting calls of how beautiful things were and how good the food was! All of our guests raved on how they have never had food taste so good at a wedding! We didn’t hire a wedding planner, yet George walked us through everything we would need from beginning to end and the day was perfect! We can’t thank George, Tom, and his staff enough for such an amazingly perfect event!

It has been a month to the date of my 45th birthday extravaganza. The guests have been raving about the set up, execution and the overall ebb and flow of the event. What I have never experienced is how ALL of the vendors in addition to the guests raved about my event planner Kirsten! The feedback that I have received verbally and in writing that she was Personable, Professional, and on Point and would definitely work with her anytime. She is worth every penny she asks for and went above an beyond her contractual obligations which is very rare in my experience. If something did go wrong I did not know about it because it was handled! I am so glad I made the decision for her to handle my day of management of my event. I would absolutely use her in the future.

Absolutely unprofessional. After two weeks of calling and emailing for pricing and trying to schedule a tour, we finally got a call back. We figured they were just busy. Showed up at the appointment time, doors were locked, no answer on the phones, left a message, no call back. It’s extremely hard to put into words EVERYTHING that Kirsten and her amazing planning services truly was to me leading up to and most importantly on my wedding day. She went above and beyond to ensure every detail was accounted for and reaffirmed for me many times that I was the bride and deserved a beautiful and special day, as I lost sight of that at times throughout the process. A certified expert in all things wedding-related, she was the guide I needed to navigate all of the intricate details of wedding planning which were magnified given an altered plan due to COVID and a revised intimate setting and guest list. I have to honestly say I underestimated the value of a planner initially, but the stress that she allowed to be removed from my plate as the bride was PRICELESS. At even the slightest mention of an issue, Kirsten’s solutions-focused mindset was always ready to quickly help me reset and make a decision given the many options she quickly provided. She personally helped my husband and I ensure our look, wedding day, and abbreviated honeymoon was AMAZING (above and beyond)! To say she was helpful is an understatement...she was critical and a necessity to the success of our day, the visionary behind the look and flow of everything, and truly a gem to work with as she cares about every single component and ensures the consistency in all of the moving parts given various vendors and timelines. Everyone warned us that our wedding would go by so fast and be total blur. Because of Anna and Jordan, this was NOT the case for us at all. We were able to be present and savor all the details of our big day because of them.
After putting all planning on hold during quarantine, we decided to move forward with our wedding, but with fewer guests than originally anticipated. I reached out to Anna just over a month before our wedding seeking day of coordination and help with final design decisions. We had no idea at the time how much we would rely on her.
They got to work right away with the most beautiful design concept that truly brought my Pinterest board to life while respecting our budget. As a COVID bride, I was finally able to ENJOY the planning process after months of uncertainty. Within a matter of 20 emails, a handful of texts, and a couple phone calls, we had all the details narrowed down. Anna’s responsiveness was unparalleled.
TWO WEEKS before the wedding we found out that due to Baltimore City’s latest COVID restrictions, we had to cut our guest list down to 25. Within 30 minutes, Anna had proactively reached out to our vendor team to start figuring out our options. We ultimately decided to go ALL IN to have the best 25-person wedding there ever was. I can honestly say, we would not have been able to handle this last-minute change without her. Anna effectively helped us plan 1.5 weddings and saved me from a mental breakdown.

It has been a great experience living at Cornerstone location, wonderful gym facility, best food stores around like Whole Foods, Trader's Joes ect. ... Management and the staff has been very helpful when needed and property is very well kept at all times, would definitively recommend the place.

Kirsten was absolutely essential in the success of our (flawless) wedding day. She handled all my vendors, worked right alongside my friends to make sure everything was set up perfectly, and made sure we stayed on schedule (VERY important to me!). But most importantly, she made it clear that she was there for us. She made sure we ate, that we were cool (because it was HOT!), and that we didn’t lift a finger. I know there were some things that didn’t go to plan; that’s how it goes. But she didn’t burden me with any of it; she wouldn’t dream of it! Kirsten made it abundantly clear that we were there to experience the most important day of our lives, and she was with us every step of the way.
After working at a venue that hosts lots of weddings, I’ve learned a lot just from observing. I think the most difficult thing to witness is when a bride doesn’t have the support she needs. Luckily we have amazing friends and family who were ready and willing to do everything to make our day the absolute best. But even more importantly, we had Kirsten. Food and banquet location was nice (I'm referring to above ground only) and the glass enclosed restaurant area was beautiful. However, our older peers couldn't find the elevator (#28) in the dark, creepy parking garage below. The parking attendants were far from the elevator, which I believe is the only way to get up to the Cornerstone. More signage is needed to help visitors find the hidden elevator, or have extra staff in the garage guiding visitors during events.

12in12 Design Group was fabulous! Kirsten made my little sister’s wedding day a moment to remember for all of us! She was organized, a problem solver, and kept us all in order! Her “get down to business” vibe along with her relatable personality made everything flow perfectly. 12in12 Design Group showed up to work! The professionalism was in full effect and the entire team made us feel comfortable with leaving everything in their hands. My sister is still talking about her amazing wedding day experience and I know she will pass on the good word to future brides. Kirsten and her team at 12in12 Design Group were an extreme delight to work with! We hired her as our Month of Coordinator but she available to assist us even before the contract went into effect. During our phone calls, the question that she typically led with was "How can I help you not feel so stressed?" or "What are the areas that are stressing you the most, so that I can be of assistance?". This was a breath of fresh air because with most vendors you are greeted with a running to do list.
Kirsten was great when it came to managing vendor relationships and she was not afraid to be the voice of the couple. She made sure to ensure that our needs and desires were met. Managing vendors can be a juggling act but she left her mark on them and each of them came up to us to say "Gosh, I just love her!", which echoed our thoughts of Kirsten as well!
We also had a lively wedding party of 14 different personalities and managing these adults was quite the task in itself but her and her team knew just how to communicate to keep them in line and keep their spirits bright! I am not sure how Yvonne from 12in12 Design Group did it but she made sure that all 7 groomsmen looked their best and were wrinkle free! She even helped Hubby look his best for our big day! :)
The communication was a mixture between email, phone call, and text message, so it was pretty convenient to quickly discuss our wedding needs. The final 30 days leading up to the wedding are the most stressful and quick communication is very crucial, so I loved having Kirsten readily available to help me feel calm despite the chaos around me. I came in for lunch - wasn't sure if it was open but I had some time to kill and happened to be in the plaza around lunchtime. On offer today for lunch was a sparse Italian buffet. The food was fine but suffered from the issues common to all buffets and by no means specific to this location: lukewarm food served casserole style. I can't blame the restaurant as I imagine the lunch crowd to be thin, but I don't know that I'll return to this location for lunch in the future. I have heard their dinner is much better and I will probably return to check it out at some point.
Biggest disappointment: the cannoli I selected for lunch was chewy not crispy (a texture issue only as it was still delicious). Biggest pleasant surprise: delicious coffee in to-go cups so you can wander out with coffee in hand. Best thing: you can't beat the view.

Gosh, where do I begin. My husband and I contracted 12in12 for the partial planning package. As someone who didn't grow up wanting to have the wedding of her dreams, Kirsten definitely made sure I had it. There are many things you can't anticipate happening the day of your wedding. Sometimes the weather ends up being different than the forecast projected, you forget things at home, guests aren't being the nicest, etc. While we all hope that nothing goes wrong, small things can happen that can really change the mood of the entire day. Kirsten ensured that I didn't have to worry about any of the small things that happened on our wedding day. She arrived on time at the crack of dawn to assist with getting the bridal party ready. She made it so that I could focus on and relish in each moment as it happened leading up to that big moment. For that I thank her. She kept everyone and everything running on time (a big thing for me) and as smooth as possible. Kirsten's personality is big enough to calm a storm, but also ignite a fire when one needs to be lit to get things done. She paid extremely close attention to the small details that might not have mattered to me as the bride, but that she knew would make that day more perfect than it was. It's about the quality of her work. I would highly recommend her services to future brides. If you want a stressless, no fuss process, there is no better planner.
