Really disappointed with a fruit basket I ordered as a gift. 2 pieces of fruit were bad, and the product (whilst nicely wrapped), didn't feel like value for money with such a big price tag.
Should have been about half what I paid, not impressed I have to say.

Rangers made this beautiful casket spray out of greenery for my dad’s casket a few weeks ago. We wanted something simple and to use as a “grave blanket” after the funeral. The spray was above and beyond what we expected. It looks a little small in the photo, but it covered the bottom half of the casket as we requested. A beautiful statement piece for a simple man! Thank you very much! ♥️
I’ve given this establishment a fair shot since January 2022. It’s always been incredibly inefficient, with its checkout lines regularly long enough to stop the flow of traffic near the freezers. The last straw was when I ordered lunch via the app and found a printed sign saying online orders need to ask for an associate to get the sub from the back. At 12:30 PM, the whole point of ordering online ahead is so I don’t have to wait to talk to a busy deli associate. I thought the Publix franchise had standards. The products are fine, but this is a prime example of mismanagement. Every other store in town has it together.
As we all know you have to give 1 star to even do a review but believe me they do not deserve even 1. My boss texted asking if I had received a special delivery and I didn’t know what she was talking about so the next day I asked what she meant and she said I should have gotten an edible arrangement. So finally Friday night about 7:30 pm there is a knock at the office door and mind you we close at 6 good thing I’m a workaholic and was still in the office almost 2 hours after closing because it was the arraignment. It looked pitiful, all droopy and sad literally like it had set in someone's car for the 2 days between when it was supposed to be delivered and when it Finally made it. Brown spots on the pineapples and NO chocolate on any pineapples, only 2 little strawberries with chocolate and it was probably just to hide that they were rotten.
But what takes the cake is after reaching out to the corporate I received an email stating they would contact me within 48 hours well 3 days later I call and am connected with the store when the woman is completely defensive off the bat and sooooo unbelievably rude I don’t know how she works with the public and asks for my name and I tell her the order is under my company name and she asks what I want and I said I would like this made right I had rotten strawberries and she just flew off the handle yelling at me! This is absolutely ridiculous when my corporate office ordered for every office and Lexington is the only ones who had issues Louisville and Indiana teams got theirs on the correct days and were satisfied. Oh and good luck with corporate office they won’t even answer the phone, they literally put you through to the rude people at the store. Only way I would ever eat anything is if it was FedEx shipped who knows what they would do inside the store to your food.

I hold UNIQLO's customer service as the gold standard for being un-intrusive yet helpful and friendly when needed (no one's following you around asking if you want a fitting room, but if they see you need a bag, they'll ask). Their selection of clothing is excellent; some are hits, some are misses, but there's something for everyone. Definitely one of my favorite stores to stop by in Soho.
Some of the nicest, most helpful employees I have ever met in retail! In each department— especially Mary Beth in floral and Sam in meats. And the bakery, pharmacy, — and more! Shop there and see for yourself .
I ordered a Valentine’s Day platter from this place and it was supposed to come with three Valentine’s balloons and I only received the platter. The platter didn’t look anything like the picture and my wife didn’t even like it. I paid $114 dollars to not even receive the whole order. I sent them a email and they never contacted me back about my order

I came for an exchange on an item that’s still in stock. I went to a team member by the register and showed my original item and the one I’d like to exchange and he said I couldn’t. I understood I did not have a reciept but I’m more shocked that Uniqlo has not figured out how to track purchased tags. You brought new technology to have self service registers but don’t have a system for purchases items?! Exchanges should be easy. Side note, team members at this location are busy and try to multitask, please don’t. I’ll understand if you’re helping someone else but trying to go back and forth is just inattentive and could lead to mistakes.
Full disclosure, I placed the order at 8:00am on Valentine’s Day. I searched same-day delivery for chocolate covered strawberries. Edible Arrangements came up. Their website had an advertisement at the top stating “guaranteed same day delivery even on Valentine’s Day”. So I placed my $60 order for one small box of chocolate covered strawberries (a complete rip off but that’s a different matter). The order never showed up. Did they refund it? Sure, but the money wasn’t my concern. If it was, I wouldn’t spend $60 on 6 strawberries. I was just trying to do a little extra for my wife since I had to be at work the entire evening. They never sent a notice or anything that they weren’t going to make it and, when I started calling around 4:00pm, they never answered the phone or returned calls. I genuinely hope they go out of business.
I ordered cookies and a tray of chocky dipped fruits for Valentine's Day. My wife was happy.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I ordered my wife flowers and chocolates and paid an extra $15 to have them delivered on Valentine's Day. The order was never delivered. I called the next day spoke with the store employee and he stated they were too busy to deliver my order and many others yesterday and it still had not gone out yet. I asked for a refund of the Valentine's day charge ($15), he refused and said he would just cancel the entire order and refund the full amount. I informed him that my wife still wanted the order but we shouldn't be charged the $15 valentine's day charge. He said he wouldn't and hung up. He was very unprofessional and acted like he did not care at all. Stay away from this location.
I ordered a Valentines day delivery the day before, paying extra to make sure it arrived the day it was supposed to. The order was not delivered and no one picked up the phone. I called 6 times over 3 hours waiting onhold for 8 minutes until it pushed me to voice-mail each time. I was called today and I said I still want it delivered, but I shouldn't pay the extra delivery charge. They said I could either keep the delivery or they can refund and cancel the order. It was not a good experience and the customer service was abysmal.

I usually have a pretty
good experience shopping at this location. One time I lost my vape and the staff were very nice and took the time over the phone to help me locate it. The last time I was there however, one of the check out cashiers was throwing the line dividers in between customers. Definitely caused me to have anxiety and it just was not very professional.

If you all don’t do same day delivery on Valentine’s Day, maybe update your website to not accept same-day orders. My husband placed an order to surprise me at my job with a delivery. The order status just sat on “order received” all day. He called over 10x only for no one to ever answer the phone. I had to leave work early to go in person and see what was going on. They first explained that they don’t do same delivery on Vday. They then said they didn’t even have the arrangement he picked in stock (and obviously didn’t bother to tell him after he placed the order). Anyways, they cancelled and voided the charge so it is what it is. I get it’s a busy day but you gotta do better with customer service. The fact I had to go in person because yall can’t/won’t answer the phone is ridiculous. You can’t charge people for something you can’t deliver on. We will NEVER order from here again. Take your business elsewhere.
Stopped by and shopped twice recently to look for various house plants and pots and this place is a hidden gem! It have a diverse selection and their staff really knows their stuff. Prices are on the higher end but fair for what I expected for a greenhouse like this. Definitely a go to for someone looking for a specific type of plant or more harder to find plants!

Clean and staffed well to find help should you need it. Only issue is the getting into the store parking lot is poorly designed and is always a hassle to get in and parking. At times it takes longer to park and get into the store than it’s to shop and pay. At least twice a week planning on going to shop for a few quick things I head in and turn around and turn 600yards and go to ALDI’s and boom no hassle. Sadly all lost business for Publix

Publix is arguably the worst grocery store I have ever shopped at. The produce is terrible. It tastes like plastic. You can never get a sandwich at the deli counter because no one is there to make it. And the speed of service is snail pace. The cigarettes are also something that boggles my imagination. This place has a pharmacy, but will also sell you cancer. Likewise, you can stand outside and smell the cancer while everybody smokes in front of the store because Publix is totally cool with that. Prices are the highest of any grocery store including Whole Foods. Brand selection is also garbage because they only stock major brands because they need to stock hundreds of stores. Good luck getting on a store shelf if you’re a small company. Publix would never work with you. Same as Walmart. I am so disgusted at this point with having to even walk in one. Absolute trash.
Their flower collection was amazing. The associate help me I think her name was Renee, she was great. Overall, it is a great store for varieties collection of flowers and cards. I especially like their service and the price.

Truly love going here to shop. Customer service is definitely top notch and everyone's is very helpful. During the holidays it can be a little hectic so please be aware. Need jeans/pants tailored?? They do it for you right there, but there is an hour wait.

Pharmacy pick up orders needs help. Their system in place needs to be better. Always a problem because they ask for all the information over the phone and they can never hear you. Just take the name and verify the rest when you go outside?
Thank you for always adding lovely lights during the holiday season. You light up Orchard Lake and bring the holiday spirit to all. We don't have much places to shop to decorate our homes and having your business that accommodates even high school corsages we appreciate you. Keep up the good work and keep staffing since they keep your store shining.
My husband and I enjoy shopping at this store. They are a little higher than your average grocery store; however, their is no comparison to their Bakery, Deli, and Produce. They offer many varieties of fresh foods. I also enjoy the salads, yogurt parfaits, and homemade breads. The location on Hwy 81 makes it easier to get in and out with all of the traffic. The employees there are friendly and do their best to serve you.

I send flowers to my daughter for various occasions or just to cheer her up. Rangers always delivers promptly and has so many cute arrangements. I love the unicorn vase. I just sent the celebrate cup flowers for my daughter's new job and it is perfect.
Been coming to this location for 2years to cash my paycheck from my night job. Today a seemingly new employee named Ryan said my paychecks is not valid and refused to cash it for me. So either every employee that has helped me for 2 years is wrong or he is. Won't be returning to this location due to the embarrassment he caused me. For the day before Thanksgiving, I was expecting the crowd to be a lot worse than it was. The only problem I had was finding the bread. Everyone was nice and helped us out and told us where the bread was. Thanks you.
I questioned the offers and management at this store. If you purchase more than $99, you get a free pair of socks, which sounds great, but staff don't want you to spilt your $289 purchase with two tills and two receipts. Buy two different people. If you are related they don't want to offer you this offer. So we got shouted at by the manager at the tills and then again at the offers desk. It was such a bad experience. Plus, there's no warranty for zippers that no longer work on down jackets : that don't zip, so don't expect to get any product fixed or replaced if it no longer zips. Search for firms that really honour their warranty.
This Publix like all Publix is really clean. I was able to find everything I needed and there were plenty of employees around the store if I needed anything. Upon checkout the cashier was very welcoming and the bagger even asked to take out our groceries. Publix never disappoints

Love Goldner Walsh! If you are a plant lover and looking for an affordable beautiful venue, this is the place. Emma did my florals and did such an amazing job with not just the bouquets, but the reception table centerpieces. Olivia helped us with the layout and rehearsal dinner the night before and cleaning up the night of! It is a space that is like a beautiful canvas--you can choose to add your own flair/decor or literally leave it as is. My photographer was blown away by the photo opportunities! We had the rehearsal dinner in the new barn the night before and it was already so beautiful, I didn't need to do any decorating. The staff is very helpful and lets you do a lot to the space as long as it is cleaned out the next day. Highly highly recommend their service as a florist and a venue for weddings. They made our weekend absolutely perfect.
Surprisingly nice. I've been to other Publix stores and my experiences are uneventful; this goes for most grocery stores. But when I was in town visiting and needed to grab a few things I came here and had a pleasant experience. Their staff is so sweet! The girl behind the counter at the deli was a great conversationalist and quite funny. There was also a lady sampling charcuterie that was very kind and a great salesperson. I ended up walking away with enough ingredients to make my own board plus the groceries I had intended to buy.
Words cannot describe how wonderful our wedding was because of Goldner Walsh! The venue and flowers were absolutely stunning! Laura and Emma on flowers were a dream to work with. Olivia and Mary getting the logistics together was a breeze. The whole team is simply fantastic! Our guests couldn’t tell us enough how great of a venue this was for our day.
Just stopped in to look and was enchanted by the unique arrangements! Got to watch as the florist put together a bouquet for my hall table. Great customer service, kind and helpful.
I would like to thank all those involved in getting my mom's flowers for her casket done so quickly and absolutely as we had wanted them and not to mention it was during the 4th of July Holiday weekend. The spray came out very beautiful with soft pink colors and arranged so well. Thanks again - the Crouse Family!
I absolutely love going to English Gardens. Its so close to where I live, and their flowers are of such a high quality. I've bought quite a few from there over the years and I am always impressed with how hearty and healthy they are. Also, they almost always have some kind of a deal going on, which is always nice! I must, much, much prefer flowers from English Gardens over flowers from the commercialized big box mega-stores
Not my favorite Publix location as I don't care for how they have the store laid out. I feel like a commoner when I shop here. I would recommend going to the Kings Lake location where I feel like a king.
That said, the store is clean here and I have been treated with good customer service. I would recommend getting the Publix app as you can browse all the weekly deals and add them to a shopping list and then it tells you where the items you found are located in the store.

Went with my husband for the first time and it was so much fun! Got some variegated herbs and red flower strawberry. Great trip will come back with a stronger dose allergy meds lol

Was also really shocked to see that from a bunch of cone like flowers, the stem was broken on one and had actually been scotch taped back together and placed in the bunch (this was not visible during purchase, as they are already pre-wrapped in plastic wrap).
It's really unfortunate, this place used to be much better.

This florist works hard to make sure customers are satisfied. I’m impressed with their commitment to customer service. They have gone out of their way to make sure I’m happy. I appreciate that.
This store rocks! Huge and comfortable isles while shopping for the coolest inventory ever! Very squeaky clean store to add to your shopping joy. I drive the extra miles from Lavonia to Anderson to shop here. The bakery, flower department, pharmacy, and ready made foods are my favorite parts. Oh, and the cheese section too. And the fresh sushi is delicious!
Probably the best store on SoHo in terms of fashionable but affordable clothing. Especially if you want collaborations with local NY artists like Keith Haring and Basquiat. Their self checkout system is pretty futuristic too

Fairytale wedding thanks in large part to Branson Party Rentals and their sister business, Rosewood Floral. My bouquet, the flower arrangements, the table settings, the dance floor, the lights and the overall ambiance was perfect (and I have big dreams and high expectations). Sarah and her team really listened to what I wanted, guided me through what was possible and best (including a Plan B if it rained) and brought it all to life! And they made it look easy. Thank you!!!

My husband and I had our DREAM wedding reception at GW in Summer 2022. Three months later we are still reliving the night and will continue to cherish the memories that were made that magical evening. The wedding event team was beyond gracious as we changed our date due to the pandemic. They honored our existing contract, met with us several times as we adjusted plans and executed a flawless night. The venue provided the perfect setting for a summer reception that allowed for intimate conversations, friendly competition on the bocce and bag toss courts AND celebratory toasts and dancing in the "bocce ballroom". We didn't want the night to end.
Additionally my bridal bouquet was from the florist at GW. It was STUNNING.

This place is amazing. Online ordering was simple, the flowers were delivered promptly and they were BEAUTIFUL. Will definitely be purchasing from Ranger Floral Garden again.
My mom and I placed orders for my dad’s funeral. Sharon took her time and helped us get through this and told us “I got you” and she did. They were the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen! I was completely amazed! Thank you Sharon for everything! I would never go anywhere else from now on.
Items are pricey and outdoor space is cramped, Wish the isles could have room for 2 people to pass by at the sametime. I do like the selection of flowers alot. Workers are very helpful and knowledgeable.
Recently went to English Gardens in Dearborn to order flowers for a funeral. When I went to the visitation at the funeral home, I was very pleased with the arrangement. They did an awesome job. They are always willing to help and give you the best at a reasonable price.

Huge store with decent selection. Very wide and spread out, so plenty of room to wonder around. Employees were nice, even at 8 pm. I forgot to get the name of the nice gentleman that helped us get some Stilton this evening, but it was very kind of him to help even tho he wasn’t the cheese guy. Walking through the aisles, there was good variety for most things. Prices were reasonable and we found everything we were looking for very easily.
Knowledgeable and very friendly staff. Great selection of indoor and outdoor plants in a beautiful old building. Surprised at how cheap some of them were, nearly half the price of Telly’s. Definitely worth the trip.
I gave them 2 stars because of the cashier during check out I asked about the Mums flowers outside that already was in a pot because I'm not a plant person ; the cashier was acting like she did not know what I was talking about, then when she did go outside I had to show her and she carried one inside then we went back out for the other one and my daughter who is 6 came outside with the basket so she would not have to carrier the plant well she yells at my daughter like you have to pay for those so instead of me saying anything in front of my daughter I just told her to wait in the car, I'm like I'm sure she was bringing the basket so you did not have to carrier the plant but anyway I paid for my items which she kept telling me how expensive things was when I asked her a question, it's my first time going there because I believe they have great flowers / plants which they do but the service will make you not want to spend your money.
Sarah and her team at BPR/Rosewood did an absolutely fantastic job with our wedding decorations and flowers. She took my vague ideas of what I thought I liked and created an absolute stunning vision. She also was great at perfecting the specific boutonnière that my husband asked for. She was creative on ways to save us money and keep costs within budget while still getting a lot of great bang for our buck. I was OBSESSED with my bridal/bridesmaid bouquets and received so many complements from guests on her work. The final result was better than I could have imagined. If you are looking in the Southwest Missouri area for a florist/event decoration rentals Sarah will not disappoint. Would highly recommend the BPR team!
These pictures do not do it justice. Other places you go the flowers are dry or half dying , like they aren’t being cared for. Not at this place. The only way to describe it is LUSH vegetation!!! The plants are healthy. The variety is overwhelming in a good way. Bring your wallet because you’ll be leaving with a lot. Some of the pottery is a little pricey, but that depends on the person. Friendly staff. Even the plants outside part of the landscaping is nice. If my review was helpful please like and follow me!
I love the fresh market in this location. Pretty neat and fun ...even though some vendors didn't let me take a closer picture of their stand,I took some pictures of the view... it's very, very lovely. They have beautiful ❤️ things and delicious desserts, yummy 😋 yummy 😋

Sarah with Branson Party Rentals is absolutely AMAZING! I cant say enough good things! I told her my vision for our wedding and she made every aspect of that vision come true. Everything from the flowers to the décor was so perfect. She is so great and easy to work with. Not to mention she comes in and sets it up and comes back that night and takes it down. As a bride you don't have to worry about anything because she handles it all. Branson Party Rentals is a must for any wedding!!
Sarah was great to work with while we planned our wedding...then our revised wedding due to COVID. Her communication and advice were phenomenal. She took the time to understand my vision and helped us plan in a cost effective manner. The beautiful linens, tent, wooden harvest tables and wooden chairs made for a dreamy and intimate outdoor wedding. Delivery, set up, and tear down were a breeze, relieving unnecessary stress from my husband and I. We recommend Branson Party Rentals for any of your party or wedding needs!

Sarah and her company was an absolute dream to work with and made my wedding perfect. When I first started to plan my wedding, I was going to do all of the decorations myself. But people kept recommending Sarah and her company to me so I thought I would check it out. Seconds after meeting her I realized how wrong I was, and how much I needed her in my life. She was essential to everything that happened from the planning to the actual wedding day. She understood exactly the look I was trying to design an executed it beyond my expectations. She was in constant communication with me, asked all sorts of questions I never even thought of, and was an advocate for me at the venue when I was not present to make sure that our plan and set up was exactly what we had talked about. She is a very detailed oriented, conscientious, hard working person and was the heart and soul that my day so magical. Choosing Sarah to help me with my wedding was the best decision I made while planning and I could not have done it without her.

I had a blast here. We came for a team building thing through my work and did the succulent/make-a-terrarium class and it was so much fun. The person who lead the class was knowledgeable, friendly, and really helpful. She answered a lot of my side-questions and offered a bunch of advice for the plants I have at home.
The staff! Everyone there is just so friendly and genuinely excited about plants. These people love what they do and it shows. I would go back just because of the staff. But the selection of plants is great too and they're about to get a huge shipment of houseplants.

I like the fact that there is a store there for men to shop at. Van huesen is a good store. I wish the landlord would lower the rents so that the Plaza would fill up. It's It's a great location and would be desirable for any small business to move into. Landlords need to stop being so greedy. I'd rather have a full complex instead of empty storefronts
This place has recently been defaced and looks so much nicer. It suffered mightily after 08 . Its heyday of the 80s 90s faltered...competition I suppose.
Its mainstay stores like swim and coach have a niche.

Most stores are closed there are less than four places open at this strip mall. Make sure you visit Coach they had great deals when we stopped by. My 3 star rating is because as you drive by its deceiving seeing designer stores from the road only to find out later they were closed for good long time ago
An excellent experience. Assisted by a knowledgeable staffer who provided a wide range of plants and flowers options for my needs. The prices are economical, the selection is vast, and the staff is professional and knowledgeable.
P.S.: Cool thing, they have a pet mascot cat. His name's Bo and he's customer-friendly. 🐱

I love the stores and excited to see new ones! The only sad thing is that Bass Outlet is no more, closed as of Oct-Nov 2017.
