Everything went great! Ordered flowers delivery plus a balloon in Sarasota from Ukraine. Delivered almost at the time I requested. In my opinion, the order was confirmed quickly (40 minutes). When ordering from my country, I used a VPN. Thank you!
To be 100% honest if I could give zero stars I absolutely would.. I ordered online and orchid bouquet which is my girlfriend's favorite flower. On the day that I was supposed to pick it up I called and there was no answer so I showed up to pick up the bouquet to which I received a call back saying that the order could not be filled due to not being able to get the orchids. She offered to make something else. However, as this is my girlfriend's favorite flower, I wanted to have the orchids. I don't understand why she couldn't have told me sooner that she couldn't fulfill the order. One problem, just a lack of communication in a timely manner, and why would you offer something on your website that you cannot fulfill? This isn't even the biggest concern I was told that I would be refunded. Initially, I never received an email confirmation of the refund approximately 2 weeks later I tried
calling several times to inquire about the status of the refund. I decided to stop by the shop to ask. When I asked she told me that she was too busy to deal with me at the time. All I was asking for was a receipt or confirmation that I was going to be refunded as it had been nearly two weeks. And had not received an email confirmation of refund. She then proceeded to spend 5 minutes arguing with me about the refund when all I was asking for was a receipt it took her all of about 20 seconds to grab the receipt to give to me. When she gave me the receipt She was extremely rude and threw the receipt down on a box in front of me. I asked her why she was being a Karen and how she could not advocate for us as a customer. This is supposed to be the owner of accompany that has been in business for over blah blah years. My question is How on earth have you been in business with an attitude and
customer service like that? I have read other reviews and should have read them prior to ordering from this poor excuse for a flower shop. If she didn't have time to give me a receipt, why did she proceed to argue about giving me the receipt for so long? Customer service is imperative to run a business and it costs nothing to be caring and compassionate. I have read some of the reviews and instead of taking accountability and some ownership in her mistakes in the negative reviews, she then proceeds to argue with the customer that leaves a review that is negative. I have also went to the website to see if I could leave a review there But for some reason there are no reviews available to read or anywhere to leave them that I could find. This lady needs a lesson in humility, customer service, and possible how not to be a complete karen to your customers if that is an option or a seminar

This very rude latina woman kept on ordering meat and cheese from the deli counter. Knowing there is other customers waiting. She was finished. And proceeded to order more. Continuing to say cut very thinly. Over and over . No one should have to endure such obnoxious behavior.
It was crowded today. But we were able to go through pretty quick and we got excellent service at the meat department, at the area where you pick up the ham and turkey & at the check out line. Someone was waiting at the lines helping people find the next available cashier!

I cannot recommend Darlene enough! She was such a delight to work with and was incredibly positive and enthusiastic about all our ideas. I had only a vague idea about what I wanted for our wedding and with only a few Pinterest pictures, she created something that truly took my breath away! I was floored by how beautiful all our floral arrangements were and all our guests said they were some of the best-looking centerpieces they'd ever seen.
Speaking of centerpieces, Darlene was so open-minded and welcoming of our unique additions. My husband's hobby is carnivorous plants and he wanted to incorporate pitcher plants into some of our centerpieces. We gave her the pitchers and she really ran with the idea! She even used some of the pitchers in our main arrangements in such a beautiful and subtle way. All our centerpieces had a cohesive look but still met (and exceeded!) our requests. I might have been a little apprehensive of the idea at first, but Darlene was excited and made such beautiful looks that those arrangements are now one of my favorite details.
We live in a different state from where we held our wedding and Darlene was so easy to work with via Zoom, email, and phone. Out of all the people we looked into, she was the most responsive and affordable. I never had to worry about anything when working with Darlene and she'll be the first person I recommend when someone asks me for wedding recommendations. Thank you again, Darlene, for taking our half-formed ideas and making our wedding feel romantic, beautiful, and representative of our personalities!

Being in the industry, we work with a lot of professionals, but working with Birch at a recent event truly was such a pleasure. The attention to detail displayed by the Birch team was exceptional – from the exquisite decor to the flawless execution of every aspect. What made the experience even more enjoyable was the genuine kindness and talent of every person on the Birch team. We love what we do, but getting to collaborate with other professionals who not only excel in their craft but also bring a warmth to the working relationship is when it gets really great. Cannot recommend the Birch team enough.
I’ve left 400 reviews, only 2 of which were less than 5 star. Bad selection, rotten produce, higher than average prices for a Brooklyn grocery store. I wouldn’t let my enemies shop here if I had them. I think I might have 1 actually, her name is Sydney. I may warn her to stay clear. She might not realize my good intentions because she’s projecting onto me that I’m unsavory when in fact I am extra savory, and she just hates the things that she recognizes in me in herself. We’re talking about some deep seated and unresolved issues. I’ve never met her or even communicated with her. Nice but a bit pricey. Love that they have my favorite Dominican salami brand. Love their Boarhead's charcuterie meats and cheeses. They have really good options too!

Darlene is an angel! It was such a pleasure working with her for my wedding two weeks ago. She was able to work with my budget. I provided her with a few inspo pics and my pinterest board and she was able to create my dream wedding for me. The bouquets were beautiful and everything just blew my mind when I walked into the venue. She is so easy to work with and always reply in a timely manner. Definitely would recommend her if you are looking for a florist!!!
I finally came to google reviews after several trips to this market have left me absolutely disappointed. DO NOT BUY PRODUCE FROM THIS MARKET-BECAUSE IT WILL QUICKLY BECOME A WASTE. Every time I have purchased fruit from this market it has been a few hours away from being rotten. On top of how overpriced this market is, it is exhausting to not get the value you are literally paying for.
Crazy prices. They are even more expensive than Whole Foods. And they intentionally do not put price labels on many items, so you don’t know how expensive it actually is until you go through checkout. ☠️

I saw some lovely floral arrangements created by DLN being carried out from a wedding at Meson Sabika. I asked the florist’s name and called Darlene. I told her the occasion, date, and general colors. That’s it! 5 beautiful summer arrangements arrived, with spectacular colors and design. Everyone loved them, and the 3 little girls who found the note under their chair letting them know they had won the flowers on their table, were just tickled pink! Thank you Darlene!
My Family has used DLN for years. Without a doubt Darlene is a master of her craft. We have always been amazed at the quality and creativity that Darlene provides at a very reasonable price. This is money well spent, when you see the absolute joy one of DLN's arrangements gives a person in your life you realize how much a small beautiful gift can have impact.

We used Floral Events for our wedding and they did a fantastic job! The flowers were beautiful and held up well on a very hot day (90°)! Her staff were easy to work with and worked hard to get out flowers set up quickly in the heat at the ceremony site. Knocked one star off because a few of the flowers were fake - I assume because they couldn’t get good fresh ones at this time and they still looked nice. Setup crew also arrived at the venue a bit later than planned, but this didn’t impact our timeline.
This grocery store has a lot of options, which I love, but the prices are absolutely nuts. I picked up a frozen pizza with my groceries and there weren’t any price stickers around it, but I just assumed it would be $5-$8. Nope, $14.99 for a frozen cheese pizza. Insane.
We literally checked EVERY bag and the expiry date was intentionally ripped off. This is absolutely unethical of this company.
I cannot say enough good things about DLN and Darlene! From the very beginning our experience working with her was absolutely perfect. The centerpieces and the bouquets were so nice and smelled so beautifully, we received so many compliments on them. Love shopping here weekly, I recently placed a delivery ordered and received old fruit,(mango's to be exact) I was able to receive a refund but that doesn't change the fact I had to place a whole new order at a different store to get the fresh fruit. That 5.00 refund was nothing compared to the 50 I had to spend to get a different delivery.

If you need event coordinators, look no further! Michelle and Jake are just amazing. I’m so happy I ended up asking them to coordinate my wedding. Even though everything was planned, hiccups happen the day of (or for me a day before) but they told me not to stress and that everything will be ok. And it was! They are able to make sure everything is running smoothly and on time. They were great at communicating and emailing me back fast (this is really important to me when planning). If I need another event planned and need coordinating help, I would ask them again!

I ordered a lavender purple arrangement for my friend, her favorite color. What they delivered was nothing like what I had ordered. I would’ve appreciated an email or call to get the OK to do this first. I’m sure we could’ve come up with something better. Paid $90 for a special arrangement and received a small bouquet of pink and green and white, not worth the $. Not at all what I was looking for. Left a message, emailed twice, no responses at all from this business, waited 11 days before leaving review, hoping for a response. Would never use again, was trying to give a local retail business, didn’t work out this time! No customer service. Leaving 2 stars because it was delivered on time so at least she received something on her big birthday!
This flower boutique handled the floral arrangements for our wedding back in November and was AMAZING! Felica was more than happy to assist before and during the wedding. She was great with correspondence prior, getting the details on what we wanted and she helped me make decisions on what I wasn't sure about. We were very pleased with the service and I have received nothing but compliments on the Bridal bouquet and flower decor. Thank you for everything!
I made an order online and the specific flower needed for the arrangement was unavailable but they did an incredible job making an arrangement that was comparable. With family living in that area I will definitely be bookmarking this flower shop for future orders.

Horrible service! Ordered a party platter. There is no option to pay on line. If I wouldn't have called to check on the order the day prior, I'd have shown up and nothing would have been ready. The person I spoke to didn't care one bit. I asked to speak to the Store Manager, they were in a meeting, along with everyone else I asked to speak to. Left my name and number... surprise, no one called me back. Guess who won't be doing any of my business's cakes or catering orders anymore?
This shop is a fine option. Tons of parking (often used for going to other places nearby...it's fine...!) They have an ample amount of veggies and fruit that are fresh and affordable. Not fruit stand cheap but you know. Not a ton of vegan options, but a ton of options for shoppers who aren't picky. They carry a lot of products for non -"American" foods, too. Bring your own bags or pay 6cents each!

I called from Kansas needing a large arrangement for my brother-in-law’s memorial service in Palmetto. While I couldn’t afford the 90-rose arrangement pictured in Edie’s photos, Susan suggested we go with less expensive flowers to get the arrangement in my price range. She called the pastor at the church to arrange the Saturday delivery for the Sunday service. The arrangement was absolutely beautiful, as the attached pic shows. I highly recommend Flowers by Edie!
Jake and Michelle are so amazing to work with. I didn’t really have a vision in my mind but they helped me create one and brought it to life !!!!! Any changes that occurred throughout the process they always just went with it, helped me in anyway they can and all my wedding decorations turned out so beautiful!!!!! Michelle and Jake took excellent care of our important day! I looked extensively for a coordinating team that was lgbtq+ friendly and would make both of us feel comfortable on the day of. Michelle and Jake did just that and were very flexible with our changes we needed to make last minute. They did an amazing job and allowed us to relax and have the absolute best time celebrating with our friends and family.

Blooms By The Beach did an amazing job, not only providing excellent customer service but beautiful bouquets and boutoineers for myself and bridal party. I wanted Sunflower's and it was "No problem, I'll run to the market and pick some up." We placed our order the day of our wedding at 10:00am and flowers were ready for pick up at 1:30pm! I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and expedient service! The arrangements were more than I could have asked for!

Harris Teeter is definitely an upscale grocery store. They’ve got a huge selection of organic vegetables a really nice flower shop I want your phone Billy Butcher shop and bakery! Huge selection wines and beer! With all that said the pricing is a bit higher in the competition. So unless I need the special team items I can’t find another grocery stores normally shop elsewhere. But I definitely have a great customer service the grocery store is always very clean and Normally will stocked!
Floral events did an incredible job designing our wedding flowers and decor. They really brought our romantic, elegant spring wedding to life! Blooms By the Beach did my wedding flowers and they were absolutely beautiful. Felica perfectly captured my tropical floral vision and I was extremely happy how everything came out. I wanted an extravagant bouquet and ceremony flowers and she completely exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Blooms by the Beach.

She made some excellent suggestions and added little touches that I would have never thought of. She also made several suggestions as to how we could reuse some of the ceremony decor at the reception, and vary the centerpieces to use fewer flowers in order to achieve the same effect while spending less money! It’s obvious how much she cares about her clients.

Felica at Blooms by the Beach created the most beautiful bouquets and floral pieces for my wedding! The flowers were absolutely beautiful and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. I was fairly hands off with how I wanted things to look and she did the most wonderful job.
The flowers they created for my sister were gorgeous! I like to find a local shop to support even if I live hundreds of miles away. The person who took my order was friendly, helpful, and thorough. My sister was delighted! Turns out Flowers by Edie often does the flowers at her church. :). I would highly recommend this florist!

After having a few less than pleasant experiences with other companies, it was a welcome change of pace to have such a great experience.
The arrangement was stellar, and my gal was quite impressed.
Excellent customer service. They went out of there way to answer any and all questions I had. My husband sent yellow roses (my favorite) on 10/23/21. I met the delivery man at the door. When I brought them in I noted they were dry & shriveling on the edges; the water level in the vase was fine. The flower place called to verify delivery. The woman I spoke to was so rude and argumentative I couldn't believe it. She stated the roses were in "perfect condition" and refused my offer of sending her a picture as she "knows what they look like." She didn't even offer an apology (the least she could have done) nor did she offer replacement when I described the flowers condition. We usually order from Ms Scarlett's flowers in Bradenton and they are always fresh & vibrant (only open until 1:00 on Saturdays which prompted him to call another local florist).
Lesson learned, next time we will wait for Ms Scarlett's availability.

With little knowledge on how to articulate our wants and needs, Darlene was able to read our minds! All she needed was a couple photos and sentences on how we wanted things to feel/look and she knew exactly what we wanted. She is flexible, honest, kind, and most importantly good at what she does. She ran a smooth operation the day of our wedding as she relocated flowers from one venue to the next. She truly is the best around!

I couldn't be happier with the arrangement I ordered to be delivered to a friend to brighten her day while she recovers at home from an illness. When she got them she immediately texted to tell me they truly did brighten her day and gave her a huge smile. Such a gorgeous flowers for a reasonable price! Totally exceeded my expectations. I recommend Flowers By Edie for any occasion. They were friendly, very helpful, and delivered by the next day (Saturday). I asked for a fall arrangement, seeing as I am in Massachusetts, and fall is in full bloom. The flowers exceeded my expectations. The only comment I have is the spelling of the recipient's first name. It was correct on the envelope but, incorrect on the actual card. I was explicit in the spelling of the name as well. Otherwise, I was very happy with how beautiful the arrangement was and how quickly they were delivered.
This is my Favorite Florist for over 25 years. I'm a realtor and I send all my new home buyers flower arrangements or plants as gifts. The Flower Place floral designers make the most beautiful arrangements I always get wonderful compliments on everything delivered to my clients. The Best!!!
Great Star Market and supermarket in general. Ample parking and huge store. Super roomy aisles. You will rarely run into anyone. Amazing selection of products and presentation. The store is well maintained and stocked. Everything is well organized and clearly labeled. There is also a Starbucks inside and a Osco pharmacy. Great place period.
It doesn't get better than Birch Event Design. They're so much fun to work with. They're an amazing team with awesome personalities and incredible talent and artistry. Birch did the design for our publicized wedding and turned our venues into an actual fairytale set. I wish those reading this review could see the expressions on my husband and my faces when we saw their work at our wedding for the first time! We were in complete and total awe. Birch does the highest quality work with the highest quality materials. They understand the image you have in your head and make it reality. We are so grateful we worked with Birch for our wedding. The two best decisions I ever made were marrying my husband and hiring Birch to help create the moment I did. As someone in the event industry, I have high expectations and am particular when it comes to choosing vendors. But it was clear from the moment I met Josh and Allan that they were the team for me. The process was seamless from start to finish. They are transparent, genuine, and extremely passionate about their craft. If that’s not a winning combo than I don’t know what is. Wedding planning can be stressful, but these guys made it FUN. The intricate details and creative vision that Birch brought to life was out of this world. I could go on and on about DLN Floral Creations! Darlene did an AMAZING job for our Wedding! The floral arrangements were so beautiful and were exactly what I asked for! After the wedding, the flowers stayed fresh and beautiful for over a week. She did a great job during set-up and was so reliable and responsive!
I must say these two did an amazing job on our flowers for our wedding! They were very knowledgeable on the types of flowers and each color they come in. They knew what would look good where. They really did an awesome job and for a great price as well!! If you need flowers give them a call or stop in they can get the job done!
I found Birch Event Design on social media and hired them for my sons Bar Mitzvah. It was one of the best choices I could have made. My husband and I arranged a meeting at a new, last minute venue. From start to finish they were professional, very organized, and brimming with knowledge and great ideas. The store is very clean. The produce was Beautiful. The Deli section ( which is huge) was incredible. You can find products there that other grocery stores do not carry. No Turkey wings though, but I understand. The store associates that helped me were very nice, respectful, helpful. Will go again, very soon. Thank you Harris Teeter for having good and respectful associates. Pleasant visit as always.
I would not even give them one star! My florist wired them a order I called to see if it had been made to ask if they could make an arrangement that I saw on their site. Right away the lady was nasty and got worse when I didn't have the sky# I only had the name. When I asked for her name 3 times she hung up on me. I continued to call back and it went straight to voicemail. Per my request my local florist cancelled the order and went to Edies on Cortez...BEAURIFUL ARRANGEMENT AND PLEASANT!!This was a Xmas gift for my parents.

I normally do not buy flowers, but my mom was a bit sad. I called this florist, and they did a wonderful arrangement! It looked beautiful and the price was reasonable. It was also delivered on time. I will definitely use them again.
