Hire professionals! This is more of a construction management company. They have no expertise of their own, will charge you double then hire cheap labor and produce poor quality work. When I pointed out the areas I was not satisfied with, they refused to fix it or even continue the rest of the work unless I pay extra.
I recently worked with Experts Remodel on a loft renovation, and the results are beyond impressive! Danielle, the project manager, did an amazing job coordinating the whole project, ensuring every detail was handled with care. They installed a beautiful new wood floor and crafted custom stairs that completely transformed the space. They also helped set up my new pool table as the perfect centerpiece in the room.

We loved working with Danny and David at Experts Remodel to renovate our three bathrooms and entryway, and Beto, our general contractor, is the best in the business. Danny and David were very friendly, helpful, and responsive to all of our questions and requests. They were transparent about the construction process and were flexible when we had late changes and additions to the design (for example, we decided to wall up a door and then install two pocket doors after work had already started - they were able to accommodate our requests easily). We had initially reached out to a design firm that quoted us over double what ER quoted us: an easy choice, plus, it was a lot of fun to design our own spaces exactly how we wanted them! We also felt comfortable with the payment process, not handing over all our money at the beginning but in steps throughout the process to demonstrate their commitment to finishing the job. Beto was the BEST contractor ever - he was thoughtful and thorough in his work, communicative about issues and timelines, and just in general the friendliest, most professional and respectful guy ever! I had an opportunity to work, personally with TJ and Elizabeth. I was looking for a very niche piece with very short notice. After speaking with Elizabeth, she was able to actually customize and rework an existing design of hers to suit my needs and have it ready for me in within about 48 hours. The piece came out beautifully and will surely be loved by its recipient. She also had been gracious enough to provide a very fair estimate but still even came in under the agreed price. TJ, at the store was extremely kind and friendly and even helped me further by providing me a display style jewelry box. I can not speak more highly of their quality, service and the wonderful items in the store itself. I can’t wait to go back to shop and possibly work with Elizabeth Prior again as she is a highly talented and skilled artist. Thank you!!

In a time we are used to poor customer service, disappointment, no follow through and poor outcome, Lakeisha and the contractor Vito cannot compare to anyone else when it comes to customer service and quality of work. THEY ARE THE BEST!!! A few of my retired contractors friends who saw the work and heard about how everything was handled told me that that’s the best they’ve ever seen and heard of. Lakeisha went to bat with the insurance company and got done what I needed to get done. I did not need to handle talking to the insurance company once I filed a claim she handled EVERYTHING!!! Vito is an artist and his attention to detail is simply astounding. He left absolutely nothing undone. Not one detail was overlooked. I am so grateful to have found them after having several consultations from other contractors that left me deflated and disappointed. They are a dream team. I have even recommended them to others, including a retired contractor who like I said, saw their work and didn't think twice about hiring them. By the way, I waited almost a year to do the review And I am still in love with my bathroom. And now they are doing work on my father-in-law’s house as well.

Experts Remodel did a fantastic job with whatever task we threw at them, largely our brand-new kitchen! David was always available to chat if we had questions/concerns, and he really took the time to listen and was open to our ideas. The quality and craftsmanship of the final product was exceptional, and we often sit and stare at our kitchen in disbelief that it is ours. There were a handful of subcontractors that worked on the project and some language barriers which made communication tricky, but that was just a small hurdle that was easily overcome by the leadership of David. Really glad we chose Experts, as we had interviewed many people and ultimately found David to be the most honest, fair, and enthusiastic of the bunch. Thank you so much Experts Remodel!

I'm a 92 year old woman and I have never seen a company that is so professional. I have dealt with many company's in the past and I have never seen a company so clean, quick and precise. Wish I could give this store better ratings. Asked 3 employees to send someone to the cutting t center to assist and stood at the back waiting for over 30 mi it’s and no one showed up. Went and asked again and they tried paging someone and said the one person qualified to make cuts went home. Should not be charging for boards by the foot if you don’t have anyone around who can make cuts. Ridiculous!

We have worked with Hassan from JNH Construction Co. for exterior house painting and for a gut rehab for a shower. We enjoy working with him and his prices are reasonable. For both projects, his workers showed up reliably and cleaned up when the jobs were finished. The exterior paint job was neatly done with minimal spillage. During the shower installation, a couple serious structural mistake were discovered and the workers had to fix the mistakes and pour the cement floor a second time. However, the final results were excellent and the shower looks fantastic.

Small, yet: interesting arts venue, from daily gallery showings, weekly openings, and monthly film revues to guest parties ...if you need to artist fun call Johnny! Also does weekly out of the gallery exhibits, life drawing, art contests all over town...get on their mailing list to not miss a "thing". PS if you like to rub shoulders with the artists...they'll be there too, along with art minded reviewers and patrons of ART.
Very poorly-run as Home Depots go. Staff is usually rude, or acts like they have something better to do than to answer your question.
As well, the local contractors they work with are not held to a very high standard, apparently, as they overcharged us for a storm door that was so poorly installed it could easily be ripped out of the door frame. Multiple phone calls have not been returned and there has been no effort on their part to remedy this error. I don't expect anyone from HD would see this, but I hope others do and avoid this store.

I wish there was a negative stars! My experience with Home-depot roofing has been horrible, I don't even recommend them to my enemy!

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not get your cabinets from this home depot. The kitchen design department is the worst. We worked with Carlos and it was an awful experience. It took him forever to order our cabinets and he could not send us a breakdown of what we ordered because "his email was down." He assured us everything was ordered correctly. 4 weeks later my cabinets came in and my top decorative molding and toe kicks were not in the order. I called Home Depot and he forgot to order them. He then replaced the order and I had to wait two and half more weeks to get the moldings. When the he moldings finally came in, it turned out he did not order enough. Once again I had to hunt down a manager and have her order more moldings (this is not the third order). My kitchen has now taken 5 weeks longer than it should have because their employees can't order anything correctly. My experience has been a complete nightmare. I advise you to drive out of your way to go to another Home Depot or go to Lowes for your cabinets.
We had a horrible experience ordering custom doors. It was a total fiasco spanning 3 months. Fortunately we had only 1 door installed and won't have the rest installed which we had measurements for. Camilla was a completely useless salesperson but Ah Xul who was the manager was incredibly rude. I'm used to useless salespeople, but the rudeness of Ah Xul has guaranteed Home Depot will lose all of our business.
