SR Home Improvements just finished a bathroom renovation for us, and it looks so beautiful! They really cared about communicating with us and making sure we were happy with the work. I was a bit picky about getting things exactly as I wanted them— they accommodated me, and never made me feel I was too demanding. All of their employees were kind and talented at their work. I definitely recommend this company and will work with them again on future projects!

This company has no regard for the neighborhood that they work in. They have been remodeling a local home for the better part of one year. It has looked trashy from day one. They bring in trucks from other worksites and overfill the dumpsters, leaving them that way for weeks while everything blows all over the neighborhood. I have had to replace two tires in the last six months because of nail punctures, which I don't think is simply a coincidence. If you value your relationship with your neighbors I would not recommend this group.

We got 3 estimates from well-rated contractors for a full master bathroom renovation and went with SR. We got the impression we'd get the best service from them, and we chose well! Their customer service is terrific: there was great ongoing communication, quick attention to any questions or concerns we had during the process, and they worked at our project diligently and daily (weekdays) until it was completed (There were NONE of the horror stories you hear about contractors no longer showing up or getting too busy with other projects to pay attention to yours). They were also "5 star" responsive. Our project "foreman," Camilo, was terrific. Sam the owner is great and guarantees all of SR's work; but beyond that, his goal really is satisfied customers, and that is a HUGE plus with a contractor. We've been doing home renovations long enough to know that EVERY major project will have some glitches; What matters is how those glitches are handled. SR was excellent on this front, responding super fast and quickly resolving any glitch that occurred! I have never had such good customer service and ongoing communication with a contractor, and at a reasonable price! Kesenia was dedicated throughout the project to attentive regular communication with me via text and email, even though they had multiple jobs going on. She should get a medal! I am detail-oriented and do my "homework," and SR always warmly welcomed any input and concerns I had along the way, and made sure I was happy with results. A shout out to Camilo (project foreman), Saul (tile), Dennis (shower door), and Ronnie (paint, wallpaper, expert caulking) as well as Fernando (all kinds of installation skills!) --for their "extra" diligence and great attitudes. Our project is beautiful!

DMV did an excellent job on our bathroom remodel. We had contracted with an online design company who hired DMV and the design company screwed things up from beginning to end. I think the project ended up taking about 10 months (for one small bathroom). But DMV really went above and beyond to get the job completed, and they've come back to fix some small problems we've had afterwards. They purchased materials at their own expense, not knowing if they'd ever be reimbursed, in order to keep construction moving! If it weren't for the professionalism and follow through of DMV, I don't know what would have happened. Since I didn't hire DMV directly, I can't speak to many aspects of their business, but they really saved me from a terrible disaster. They subcontracted out the actual work, but they made an excellent choice and the quality of the construction is excellent. Beautiful tile work, and total respect for my home in the process. I would definitely hire them again.

If you like decoys and or painting them, this is a well worth shop to visit!

As we prepared to bring our elderly parents into our home, we were looking for a contractor we could trust to help us with numerous projects (shed, basement finishing, three seasons room, two decks, privacy gate replacement, walkout shelter). Sam and his team were up to the task(s). Throughout each of the projects, Sam, Camilo, Danny, Alexa and the rest of the crew were professional, attentive to our needs, and exceeded our expectations. Estiven and the DMV team have been absolutely amazing in the renovation of our condo. Through numerous unexpected changes and interruptions they have taken it all on without question. Jeannie and Pat Vincenti's Decoy Store is a joy to visit. It is roomy with a lot of decoys and other types of decorative items that are high grade and well done. Jeannie is very knowledgeable about each item for sale and gives a lot of details regarding them. Just purchased a beautiful cardinal painting on canvas with a burl wood frame. And just ordered and had delivered an American wooden flag with actual waves of the wood to simulate the flag waving in the wind. Thank you Jeannie and Pat!

Where to start? We had our kitchen opened. I am very satisfied with the work DMV Renovation provided. From Elena in the office to Julio the project manager and the staff who did the work, the entire team was courteous, experienced and proficient. The process was smooth and professionally executed.

I was working on a whole house remodeling project in the DMV area when I met Julio. I have had to fire two incompetent contractors, he was my third contractor on the project and I was very nervous after my experience with other contractors. He took on my project like it was his own and he completed my project within a very reasonable time frame.

This place is amazing! The quality of the decoys and craftmanship is truly somthing to see. Not to mention they have the best soy candles ive ever had there!!!!! Nella Naturals they were called.
