Don't be fooled by the bogus positive reviews that appeared after the horrific manner in which we were treated by an employee like she wanted a street fight while her spineless lying manager stood by. I made purchases there in the past and always had a good experience with the 2 young men. The female employee certainly was looking for an altercation or was having some type of anger episode the day I walked in to have my phone which was purchased there programmed.

My husband and I strongly advise everyone against patronizing this store! We are a Nutley couple in our 60s who bought a phone there for Christmas and went back into the store to simply ask for help in setting in up. What transpired was nothing short of insane. An employee, Angie, had a terrible attitude from the first moment. She was extremely rude, sarcastic and unprofessional, and when we said forget it, we'll go to another store, she literally went berserk. She started yelling at us over and over again. When I said "This is not normal behavior" and attempted to get to the front door, she aggressively charged at me. If my 67-year-old husband hadn't stepped in her path, I truly believe she would have physically assaulted me. Absolutely insane.
Adding to this nightmare: the "manager" if one could call him that, stood right there and neither helped us, nor intervened nor said anything at all. We realized that he probably is afraid of her; not appropriate, manager material, for sure. I later called him and asked him directly why he did nothing to help us. First, he lied. Then, he said he doesn't have to answer any of my questions and when I said this is the worst customer service I ever experienced, he said something I will never forget. And that was "Good customer service is for good customers only". We have been loyal Verizon customers for 40+ years and never had a single problem. We have since contacted headquarters and they are launching an investigation, to include - at our request - reviewing the camera footage to show Angie's horrific actions and the manager's complete detachment from the outrageous situation we went through. We truly hope no one else is harassed , bullied or nearly assaulted, by anybody in the Nutley Verizon Store.

For everyone using this small store, the guys working here are friendly and knowledgeable. I bought something i needed and in two days had to return it back - it was done in the same great manner, by customer rep Luis who also showed me some things i didn’t even had an idea how they work. I definitely will come back here!

This store has some really great sales reps. They set me up with a family plan and were able to get me a rate at a fraction of what T-Mobile was giving me. How? They qualified me for discounts (first responder which I was aware of) and for owning my own business (which I was not aware of before!). Overall, it was a great experience working with Anthony. Angie and Luis were great too, they transferred all my data. Verizon can be very frustrating to deal with sometimes but these guys made it so easy and headache-free.

This is the most professional Verizon team I have dealt with. They were able to solve all the issues I had with my phone and tablet very quickly. It was so much easier than having to call 611 and deal with a random representative. They were also able to lower my bill and educate me on why everyone on my plan had a different type of unlimited plan. I was not aware of certain things I was paying for that I was not using, like Mobile Secure. I plan to come back for the upcoming Samsung phone launch!

Anthony provided excellent service and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. An issue that the customer service team was not able to resolve for me for over a week now, Anthony fixed within 20 minutes! John’s service was exceptional. Came in to pick up my router for my WiFi and John was so enthusiastic to inform me on all the latest promotions and I ended up leaving with a new IPhone and IPhone watch! He was exceedingly friendly and helpful. By far THE BEST experience I’ve ever had with any service line. I’m really happy with my service and new devices!! Comcast is a terrible company. They don't even list the store phone number here and it's impossible to obtain. The 800 number listed is completely prohibitive of in any way reaching the store. Just terrible!!!!

Angie is Awesome. Very thorough and patient. There was a problem with Verizon's system which made our transaction complicated. But Angie handled it with competence and high level customer service. Highly recommended.

This authorized dealer has worst employees. They sold me an Internet device, 5G home Internet, and when I try to return which is their policy 30 days free of cost policy. But when i went to return they started manipulating by saying that i have to go to the Verizon corporate store. I mean as a Verizon dealer they dont even wanted to help me for return they just threw me out saying that go to the authorized dealer.

My wife and I came in to transfer our cellphone service over to Xfinity. We didn’t realize how long we’d actually be there for! I believe it was around 4 hours, but it was well worth it. Nate was incredibly patient with us and exceeded my expectations for customer service. Incredibly bright and helpful young man. I’d also like to mention AJ; he’d been working with other customers, but was incredibly helpful and patient with some of the “testier” customers. Any business should use these two men as a mold for shaping their customer service standards. Thanks guys, we appreciate the service today.

Went in to return old fios tv equipment and the employee helped herself to upgrading my old phone plans while she was at it WITHOUT permission! Only noticed 2 days after by pure chance!

I really don’t understand how this place conducts their customer service. The first time I came in I waited over an hour for a 5 min process to complete my enrollment. The second time I had to go in, all I needed was a modem, and I again waited 45 mins. There were 2 employees just walking around not assisting anyone, and didn’t seem interested in do so. They would benefit from establishing a time priority system by checking which customers needs 5-10 mins and which customers needs 25-30 mins. It also seems like some people aren’t qualified to do certain things. Someone walked in 10 mins after me and others before me, and was assisted right away, while the rest of us that had been waiting received no help from him. It was very frustrating. They would benefit from implementing a new customer wait system, and making sure everyone is trained equally.

If you want the best and fastest customer service then Shaquor is your guy. I recently got wifi for my new apartment been he's been helping me for while now and he always is patient, answers all my questions, and is very accommodating. I hope xfinity hires more people like him, because he is a great asset to the team.

Christ on a cracker. All I wanted to do was get a new mobile phone and give my old one to my Father. THAT'S ALL. It's taken me almost a full month to get this all going and I'm still not done. First of all they ship out phone the slowest way possible so your brand new phone takes a week to get, then you have to get through voicemail hell, all the time giving them personal information to verify that it's really you, and THEN when you finally get through to a live agent who is polite but obviously in another country they want your ENTIRE social security number, date of birth etc...they want you to type this into the phone because it's "secure". Bull $#!+. Anyone can figure out the number from the tones. It's not complicated. Xfinity must be getting kickbacks from organized criminals in India. This is nonsense. I shouldn't have to send enough information to a foreign country to easily be able to steal my identity.

Went to this store to drop off a TV box. Was told to get a ticket and wait for my turn to drop off… waited 15 minutes and still the same amount of people ahead of me! Gave up and left without dropping off. Will mail in instead. Short staffed. Need a better way to handle simple tasks

Great service. Have to wait a little bit as they are helping so many customers. Noticed that their staff member (Allysa) helped a customer with disability with all the paperwork and steps. She even walked her out and took proper care to make sure customer is comfortable. She took care of my issue as well and very courteous, kind and professional. She took care of old equipment and provided me the new equipment as well as the missing cables. Other staff members were also working hard. Really appreciate all the great work.
