This store is SCAMMING people. I went in for a trade-in phone upgrade. They charged me $130 "trade-in fee" and sent me the new phone. The manager named Rohit said they will send me the trade-in package for me send my old phone. That package never arrived and after a month when I called Verizon, I was informed my trade-in was never processed and I was never supposed to be charged any upfront fee. It's been months I'm trying to process my trade-in. This is an absolute fraud.

Xfinity is the worse worst cablw company. I will definitely be filling a lawsuit against them. I have called multiple times and Xfinity agent used my debit card without my authorization. And I've called multiple times to talk with supervisor and one supervisor call me back and they said there was nothing that they can do and I think that is horrible the fact that I've had this service since 2017 and how are overseas agent can just use my card when they told me on the phone that they didn't and still use it. I will make it this known on social media to the public not to use Xfinity at all.

Worst internet provider in the history of the world. They pretend to be upgrading there systems but it seems every time their techs are in the area I go back to 1999 dial-up. I have to get on the app and have customer service rest the modem at least once a week. Stay away from this company if you can. They’re a joke.

I've had HiPer for about a year and a half now and my experience with this company has been mixed. Originally after starting service I had a very poor experience - having almost monthly outages. But I believe they upgraded their systems as I haven't had an outage for over 9 months now. My connection has been extremely stable and reliable.

Comcast has historically been a nightmare to deal with, though this store is an exception. I recently moved to NJ from Atlanta and my local store wasn't able to accept my device return/account cancellation. When my account wasn't cancelled after calling in to customer support, I visited this location after moving up here and Jose was extremely helpful. I arrived without an appointment within 30min of the location closing (not recommended) but Jose was still super helpful and mindful of my requests. I have yet to see his level of caring and attentiveness throughout every other interaction I've had with Comcast (after being a customer for 8 years).

I paid off the remaining balance on my device 72 hours ago, and according to Xfinity Mobile's policy, the unlocking process should have been completed within 48 hours. However, despite numerous attempts to contact them, I have not received any resolution or concrete information regarding the status of my unlock request.
Below, I provide a summary of the events and communication exchanges that have taken place:
On 6/11/2023, I paid off the remaining balance on my device, fulfilling all requirements for the device unlock.
I promptly contacted Xfinity Mobile customer support on the same day to initiate the unlock process. During this conversation, I was informed that the device unlock would be processed within 4-8 business hours.
After waiting for the stipulated timeframe, I did not receive any confirmation or update on the unlock status. Concerned, I reached out to Xfinity Mobile customer support again on 6/12/2023.
This time, a representative informed me that the unlock process may take up to 24 hours due to a technical issue. I patiently waited, assuming that the issue would be resolved within the given timeframe.
Unfortunately, another 24 hours passed without any communication from Xfinity Mobile. Frustrated by the lack of progress, I contacted them once more on 6/13/2023 to seek an explanation for the delay.
To my dismay, the representative I spoke to this time informed me that the unlocking process may take up to 48 business hours. This conflicting information has caused significant inconvenience and distress.
I would like to highlight that Xfinity Mobile's policy clearly states that the device should be unlocked within 48 hours of meeting the necessary requirements. It is evident that the company has failed to meet this obligation, causing undue inconvenience and violating the trust placed in their services.
I kindly request the Federal Communications Commission to investigate this matter and take appropriate action against Xfinity Mobile for their failure to honor their policy. Additionally, I seek your assistance in ensuring that my device is promptly unlocked, allowing me to use it with a different carrier of my choice.
I have attached copies of all relevant documentation, including payment receipts, communication transcripts, and Xfinity Mobile's policy for your reference. Please let me know if you require any further information or documentation to proceed with the investigation.

I gave Xfinity a shot and I regret it.
I got Xfinity mobile in March on the grounds that it would reduce my internet bill by 20 dollars. That has not happened yet as of June.
I spoke to someone about two weeks ago and they informed me that I would get a rebate on my next bill and all my bills going forward would be reduced by 20 dollars. That did not happen.
I called today and the answer I was given was that, "there will be no rebate, and I would see the 20 dollar reduction on my bills going forward. (Note: I told him I wanted to cancel all my services and he sent me to a number that literally hung up on me. That is not the first time an Xfinity representative has done this.)
This seems strange and makes it so that I have to go back again in a few weeks to check to see if I'm getting the discount. Does this sound right? Does anyone know Xfinity's bundle discount policy?

DO NOT GO HERE. I went to this store to trade in and upgrade my phone under a current promotion. After transferring my files to the new phone and wiping my old phone, the store associates insisted that I would have to pay a $200 "promotion fee" to get the $800 trade-in promotion. After wasting a considerable amount of time confirming with Verizon that this fee was non-existant and non-sensical I went back to the store and was able to get a refund from another associate who was very pleasant and said that the $200 was charged in error. THIS WAS NOT A MISTAKE. I went back and forth with the original sales people several times at the point of purchase and they insisted they informed me of the charge upfront (which they did not) and that the $200 charge was consistent with the promotion.

Last week, my beloved iPhone 7 died. In a panic, I went to this Verizon store on my lunch break, fully prepared to be annoyed and spend a fortune. Tulsi, the store manager was there, and took care of everything. She managed to get me a discount for my trade-in, and made the whole process painless and kind of fun. She got me the phone I wanted and expertly transferred all my data and I got back to work in time. 10/10 would recommend this store.

Went into the store to get me and my family new phones- rep Zach was super helpful and gave us a huge deal on new phones and also transferred all our stuff for us and helped us set up our phones, even saved $$ on our bill. So quick and easy, will be coming back again. Highly recommend!

Ben is the Manager. Sits right by the window. Knowledgeable, confident and goes extra mile. Before we bought the phone my wife (att at that point) had iPhone issues before jumping on a plane. She stopped by and Ben spent time fixing it with a three finger special restart swipe. Didn’t have time to change to Verizon.
After about 6 months we stopped by given promotion from Verizon. He gave us red carpet service. Swapped out phones, put a glass cover and ended up making all of us very happy.
Also, while we were there multiple neighborhood older folks were walking down the street, waving and just stopping by to say hi.
Truly valued part of community and I was impressed that there were still these types of stores in existence.

Max was extremely helpful during my time at this store a few weeks ago. My previous iPhone broke and he walked me through all of my options for replacement and new plans. I originally had issues with another store and with the insurance company over the phone but my experience with Max was the exact opposite. I highly recommend seeking him out for any assistance as he's really knowledgeable and helpful.

Smooth experience upgrading my phone, I initially thought the salesman was helpful, but he told me I NEEDED to buy a USB-C charger box to be able to charge my new iPhone 13, and I took him at his word and purchased a $30 box at his suggestion. I immediately realized that he lied, as I'm able to charge my new phone with my old chargers. Don't appreciate being had for $30!

After a VERY frustrating online/phone experience with Verizon Wireless attempting to get delivery of an iPhone 14 Pro Max I ordered on September 9, I walked into my neighborhood authorized Verizon retailer Wireless One/Victra yesterday with my tale of woe. Ben Hanono was patient and helpful all while juggling several customers with appointments and walk-ins. Ben guided me on a resolution and delivered to me the exact phone I wanted! Thank you so much! I will now order my new phones from this store going forward. The personalized customer service wins hands down.

I was blown away by BEN at the store . I lost my phone the night before and went above and beyond to help me. He knew exactly what to do and did it quickly and with care. Also this store opens before all other verizon stores at 9 am so that was helpful. I wish all customer service reps can be as helpful as BEN he can teach a master class.

Absolutely terrible. I've never had such a conniving sales associate. They tried to scam me into buying an iPhone 13 by giving me misinformation that they could not activate my phone since it was an older iPhone. The sales associate was rude and dishonest. Not a single associate in the store tried to meet my need as it was clear that they were just interested in their commission. As a loyal customer with Verizon, I was astonished to experience such dishonest sales associates. This should never be tolerated at a Verizon establishment.

Ben and Azeem did the Magic! I got the best deal for a brand new phone unheard of and set me up transferring all info making the entire process really easy. I have tried to enroll in a better plan for months and I never got a deal like this.

The best Verizon store I have ever visited, and Albert H. is AMAZING!! I went inside to upgrade my phone and have never had a better experience. Albert was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, patient and personable, and took the time to review all possible upgrade options (and costs) with me, as well as recommend a more sensible phone plan. I love my new phone and am so happy I found this location. I highly recommend this store to anyone who is in need of a new phone or upgrade. Simply put…excellent!!

I had a very good experience with the staff here. I have been a customer for two years, but recently became unhappy with XFINITY as i was paying a lot for services i did not even use, like Showtime, the TV box rental and i had too much speed. The phone support was not able or willing to offer me a better deal, so i was about to close my account for good, but the staff here was able to give me a great deal that actually fits my needs.
