Tom and his team were awesome! We initially called them to quickly come over and patch a hole in our pool. Tom came immediately and even left extra patching material incase we found more holes. He saved my grandkid's birthday party that day.

Absolute clown show of a company. I’ve worked professionally in aquatics for a while now and this place is a chaotic mess. They didn’t even run a background check on me. If you’re seeking employment, do not work here, and if you’re looking to staff a pool do not do business with them. The company is shady and it’s poorly managed, you’ll regret using their services. They can’t retain competent staff because actually working for them is so awful that all that’s left are lifeguards that can’t get hired anywhere else.

I have a feeling that is interview is employed for lifeguard services at discussion point on resumes and cover letters to applicants for jobs
There are so many better companies for lifeguards, this company is simply taking advantage of youth and their hiring process is long and chaotic. Save yourselves time and money and work for another company
Probably the most efficient and hard working team we have ever had. Very very professional, on time every single day for 4 weeks, record timing on the enormous build. Cannot recommend this group more for any kind of work! The deck looks amazing and we cannot wait to use it this Spring. Don’t look anywhere else, these are your guys!!!

Decent pools but every lounge is "Reserved" so there's no place for hotel guests to sit. Nothing special. I've seen better in Palm Springs. Drinks are significantly overpriced at $25 each. Premixed ingredients on some cocktails.2 drinks with tip is $65...just wow!
They always arrived on time, the called back and sent emails prior to appointments. They provided a quote and the price i paid was the quoted price. Scott,, who was in charge of the job made some changes that improved what I was wanting. All in All it a very easy and professional experience.
It's a must to go at least once in your life time. It's very entertaining. But don't let all the lights and liquor blind you while gambling. Vegas wasn't built on winners. Gamble and drink responsible.
DO NOT APPLY, IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT IT READ THIS. they robbed me of my summer and 350$. at this point i am 2 months into a fight with a slow and unorganized hiring process. The system used by the staffing department functions terribly and every single person i know who applied had problems with it. after months of waiting on responses They said i would need to complete lifeguard training again due to a system error. It took a month to get through training the first time and it’s almost like they want you to work less hours so you have to pay extra for the class. the whole thing feels like a scam. when there is a problem every day and it takes 2 days to solve it you can’t expect to get anywhere. the staffing department isn’t rude but they are ultimately unhelpful. if you are looking for a summer job look elsewhere.
This company mows at my apartment complex and they use to just get the job done but this season Auggie has been handling our site and he is always friendly, courteous polite and has gone above and beyond to make sure his work is quality. Today he even took the time to weed wack a spot the company used to do but stopped taking care of 2 seasons ago when the crew changed. I have had to use my pruners to try and trim these weeds along the treeline and fence line. I was told 2 seasons ago they don't go near trees or fences.
I have been working on it for 3 weeks and he so kindly finished it in 3 minutes, so grateful to him. I give him 5 stars. I hope he gets to stay on this location. In the 5 years I have lived here he has been the best. He gets his work done, a polite smile and wave if I am outside and I can actually tell the lawn has been mowed.

I talked to the owner and he was friendly and knowledgeable about pools. He gave me some suggestions and tips. After I follow his instructions, I'll be calling him back. Thanks for the help.

Great atmosphere, the farther you walk the pool the louder the music gets, until you get to the end with a cabana bar, gambling tables, and decent music.. Tops optional, this pool could Satisfy whatever mood you're in
We are very happy with Jacob and everyone on the Grimm Bros. crew for our landscaping and pool at our newly built home! It's a joy to come home everyday and admire their work! Big shout out to Lupe and his crew who worked so hard and Wyler and Mike for educating us on the pool and for getting things done for us!
Hardscape did a fantastic job front to back, from initial meeting with the project manager, to each of the two crews that were onsite building my back Trex deck and side stone patio. Great communication throughout the process, and crew came on time everyday and worked hard to produce a fantastic result on budget. Would highly recommended and will use for future projects.

Greg and his new wave team are pleasure to work with. They removed our old inground pool and installed brand new modern inground pool with a spillover jacuzzi; Greg was extremally helpful and gave us a lot of great ideas also put our minds at ease; new wave also did our opening, closing and maintenance. which we were more than satisficed with the service being we have used other pool companies services before new wave, and no one comes close.
The team was very helpful throughout the process - helping design the final vision and completing it in a timely manner. The project was also on budget which was extremely beneficial to have a transparent group to work with. Would highly recommend their team if you have any landscaping projects in mind!
Overpriced for the overall quality.
We are located at Adventure Bound Washington DC campground! This company was put in charge of their swimming pool for the season. The pool was always dirty and it was closed more than it was open due to their lack of preparation. Horrible company! We’d call and nobody would answer. Leave messages and nobody called back. They didn’t seem to care at all that over 100 families were disappointed over never knowing when the pool would open or not. They wouldn’t even contact the Adventure Bound office to let them know when they were not going to open the pool. They didn’t care that the campground staff was harassed daily about American Pools staff not showing up! It was a horrible experience with them two years in a row. I advice against hiring this pool company unless you like being manipulated, lied to, and poor service.

Probably the best pool in Vegas. Not the insane drunk party vibe of that's what you're looking for. Tons of space to swim, beautiful surroundings, great service.
This company unfortunately services my building. To say they meet minimum contractual obligation is an understatement. I’ve lived at my building for over a month and the pool remains closed due to the company servicing them with a lifeguard. Not to mention the unprofessional customer service to include the regional manager responsible- who are unable to explain to me why this is happening. I’m beyond dissatisfied and it’s clear we are not the only people having issues with this lacking organization. DO BETTER!!
There are two main pools at the wing one is big and for the old family the other one is more for the drinking people and it is much smaller. I personally don’t like the idea that most of the chairs around the pool are there empty with the sign reserved all day when other people could enjoy it. Which actually prove that everything is about my new Vegas.

Tim and Scott were absolutely wonderful to work with! They built us a custom bench for our deck, which turned out better than we even imagined! They also replaced our deck railing. They were extremely responsive and easy to work with. They listened to our wants/needs, and came up with very creative solutions to get us what we wanted within our budget. We would highly recommend them and we will definitely be working with them again on our next project!
Very disappointing, Chris came out started reviewing project, Preliminary design. Never came back with a quote, kept calling no response so I reached out to Jacob the owner and he promised that they would come out. Finally after another text Chris came out firmed up the design said would get back to me within a week with some pricing never heard from you again. I put off other contractors because I thought I was working with these guys and now I'm completely stuck without a contractor. At least just tell me that you don't want our business would have saved me a lot of headache and time.
Hardscape was contracted to convert our entry from a side walk with concrete stoop to a courtyard. They were very efficient and when we did find an issue with one of the steps they were quick to come and fix the issue. It turned out great and we are pleased with the difference it makes with the curb appeal to the home. A couple of times the communication could have been better but I would definitely recommend this company.

We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work Hardscape Contractors did. We were very skeptical initially about giving money up front but once we saw their professionalism and responsiveness and attention to minor details, we knew we picked the right company. Our house is on a sloping hillside and the project involved two sets of stone steps to connect different garden levels as well as a very long, 18 inch tall wall. It turned out great and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hardscape Contractors. They have a great team of talented people.

Do Not Work Here! This is my first year as a lifeguard and my experience with this company is terrible. I was constantly put at different pools and my schedule was never visible on time. They would put shift on my schedule the day before I was supposed to work. The staffers never answer their phones but expect you to answer at all times. My paycheck was almost never accurate. Every coworker I worked with had an issue with our staffer. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone and I will NEVER work here again! if I could rate this company negative stars I would.
Our HOA just contracted with this company for our new pool. I'm not impressed. The good news is the lifeguards that they have at our pool are professional and friendly, but their lack of staffing (someone called out) has our pool closed completely on a Saturday and Sunday (has happened a couple of times)! They should have a manager cover or something. They blame a labor shortage, but I suspect if they were paying their lifeguards enough (or paying OT) then we'd have coverage. Also, our pool bottom is consistently dirty- it doesn't appear they vacuum properly or frequently enough, or something.
I was enjoying my day by the pool when I was disturbed by an altercation between the owner & a resident. It seemed as if this man was screaming at the young lady for no reason. He doubted her residency even though I have seen her multiple times on my block. No older man should speak to any women the way he has no matter their “title”
By far the worst company in Staten Island. The owner is the rudest man to every homeowner and I could not believe he had the audacity to talk to a female the way he has spoken to residents. He needs to be put out of business along with the company. This company is ignoring all my calls as it is his wife who answers them. It is impossible to get ahold of this business as they probably get many complaints about Al. He is miserable within himself and has no right to treat females the way he does. I never had a problem at this pool before but today the one time he was there I did. I am disgusted by how this man is still employed as he completely harassed me

100% HORRIBLE, THE WORST. Will never use them again. They don't help, they don't return calls and their prices are ridicules. Stay away. I went back to Pool Doctor and they never failed. Biggest Mistake switching to New Wave. No more, I'm Done. YOU GUYS SUCK !!!!!!

Prior to purchasing a house with a pool I had zero knowledge of how to take care of one, what to be concerned about, what to avoid, etc. Twice now I have had same day repairs for extremely reasonable amount. The first time he came to my home and not only patched my pool, but taught me how to look for leaks and how to patch them. The second time, which was today, I had a piece of the plumbing break (they didn’t install the plumbing) and I went to Challenger, who sent me to Green’s, who sent me to “a pool store”. I carried the piece that had broken off in and they were instructing me to go to Green’s. When I explained they had sent me there, he went to his truck and got the piece I needed to be sure it fit and said I’ll come fix it today for you, which he did. It would have taken me hours to find all the stuff and actually figure out how to put it together. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated this! Multiple times I have walked into the store looking like a deer in headlights and they always get me the products and information I need. They have always been extremely friendly and knowledgeable about any questions I have asked. As an unknowledgeable pool owner, I am extremely grateful for their knowledge and service.

Got multiple estimates on installing an in ground pool. I chose Greg at New Wave because he was the only one to answer each and every question and put me at ease. Greg and his crew are extremely reliable and punctual. They are efficient and dependable. Highly recommend to anyone considering having one done.
Tommy and his whole crew are awesome. They gave us a beautiful pool and were always honest and timely. We continue to use their services for maintenance and are totally satisfied with all of the work they have done for us.
Good value, professional service and completed job as promised. I am always very skeptical of providing any upfront payments as Hardscape requires with the cash discount they offer but they delivered as promised.

The person who manages my community pool in Windham Loop by the name of AL is the most rudest , obnoxious human being there is. I seen what happened by the pool this saturday , the way a homeowner was treated is inexcusable. We are going to try and get a petition to get him to stop managing our community pool. We are all going to go around and sign petitions, AS A HOMEOWNER I am disgusted. NO EXCUSE!!! Airing the homeowners business. Multiple people in our community got together and discussed this. It so happens that so many people had issues with this man.

Took 1 week to get on their schedule then the day of they call and tried to cancel, I argued with them finally came out to check system. Keep in mind did not quote price of service call, said they will let me know depending on what needs to be done. Peter comes out looked at system said all looks good stayed 5 mins, on a Friday, Saturday was a $100 bill for a "service call” what a rip off.
These guys are second to none. Their integrity has not waivered even a little bit since the first day we met. No, they aren’t the cheapest, but YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Let me start by saying that i love these guys. professional and right to business. top notch, when you do such a big job like a in ground pool there are always that thought did i hire the right guy, are they going to screw me at all. new wave went above and beyond . and after the pool was installed to perfection, he would answer my annoying phone calls every time i called with any of my questions. so i highly recommend them 100%. Please do not worry about these guys.
