Was told they don’t take trades after 8 cause it “takes too long” even though it was only 4 minutes after 8. And I have done trades after 8 before so this is either a new policy that isn’t stated anywhere to be seen or the workers are liars. Thanks for wasting my time game xchange.

Customer service sucks both in Riverside and Corona stores. I buy almost all electronic devices like TV's laptops computers tablets even screen protector also but this time I requested them to place a screen protector on my tablet even though I bought both from them and unexpectedly they asked me to pay $7.99 for their hardwork .. seriously. Bottom line is both bestbuy and geek squad are two faces of one Bestbuy and both SUCKS ..

I just paid $3500 for a brand new TCL TV and then picked it up yesterday and once I brought it home, I realized that the box had been opened and sure enough there was no cord to plug in the TV and there was also no remote control…

Since I went all the way to Corona to pick up the TV, I really didn’t wanna make the trip all the way back out there again, so I decided to call their location but every single time you try to call their location it shoots you to their automated system which direct you to somebody in Mumbai India and so once Best Buy bends you over there is no way to ever get out of that position, please please please do not ever buy a TV from Best Buy again, I should’ve learned my lesson and purchased at Costco because at least at Costco you know that you’re going to get an unopened product

Need to speak to someone in customer care at this location? Good luck! I have been calling this location for two days trying to speak with someone about a return that I had to end up picking the tv department in the automated system just for someone to finally answer. Not to mention their return policy is a complete joke. When did making it right for a customer become such a hassle? It’s no wonder Best Buy is struggling. Don’t make a mistake purchasing the wrong item because Best Buy will not let you return it after 2 weeks.

I visited Tremolo after an unsatisfactory trip to Guitar Center. I brought mine and my fiances guitar's in to be restrung and polished up. I am not very familiar with guitars, but Scott gave amazing service for a fair price (especially compared to what Guitar Center quoted us) and a quick turn around time. He also explained everything that needed to be fixed and why, which I really appreciate as a new guitarist. I will be going to Tremolo for any future repairs for our guitars!

Chris and Kevin did an awesome job handling my transaction today. They handled the items I was trading in with great care. Kevin even took the time to look up a couple other items that I had with me. Thanks to him, I’ll definitely be selling that original RE for the PS1 privately.
As soon as another customer came in Chris also attended to the customer.
Both of them have exceptional customer service.

I was also there the day before, I wish I caught the other gentleman’s name, but he was equally as friendly.

The owners should be proud of their employees. I hope this reaches them.

Very pleased with the service I received from Elijah. I was looking for an Apple Watch. I requested some coaching, Elijah was kind and knowledgeable. Btw. I ran across many other sales men and women while looking confused and nobody offers assistance! This gentleman was the only one willing to help. Not the first time this happens either. Some rather socialize with coworkers instead of helping customers who are looking at items and have questions.

They have an amazing selection of games from 1975 to the present.

I can't believe they have Odyssey 2 games, Atari 2600, Colecovision, Sega Master System games.

The PS1 games bright me back to the 1996-98 years.

There's a variety of compact discs, records, DVDs and Blu Ray discs, a dedicated children's movie section and so much more.

We love this place. Our daughter has attended the studio for five years. They have excellent teachers and the front office staff always works with us and makes our daughter feel welcome.

My two teens are taking ukulele and drum lessons and they love it! Their teachers are knowledgeable and friendly! And their scheduling is flexible as well. Great place!

Curious Chords is the top of the line for teaching people of all ages, especially children! I have observed over time nothing but respectful, friendly, caring, professional teachers as well from Kathy and Jenny. My daughter was a student there for 4 years. She took voice and piano and now attends Oberlin Conservatory of Music. We have always been extremely happy with Curious Chords.
