Tried to return a Christmas bought item but they have strict return policies. They were not helpful. They lost our business forever. Will shop for my kids clothes at a better quality retailer.

Pretty expedient customer centric experience. Asked the guy at the entrance and he directed me to Geek Squad and by the time I got there (10 seconds later) someone was standing there addressinge on what I needed. Was in and out in under 5 minutes WITH instructions on how to install the device I purchased!
Place is a joke. We picked up 5 items, and all were wrong prices. When I was told, I had to talk to the manager, and the manager just laughed and said, "I'm not changing the price on anything." Whatever it scans for is the price, regardless of shelf tags or state law.
Needed a new TV just before holidays and the personnel at the home theater department was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was originally looking to replace the old one with the same brand but was told that that series has issues and was recommended another brand. Glad that I follow the advice, we like the picture and sound much better. Thank you and kudos!

It's such a fun place to go and spend an hour or two just looking. New and classic out of print books. Great staff that helps you find what you're looking for. They buy used books too.

The store is kept clean and the staff is professional. I've been shopping there for years and I have always found the TV, laptops and devices I needed at a half decent price. My only issue is that the Roku TV's in stock are too expensive.
In earlier days it was a good place, but now...they have nothing, the staff is, like, not interested in you nor your wishes AT ALL, and there are such long lines of people on cash departments. I really hope they'll change their terrible management(
Best buy changed their customer service people. Now they're much better than a few years ago. The prices are pretty good.
This store sold me an open-box TV with literally no power cable, no remote, no mounting system that’s supposed to be included after we confirmed with the pick up department that the box would contain all those items. After we spent our day lugging it back and forth from the store, the manager (I believe his name was JJ) offered no apology and told us our best option would be to buy a TV for full price. Gosh, thanks for telling me how a store works, mister.

Today I was taking your restaurant order, your employee says to accept the order on the phone. What does it mean? I need an order. Respect yourself. They are not ashamed. They are not allowed to look at my phone. I think you came from a hungry country.
Great place to look for books at reasonable prices. Always check here before ordering online. Lots of other fun stuff too, like boardgames and some retro videogames. Friendly staff, and they know books. They give you pretty much pennies on the dollar for books sold, probably better off with a garage sale, but good place to buy. Good fiction section and kids section too!

They do not have enough employees. If you know what you are looking for, you will be fine. If you need help, that is an issue. For a store that specializes in technology equipment, they should have more people available to help the customers. Once you are able to reach out and find someone, the employees are very nice.
I love visiting this store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The store is clean and well organized. The prices are very affordable and better than shopping at a Barnes and Noble. I highly recommend.

Contaminated book. Just got home from picking up a book from this location that I had them ship from an out of state store. Set the book on my counter and my cat was instantly very interested in smelling it. I inspected it closely to see why and realized there was semi-dried urine speckled on the cover and soaking the corners of the pages on one corner. I have no idea how this could have happened in the bookstore but it is not ok.
Customer service is sometimes an issue with stores like Best Buy now, not here. I was helped right away and extremely patient and friendly!
The asthetic is great! Loved how everything looked. Fun little Halloween date night with my partner. Will not vouch for the food though. Pretty pricey for some stale chicken wings and a not so tasty burger. For those prices. I expected a little more out of it. Will return but will not be purchasing food.
This location is decent . It’s hard to have associates available to help. And when they do help it seem like they don’t want to be there. I do notice that there is more security than associates on the floor. Kind of feel like you in a .99cent store and the owner is watching what you doing. I like coming to a Best Buy to try out items before buying . A lot of the item are missing , the associates don’t know nothing about it so regular customer like me spend more time trying to figure out the difference. It be nice to meet someone that like tech and is well versed in it .

After we returned an item 2 days late for full refund call back, the store made us take a site credit for the full refund. Sometime after that Best buy took a restricting fee of $45. That was more than 25% of the cost. We only found out about it when we went to buy something else and we were short the $45. Very sleezy! No notice at the return and no notice by email. I remember Circuit City was bad. Looks like Best buy is competing for top sleepiness title. I won't buy anything there anymore.
Waited for 45 minutes to get $8 for more the 50+ like-new children's books worth well over $500 new. Don't waste your time. Donate to the library, a local church, a financially challenged family... anything is better than "donating" to this place
Don't go here if you need anything for a Windows surface. Literally no stock. Maybe 4 employees in the whole store. There's a reason these places are closing up.

In general I like a good best buy store. Don't care for their policy of interrogation as soon as you walk in the door. Sometimes you just want to walk around and browse first, then find something to buy. Not everyone needs a shadow. Went in looking for a wireless keyboard, want ed to try a couple out, see how comfortable they might be, received a dissertation on keyboards and function... did not need that. I left the store unfortunately and went up the road to the competition, and bought the one I liked. Only saving grace was the checkout associates had good personalities, fast,

I am writing this review because I have recently had one of the most disappointing retail experiences and I wanted to share so that others can avoid the same headache and loss of money.
I live in Brooklyn. I ordered a printer from Best Buy and it was delivered by a courier called Roadie. I wasn't home at the time of delivery; when I got the photo confirmation that the printer was delivered to the sidewalk outside of my apartment building, I knew there was no way it would be there when I returned home. Sure enough, when I got home, the printer was gone. I contacted Roadie who gave me the runaround and told me to contact Best Buy. I contacted Best Buy who gave me the runaround and told me to file a police report with the NYPD. The NYPD has way better things to do than track down a printer that was basically fair game. I hesitate to even call it theft - the printer's packaging identified what was inside and it was left in a completely public place.
Because of Roadie's incompetence and complete lack of common sense (delivering a package to the sidewalk? In New York City? Come on now.) I am now out $80 and a printer with no plans to reimburse me or send a replacement. Both Best Buy and Roadie have utterly failed to take responsibility for this loss of product and I will never purchase technology from Best Buy again.
Be warned: if Roadie is in charge of your delivery, you may never receive your purchase, and if Best Buy is the retailer, you will have absolutely no recourse when your purchase goes missing.

I'm a movie fanatic and let me tell you this theater IS GREAT! It was my first time visiting and I'm an LA native. From the beginning, the worker who helped me choose my seat was energetic and made me feel welcomed. The ambiance feels like something you would find in Oregon or somewhere in the PNW lol. It had the hipster feel from the decorations to all the great movie posters lining all the walls. The elevator takes you to the 2nd floor where there are so many theater rooms!(I couldn't believe this was always in Downtown LA) The sound was amazing, the screen perfect, not having to turn your neck like in bigger movies theater establishments. Even the attendant that asks if you would like to order food while you watch your movie was really cool. Worth the extra price compared to a common movie theater discount. Overall, I'm glad I stumbled across this cozy, local theater. Definitely returning to see Godzilla in December!!!
Nice visit. They handled my return pleasantly and efficiently. We also bought a Fitbit for my wife. We didn't have to wait that long for someone to retrieve it from the locked case, and then he even rang us at a nearby register. Very friendly and efficient.

Very confused on why you need an appointment for geek squad.?? I am currently writing this review at 11:48am, while waiting for my turn with an appointment scheduled for 10:40am. I got here early and there was a line and people who didn’t have an appointment got in front. Very upset with how my time is being managed
I was love going to Half Price Books and this one is no exception. I always receive good customer service when I'm there. Lots of variety in stock of books, videos, albums, games, and more. The store is well laid out. They offer a fun summer reading program for kids to keep them reading and helpprevent the summer slide.
Local World Gallery in Wabasha, Minnesota is a treasure trove where you can find art created by local artists. Located at 112 2nd Street East, the gallery is only one block off the main street coming from Highway 61, and only 2 blocks from the National Eagle Center. While the gallery looks small from the outside, the area runs deep, providing space for many different artists to showcase their creations. Some pieces were outstanding, such as the textured pottery created by Judy Anderson and the original oil paintings by Hannah Heyer. At the Local World Gallery you can also find jewelry; hand thrown vases, mugs, and glasses; detailed ceramic fish sculptures; original watercolors; and so much more. Come prepared to spend time browsing! This gallery was an unexpected surprise and turned out to be the highlight of our trip to Wabash. Attached you will find a picture of The Haybarn Door by Hannah Heyer.

Walked in circles for abour 10 minutes before having to wait in line to be helped. Still did not have what i need, but the girl at customer service and the guy at geek squad were very helpful in recommending where to go to get what i need. Very friendly which is always appreciated.

The pre-film show was wonderful. The film was fantastic. The food and service here were absolutely wonderful. I had a satisfyingly full stomach and equally satisfying service from the profoundly excellent service from the wait staff. I look forward to going here again in the future!
Been to this location many times over the years. I hadn’t been there in about a year and was a little thrown off by the new layout, the store seems to have gotten a facelift recently. But I like the new look, things were well organized and easy to get to. I definitely recommend this store, right in the heart of tax free shopping! A+
This is a great place for people of all ages! Though located on the top floor of The Bloc, it is wheelchair accessible and very fun! The have karaoke and discounted movies on Tuesdays too.
I’d say the food is priced/tastes about as good as you’d get at Red Robin. Candy is soooo over priced ($5 for a regular sized M&M /Sour Patch Kids)

I was able to order an item online and pick it up almost within the hour! I did need it rather quickly so I was glad.
I ended up ordering the wrong piece. Once I got the correct one, returning the other one was a breeze. My money was refunded before I got back to the office 15 minutes later.

You check in with the cashier at the Alamo Drafthouse and then ride the escalator up to the movie theater. This has been here for quite some time. How did I finally experience this at age 52??? I need to get out more!
The bathroom stalls are unisex and an open sink area to wash your hands. I'm ok with all this & found this so fascinating. Each stall is your own private toilet room. Tiled floor to ceiling. So cool!!!
We ordered the following (sorry no photos):
•Truffle & Parmesan Popcorn
•Chicken Cesar
•Breakfast Club (came with fries, delicious!)
Come early if you want to order the Blueberry Donut French Toast Bake. Our movie started at 10am and they ran out of the BDFT Bake.
Everything we ordered was delicious!!! The flavored popcorn was a delicious twist to plain buttered. The Breakfast Club has arugula & lemon aioli which I think is great paired with the thick cut bacon and fried egg. The Cesar Salad came with your choice of crispy or grilled chicken. We went grilled. AND they have Sweet Tea!!!! YUMMO!
Service was great!!! There are little sheets of paper & a pen. Write down whatever you would like to order or are in need of, press a button & a server comes over to see what is needed. Love this system. Minimal disturbance to your neighboring moviewatchers. Brilliant!!

My experience at the Best Buy in the Fashion Center was phenomenal... The one at the Bergen Mall, not so much. I had to pick up my new phone at the Rte 4 store, and the data transfer took over 3 hours for what ultimately was a 10 minute task. To make a long story short. The first two salesman didn't know what they were doing and they were distracted by other things. Finally, 10 minutes before the store closed, a third guy came over and did the transfer in 10 minutes. Bottom line, just because they wear a headset doesn't guarantee they know what they are doing or are focused on getting it done.
Easy access off the Berlin Turnpike. Plenty of parking.

I asked the ladies for some products and they don’t know anything seriously I can’t believe they’re working in the store and they don’t have any information about any product plus the attitude really bad like they don’t care
This is my second time this month looking for some protection for my phone 13 pro no cases not screen protectors. When I called got someone in India huge turn off so far just wasted 40 minutes of my time. Customer service in that department sucks maybe because they being over worked. Sucks for me because I rave about Best Buy being a favorite store. I hope they get better management turning away lots of money that could be made.
I love all locations of Half Price Books. Each one is unique to the space but the signage always makes everything easy to find. Obviously, different locations are going to have different inventory so it's not always easy to find something specific but you can usually find a treasure. I appreciate the combination of used and new books.
I love half price books! The variety of books movies and cds will keep you looking for hours! There is something for everyone here! Staff is friendly and always ready to assist you!
Great Best Buy store! It's clean and has a lot of different products like workout equipment and Legos! We have been to a lot of other locations and this one has the most unique products available in the store. And it's a plus that there's no sales tax! Definitely recommend this place.
Bitter Experience...!
I ordered a Samsung Z5 flip in this store almost 17 days prior as a pre-order buy. When I reached the store for pick-up, the pick staff told me that the product is pending for release (meaning no one knew), but to answer a question, she said that the phone isn't released (Aug, 11th is the official release date of the product).
But when I spoke to the supervisor, Shane, though he is quick in getting the information about the inventory and very helpful in addressing the issue but he even does not know what exactly pending for release means. (E.g., maybe a backend issue or product, maybe with flaws. "Maybe") further suggested us that if at all I wanted to get hands on the mobile, I have to forfeit the pre-release promo, which is the ultimate loss for me.
When things stood thus, we reached out to the customer care rep Priyanka of Bestbuy, explained the whole situation over the sms, and she informed us that even though she is not aware about the status or the meaning of pending for release. But finally, she suggested us to contact Shane, the supervisor who was like, as I explained earlier, that he does not know the exact reason to get the phone as on date i have to forfeit the promo offer and the customer representative is not able to do anything except to raise a complaint.
When I questioned him about the other products which I ordered 3 in number but only got one instead of three. When I questioned, they said it shows in the inventory but can not find them.
I have traveled 90 min to the store to get down on taxes (which we all do) and failed due to the lack of communication gap between them(customer representative and store supervisor), which made me suffer whole day.

My kids love coming here to shop for their favorite bands, anime and horror stuff they like. It is a bit over priced though. It's clean but some things are to high to reach or look at. Kids love it!
Go here to get stuff for my granddaughter and Funko POPS for myself. Staff is extra friendly and helpful.

While on my business trip to LA, I managed to take some time out and visited Alamo to watch an Indiana Jones movie. I must say, this place offers a truly distinctive movie experience. Their strict no phone, no text policy enhances the movie-watching atmosphere. What's even better is that you can remain seated throughout the film, and they serve food right to your seat as you order. The ordering process is seamless too – they provide a menu and a note pad on the table. Just write down what you want and press the switch, and they'll take care of the rest. Moreover, the seats are comfortable and electronically operated, adding to the overall enjoyment of the experience.
If it wasn't for the nice and personable lady that checked me out, this likely would be a 3 star, maybe 2. I needed to purchase a small TV for the bedroom. Apparently the two people working in the TV department could not be bothered to offer any assistance or acknowledge my existence. It is not my job to ask you to do yours. I didn't find the TV my wife wanted but I did find one that she likes more. Finishing up with the positive, the checkout lady was the exact opposite of the store associates in the TV section. She was engaging. Asked all the questions, even made a joke or two, and made me feel like a welcomed customer.
I bought a nintendo switch oled there. It works the wifi in the library but some reason my home wifi doesn't work 😒. I guess they want me to play outside my online games. I bought a case there too. The worker there, Arliyah, hope I spelled her name right. She was helping me and listen to my story of how at target the same white nintendo switch oled didn't work in my home. Maybe there is something wrong with my home wifi. Anyway it is a upgrade to the nintendo switch lite I was using. I tried replacing the joystick but I think I damaged the wires and connections and it wouldn't turn on. So I upgraded to the oled. Costed about $402 dollars for the case and switch oled. The best buy store is huge and had many thing inside. Saw washing machines DVD, switch games near the back and laptops in the front.

One of my favorite places to visit, good service, recomend to check the price tag readers located in the that store because were not working at the moment but customer service was able to help us.

My first time at a luxury/reclining seat movie theatre that had server service from your seat.
The interior decor was very classic with old movie posters and art. I was able to watch with drinks and food without having to leave my seat. Seats were very comfortable and they also recline! A server will come to you and explain the process. The only thing missing is a bathroom at your seat, otherwise it’s the best experience for watching a movie.
I now look forward to future movie releases and don’t think I can go back to a regular theatre again. The selection in adult beverages and food is plentiful. Their loaded fries were delicious and I’d try their other menu options next time. Customer service was excellent.
I’d definitely come back again to watch movies here in the future. Parking is at the structure and there is also a bar/karaoke there after you watch your movie. I highly recommend this spot to rejuvenate your movie viewing experience.
The interior decor was very classic with old movie posters and art. I was able to watch with drinks and food without having to leave my seat. Seats were very comfortable and they also recline! A server will come to you and explain the process. The only thing missing is a bathroom at your seat, otherwise it’s the best experience for watching a movie.

Small yet the space is utilized greatly to pack all kinds of goodies. I come here only for my knee high socks and a flash back to when I was younger... Good times
Usually, when I walk into an electronic store people are on top of me asking if I need help, so initially, I appreciated space when I first walked in. However, it got to the point where no one came up to me to help and I couldn't find anyone to assist me. Time was going by. When I finally approached a young man who looked available, he was only a little helpful. The selection was better here than in other stores but still not a huge selection to choose from. I ended up picking out what I needed but it was not the best experience.
This is a hidden gem of Wabasha. The pottery is hand made and very professionally done. The level of skill is amazing. If your looking for quality American made pottery search no more. The owners are very nice welcoming people. Visit there studio, you will not be disappointed!

I'll never not love Hot Topic, but we went in specifically for Gravity Falls merch, which they only have online. Still, staff was knowledgeable and friendly.
The manager is super mean. He wouldn't do a price adjustment on my purchase within a week of my original purchase even though I had a valid coupon and another store had said they could. I do not recommend this store.
The cashier was helpful with my online exchange. The salesperson wasn't really interested in helping me find the size I needed. I'll stick to the other location I shop at.
The staff was welcoming and very friendly. My niece and I loved the selection of sweet and spooky. An iconic store still relevant 30 years later...it's impressive.
I'm not one to write reviews for anything but I feel like this place deserves it! All of the workers are EXTREMELY friendly and welcoming but there's one worker in specific that I am especially fond of. Her name is Liv or Liz (I can never really hear her over the music and whatnot) and she's always so super friendly and easy to talk to. She's genuinley such a sweet and caring person who's always willing to put in the extra work to help. she has the brightest smile and such cute style, you can definetly tell that she pays attention to her customers. I love this store already but she definetly makes me love it so much more!

I just love this place. The art is so unique and the jewelery is so beautiful!! The place is as cute as all get out. Someone quite skilled decorated it.
Great selection of beers on draft. The food is great. If you like blue cheese, I recommend the Hell Fire burger. If you go there on Tuesdays, there's karaoke from 8pm to 11:30pm. Come watch a movie early, then stick around for karaoke!
This place had a very nice Staff. I was in to return my sons T-shirt without a receipt. They gave me store credit without any hassles and he was able to get a T-shirt that was more to his liking. This place is friendly, clean, organized and well staffed.
The Hot Topic Brea location is my favorite. Everytime we go in we are always greeted and everyone that works there is so helpful and they always make you feel comfortable. All of the employee's talk to you and show you merchandise you might like and are just as excited talking about it as you are. That day Sara, a gentleman I didn't get his name and a girl with pink hair we're AMAZING!!! I appreciate all of you that work there! Thank you for your amazing service. I'll be back for more goodies!!!

We swung into here and the pottery was amazing. The curator was very friendly and nice. I wish I needed some pottery for something. I perhaps will see aboyt requisitioning a new teapot from here.
I went there to speak to a geek at Geek Squad, without an appointment. They were able to squeeze me in on a Saturday. The first geek could do it, but the second geek did it real quick!

ISO music is a fine establishment. With a varied and experienced number of teachers, it is a great place to partake in music lessons no matter which age or level of ability. The building is clean and well maintained and is centrally located in Collierville TN. Overall, ISO music is a very professionally run business with a knowledgeable staff. I would recommend ISO music to anyone interested in music lessons.
The facilities at ISO Music are very stylish and comfortable. It is a relaxing place to learn any instrument. I would definitely recommend it to anyone I know. The parents night out program is a great option.
