They had me start my motor after it was “done”, and forgot to put the oil filter housing on. The guy who was supposed to do it left to either smoke or go to the store (they couldn’t figure it out). They topped off the oil manually after getting a brand new housing due to not finding it, checking the oil level little by little. After they supposedly “fixed it” and applying discounts to my total, I left and went home only to come out and find a leak under my car and drips from me backing in the next morning. Checked underneath and the oil filter housing is missing a short bolt cap with a rubber o ring. Now after they didn’t calculate the amount of oil right and my car leaking on the whole drive and in the parking spot, I’m not sure how much oil my car has been running on and lost.

Cold weather caused my tire pressure to drop overnight. Had a doctors appointment and a crazy day ahead, but stopped by Jiffy Lube to see if I could get some air added in the 5 minutes I had to spare. They hadn't even opened yet but I popped my head in and Ryan the general manager was super nice and got me taken care of right away! Didn't make me pay or anything. Totally changed the trajectory or my day. Thank you Ryan!

First time coming to Jiffy Lube for a vehicle inspection. It was sort of busy and ask mechanic I need a state inspection. All he said take a seat. It’ll be about 40 minutes. I reply if I should hand over my keys and his response was I have 30 things I’m doing right now. Just take a seat. I just walked right out of there. That was the absolute worst customer service. Buddy I know you are busy today, but don’t let your emotions get to you, never stepping in a Jiffy Lube ever again.

Love these guys. My car broke down while I was actually on my way to them. 3 Guys came running over to help me get my car to their garage and they took great care of my car. identified that it was the alternator right away but they also got autozone to swap my battery out on warranty and was about $1200 less than what I paid for the exact same issue when I lived in Dallas!

I put my car's data into their on-line application then I arrived at 7:45 - 15 minutes prior to opening...the manager came out immediately and greeted me, apologized that they weren't open yet but directed me to the first bay...he explained additional services in a very knowledgeable way...a bit before 8 the door opened and the staff signaled me in...I was out the door and back on the road by 8:20...you can get a coupon on their website...I got a $15.00 coupon...very reasonably priced and efficient...highly recommended

I have been to many Jiffy Lubes and just as always the service is quick, reliable, and well-priced. This Jiffy Lube in particular is right in my neighborhood and the team members working are always willing to check out my car. Even in moments where Jiffy Lube doesn't offer the needed service, I've always gotten great recommendations. Recently, Isaiah, Justin, and Cooper really went above and beyond to bring my car back to tip-top shape. Not only did the team fit me in last minute, they all stayed until the job had been done. Most importantly, all three were welcoming, genuine, and still able to make the usually boring task of car macitence enjoyable. Thanks Again!!

I have always had a great experience with Pep Boys. Their staff are pleasant and easy to work with, explaining what's needed and quoting prices before beginning work. I wish I had paid more attention to their names but kudos to them all!

They were efficient, friendly, and great to work with. We went on a Saturday for an oil change and inspection, as expected there were a lot of other cars waiting but they moved everybody through quickly and did a great job. Will definitely keep this place in mind for the future.

Blake is one of the best salespeople I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The entire staff was courteous and kind to me. They respected my need for being timely for other obligations that day. I never felt pressured and left feeling well informed and with a new truck! 10/10 recommend.

Customer service at the shop is great and they kept me up to date and informed but do yourself a favor and find a local mechanic. They quoted me over $1,200 to have my shifter cable replaced and then charged me $400+ for a new battery. I had my car towed to Fix-to-Go on Nebraska and they initially quoted me $400 for the shifter cable but then called me back to let me know the whole cable actually DOESN'T need to be replaced, just a portion, and my total cost will be $250.
That's almost $1,000 difference.

I needed some brake and muffler work on my "summer fun" vehicle ('95 Jeep Wrangler). I read good reviews on Google, so opted to make an appointment at Midas. The online appointment process was super easy, I did it late at night and by 7:30 the next morning I received a text message confirming my appointment time. Gary seemed to be the shop manager, and he was fantastic and very personable. He kept me updated via phone as the necessary work unfolded. He also understood how summer fun vehicles and budgets work and he didn't pressure me into spending all my money at once. He suggested that one of the repairs could wait until next spring! I appreciate that sort of honesty and no-pressure experience!

I've dealt with a few dealers in my car buying experiences, but the guys at Lakeside Chevrolet blow them all right out of the water!! Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and willing to go the extra mile. My salesman Ron made this whole experience smooth and easy. Upon changing oil, the oil filter was not completely tightened and came loose on the highway causing a huge oil loss.
Upon a second visit, my vehicle was returned with scratches and dents on body and tire, and staff and “claims specialist” denied the damages.
I was told I would have to escalate this with a lawyer in small claims. I will.

had my tuck aligned and they set the steering wheel crooked. If an alignment person is not smart enough to set the wheel straight to start with then why keep them? made 10 o'clock appointment so I could do what I needed and it's 11 now and they still don't have me in. wrong in the first place is bad enough but jacking me around to correct it is unacceptable since they told me they would do it an I was here. my time is as important as theirs.

Was helped by Gary and Brandon in customer service. They are very nice people. Went in thinking I needed new brakes and possibly other things. They were honest and let me know I just needed a new lug nut that was loose. And got a tire rotation. They spoke with me the whole time and were very nice. I am a happy customer. Really recommend this place.

Brought my car in because I have new tires about a month old (that were installed elsewhere) and one tire is getting low every few days. Belle checked my tire and let me know there was nothing they could do because the nail went in sideways and they cannot patch it. They also cannot replace it because they do not have that specific tire in stock. They were nice but not overly friendly. They checked it out in the amount of time they said and let me know in a timely manner. I can't comment on their pricing, because I did not technically purchase anything from here.

Ryan was so nice. I feel like he could tell I was nervous about being there without a parent (If you know, you know) and was super patient with me. The service was faster than I expected given the amount of cars that were there when I arrived! I got an oil change and state inspection. Definitely will go back next time!

I was pleased with this dealership on my purchase of a Ram TRX. I traveled nearly 5 hours to make this purchase. I was apprehensive about driving so far, but the the salesperson, Blake, assured me everything would go as planned, and it did. The manager, Andy, was very helpful and friendly and really worked with me on my trade in value. My salesperson, Blake, was awesome! Very friendly, helpful, and just a straight up good guy. I am 50 years old and have purchased many vehicles from different dealerships. Blake was the best salesman I have ever dealt with.

Scott and Garry were fantastic! I came in with a screw in my tire and they helped me in no time. Scott was not pushy at all in selling me tires and made me feel comfortable. They provided great service at an affordable price! I even told them about a squeak I had been hearing in my Jeep, they test drove it and told me it was just my car getting old…nothing concerning. They could have easily of been dishonest and told me I needed repairs when I didn’t. They just got a new customer in me! I will be back for sure! Oh and it was very clean inside too!!!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dealt with Robert when I called to schedule an oil change. He was super nice & very professional. They serviced my car & I was out of there in no time. Used to go to a different Pepboys for many years, but they've really went down hill in ALL areas (mostly customer service & communication). I will absolutely continue going to this Pepboys instead. The service here is second to none. We had to be brought in by a tow truck. I had my dog with me, limited money, and I was stressed. The team here was nice to my dog and let her cool down in the lobby. They weren't able to completely fix my issue due to my cracked up rim and it being late on a Saturday, but they went above and beyond to do absolutely everything they could to get me and my car safely home three hours away. So many places will simply shake their head and say sorry about your luck. I really appreciate this entire crew and everything they did for me. THANK YOU!

All the staff at Lakeside Chevrolet are very helpful and respectful of your time. My salesman, Ron Blum, was just awesome. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Had an oil change. Later, I was on the road and had a blowout tire . I called AAA for services, and they sent 2 helpful guy's , #1 took my donut tire and said that it needs air, but he returned to put on the vehicle for a spare, but it didn't fit. No one had my keys last but the WALMART auto shop. What happened to the new spare tire? How they switched.

Having come from a nearby (Portage) Walmart auto care center that won us over from competing tire shops, this location has had the complete opposite effect. You need an appointment for any tire work done, but it typically takes 4-7 calls (with associated time on hold) to get ahold of them to set up an appointment, then for a significant portion of our "appointments" they are running so far behind that they don't pull the car in until 45+ minutes after the appointment, so they're effectively running the place like a doctor's office. Completely normal for shops to have the occasional bad day, but issues, mistakes and delays are the pattern at this location.

This place is amazing! The mechanic, Nolan, did an amazing job on my car and communicated so well with me about what was happening and what needed to be done. He went out of his way to make sure everything was completed to perfection and on time! If you come to this location I definitely recommend Nolan being your mechanic!!

I call to mention the work they did on Monday my car didn’t sound right. It had a muffler sound they were so nice and understanding they said bring in I took it back yesterday 6/8/23 in the morning without any problem they look at it and mix the problem quickly… what I like the most how professionally they are and very nice to each guest that came in..The place looks great and they also have beverage to offer while you wait.. Made an appointment to have 4 tires mounted. Arrived early and was promptly assisted by the manager Joe. My vehicle was handled with care and even inspected, pointing out things that may need to be taken care of soon. I've always used Pep Boys and have never had a bad experience. This time was no different. Obviously, I highly recommend this service center.

I’ve had my car here 3 different times to have tint installed, a trailer hitch, and a custom tow package to add airbags in the coil springs. They do an awesome job. Last Saturday I was in the North Tampa area and someone told me there was fluid coming from the tire area. I had just done a brake job the week before and was surprise to hear. Nevertheless, I pulled up just before closing and told Brian that I had some work done at another location recently.
I rate them a 5 because they owned the customer experience, inspected the car, fix the problem and made my safety a top priority….although it was close to closing time. They were not only fast and , informative but did not pressure me to fix issues I already knew but we're not immediate. They gave me a realistic timeline about when I should get something fixed and quotes that dealt with just those issues and did not try to oversell. On top of that I'm a AF Veteran and (I mention it at auto places usually getting like 10% off) they said the patch was free!!
I had no idea and they will get my support from now on.

I spoke with a gentleman named Garry on the phone. He invited me in for a free brake inspection. I had just experienced an inspection with one of his competitors. The amount of pad life the Belle tech found matched what I was told by the other tech. However, the Belle tech identified the cause of the wear which the other tech did not find. And, the Belle tech found a noise in the suspension system for which the other tech could not find a cause. Garry advised me that nothing required immediate attention and suggested I could wait a while before having any work done. Instead, I scheduled repairs with Belle because Garry seemed concerned and honest, Belle's were better, and service was better at Belle.

We cannot say enough about the integrity & quality of Export Customs work. They went well above and beyond doubling (maybe even more) the labor for our service, even though the base price covered only a designated amount of labor. Because of a wiring anomaly in our car, extra service was required. This wiring issue was not only identified, but actually repaired. The technicians & mechanics were transparent, honest, reliable,communicative, and extremely knowledgeable. They even took the time for a 3rd phone call to assist us with identifying a battery issue, a service they also provide.

I give this shop a 10/10 on everything. (Especially quickness, professionalism, honesty, and communication.) I’ve sent in my old suburban and they gave me an honest quote for all the repairs that it needed. Only being able to get the essentials done he said he’ll be able to give me a quote for that too. I really appreciated the time and care the staff provided. The staff was very approachable. Staff provided me knowledge about the product I was purchasing. The staff guided me towards areas of the auto section i was looking for products in . The selection of products at the super Walmart center was great. Most of the Walmart brand items were of the best quality and best price. I did find everything I was looking for; and used the app to find things that were in stock elsewhere. It was clean, easy to navigate, and well lit. Overall, a very pleasant experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center.

This review is long overdue. I have gone to Central for a variety of needs over the last two years. Eric and Joe always get me an appointment in a timely fashion, explain/show me the problem, and explain how to maintain my repair. I struggled with finding a good mechanic for years because a lot of mechanics talk to you like you are an idiot when you ask questions. Friendly staff and very very reasonable prices. Highly recommend :)

As a single woman I am afraid of being taken advantage of at an auto shop. I didn't have to worry about that here!! These guys are awesome and honest. Their prices are pretty awesome too. I went in for new brakes and, at drop off, I asked for an oil change too. The price for the brakes AND oil change was less than I was expecting to pay for just the brakes!! Highly recommend this shop and the awesome employees that work here!!

I called on Monday about the cats and muffler for my 04 5.7 litre hemi ram. I told the associate that I liked the sound of my exhaust, and he said, well, it's going back to stock. Maybe do research before telling a potential customer that. The stock muffler is discontinued and there is only one cat system in the entire country available. Got a great deal elsewhere , and will have the sound i wanted.

HORRIBLE PLACE. TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME AS A SENIOR WOMAN. To the tune OF 3400.00. I had to have it redone for another 2,000.00 by another certified mechanic. Lied about what he did! Put JB Weld on valve crack too. Have pictures. Lost four serpentine belts in two months. My Discover card paid for it but he lied about everything! Discover does not warranty there purchases either!

This is the only mechanic shop I use. The staff are personable, and the prices are reasonable for the quality of their services and in comparison to other competitors that I called.
They once showed me something wrong with my car to let me see it myself. Some places will take advantage of a woman who goes in alone and with limited knowledge of cars but these guys are honest.
I get the impression that they have good values based on how the owner wants his employees to spend time with their families so they are closed on weekends. I think that says a lot about a place- how they treat the people who work for them!

Everytime I've taken my car here, I've come home with more problems, Got my brakes "fixed" not even a half a year ago and found out the rods holding the brake pads in where not put back in, needlessly to say NEVER take a car for repairs to farm and fleet

Thought I would give them another shot. Their website states they are open until 7pm. I went in today at 12pm for 2 rear tires and was told they are closing early today and unable to do it... It seems to me all these guys care about is when their next break is coming. Bodhi is a good enough guy but if I can't purchase the product they offer, why would they advertise it? Great price and awesome service! I brought my Explorer in for a wheel alignment before leaving for a trip the following day. My lower ball joints were too worn for an alignment to be performed. Joe stayed 4 hours past closing time to get me back on the road so I could leave on time the next morning. Above and beyond service! Would recommend to anyone!

They seemed like they didn’t like their jobs, and they need to brush up on their customer service. The head of the auto center was even there when I got my tire changed and it took them over an hour and a half to change one tire and they only had one other car in the garage. It doesn’t make sense, are they riding the clock out? Do they even care about the work they do. I honestly don’t think so. They need a new car center manager ASAP

This was very disappointing. We live 20 miles from this Walmart. We took two mounted tires in to have new ones put on, even gave the guy a paper with tire size written on it. We were nearly home, when we thought we should have checked the size. Not only was the receipt written to some other person and lined out and our name handwritten, but the incorrect tire size. We stopped and checked tires, sure enough WRONG SIZE. Going back was a nightmare. The desk clerk blamed the tech for putting the wrong tire on, but it was the size on the work order. Trying to get a refund was an hour process. Had to go to service desk and stand in that line instead of Automotive handling it. No tires in that size, so we had to take our bare rims to Walmart in Bloomington, to start over.

Last time I got my oil changed it took 4 hours because they were trying to take the tire off with 2 lug nuts left on... They are always super busy so be ready to wait a long time regardless. The only reason they get 3 stars is because their staff is nice and knowledgable.

My car started making a funny noise a few weeks ago. I thought it was a transmission issue. A highly ranked transmission shop in Valpo even evaluated my car and recommended a rebuild transmission. I looked for a second opinion and learned my issues was probably exhaust related. I called these guys and they said they'd take a look. I brought it in expecting to leave it there or at least miss a couple hours of work. About fifteen minutes later the mechanic came out and told me the problem was just a heat shield and rusted bracket. They already fixed it. The bill was much much cheaper than the estimate at the transmission shop. I gladly paid and my car now sounds good as new.
Also very nice employees and nice waiting room. I actually enjoyed hanging out, having a complementary cup of good coffee and a few chocolate as I chatted with the gentleman at the front desk.
I will definitely take my car here next time I need work.

They have my vehicle for over an hour they had my telephone number they knew I was in the store they could not be bothered to contact me either over the loud speaker at the store or buy my telephone number to let me know that they couldn't service my vehicle and the issue that they were having was an issue I knew how to fix very easily. I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle to this Walmart to get it serviced. To top it all off I got there in a couple minutes after 7 and they were closing down with my keys in their possession still and hadn't bothered to Try reaching out to me still Which would have stranded my kids and I at Walmart unless someone else was able to get the keys for me.

Took my car to get new tires and they didn't even put the righ tires on, we bough 215 65r17 size tires but they put on 215 55r17 and tried to tell me that it's what the factory specs but oh well, it gets the job done but about 8 hours later, the new driver side tire became flat, so taking the car back, turns out it's leaking air becasue of tire sensor which was not faulty when I took it there. Needless to say I will never be taking my car here ever again, seeing they don't know what they are doing

Will not let you go before making sure the job is beyond your expectations. Charismatic owner who genuinely is concerned with customer satisfaction over any profit. All employees share the same enthusiasm and friendliness. Very reasonable prices, you won’t be overcharged. Trustworthy and honest. This place has my recommendation as one of the few auto repair shops that will put attention to detail and customer satisfaction first.
Update: Since my original review, Joe has been so helpful to me and my family. He truly knows what he’s doing, but he won’t overcharge you for it. All prices for service are extremely fair, and done right the first time. As we are small business owners we happily support other small business owners. I can’t think of another mechanic that I would recommend more than Joe.
