Such a shame I had to get a manager involved just to get serviced. I called 30mins before arriving and spoke to a gentleman who checked for my tire size to make sure they had them and that I was scheduled an appt since it was appt only this day. When I arrived the lady made up some lie about not having the tires available after 30 - 45mins & getting the manager involved the lady says she had the wrong number on the tires. However even the tires she THOUGHT it was I seen it on the floor. This is definitely a need for corporate to address the issues at this store. This is a big inconvenience and is need of better management. My car was the only car and it still took 3hours. I will be contacting corporate!
The staff and the Battery replacement were satisfying. However they need to do more on communicating with the customer on how long the The job will be done.It took literally too long for battery replacement.
Complete waste of time. Made a appointment day before. I get there day of my appt time to leave my car. After 20 mins of waiting for someone just to help me the guy tells me I'm not on the schedule and there's nothing he can do. But remembers what I wanted over the phone. 2 other ppl waiting complaining of long wait times and terrible service. Don't waste your time like I did. Everyone there is unprofessional.
Great and efficient service at this dealership. Took my Grand Cherokee in for maintenance, was expecting a 1-2 hours time for them to be done but they got it done under 1hr despite being super busy. They also have great customer service!
For starters, I appreciate that you are open on Sunday, which seems to be a good day for me to pick up a nail! The shop is clean and well run. The service rep was friendly despite being very busy. I felt valued as a customer and appreciated the great service!
WARNING, AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!!
Well where do I start..... I had an appointment for a tire install. I arrived on time and was immediately told that the wait was 2.5 hours. Why? I had an appointment! What can I do now? I'M HERE! Why couldn't you call and say we're overbooked, can we reschedule? Anyway, I informed my commitments that I was running late. Then, I watched the technicians in the shop through the window. This was a mistake! They moved so slow it was painful to watch. I joked with a friend on the phone that they moved like sloths. Finally 2 hours later (after just 1 install in that bay) my car was in the bay. Oh, I thought, I'm 45 minutes from being out of here. Then no one touched the car for over 1/2 hour. Finally the tech started on my car he was looking at all kinds of stuff except my tires. I finally I asked him to stop his inspection and mount my tires, which after the managers approval he did. Mounting the tires took along time as he moved slowly and no one else helped him. Meanwhile one of the other tech's sat on a stool hiding behind a truck in another bay reading his phone for at least a half hour, probably more. THEY ALL KNEW I WAS PRESSED FOR TIME AND ACTED LIKE THEY COULDN'T CARE LESS! HAVE NEVER WITNESSED SUCH LOUSY AND INCONSIDERATE SERVICE IN MY LIFE!
I made an appointment for my car when my engine light turned on, though I had no noticeable issues. I dropped my car off at 6pm on a Tuesday, knowing the work wouldn’t be done until the next day. However an hour later I get a call saying they found the problem, and could probably get the work done that night but would call me the next day to confirm. He also says the technician took a picture of the issue and would be happy to show me when I pick it up. Wednesday goes by and I don’t hear anything, then Thursday. At 4:15 Thursday I call for an update and get told the work was completed that Tuesday evening and I should’ve received a call. The last communication I had was that first call authorizing the work, nothing after. The gentleman at the desk apologized, saying he wasn’t sure how that was overlooked (leaving me without a car for two full days). When I ask about the picture of what they said was wrong, he gets flustered, then goes to check with the technician who did the work, then tells me “he forgot” to take the picture. I paid nearly $1000 for the work done, including a engine diagnostic and “courtesy check” that showed everything (including lights, tires and battery) as “checked and acceptable” but not even 3 hours later my engine light is back on, my turn signals are blinking incorrectly (way too rapidly, both the left and right), and my low tire pressure warning turns on. Of course it’s after hours at this point, so I try to call to leave a voicemail but there is no voicemail box, either. So not only was communication incredibly poor, but I don’t believe the work was done the way they claim it was. I would give zero stars if I could.
I made an appointment and show up they don’t have my appointment even though I have an email confirmation. I went in for an oil change and alignment. They tell me they can’t complete and alignment and that the oil change is going to be 2-3 hours. The staff was nice but the coordination was sloppy. I called to make sure I could get the service completed and took time from day just to find out I wouldn’t be able to complete the service.
DO NOT COME HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOURE A WOMAN.

They price gauge, exploit and sell retail parts!

This place wanted to charge me $127 for 1 gallon of coolant, got it for $20 from another shop.

They wanted to charge me $1000 for a fix that I was able to get fixed for $300 elsewhere.

I only needed one hose fixed, they told me two.

They are liars and dishonest.

They take advantage of those that know nothing about mechanics and cars to get more money out of you. And their labor is 3x more than the going rate for McLean location.

I recently bought a car from Elite Mitsubishi, and Scott was incredibly patient. I went to their location multiple times while I was in the process of figuring out my purchasing details, and during each visit, he was kind. He answered my questions, was prompt in returning my calls or text messages, and most importantly, allowed me the space to make decisions at my own pace. He didn't rush me. Buying a car can be overwhelming, but Scott’s calm and patient approach made the experience so much easier. I highly recommend Scott, and the rest of the team at Elite was great as well!

I Went for a regular service on September 30th. And the customer service was wonderful as soon as i arrived i was attended to the gentlemen at the garage and lovely lady on the reception were all very helpful and welcoming. They even helped me get my read brake pads changed under the warranty because they did an inspection and found out that the brakes got worn out prematurely at only 8k miles. Awesome people!!! I Highly recommend.
So far, I really really like this place. I’m just now learning that these dealerships are a little bit pricier than just going to grease monkey, but the service makes it worth it.
We had a really good experience with our last visit and the time before with both of our jeeps. Both times James was a great help and the repairs went smoothly and quickly. We appreciate the care and concern that James puts into helping his customers. Thanks very much!
Let me say, the guy that I dealt with was polite. ALL OTHERS INVOLVED were useless. Dropped off my truck to get 2 tires replaced. Walked to go eat . Except they call as soon as I sat down. I kid you not " we can't get your tires off" ¡¡!! AT THE TIRE PLACE !!! SO , I asked if I can take them off will you still do the tires. They said "yes....but the won't come off". Needless to say , I walked out to the parking lot and loosened them right up !!! Then this woman employee there copped a weak ass toddler attitude . Obviously angry because I just made them look stupid. So I went to Costco....were they EASILY removed my tires and replaced them. Moral here is NEVER go to this Wal-Mart auto center for tires...they don't know how or are just incapable.
Called to get the truck in to clear an intermittent error light on the dash with the tire pressure monitoring system. Service was booked at least a month and a half out. Once I finally got the truck there I asked Caleb my service member if there was any guarantee with the $195 charge that their service would fix the problem and that the light wouldn’t just come on the next time I drove the truck. He said something to the effect of “if we made guarantees we wouldn’t have a service dept”. Sure enough after the truck was “fixed” the error light comes on 10 min into my drive out I70. What’s even more frustrating is that I’ve tried to get ahold of Caleb the last two days and have been told by the receptionist that he would call me back. I haven’t gotten a call. Giving up and very disappointed. Ford should do way better.
I would definitely take your vehicle to another service location. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a mechanic in a long time. I made an appointment to drop my jeep off for electrical issues. It took a long time to get in for the appointment, but I was excited to finally have the issues resolved. I dropped off my jeep on a Tuesday, and they told me when I dropped the vehicle off that it would take about three days to have my Jeep diagnosed and that they would get back to me. I told him I wasn’t prepared to be without a car for that long, but I would work to get a rental car in the meantime. That is exactly what I did. When I reached back out to the dealership a few days later for an update, they tell me that my jeep won’t even be looked at until Monday or Tuesday of the following week. So, I have been paying for a rental car all week while my primary vehicle has been sitting at a dealership in a parking lot. Once I expressed frustration, they said I could come pick up my jeep until it was closer to being serviced. This is something that should’ve been communicated with me upfront and different decisions would have been made. Now I am financially in the hole for something that should have never happened. I have found their customer service to be poor and inconsistent.

UPDATE: While I appreciate the auto reply blanket message to my initial bad review, I would like to note that I STILL have yet to talk with a manager after requesting it 4 different times. My car still has not been diagnosed/ seen and it has been over a week since my appointment.
I received 3 recall notices from ford for my 23 Wildtrak broncos rear quarter panel glass. Apparently it can fall off while traveling at speed and potentially cause an accident.

Decided to bring it in to have the recall dealt with. Kaleb seemed to have no interest in actually dealing with the recall. This seems to be the case as it has been 3 weeks and I have not heard back from the service department.

Getting ghosted for a simple fix is definitely aggravating. I’ll not be bringing my vehicle back here for service and do not recommend them.

9/17/24 Thanks for the reply. I have yet to be contacted by anyone in the service department or by anyone at the dealership.. 1 star review stands despite your glowing platitudes.
Mason was very polite and professional. He communicated throughout the day regarding my 60,000 scheduled maintenance service on my jeep. The mechanic did a good job and addressed all my concerns.
The only thing I wish this dealership/service department would do is wash my windshield. I think it’s just a little thing on their part to say, “we appreciate your business”; especially after spending $3,000.
This is the worst Firestone service station in the country. Zero stars for customer service. They did not have the tires I always purchase from Firestone in their system. Giving it one star just because always got good service from other locations.
Not for nothing, for the first time in along time I felt taking care of from start to finish.
Thank you. Mike, Stephanie, and John.
I am a new resident here in Orange county and needed to get my Lexus serviced. I was quickly greeted by the valet there who directed me to a service advisor to assist me. I told him exactly what I needed done and a time frame for completion. They were efficient and able to get me in and out within an hour. Great job Lexus of Orange county, I will be returning!
Had a great experience with my advisor. He listened to my concerns and had me out in a fair amount of time.
Bought a used Hyundai Kona and the overall experience was fantastic. Everybody was professional.
They are absolutely amazing to deal with. If you want to be treated like a ViP it’s worth paying them a visit.
I bought a 2024 Mitsubishi Outlander SE from Elite Mitsubishi Motors, Mohammad helped me to get 0% APR , Excellent customer service, great deal, if you need a car please come and ask for Mohammad .
My second review here - had my ford van in a few times for service - overall it has been a great experience. Most recently Caleb and Eddie came through for me and helped me work through issues quickly. I had asked them to give me quick updates and they delivered - thank y’all so much for your help and support.

Dealerships have different processes for intake and working on vehicles, after we talked about the process and what to expect everything went really smoothly. Thank you again team!!
I took my new Grand Cherokee in for recall fixes and an oil change. Scheduling was easy. Everyone communicated very well with me and everyone was very pleasant and kind... Almost like they enjoyed their job! I actually popped my head into the managers office to let him know that I had a great experience.
Made a 7 AM appointment, arrived at 6:50 in the morning. Nobody there. Time goes by, finally see someone at 7:15. Guy manages to setoff the alarm on the door. I leave at 7:25 without an oil change. No phone calls or anything to indicate they were going to be late.

This place sucks, don't waste your time scheduling an appointment, you'll be disappointed like me.
Great place to get your services done and affordable pricing as well!
Deplorable customer service not remotely worthy of the VW brand. Arrived promptly at 10:30 for a standard 30k service: oil change, fluid top-up, etc. and didn’t leave until 3pm. Employees twiddling their thumbs and scrolling their phones with no regard for the droves of customers in their waiting room who were also experiencing the same. Rep said they had one mechanic working for over 12 vehicles that were all in queue to be serviced. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs and take your business to VW Queens while you’re at it.
The worst service I have ever received anywhere. I brought my Jeep in 11 months ago under warranty to have it fixed. They popped the hood and saw an aftermarket blowoff valve and refused to even do a proper diagnosis. They said the engine was blown and wanted me to pay out of pocket $24k. I just picked it up to tow it to another dealership. The battery was dead so I had to jump it. It started and ran fine. It later threw a low voltage code and caused it to run rough. After 11 months of them not doing any work on it, I'm having another shop complete the electrical repairs. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!! This shop is terrible and wouldn't even diagnose my issue without an $1,800.00 deposit. The new shop charges $200 diagnosis no matter how long it takes.
Had a recall done here, scheduled online. James checked me in right away. Made a coffee in the waiting area. Service was explained to me and was offered a ride on the courtesy shuttle since it might take a day or two.

Took about 15 min. From check in until courtesy shuttle. Driver was safe and courteous.

Work performed was faster than quoted and was done professionally.

I recently purchased a car and couldn't be happier with the experience. The process was incredibly smooth and efficient, with everything completed in less than a week. The car itself is fantastic, and I have no complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend!

It was an awesome experience. Mr Mohammad was good he did good he took his take with us he is very patient and caring he made sure he got us what we asked for. If you’re interested in 0% please ask for Mr. mohammad I recommend him
Very unwell people. I truly hope they get help for their dysfunctional repair shop. Had the worst experience of my life and have been in tears for a month of torture, lies and horrific treatment. They have no care or concern for their customers and treat people like animals. Please do not go here. Warning. My friends and colleagues have done everything they can to help me remedy this. They even offered to go down there and speak to people. No one calls back and they play mind games…. Please please please don’t ever here. these are mentally ill individuals. Other volkswagen auto shops in the long island area helped me because they felt horrible and said they have never heard of anything like what i had been through. Have spent hundreds of dollars and rentals and ubers and they wouldn't help me.. they will not help you and don't care. All the reviews speak for themselves. The sales team in brooklyn said they “know all about it”. They are just as bad. Be very careful friends!

Update: i towed my car to another VW shop and they ordered the “backordered” parts that this shop claimed took over a month in 3 days. They said it will be there by tuesday & i walked out with a loaner. They felt terrible and the manager of the auto shop tried calling brooklyn vw for me- no call back. It’s so sad how sick this place is. Not to mention, they put VW into a bad legal spot.. i offered to pay for the part myself and get reimbursed so i could get my vehicle back because i knew the part was in NJ ( where my current autoshop ordered the part from). Don’t ask me why they lie.. all they did was upset a customer & now create a serious problem for the corporation. That being said, I filed a complaint against the auto shop with corporate. My suggestion would to be pull your car out and see how it goes. They affected my health so much and i have now started the long process to hold them accountable.
Took my Jeep here to diagnose a smell from my air conditioner. The team were very transparent and looked to do the cheapest/least invasive option. Christopher was very professional and kept in touch via text throughout the process. Mason was also very polite and personable when I went to pick my car up. Had my car back faster than expected and paid less than was quoted. Also utilized the ride service, as my car needed to stay overnight. Don’t remember his name, but we had great conversation in the car. Definitely feel comfortable taking my car here for service again! Thanks guys!
I took my Volkswagen to this dealership for check engine light issues and other driver assistance problems. From the start, they made up excuses to avoid using the warranty and tried to charge me over $8,000. When I argued that there was no reason for the warranty not to cover the repairs, they said they would fix it but kept my car for 45 days.
During this time, I tried to contact them multiple times, both by phone and in person. They constantly gave me excuses like they were waiting for parts or that the system was down or hacked. Finally, after 45 days of lies and wasted time, they told me they wouldn’t honor the warranty because the car had been stolen, which is completely false.
I retrieved my car after 45 days, finding it with the windows down, covered in dust, animal footprints inside, and very dirty. I immediately took my car to Volkswagen Queens on Northern Boulevard, and within less than 24 hours, they repaired it without any excuses and confirmed there were no issues with the warranty.
This place is a disaster. The manager Mike is extremely unprofessional, and the advisor Josue should stay far away from this business. It doesn’t even feel like an official Volkswagen dealership. They didn’t even send me a confirmation email when I left my car, unlike the excellent service I received in Queens.
Five stars for Volkswagen Queens, zero stars for this place. Stay away!
Richard and his team treated me amazingly!

I came in after having issues with the brakes on my truck and they found out how bad of a job the previous mechanics shop did (poorly installed very cheap parts that lasted less than 2y / 20k miles, but costed me $1200)

Richard communicated with me very clearly and patiently about the problems that the cheap parts and poor labor created, and made recommendations to ensure I didn’t run into the same issues in the future. When the job wasn’t done by end of day, Richard and the technician Cao stayed late until 9pm (on a Saturday!) to make sure I could pick up my truck that night and not have to wait until Monday.

Even if the parts they installed weren’t cheap, they worked with me to ensure I could save some money here and there. I also feel much safer driving on these new parts after seeing what happened in the past.
Dropped of my car almost 10 days ago on a Monday morning. I was told they would check what is going on and give me a call on the same day. Now 1.5 weeks later I still don't have an update and repairs have not even started. I've been calling in every day only to hear that they would call me back, which has so far not happened. Cannot recommend.
Good day, by all means the fact that I’m even here writing a review is even a lot… and I might as well address everything one time.

So I have purchased a brand new 6months ago wit Volkswagen even at that point the service was horrible today I have 7:30 service appointments wit is now mid day and I’m still here waiting patiently thanks to Mr. William Berger who was the only one when got there this morning…. Mind you this is my first Volkswagen so I’m new to the company basically and I’m at the point I don’t even want the car anymore due the unprofessional service both in buying the car and now having to deal with the same thing at the service center. NB: I haven’t even received my title as yet and I purchased this brand new car in January this year. Never have I dealt with this with my other vehicle (BMW, Honda, Mercedes) you guys really need to do better. If you looking for good customer services for your moneys this is not the company Volkswagen Brooklyn 👎
Victoria was such a sweetheart! I LOVED her energy and she was so amazing and friendly. 100% recommended and would come back again! ^__^
Service department is awesome compared to other dealers I’ve dealt with. Dont have to wait weeks for an appointment and the job is done right! Fair pricing!
I have been reticent to post this review as I had optimism that Larry Miller Ford would rectify the situation but I no longer have any faith that they care about me as a customer.

I dutifully waited 2 months for my service appointment on 6/13, complaining about shaking in my car. After spending $1,300 with them, within 24 hours of picking up my vehicle it was evident the problem was not resolved. After multiple voicemails and even talking with the front desk who assured me Eddie or his supervisor would get back to me, I have heard nothing. It’s now been nearly a month.

Spend your money with a service center that will actually get back to you. I fear this place is a money grab with no vested interest in preserving the customer relationship.

We bought this car yesterday, all dealership stuff and members are very friendly and helpful, specially Mohammed and micuan is very nice person. They gave us enough time and explain everything about the car. Also unlimited coffee service and waters available in the location. They have all new cars and they give you good service on the car. Full tank gas, full details on the car. Helped out with all our paper works and everything. Highly recommend to come over here for you guys
I came in looking for a new car and was introduced to Isaac and really enjoyed his help in directing and guiding me to the car that i ended up purchasing. Mamdu was wonderful as well, helped me out with a good deal. Ray provided me with some great advice and answered all of my questions. It was such a pleasure going to their dealership. Thank you so much to the entire team ♥️♥️♥️. It’s been a dream of mine to one day get myself a BMW and this dealership fulfilled that dream for me. I am definitely recommending you guys to EVERYONE!!
This place never disappoints. My service advisor was Josue Rojas. He always makes me feel welcome. The service I received was two tires replacement and a multi-points vehicle inspection.
We recently moved to Colorado, which means finding a new dealership to service our vehicle. I called around to a few Ford dealerships and was quoted anywhere to a few weeks to a few months out for any kind of diagnostic work. I scheduled my appointment online with Lakewood Ford a month or so out in preparation of this. I wanted to make sure the dealership would be ready for my appointment, so I decided to meet my assigned advisor, Caleb Smith, in-person to go over all the details. Not only was Caleb a genuinely nice person, but he was able to bump up my appointment, get my vehicle looked at immediately, sent a quote, and have my vehicle serviced/repaired and ready all within a week of dropping it off. I've read through some of the negative reviews but in my experience, I don't think this could have gone any better. Thank you Caleb and the Lakewood Ford techs for getting me taken care of.

I already wrote an incredible recommendation for the sales department. Now I do wanna mention D Ray who helped me learn the MAZDA XR 70. Probably one of the nicest, most reliable, and incredible human beings I’ve ever dealt with in retail.
I have had good experiences with both cars. 2014 Mazda CX-9 - serviced at schomp since 2018 bought from another dealer, and my 2022 Mazda cx-30 bought at schomp.

Cx-30 has had 5-6 oil changes. replaced 1 cabin air filter (Switched to a KNN filter because Colorado is so dusty and 1 recall (no cost)..) no other service recommended outside of tire rotation which I did myself. On last service 25,000 miles was told tires would most likely need to be changed in the fall due to wear. Very very happy with how well my cx-30 has aged.
CX-9 was bought used with 40,000 miles. The last 50,000 miles have been serviced at schomp. Felt like the service was always honest. I haven’t done the regular schedule maintenance like Mazda recommends, so my repairs have been oil changes, brakes, tires, and 1 blower motor when the AC stopped working. Another great car for the last 6 years
Easily, my #1 service shop I bring my car to. The way they operate is very transparent and efficient. I worked with Joseph Greco specifically, and it was very obvious that he tried to create the best situation no matter what. Definitely am going back for any car needs.

Brought in my Mazda3 for standard oil change. After receiving a video for my car and all the work my car needed done, Tyler was able to answer all of my questions professionally and in a timely manner. I ended up getting brake pads and rotors replaced and was very pleased with the service. Tyler was so friendly and helpful, I look forward to getting my Mazda3 serviced here again!
I arrived at 10:30 for an 11:00 appointment and was told it would be 3-4 hours for an alignment! I asked why my appointment wouldn't be honored, which I was told would be 1hour when I made it. The manager told me that appointments are meaningless and did not mean the car would be serviced within a reasonable time

I have been a customer at this location and noticed the quality and customer service has been declining lately. Seems there was a management change and the Firestone reputation is being diminished. Time for corporate to step in and restore the brand.

I went to Elite Mitsubishi needing a new car and the staff there were incredibly helpful!

My experience was made easy and as stress free as possible. The staff at Elite Mitsubishi was able to address all of my needs and concerns in an easy to understand and professional manner.

I really enjoyed my experience buying a car from Elite Mitsubishi and would recommend anyone looking to buy a car to go to them!
I go there often enough for them to recognize me especially the very slim guy with head band. He usually believes everyone didn't do or say what they need to do to get service. Also, he is always making up stories to suit the situation when wrong. Prices great on oil changes and tires usually but customer service/accountable sucks at times.

I was driving by and decided to stop at Elite Mitsubishi just to ask a question
I met with Mohammad, the sale person
He was very nice and patient to answer all my questions
As a result, I handed up buy a brand new outlander on the spot
If you want a good deal on a new Mitsubishi, don’t hesitate to go to elite and ask for Mohammad
I ordered my tires off there site which it wouldn’t let me order the correct size, but the size that the site wanted me to order, and it was wrong. So. They had another brand to give me in the correct size for 10 bucks more each tire. Which was fine. I had an appointment at 11:00am and at 1:45pm they finally got my tires on which by the way was only two tires! 😳 they have 15 people running around in there doing nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️ about 7 other people in the waiting room waiting on there cars and trucks 🙄 Not one person in there happy that they have waited so long! Ridiculous!! This place needs a strict manager and someone to organize the place! So if you have all day to shop and nothing to do, then this is the place to get tires or your oil changed!!
I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the outstanding service Joseph Franz, Service Adviser provided me during my recent visit to Mazda car repair. He was very helpful, Professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were truly commended. I was also incredibly impressed by the quality of work provided by the Technician who worked on my vehicle. (Sorry, I didn't get get his name)

The dedication to customer satisfaction at Mazda is evident in every aspect of the work. I am truly grateful for your commitment to excellence and will continue to bring my Mazda CX5 AWD.
The customer service I received from Larry H Miller this week was some of the worse customer service I’ve ever experienced. While the complimentary valet service that picked up my truck was very good and on time, things seemed to go off the rails once at the dealership. I made an appointment to complete the Manufacturer’s Recommended Service and a Tire Rotation for 10:45 am on Tuesday, January 30. Other than the automated text that said my vehicle had arrived at the service center shortly thereafter, I received no communication from the service department the rest of the day, including no courtesy call to provide me an update and to advise of the need to keep my vehicle overnight. Fortunately, I have a back up vehicle or I wouldn’t have been able to make a doctor’s appointment the next morning. I called the service department at 10:45 am on the 31st and requested an update on the status of my truck, only to be told the service advisor wasn’t available and they would leave him a message. I did not receive a call back so I called again at 4:45 pm that day only to be told the same thing with no call back. So, my truck was kept a second night (for standard, scheduled service) with no communication on what was going on. I called the general manager, Tim Brand, the next morning, only to be directed to voice mail. I left a message expressing my concerns, but he did not return my call and still hasn’t after 24 hours. Because I could not get an update over the phone, I had to find a ride to the dealership where I found out that my truck had not been serviced as of 10 am Thursday morning. The service advisor, Casey Sharp, did not know what had happened and had to talk to his manager to know how to proceed. I saw that my truck was logged into their system with a promise date of January 30, but it had not been assigned to a technician. All Mr. Sharp could say after talking to his manager was that they didn’t know what had happened and asked me what I wanted to do. He offered no explanation, no apology, or no offer to make things right. I said I needed my vehicle serviced, so he said he would have it completed by noon. While the service was completed (according to the invoice) and my vehicle delivered to my residence around 12:30 pm, the experience left me with so little trust and confidence in this business that I can’t help but wonder how careful and thorough they were with my $35K investment. If their service technicians are as inattentive, incompetent, or uncaring (whatever the case may be) as the other employees that couldn’t even make a simple phone call, how can I be sure my vehicle was properly serviced? I think anyone considering doing business with this company should consider this as well.

Update: GM Tim Brand called me and made things right. He apologized for the poor service and took responsibility for it. He also followed up his words with an act of good faith and provided some explanation of the situation. This went a long way in restoring some trust.
My car has been totally fine hasn't been leaking oil hasn't been burning oil it's been in really good running condition until I Went to Walmart for an oil change at the end of October 2023, they did something to my car because all of a sudden it started burning oil and it's not leaking it's burning inside the engine. By the middle of November I almost seized my engine because there was no oil in the car. I don't know what they did to try to bring in more business but they really messed up my car and I can't afford to fix it. Never ever ever bring your car to Walmart.
Very accommodating, they've always been able to find a relatively quick appointment for me when I've needed it. I like that before they do anything I get a video from the mechanic showing me what they're recommending and explaining why. From there I can pick and choose which services I want to move forward with. Everyone I've interacted with has been kind and professional.
Good customer service and honesty. This review is for Tyler. He is kind and honest unlike the previous employees that exchanged my expensive tires with their poor quality ones two years ago.
Worst place to buy a car its no wonder they lost their Mitsubishi contract. No longer a Mitsubishi Dealer they are only a Dealer now for Volkswagen WORST IDEA...DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They are very nice when you walk-in the fist time after they get you to sign and buy a car... then you know who they all are. I've had the worst experience with them and now I'm in the process of filing a law suit (I need a good lawyer). They still haven't fix the 4WD ERROR ON MY CAR NOW I HAVE TO TAKE IT TO ANOTHER DEALER NOW. George told me i wouldn't be stuck with it but now I'm stuck with it.
Overall great experience. At the beginning a little awkward. The manager Stephen noticied we were not being attended to. He immediately approached us and made contact. He was apologetic but overall was courteous, informative and attentative to our desires. He made some suggestions and shared his personal experience with his vehicle. His experiences made us feel a sense of comfort and trust which is important from sales point. Seeing the smile from ear to ear in my wife's face as we was test driving the vehicle out the parking alot was and always will be PRICELESS to me. I knew that was vehicle for her. You are blessed to have devoted and professional staff members at that dealership. Thank Stephen B. And Stephen J. for making our experience a pleasure. Great job team, it my honor to become part of Lexus Family
I took my 2019 F250 6.7 Powerstroke in for a Low Fuel Pressure Warning I was getting. I worked with Matt in the Service Department he really worked with me to get my truck diagnosed and then a week later so I could still be able to use it to get to and from work. Kudos to the shop too- they dropped my fuel tank not only once to replace my low pressure fuel pump but then Again to repair the float valve in my tank.
UPDATE 03/16/2023
I filled my truck up yesterday and I noticed I was smelling diesel. Well it’s dripping down the side of my fuel tank and I can watch it drip off of the kick plate under the tank. Obviously they didn’t check it for leaks. I’m going to Pay my mechanic to fix it cause I don’t want them to touch it again. Please Forgive Me I should have waited to post my original review. Dipsticks!!!!!🤬
