We have been using Total Control Software at our marine dealership since 2003. It is a great product with terrific customer support. I look forward to doing business with them for many more years.

I brought my Macbook to them for a 10:40 appointment, and kindly mentioned that, as a small business owner, if there was a way to have the issue resolved today I'd greatly appreciate it. They diagnosed the issue and replaced the battery within 2 hours!

After a horrific repair experience at a non-Apple certified repair facility, I was blessed to find Mac’s at Work in Shrewsbury. I brought them a 2017 Apple book pro that would boot, but that had a non-responsive touch pad and keyboard.

I anxiously awaited their phone call after dropping off the computer. The message I received was, “I have good news”. Hurray!

Upon opening up the unit they found an improperly installed battery and cabling, amongst other issues. As a result of their work, they returned a fully operational, well running MacBook Pro, at a very reasonable repair cost.

Laurie and her technicians are incredible. My two week old external SSD mysteriously stopped mounting and I had a project with a tight deadline stored on it. I had already accepted my files were probably gone forever, but they were able to recover all of my files quickly. They're affordable, understanding, and knowledgeable, and I will absolutely go here again if I (hopefully never) have any more problems. Thank you Laurie and techs!

Terrific work - excellent repair & cleaning at a reasonable price. ... My MacBook screen would go dark, anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour apart. Then it got permanent. ... MAW diagnosed the issue to the battery, and made the fix in good time. .... Highest recommendation. & in addition, ya don't have to drive to trendy-towns where the Apple Stores are. ... Saves milage and headaches.

I am not a tech person.So when my computer got hacked I called the Apple support team they recommend Macs At Work. I call and got an appointment & within a week I had my iMac back. Only problem was I couldn't get some apps to open. I called spoke to Laurie who was patient, helpful, professional and explained how to download all original applications. I would recommend this store and would use Macs At Work again if needed.

MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND MACS AT WORK! After 22 hours, 6 days, and 5 senior advisors from Apple, I couldn't take it anymore and decided to bring my Mac into Macs At Work. Within 5 hours they had my issues resolved and their communication with me was outstanding! It's a week later and it's working perfectly!

I will never hesitate to have my Mac serviced there again. They were caring, and wonderful to work with!
