I had excellent service. I called for a well fair check on my brother. In less than an 30 minutes I received a call and heard my brother’s voice. I have been worried and thanks to the help I received I no my brother is ok.

I called this morning at 2am. There where two flatbed tow trucks in front of my house on Blake Ct. They where dropping of a derelict car at 927. I watched them and waited for the officer to ahw up. When the trucks finally left at 3am the officer still had NOT responded. The response time from the department house to Blake Ct is only about 3 minutes. Apparently there was no one on duty this morning.
It's just like any where else in Washingtond Dc u h have 2 watch your back you cant trust alot of th police officers anymore and everybody knows it

I received a call that he was picked up by ambulance at 3:00pm on Saturday, and would be taken to certain hospital. Called that hospital and he was not a patient. By 7:00pm I had contacted four hospitals and no listing of his name. This morning around 10:00am I called this police station and problem was solved. My elderly, blind brother has no cell phone and therefore contact was not available. A male police officer took my information and put me on hold; short while later a female officer assisted me and placed me on hold. I had provided her with information and she was able to discover the location of brother and the time he arrived at hospital. What a relief!! What excellent service!! Kudos to the Police Department. I am grateful!

Good help for the first few calls while I was searching for a person which I lost contact with during his trip. But they were supposed to call me back when he would go for a lost passport since his cell phone crashed but no call back and still without any info on the health condition of my boy friend of 73 yrs. old.
Officer G. Murphy tried his best to help me today on the side of RT 370 when I realized that a local repair shop failed to repair my car correctly the previous day - causing a lot of damage to the front end of my car.

They don’t answer the phone. Kind of a bummer. The Minneapolis PD is excellent in this matter.
These people that work there are unprofessional. They hang up on people and lie and say that they are in charge. When they would not let you speak to their superior. I hope you have a good vacation.
Lazy and then incompetent buffoons! They block off roads and just sit in their squads and play with their phones. Why can’t they at least direct traffic!? Not trained for that!

My review of the Capitol Police in Washington DC. Most of them are professional. I got called Sir three times when I was in the Senate Hart building. I'm a transgender woman and when I got arrested for civil disobedience the police were very professional. This is me holding my arrest paperwork after I got sprung after paying my fine. unfortunately the police have to follow orders from a mostly Republican Senate and House of Representatives. So all in all they did their job in a very professional way while they arrested me. I always retain the right of free speech and assembly which is guaranteed under the Constitution though. Saying that if I ever get arrested again by this professional police force I reserve the right to alter this review.. if they do not uphold the highest standards of police professionalism!

The clerk's are rude and have a very nasty disposition. This county would do well to participate in some sort of sensitivity training. What happens to protecting AND SERVING? The definition of serve:to render assistance; be of use; help and/or to go through a term of service... The police answering the phone are just as rude and short tempered. Self control is a great quality to possess. Communication skills are poor and we didn't force you to take on jobs dealing with the public all day. The clerk told me she talks to people all day... Girl you been there all of an hour at most it's 9:15am, that is not all day! It would be nice to hear a peaceful and pleasant voice on the other end of the phone when you are trying to get info on your loved ones. Life is too short to be miserable. Gods blessings I pray you all find joy... It's obvious you don't have it! ✌️🕊️
Called to report suspicious activity. Gave a full description to dispatch. Dispatch said they’d send an officer out to investigate. It’s been 49 minutes and haven’t even seen a cruiser drive down the street. Hey dispatch, either tell me you don’t want to waste your time with it or, simply, don’t lie. Protect and..serve? Lead by example!
The only reason you people got one star is so i could make this review. The absalute worst complant board. Investigator Cross along with the powers to be that run this city are complicit of denying justice to people of color. My case should've been open and shut with plenty of evidence that proved the cop is and was a lyer. The cop conducted an illegal traffic stop, he then wrote a ticket, which doesn't exist in the dc code! The crook didn't even show up for traffic court. The process is a complete joke!!!!
I watched the news and it was reported that Minneapolis metered parking was free because of a holiday. I checked with the city website and it reported it was also free. I returned to my car to find a parking ticket because this particular meter was not owned by the city, which it did say on the website if I had scrolled down further. I disputed this ticket because of these reasons to get a response from a Sergeant saying, we will not waive your fee because you admitted you just didn't pay. No, that's not why. I just ended up paying the $40 ticket.
Citation put in my windshield wiper for expired plates has incorrect information punched in with no name.. Not even sure if it's issued for me or put on the incorrect car. Those guys aren't that busy that they can't fill the blanks in.
Ticketed my car for out of state plates . No other cars ticket. Minneapolis has awful signage up.
I call St. Peters Animal Control about 2 stray dogs and get a voicemail that says to call the police department dispatch. Call St. Peters Police Dispatch and they tell me to call animal control and leave a message. The whole time I'm following these dogs around while they play in the street. Not a professional way to handle the issue.
Thank you St Peters Police and Central County Fire and Rescue for making our 4 year old son feel more like a walk in the park after being involved in a major accident on Monday afternoon. I cannot express enough gratitude for your help services during our hard time. I sincerely thank all of the first respondents that came to our rescue. Job well done men and women!

The double-parking is a norm in here for the police officers! Wish I have that kind of immunity, then I wouldn't owe over 6k in parking tickets.
The most worthless "police" I've ever seen in my life. I'm a repo guy and needed to get a couple addresses checked to see if they're on the reservation so that in wouldn't get myself in trouble trying to do my work. Logical thing here is to call the tribal police, explain who I am and ask if the address is on the reservation. They wouldn't tell me.... "sir that is a civil matter and if it is on the reservation then you'll need to go through tribal court".... listen you inbred crayon eating window licker. Thank you for setting me up for failure when I'm trying to do my job the right way. I hope arthritis sets in at an early age.
The integrity of the Metropolitan Police Department are from the men and women who behind the badge on their uniform loves and respect there job, our city and who cares about Justice for the people who needs it! You can tell who they are by their actions, their words, and in general just by their overall character! Some times there are corrupted police officers who egos taints the integrity for what the Department stands by....some times high strong minded, do not like to be corrected type, ego officers types of people makes it really hard for the police men and women of integrity to continue to gain new trust and to keep old trust of the citizens of the District of Columbia. No matter what happened years before that produced the good and the bad habits of the Metropolitan Police Department these days, just remember that light will always out shine darkness! Got a ticket for expired tabs on a new car that was just purchased. Valid 21 day temp was displayed in the rear window. The officer obviously didn't get out and walk around the car to check properly.
Called the Shift Sgt who was helpful and friendly. He took my license plate # and told me it would be taken care of. He also mentioned that he would have a word with the newer Park Agent that tagged me about the problem. Now that's service!

just what to say how one of your officers this past sat. was so helpfull to us . In given directions to 8th street it was about 11;30 in morning and he was a motorcycle officer. Told him we were looking for the d.c. dog kennel he even thank us for getting a rescue dog. I
