We've lived here for about 5 years now & it's just the best. It feels very communal, we have the dog park right behind us, the park to the south - it's tucked away but still near most major train lines, the building management is great. lovely neighborhood. highly recommend.

I’ve had a really poor experience investing in one of their partnerships in Chicago. The communications from this firm are virtually nonexistent and any updates provided are eventually useless. The original projections are worthless and multiple investors have been asking for updated projections for a year and they have provided NOTHING. Sure, COVID and the FED rate hikes aren’t helping, but they are doing little to reassure investors. And even worse, they provide K1s in mid-September each year, which is unacceptable. I can understand a few months after April 15th, but September holds investors hostage from filing tax returns to get refunds. The team is also extremely rude, condescending, and unsympathetic of anything and everything. I will NEVER invest in one of their deals again.

Actual unit and landlord were great. The building however is so poorly run and managed. The common areas are filthy with carpet stains and scuffed walls. We moved out as soon as our lease was up. Manager has no credentials and the front desk staff don’t do anything but be on their phones. The building is so used to putting bandaids on issues instead of actually fixing anything. The engineer is praised for being there when the building was built but really has no real experience. Would not recommend renting or owning.

Ms. Masuko is a very fine lady. If you're looking around the Bergen county area, this realty should be your consideration.

My wife and I have just returned home after spending 2 nights at the Equestrian Campsite. Probably due to the heat with temperature of over 90 degrees, we were a bit disappointed not seeing much wildlife, only two deer, some squirrels and some crows in all. It was also cloudy in both nights that we could not even find one single star in the sky. Our first night was very hot and sticky, while our second night was about 5 degrees cooler after a downpour in the late afternoon. There were only about 4 sites including us occupied at our campsite. Very quiet at night. Mosquitos were very active as soon as the sun started setting till morning and we had to take shelter in our tent early as 8pm. All the staffs were very friendly. The lady checked us in at the registration office was very nice and she briefed us carefully to make sure things we needed to know. We also felt very safe seeing the lady doing rounds in a truck checking from time to time. A big drawback was the bathrooms. The size and privacy feeling of the bathrooms was excellent. However, there was absolutely no feeling of any ventilation inside the bathrooms, though there were 2 loud machines at the exterior wall appeared to be exhaust fans. Not only it was unhealthy, but also in fact dangerous especially during these years. The skylight in the bathroom probably have made it worse because of the heat from the sunlight. I would say the temperature inside the bathroom at least over 90 degrees. It just compared to when I was in the attic of my house in summer. Adding to the unbearable heat, there was only very hot water in the shower. When I came out of the bathroom, I felt like I have just come out of a sauna room literally. Unless something have done over this, the highest ratings I could give to this campsite is 4-star.
I had stayed here several years ago. This place has one of the best views in the city. I also had the luck to witness July 4th Fireworks from the roof top. The staff was extremely courteous and helped us with everything for our stay.

Lived here for 3 years. Staff is incredible, never had a package stolen, and the neighbors are super friendly. You can walk to most downtown places, and the building is one block away from the I-395 entrance, so driving out of DC is convenient. 90% of residents are owners, so there is a strong community.

Beautiful clean campground with lots of room to stretch your legs. 54,000 acres with trails going all over the place. We came for the weekend and want to come back for a week. Turkey, deer and hawks all day directly in front of our camp site, we had read in reviews that you needed dedicated mountain bikes as the trails are soft, they are soft but the main roads would be perfect for beach cruisers and much easier to roam the campgrounds

This is the best managed building I've lived in. The management and leasing are great at communication. The staff and live-in super are professional, friendly and very well trained. Any issue I've had was resolved quickly and well. Any work request was submitted via the resident portal and followed up on the next day. The building is older, so one or twice one of the three elevators were shut down or no water for a few hours because they were repairing pipes, but advance notice was given at least 1-2 days in advance.

FYI many of the residents own their apartment or have been tenants for at least 2 years, which is why there aren't many reviews.

If you want nature and the beauty of wet and dry prairies in one stay....this is the place. Just a mile away from camping 🏕 are massive gators, different species of snakes. Just around and in the camping 🏕 area squirrels, bunnies, turkeys, Crested Caracara, all kinds of rare and beautiful birds. At night, the stars and Aneta are ripe for the watch. If you don't have a scope, your eyes will be fine. 24 hr round the clock beauty. You can't go wrong.

Amazing place to live. Great location and the staff here is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Amenities are good and building is in great shape. Walking distance to City Center, Chinatown, and Union Station; you're in the middle of the city but Mount Vernon Triangle still gives you a community feel.

Very little known site / area but worth the trip. Lots of great trails and no restriction for mountain bikers! Keep in mind there is a lot of sand here so much of the going is tough. Nights are totally awesome, key area for stargazers. Deer, gaters, herons are concentrated in the sloughs and fun in the evenings to watch the game come in. This is total peace!
Great building and friendly staff
