I ordered my son's corsages here for Homecoming & they were beautiful! I returned & ordered corsages for prom & was highly disappointed. My son put his girlfriends wrist corsage on & before we even took the first picture the main flower fell out & was on the ground (pic attached). She lost all but 2 of them while at the prom. This was obviously put together horribly! So disappointing for the kids & me who paid for them!

I want to share the wonderful experience that I had with Tropical Interior Florist. I live out of state and have been a floral designer for decades myself. Needless to say, I'm a bit picky on sending flowers. The staff catered to all of my particular requests. It was obvious that they care about the details and the products they deliver. Forty years ago I started sending flowers from Tropical Interiors to my mother and they were always beautiful. Now my family does the same for me and TI continues to send fresh and beautiful flowers . A wonderful and dependable florist and this year's Easter arrangement was the best ever ! My go to florist! I live in NH and have family in Florida. I have used Tropical Interiors on multiple occasions and they absolutely never disappoint! Their flowers are always beautiful and unique! And their customer service is amazing! When I ordered flowers for my mother after surgery, somehow the card was misplaced during delivery. The delivery driver called me, asked me what the flowers were for, went to the store, bought an appropriate card and asked me what I wanted the card to say. If that is not going above & beyond, I don't know what is. Thank you again for being a business I can always rely on!

My friend in Florida absolutely loved the flowers. She was impressed with the follow up call regarding the care of the flowers. I ordered the flowers from another state based on the online reviews. Excellent service and quality work. Highly recommended!

Long story short: turn around and leave if you see two guys in the shop.
I know nothing about flower and I wanted to make sure my cats are safe. I first asked whether the owner knows which flowers are cat friendly. He said he doesn’t go that far and I need to do my research. So I asked the guy in the back two separate times about the flowers I’m interested in because Im doing my research. On the third time, he said impatiently “don’t ask me again. Just tell me what you want and I will wrap it” I was like this doesn’t make sense because I want my cats to be safe. He went “oh so you want me to tell you all the flowers??” If you were gonna be so rude and impatient, maybe consider some other jobs please.

Ruby and Rust is a local gem! Full of kind hearted people, incredible finds, and the best plant variety in town! It’s a must see for anyone in the Orlando area!

Picked up this little cutie from Ruby/Rust, unfortunately two of the leaves died right away, I found that these leaves are just single nodes pushed into the soil but these nodes hadn't rooted.
I'm going to try and root them now, but I guess just check your plants before you buy. I love this little place but a heads up would have been appreciated.

It took me a while to leave this review because I know they work really hard. However, when I requested a wedding bouquet I was quoted $250 because of theflowers I asked for. I came back a week later and received the same quote and gave them a list of flowers and colors I wanted.

The bouquet was in fact cute but when I picked it up a 2 days prior, they left out all of the flowers I asked for expect one... I them asked them to add the main flowers I said I had to have. He told me, didn't we tell you we couldn't because they're so delicate, they'll just wilt away quickly... Then why didn't you tell me in the first place. They added them and I had to come back the next day.

My bouquet had daisy's and frickin' carnations in it and I wanted to scream. It looked like an Easter arrangement. I took it home that night and dismantled it and added overpriced flowers they had left to save it. Really disappointed and I think about how I should have spoken up more, every day.

Love the fresh look of this store. It is extremely clean and has a great variety..

These ladies are the best! Last minute arrangement needed with custom add ons for a VIP coming home from the hospital. Great shop for plants, pots and all sorts of other stuff! One of the best selections of unique pots and planters that I've seen in a while. I'll definitely be back many times.

I had to go visit my wife’s family and the only flower shop that was open was this one, they had a big selection for walking customers, and same day delivery. Prices were reasonable and the quality of the roses were excellent. Customer service was above and beyond, they really try to understand and accommodate, and arrange the flowers to your need.

I should have read reviews for this shop prior as I am having a similar experience with being charged and no delivery of the flowers. I ordered a delivery for a friends birthday and my card was charged but the flowers were never delivered. I've tried calling multiple times to no answer. Have left a message on what seems to be the owners personal cell phone, and no response. Disputing the charge on my card and do not recommend to anyone ordering from this business.

I should have read the last review that posted 3 months ago! They are doing the same thing to me ordered flowers for my mom bday 8/13/23 delivery time 3 to 9 pm no flowers were ever delivered, giving one more day will call cc and tell them of the fraud!! I hope you all READ THIS before ordering!!

This is long overdue-Stephanie did a stunning arrangement for Valentine’s Day with dramatic height, gorgeous colors, fresh blooms, bow and teddy as we asked. Absolutely wonderful!

Passed by today because I wanted to get a bouquet for a birthday. The bouquets were amazing and so were the staff. They had wonderful already made bouquets, but I wanted to pick the flowers myself and get a smaller one. Carlos set up my selection and even took the time to make it more aesthetically pleasing, by adding a couple more flowers to make it colorful which is what I wanted. The picture does not do it justice. It is beautiful and so was the wrapping presentation. Will definitely be back, can't believe I have not stopped by here until now. They go above and beyond, they even asked me if I was parked on meter to make the process faster if needed.

I ordered flowers to be delivered today 9am-3pm to legal group 7777 Figuerora and they have not been delivered yet they’re sending me to voicemail. They lied at 2:26 said they will be there within 30 minutes. They’ve took my money. They know that my niece been off work since 3 o’clock they could care less I’ve tried requesting a refund they’re ignoring all my responses. If I was you, I would not order anything from this company their customer service they have not updated on anything the customer service is horrible. This place is a scam.

I cannot recommend Loving Blooms enough! My son and his wife lost their precious dog, and I wanted them to receive a very specific kind of bouquet in memory of her. Lazarus and the employees at Living Blooms scoured Brooklyn to make my request happen. My son and his wife were blown away by the gorgeous arrangement they received. Lazarus even checked back with me after the flowers were delivered to make sure we were all happy with the results. Loving Blooms is my florist of choice in Brooklyn! Ten out of ten stars!

I have to share about this business and the absolutely outstanding customer service they provide. I have had the most beautiful arrangement of flowers on my desk all week for my anniversary. The lilies in this arrangement I have never seen before outside of a botanical garden. I called to order a plant for a house warming gift today and Mohammed was super helpful and friendly! I am out of town, and he sent photos of my options, so I could choose one I loved. All of the choices were beautiful! The ordering was easy and the service was excellent! Five stars!

Really great service!!! I ordered a day before and was worried it wouldn’t make it the next day, especially since my mom works in an office and I didn’t know the floor she was on. But lucky they found their way to her and she absolutely LOVED them! 5 STARS!

Unfortunately I cannot write a glowing review. I walked into Blooming Couture Flowers today 5/5/22 around 1:45 pm. I was interested in either an orchid or a jade plant. Their orchid assortment is lovely and I saw jade plants semi-hidden on the floor. Inside were three people: one gentleman at a flower table, a woman arguing about pricing and another gentleman. I made eye contact with the gentleman at the flower table. He nodded and continued making an arrangement. The discussion/argument continued with the person in the back and the lady waiving an invoice (or some other yellow paper). I listened to the argument/ discussion about pricing/competitor pricing for at least 5 minutes. Another customer came in behind me and asked if I was waiting. I loudly responded that, “yes, I was waiting and no one had acknowledged my presence.” The gentlemen in the back, being reprimanded by the woman with the invoice, immediately started towards the new customer who was holding a cactus plant from outside. The new customer indicated verbally that I was waiting and had been there first. The gentlemen looked at me and asked what I wanted. I said I was interested in the jade and he dismissively stated it was over there (indicating the floor where I had seen it). In the meantime he took the other customer’s cactus and started wrapping it while answering her inquiry about payment options. I asked him several questions about jade plant care which he answered while taking care of the other customer. The lady with the invoice continued her argument/discussion and the person at the flower table continued with his arrangement. I decided to walk out. While they have a wonderful selection of plants and vibrant flowers with very good pricing, I found their customer service lacking. Had the second customer not entered I doubt I would have been acknowledged. Work on greeting all customers who enter the store. If everyone is busy acknowledge the customer with a greeting and a phrase like , “ we will be with you shortly.” Do not keep a customer waiting for a long period of time without some sort of verbal acknowledgment.

Great customer service! I made the mistake of having flowers sent to my wife's job on a day that her office was closed. After attempting the delivery, Fresh Cut Wholesale Flowers called me and happily delivered the flowers to my wife in Tulare, at no extra charge! I appreciate small businesses that understand good business practices. I highly recommend these guys!

My boyfriend has bought me flowers from there for a few months and they've been consistently wonderful. They've made beautiful, healthy boutiques for us and I've always been flattered to receive the boutiques they have put together. I've added some pictures to show you all how beautiful they are. I ordered flowers online thru door dash. I called to ask a few questions because I live in Seattle. He was able to help me and change my deliver date to be more convenient time which after his hours online thru door dash. He sent me photos of the flowers when he was done and stay late waiting for door dash! I can not thank him enough!! Must order from here....pricing is amazing as well!!!

Lazarus did a PHENOMENAL job with my wedding flowers. I am actually convinced that he understood the vision for my day better than me! I could not believe how gorgeous my arrangements were and the glitter on the flowers was perfection!!! Even my groomsmen loved their boutonnieres. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for flowers for their special day or just because!

I’ve started to use local florists after the big services repeatedly disappointed with flower deliveries. I called this shop sight unseen, simply because it was nearby my home on the UWS. The price seemed pretty high. But let me say - although it was not the largest bouquet, it was the most beautiful one I’ve ever sent. The flowers also lasted longer than any others. I could not have expected a better product. Bigger is not always better!!

Great place and great service. Usually paid it no mind until another friend needed a last-minute flower arrangment made. The flowers were vibrant, fragrant and reasonably priced. I highly recommend for future flower needs.

Very surprised at the reviews saying good customer service. Could not get anyone to help or offer advice in putting a bouquet together for an anniversary gift. Was continually told to just pick out my own flowers and they would give me a price. Eventually gave up and went to another florist.

I ordered flowers 💐 for my mother’s 50th birthday! I ordered 50 roses pink ombre in the round box and it came out wonderful. She really liked it! Airrel was very helpful, easy communication and the delivery was on time as scheduled.

My sister and I ordered a spray for our brothers' funeral. The spray itself was beautiful and well done but the wire stand that it was attached to was not strong enough to support the weight of the spray to prevent it from falling. The wire stand kept bending and almost toppling over. I called Manual Ramirez, the owner of Fresh Cut Florist and told him about this. He said that he delivered the spray and hung around for about 20 minutes and he did not witness this. He refuted by claim saying that the stand was made of metal and wouldn't bend. Well, metal or wire, it did bend. I was not the only one that saw this spray almost fall. He needs to take a class in customer service if he wants customers to return. The young lady who took our order was very nice and helpful but her boss certainly wasn't. I will never buy from this shop again and I will definitely not recommend them to anyone.

Second Update: 2023 has seen this well-established UWS floral arrangement store get even better, if that were even possible. Frankie has refined his floral artistic arrangements by mixing and matching the freshest flowers and exotics for special occasions. Orchids last for weeks! See today’s amazing arrangement. Anyone contemplating ordering flowers or plants will be fortunate to patronize here. Again, highly recommended.

Update: it’s now 2 years later. Stores have closed on the UWS. No more Tumi, Brooks Brothers, and other stores that have vacated. Thankfully, Blooming Couture Flowers is going strong! Franky continues to turn out gorgeous inventive fresh exotic flowers and arrangements which last! Their inventory would have you believe there had never been a pandemic! Orchids, spring flowers, flowering cactus, dried floral arrangements, outdoor flower pots for planting, and more! Franky prepared an outrageously beautiful arrangement for a dinner party just recently that wowed all the guests.

My review of two years ago stands: “An Upper West Side gem for incredibly fresh flowers, especially unusual Phalaenopsis Orchids. Family-owned and managed, we have had orchids purchased here that last for months. Highly recommended.”
