Fresh Cut Wholesale Flowers

It took me a while to leave this review because I know they work really hard. However, when I requested a wedding bouquet I was quoted $250 because of theflowers I asked for. I came back a week later and received the same quote and gave them a list of flowers and colors I wanted.

The bouquet was in fact cute but when I picked it up a 2 days prior, they left out all of the flowers I asked for expect one... I them asked them to add the main flowers I said I had to have. He told me, didn't we tell you we couldn't because they're so delicate, they'll just wilt away quickly... Then why didn't you tell me in the first place. They added them and I had to come back the next day.

My bouquet had daisy's and frickin' carnations in it and I wanted to scream. It looked like an Easter arrangement. I took it home that night and dismantled it and added overpriced flowers they had left to save it. Really disappointed and I think about how I should have spoken up more, every day.

Great customer service! I made the mistake of having flowers sent to my wife's job on a day that her office was closed. After attempting the delivery, Fresh Cut Wholesale Flowers called me and happily delivered the flowers to my wife in Tulare, at no extra charge! I appreciate small businesses that understand good business practices. I highly recommend these guys!

I being a loyal client of fresh cut flowers for the last 12 years... I love their work. Their location is well organize and you have some many choices to choose from.

My sister and I ordered a spray for our brothers' funeral. The spray itself was beautiful and well done but the wire stand that it was attached to was not strong enough to support the weight of the spray to prevent it from falling. The wire stand kept bending and almost toppling over. I called Manual Ramirez, the owner of Fresh Cut Florist and told him about this. He said that he delivered the spray and hung around for about 20 minutes and he did not witness this. He refuted by claim saying that the stand was made of metal and wouldn't bend. Well, metal or wire, it did bend. I was not the only one that saw this spray almost fall. He needs to take a class in customer service if he wants customers to return. The young lady who took our order was very nice and helpful but her boss certainly wasn't. I will never buy from this shop again and I will definitely not recommend them to anyone.
