Visited this cafe and the experience is nothing but positive! The atmosphere is clean, the staff is exceptionally polite and friendly. Orders are prepared promptly, which is crucial. While my take on the food is subjective and it didn't quite suit me, taste varies for everyone in this matter. However, the cookies here are absolutely delightful! I recommend everyone to try them. Overall, the cafe deserves a rating of 10 out of 10. A great place for a pleasant time.

Smoothie great employees great. The heat is broken in the store and your employees are working in inhumane conditions. Same thing happened in the summer with the AC. Your employees should all be given paid time off and the business should be reported and fined. Shame on JP corporate. Also save your vapid copy/pasted reply and get it together before the law gets involved as it should

Smoothie was awesome and staff were charming and helpful. It is unbelievably cold in here, it’s uncomfortable to be here and it sucks to see staff in jackets while at work, huddled near a heater. Fix your HVAC or close shop, take care of your workers or look like a jerk.

So of course they don’t make Gill-Latés, so I had the caramel macchiato instead. Macy’s Herald Square is where the heart and soul of NYC is located. Even if the food is bad at this location like the other reviewers say, Macy’s will make everything go away!

I went this store for a salmon Bowl and it was miniscule on the other items outside of the salmon like two or three of the beans some rice a little bit of greens and the yams equivalent to maybe a teaspoon in measurement of all that for 15 bucks watch out for this store ify at best lose on the measurements for profit of plate. A rip off dish for sure.

Honestly the kitchen I would run would never do that. The customers will kill the business based in reviews on that type of food display and presentation especially when the menu shows much fuller dish than what's being given to the customer. Been coming to urban foryrs this store is the weakest of them in portions.

The food's good thank you for that.

I glimpsed at their seasonal menu and noticed the roast beef Swiss melt, featuring juicy slices of medium roast beef, a smattering of onion jam, and packed with just the right amount of arugula. The arugula was very fresh and flavorful, and the toasted ciabatta was perfect. If I had any criticism at all I would say it was a little too light on the jam and a little too heavy on the aioli, as it dripped a lot on me. It's more of a carry out place, but they do have a couple tables in the corners by the window. Overall a nice little stop for visitors and locals in downtown DC who want a quick, tasty bite to eat for breakfast or lunch.

The food was overcooked. We ordered takeout calzone, meat lasagna, and chicken wings, and each meal was overcooked. Meat and marinara sauces were watered down. We also decided to splurge on carrot cake and tiramisu desserts. That was a mistake too. Both tasted and looked like they were from the grocery store.

We will not patronize this restaurant again.

This place is dirty, they have mice roaming in the back kitchens and constantly have bugs/roaches out in the dining room. They were also very rude about it when bringing it, take your money elsewhere with better customer service and no sanitation concerns.

Healthy fast food only a few minutes from Amtrak and New Jersey Transit in Penn Station. I watched the cook who prepared my quinoa bowl with salmon. He was meticulous and the way he works shows that he cares about the food he prepares. It was delicious.

Ordered 16oz greenopical smoothie, and asked to change coconut milk to almond milk and exclude vanilla extract. I guess they charge service fee for changing the ingredients. For $12.28, it was okay smoothie - nothing special, bit overpriced.

My husband and I stopped by for a quick bite. We both agreed that the bacon, egg, and cheese croissant was probably the best we have ever had. We ate it immediately when we got it. The cheese was gooey and melted. The bacon was crisp. The eggs were fully cooked. The croissant was lightly buttered, flaky, and delicious. The sandwich was so good, I didn't even consider putting ketchup on it, like I normally would. Highly recommend a fresh bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a croissant from City Place Cafe!! 10/10! The staff were polite as well. Prices very reasonable too!

... It was so good, after one bite, I couldn't stop devouring it. Lol. The photo was an after thought.

Utterly disgusting coffee shop in what is supposed to be a prestige department store.
The staff are rude and lazy. Service without a smile!!. Coffee ok but food inedible.
As for cleanliness there is none. The bins are overflowing all over the floor with coffee and food waste all around. Nothing is cleaned after each customer.
Ok they may be short staffed but this place is a health hazard. In the UK this would be closed down.
Shame on the management of this establishment for allowing it to get to this state.
Avoid at all cost.

Probably the worst au bon pain I've been to. The floors were dirty, the trash was overflowing, and the cashier was trying to start arguments over anything the customers asked. It's a shame that such a beautiful store has such a poor restaurant.

I bought 6 juices and a soup at the store on 19th of September.
One of the juices I bought was expired on the 15th.
An expired product set on a shelf for 4 days before I bought it without realizing. Please spend more money on the stuff so there are people who’s job it is to make sure this doesn’t happen.
Every juice is 15$ and I did not enjoy throwing that out the window..

Worst cafe ever been to....not just the food but specially the service and management. I asked for just tap water after buying coffee and the manager asked the cashier to charge me for it....yes they wanted to charge for tap water to a paying customer! The manager was extremely rude saying its for the plastic glass....seriously???!!!!
After looking at other reviews here, wondering why does Macys allow them to stay there as it affects their own customers.

Visiting DC for a few days and having been disappointed by the hotel breakfast, we decided to head somewhere else. Found this place on Google and was heavily impressed! Low prices for the area, lots of choice, and very good food. Quick friendly service :)
This place is always there when you're hungry, whether it's for food or ice cream. The ice cream always draws a crowd and the sandwiches are fabulous!

If you’re closed you need to indicate that on your website, and turn off your delivery apps.
We discovered this hidden gem 8 or so years ago when we stopped in for an ice cream. Their ice cream is excellent but we soon learned that they had an lobster roll that is arguably the best around. Admittedly, the “best lobster roll” is a hot button topic but what out family likes about this one is that it has a light seasoning with fresh herbs and green onions and of course, a buttered and grilled bun. If you like your roll with a mayo dressing, this may not satisfy you but the light touch was appreciated by our family. Their other sandwiches are also quite good if lobster rolls are not your thing. The smoked haddock sandwich received high marks from our group. Our trip to Stonington is not complete until we stop here!

Holy Moly! Excellent vegetarian options. We were in the neighborhood picking up our campervan and getting some work done on it, and we ended up eating here TWICE in two days. We were so impressed. We got the tofu bahn mi sandwich (vegan), Californian, Bella Portabella, Mediterranean Bowl, and tomato soup. All were excellent, with fresh ingredients. We tried two cookies, nothing to write home about but they were fine.

first off the food was great it’s always great every time I go they always make it like the last time. My problem is that I went to order and a person I assume the manager was on her clipboard writing stuff down at the register area and she didn’t acknowledge I was there at first but then asked what would I like, I ordered a southwest and a drink. She asks if I wanted my receipt and I take it and walk away she continues to write on her clipboard. During the whole process I felt rushed and didn’t feel welcomed as I should’ve been. I get my order and they forgot my drink. No surprise since the manager was clearly busy doing temperature checks. I had to go up and get my cup and again the unwelcome demeanor was apparent. As a manager why are you on register? Managers aren’t supposed to be helping customers they worry about the flow of traffic and making sure customers are helped. I know she was busy doing manager stuff but she can always have someone else help me, I would’ve got a better experience. This place is good for a delicious bite I hope you don’t get a manager that worries about her work more than the customer experience. 🙃
Smoked salmon sandwich and Lobster roll were both incredible!

Great spot for quick, healthy sandwiches. Half sandwich is quite enough.
I found Green Blend looking for healthy meals to have before taking my long distance transportation in Penn station. I was surprised at the variety of the menu (açai bowls, quinoa bowls, warm grain bowls, wraps, omelettes and more! ) and found nutritious vegetarian options for around $15, with complimentary tap water. Since I entered the shop I loved the vibe of the music (a mix of bachata, Latinamerican hits, and 2000s pop songs) great to start the day energetically! The wall decorations were very soothing to look at when breakfasting. Also, Payment offers sending you the receipt by email, the toilet is inclusive.
Thanks a lot for the meal!

Manager who runs the place was at the cashier. Ask for a petite bread to go along with the salad, which they were the ones that told me at some point that it was included, she refused to give me the petite bread. Very nasty. She needs customer service training. If you're dealing with the public you need to be a little more tolerant and polite.
Great food, quick service, good selection of sandwiches, lobster rolls, and ice cream!

Taste-wise, it's chinese style ramen. I think for me, the ginger and bean sprouts are a bit too much. Will make sure to hold that next time I order.

Also I wish the broth was a bit thicker.

Got the spicy tonkotsu.

We were the first one arrive at 8. We were pretty much the only costumers and it took them 30 minutes to get our food. They did said at the beginning that it will take 10, but not 10. “The fruits for the acai are frozen” - so? Food was ok, omelet was fine but acai was too cold.
Very good place , and good food , I got a Turkey sandwich for $12 it was huge that I save the half for dinner . It is a small place but very popular
Get off the beaten path and away from the food trucks. A solid place for coffee ( varieties) and a danish or a breakfast goodie. Break the Starbuck's habit. It's just diabetes in a cup. And it's across from the FBI building. ( A lot happening there.)

This Urbain, café in Camarillo was a pleasant surprise. I knew there were several of these in Ventura County, but I did not yet get an opportunity to try, until recently. I ordered a tri-tip sandwich with the salad and a drink and I was blown away by the quality of the salad and sandwich; both in flavor and preparation. The cashier was very informative and guiding me to the right decision. I enjoyed sitting outside, but noticed the inside was very clean and would’ve been a mice option on a colder day. I know I need to try the location in Simi in Valley, to see if it is just as good. This being a family business, I’m counting on it.

This place was ok overall. The interior design is well executed, modern and lively. And service was good. But the food wasn’t amazing, just ok. If you’re going to stop here I recommend sticking to the quinoa bowls, they’re pretty good. But I got a grill chicken burger and sweet potato fries that left much to be desired. The “burger” was just a piece of plane chicken and the fries were limp and not crispy at all. But overall the whole experience was ok, so I don’t want to be too hard on them.

Very interesting. Like the "street" decor mixed in with traditional aesthetics.
Service was good, and quick. Didn't wait too long to get our food. Their selling point is that their large bowl of ramen is only $1 more. I was sold!!! But what ends up happening is it throws the meat:noodle ratio off. Both large and regular bowls come with three slices of pork. Just more noodles. Nice entry price point, but you'll need to spend extra money on pork to make it better. Otherwise though, the Tonkatsu Ramen's broth was good, and the noodles weren't too soft, had some nice bounce to their texture. Also, their large bowls are round, while their small bowls have a flatter conical shape --no easy!
Their Chicken Karaage was nice. Juicy, not over dry inside, but also very crunchy skin. Not bad!
Best of all, you can top things off with dessert from the Baskin Robbins next door.
The best yummiest homemade sandwiches!

Very Reliable! I've used this location for catering at work and they have been spot on! Food delivered on time and fresh. Friendly customer service over the phone when placing an order and upon delivery. They're in multiple cities, so if I need another location in a different city, I'm definitely calling Au Bon Pain! Thanks!
My review is based on order placed through door dash not directly through restaurant.

The Original Stromboli was hot, cheesy and flavorful. Stuffed with diced bits of ham. Not overly seasoned but just enough. It came with a marinara sauce that was slightly liquidity but still had that marinara hit I was looking for. Stuffed mushrooms were really good as well. Lots of flavor and cooked well with spinach. Can't wait to try more!

Small but clean interior. I’ve dined here many times over the years as this is the closest ramen place to my home that is enjoyable. They still offer their garlic and garlic press but you need to ask instead of it being available table side. Good food and service. The spicy tonkatsu is not spicy for me personally.

Great sandwiches - we had the haddock and the roast tenderloin. The sauce on the haddock is so ridiculously good that if you put it in a napkin, I’d eat the napkin!
Friendly service and great ice cream, too.
Came for the lobster roll but ended up loving the smoked haddock sandwich even more! Everything was delicious. We also came back a second time and got the pork sandwich which was also incredible. We’ll definitely be back!

Penne vodka sauce with 3 meatballs+4bags chips approx $21. Vodka sauce clumpy from cheese not properly incorporated, color looked close but not right and taste not even close thought of red cheddar sauce like from Mac N Chez. Meatballs small don't know how long kept frozen but doesn't taste like beef though didn't ask(mixed mystery meat). Kettle chips good price+taste. Maybe give their sandwich a try🤨 next time.
Delicious (and reasonably priced!) sandwiches. Great spot

I ordered the Aroma and the Meatlover's pizzas with a side of mozzarella sticks for a Wednesday dinner around 7 pm online. Delivery was fast. Once I received a text informing me that the pizza was en route, it arrived within 10 mins, I swear.

Both pizzas were so delectable that we ordered again the following evening. The crust is soft and light. Eating 4 slices feels like you are eating three. Eating three feels like eating two. The cheese has that deep, rich, baked taste that you might associate with a Chicagi style pizza. You can really see thr cooked, bubbling, cheese on my pics.

In general, my slices were bending downwards but the cheese was not sliding off. So, you can fold them at the crust to point and they were delicious. The sauce leans on the more traditional side of a good pasta sauce more so than the sweet Papa John's or mildly bitter Dominoes.

This locale has quickly slid into my number one pizza ordering spot.

I've been a loyal customer of juice press but not any more. I sat down to drink my juice with my husband after showing my vaccine card and the stor was empty the entire time. After about 15 minutes I was yelled at by two ladies behind the counter to leave immediately becuase there's a 15 minute limit. I understand if there were other people in the shop but there was no one. The rudeness of the staff is unacceptable. No customer should ever be yelled at. Done supporting this place.

Excellent local sandwich shop featuring a variety of local goods.

Sandwiches taste homemade, have quality ingredients, and are MASSIVE (good value for money)

Well worth if you are local or in the neighborhood. One of the best lunch spots on Henry Street.
The quality of the food has severely dropped since they opened. I used to love getting their wings, fries and subs. I've uploaded a picture of the wings and the fries. The wings used to be a good size, now they looked like they took a baby chicken legs and fried them up. The price and quantity is the same but the size has dropped. The wings aren't even as crispy as they used to be. The fries have been half cooked multiple times. The sub steak sub looks sorry as well, I see less than half meat, lettuce and tomato are dominent in the sub. This was all a waste of money at this point.

I used to love getting food from here, but I'm being forced to reconsider.

I came here to pick up a Too Good to Go order, and was given a sampling of food. I thought JP only did juices, but they do so much more. If you’re plant based or trying to eat healthier, they have soups, spreads, and meal items to choose from.

I enjoyed their cauliflower soup and the chocolate cashew spread I was given!
My favorite shop in Brooklyn Heights. You can get everything from the best coffee that Brooklyn has to offer, snacks, high quality chai, olive oil, and excellent sandwiches and chili! The owner is always welcoming and easy to talk to. This is my go-to spot for coffee, seltzer, kombucha, and sandwiches.

Hands-down, the best lobster roll in the entire state of Maine. I dream about these all winter.
店面不大,干净整洁,出飧快捷,價钱便宜,老板热情待客♥

I just experienced the best customer service probably in my entire life. Way to leave an impression on me Juice Press CEO.

I tried to contact Juice Press to find out if they would have a product at a certain location after not finding the product in abundance at another location... as a "gift" they sent me the amount I wanted to buy and more.. to my door which isn't near any of their Juice Press locations. The team in communication with me about the delivery was really nice as well. I'm not sure where to post this review but I do wish there was a central location to praise Juice Press for this type of customer service.

I also wish I had a better picture to post, such as the sweet delivery guy with the warm smile and the Juice Press truck parked across the street. Pretty cool. Thanks again Juice Press! You've got yourself a loyal customer. (My partner too- although we were pretty loyal before! ;)

They move u through the line quickly. Food is delicious. Tried the sandwich called "The Good Egg" and its delicious. You do need to be careful of how you eat it because it can slip out of the bread. They dont have a big variety on hot teas though.

Pretty good sandwiches. Large portions, affordable and clean. Had the chicken and the roast Turkey. Would try their soup.
The sandwiches are excellent.

A lot of different breads to choose from to prepare your sandwich, bagel or croissant. Different coffee flavors, fruits, bakery and soups. Prices are very accesible and it’s very centric, it’s near the museums.

Visited this place sometime last week of December, between 9am and 10am. The place have ample space, tables, and stand-in area.

Customer Service: The staff looks friendly, and they are nice, nothing wrong with the team

Food: We ordered their soup and half-sandwich menu item. We like the sandwich and soup. We have tried Chicken Noodle Soup, Chicken Florentine and Chicken Vegetable Soup. All 3 were superb, very hearty, tasty and delicious. The same goes for the sandwich, the bread tastes great and fresh. They also offer coffee which is freshly made.

Place: Ample space for ~20 people . Several tables are spread around the area, not too noisy, and clean. It is also bright, have enough natural light, and looks nice.

They are in great location, I like it, very easy to visit by foot or other means.

Price: For the serving size and for the taste compared to other food shops in the area, it's reasonable and affordable. I understand that it's DC but I paid about ~$8 for each soup and it's a fair price. Planning to go back again to this shop!

Great sweet spot to seat in or outside. The venue was well lit and I love the trendy branded color. A very nice setup of both seating areas. The attendant was nice and provided timely service. The danish and chocolate chip cookie were fresh, soft, and tasty.
