I recently broke one of the plastic blind pulls that were installed over 6 or seven years ago. I called Budget Blinds and received 2 replacements several days later free of charge. Now that's what I call service!
Nick McLaughlin was great to work with. He patiently let my sister and me sort through the huge sample of wood shades and helped us make a decision. Installation was on time and fast. He and his partner cleaned up completely after the work was done. My sister and I are so very pleased with our new blinds.

Easy-peasy process once we decided on which of the multitude of options and colors would be best in our master bedroom and bathroom. Love the blackouts and the fact that they open from the bottom AND the top. Highly recommend Budget Blinds. 👍🏼
Recently had a shade's cord malfunction. Brought it to Binds to go where the previous owner purchased it. Was able to get it fixed/replaced within two days. Received excellent customer service. Very happy.

I moved to this area in 1996, and bought a home in Bridgewater. I purchased all blinds n shades n window treatments from Blinds to go. I was very happy with their service all was perfect. Fast forward recently after so many years the shade in one of our bedrooms broke. I brought it back to see if it could be repaired. The sales person was Donovan. He could not of been any nicer! He looked me up in their computer, my purchase history only went back to 2001 so most of the window treatments were purchased prior but he took care of me regardless: He had the factory make a new shade at no charge said I had been a loyal customer. Tell me that’s not exceptional! In today’s world with customer service not like it used to be, Blinds to Go totally took care of me and I will remain a loyal customer in my years ahead.
Donovan was our sales person. When my husband and I arrived he immediately approached us, but not in a pushy way….in a helpful way. He explained to us all the styles of blinds and gave us multiple quotes. Good, better, best. We took a sample book home, went back and placed our order. He explained everything to us with every step of our order. Within a week our blinds arrived. Picked them up, put them up and LOVE them. We are very pleased with the blinds AND with the service we received from Donovan. We recommend him highly! Thank you Donovan!!!!
The measure and install was perfect and the installer was wonderful. However one of the 3 blinds was cut too short so he needs to come back Friday to replace it.
I could not be happier with the service Celso provided! He educated us on different styles of blinds and shades and made sure we were happy with our final order. Celso was amazing and we are so so grateful he was able to help us!

One of the most egregious insults in a shopping experience that I’ve ever had. After spending $1000 on custom blinds they are delivered with holes in them. And to make it worse whoever built these blinds thought it would be a good idea to put tape over the holes. And this was sold to me and installed as NEW. Are you kidding me?!? In what universe is this acceptable. I just did a remodeling in another property I own and need even more window treatments, but I can assure that Blinds To Go will most certainly NOT be an option if this is how they believe business should be conducted. In this instance I wish zero stars were an option.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with BlindsToGo. Not only did they keep pushing my delivery, but they also delayed the installation of half of it due to missing parts. Both draperies purchased are the same fabric, one pushed to now (missing parts, not installed) and, to make matters worse, they've pushed the delivery of the second one to November. Despite having my full payment for months, there has been no resolution in sight. This level of disrespect for a customer's time is unacceptable. They don’t let me cancel the orders nor give me a discount or proper answer. I will not be purchasing from them ever again and recommend you look for another place.

We had an awesome experience working with Nick from Budget Blinds. He helped us think through what window dressings would work best in each room and was able to get everything measured, ordered and installed in a very timely fashion.
The Calico workroom did a lovely job however my installation experience was not done well at all. The draperies are rumpled, wrinkled, uneven at the floor. The installer whined about wanting to retire (he’s been “trying” to quit for 6 months and they won’t let him), that he didn’t want to climb a ladder, that his steamer wouldn’t work, that the workroom messed up etc etc.
Additionally, the “designers” are really just computer input workers. They lack the design experience and expertise to properly advise.
I would NOT recommend using Calico because even if the draperies end up well constructed, they will look terrible.
I have to have a different installer come out and re hang these, and they may need hemmed because they’ve been hanging at the wrong angle and the fabric is now lax.

I bought a top-down-bottom-up blind for our bay window. The service on ordering, calling to confirm measurements, and pickup were all great experiences. The factory tracking showed that I would get the order a month later than we got it, so that’s a plus too. Happy to be able to see scenery up high and not our neighbors below and have more privacy in the house. Thank you.
We love our new blinds! Only Budget Blinds was able to design, deliver and install exactly the product we wanted. Our Top-down-Bottom-up woven shades bring both texture and privacy to our main room. Worth every penny spent!
This budget blinds Norwood location is one i want to specify. The owner, Nick, took great care of me when i reached out about blinds that needed to be replaced. Then he handled quickly handled a few additional rooms i wanted to. Customer service 10 out of 10. And i love the blinds of course
I have a pair of Italian Rococo chairs that needed a more modern look. While the demand for the work of Calico is tremendous and there will be delays, they are maestros with fabric, texture, and working with delicate antiques. I highly recommend them.
What can I say. If you need interior design reupholstering this is the company look no further. The selection of textiles is beautiful and can only be upstaged by the staff. The sales people are wonderful and attentive. But the crown jewel is the manager. Upon entering the store Keisha gave me a warm welcome. She introduced me to the sales staff showed me around the store and even it may recommendations for the types of textiles I should be considering. In this day and age good customer service is a hard thing to find. They are well worth it
The staff were great to work with. Both Amadeus N’Doeka and Ari Corbett explained features of various blinds. Ari was great with color advice and finalizing the order. Installation was quick and professional. Installer was polite, came on time within designated timeframe , called before coming, and was fast and accurate. Overall great experience.
Horrible customer service. Rude and uninformed. They didn't even take the chance to understand what I was looking for in my home and were immediately intimidated by my 17 feet ceilings. I have seen OTHER budget blind companies accommodate this request. When asked if we have options for pricing and utilizing other vendors for the actual drapes fabrics, they outright just declined working with us. Absolutely rude, I will never go back to this business or recommend them to our friends/family in the area.
Beautiful fabrics. Excellent workmanship. Poor customer service. They rarely answer the phone at this location. And voicemails are ignored, necessitating sometimes multiple trips to the store to try to resolve the simplest of questions. Although there are always staff on hand, they refer all questions to the store manager, refusing to even look up your account information in their system. If the store manager is unavailable, they'll tell you she'll call you back. She doesn't. And when the store manager is there, she promises to follow up with you (always "next Tuesday'") and then doesn't. We've been trying without success to resolve an issue with an order we placed six months ago, finally resorting to calling corporate for help. I've been a loyal repeat customer, spending thousands of dollars at a time at this location. But it's time to take my business elsewhere!
This is such a lovely store! I stopped in here recently while walking around downtown Homewood. It has a very opulent, luxurious feel inside and the furniture is so exquisite and unique. They also sell NEST home fragrance products which I absolutely adore! I purchased a wall diffuser and fragrance pack and it smells divine. They also had these gorgeous Christmas decorations all around the store -- very elegant and glittery little trees and garland!
The staff is lovely and some of the nicest people I've dealt with in a shop in Alabama. This shop would not typically be in my budget for furniture. So, even though I only purchased a diffuser for my house, the staff treated me with the same kindness and friendliness as all the other customers. That speaks volumes to the customer service and pride that they take in their store. Go check it out!

A few months ago, I married off 2 children only 4 weeks apart, and I wanted to redecorate before all our guests came to join in our celebrations. The measurements were perfect. The installation was perfect. They look amazing. We can't recommend Budget Blinds of Norwell enough. We weren't sure what we wanted yet on the remainder of the windows but we will definately be using Budget Blinds of Norwell to do them.
Thus far I have been having a great experience purchasing my first custom drapes for my new home. I worked mostly with Laura but when she wasn’t available I worked with Ada. Lastly, I was able to complete my order with the store manager Keisha she was very attentive and wrapped everything up for me. I am patiently awaiting my install and so excited to add the finishing touches for my room.
Paul has worked with us on 2 houses to find the perfect blinds and flooring for each. We have been very happy with both the products and the service we receive from Window Accents. I hope we don't have a 3rd house in our future, but if we do, we'll go back to Window Accents again!
We had some issues with our blinds which were purchased by a prior franchise owner. We reached out and connected with Mark and he did the right thing, and got the defective blinds replaced at no cost to us. We will definitely be reaching back out to him when we are ready to upgrade our window treatments.

Absolutely wonderful! I listened to Bob's commercials for years and finally decided to make the call. From our first meeting my experience with Budget Blinds has been amazing. My home is 100 years old and each window is slightly "off". You'd never know it. The plantation shutters have transformed my home! Dave who came to do the install was right on time, very personable and a true craftsman. My shutters are perfect. You would never know the Windows are all slightly different. Truly appreciate the great job that Paul did replacing my old window coverings with Hunter Douglas Duette shades. Window Accents and Flooring had previously replaced the coverings on my downstairs' windows and measured the windows upstairs at that time. They kept these records, I was able to order over the phone, and the shades were installed the day after they arrived--all in less than a week. These shades look beautiful, the service was great and I couldn't be happier!

Chose Calico for reupholstery they did a fantastic job. Very pleased with the result! Fabric selection runs from basic to lux, and pricing clearly presented. Pieces delivered on schedule. Sales staff was very knowledgable. Store can be overly busy on the weekend so plan accordingly.
Went there this weekend looking for fabric to cover some cushions. The gentleman working was extremely rude and condescending. He emphasized they were an interior design shop, and that everything must be ordered. The gentleman in the back of the store measuring fabric was very helpful and pleasant, but all we saw in the front was this man who felt it was more important for everyone to know about his 12 years of experience and he didn't have time to work with someone who was looking for fabric to "do the job myself". We went in to "Patricks" around the corner, and was told not to ever order anything from Calico corners because all their fabric was seconds and poor quality. I say this because I would have been fine with seconds, but was lead to believe this was the highest quality merchandise and that I didn't belong in this type of store. We spent over an hour in the store and no one ever approached us or offered to help us; thus we didn't know as we were looking at the bolsters of fabric that we wouldn't be able to buy a few yards while we were there until we approached the rude "sales clerk". Very dissapointing compared to the wonderful customer service and pleasantness we experienced in all the other stores in Old Town Alexandria
