Blinds To Go

Easy-peasy process once we decided on which of the multitude of options and colors would be best in our master bedroom and bathroom. Love the blackouts and the fact that they open from the bottom AND the top. Highly recommend Budget Blinds. 👍🏼

I moved to this area in 1996, and bought a home in Bridgewater. I purchased all blinds n shades n window treatments from Blinds to go. I was very happy with their service all was perfect. Fast forward recently after so many years the shade in one of our bedrooms broke. I brought it back to see if it could be repaired. The sales person was Donovan. He could not of been any nicer! He looked me up in their computer, my purchase history only went back to 2001 so most of the window treatments were purchased prior but he took care of me regardless: He had the factory make a new shade at no charge said I had been a loyal customer. Tell me that’s not exceptional! In today’s world with customer service not like it used to be, Blinds to Go totally took care of me and I will remain a loyal customer in my years ahead.

Donovan was our sales person. When my husband and I arrived he immediately approached us, but not in a pushy way….in a helpful way. He explained to us all the styles of blinds and gave us multiple quotes. Good, better, best. We took a sample book home, went back and placed our order. He explained everything to us with every step of our order. Within a week our blinds arrived. Picked them up, put them up and LOVE them. We are very pleased with the blinds AND with the service we received from Donovan. We recommend him highly! Thank you Donovan!!!!

The measure and install was perfect and the installer was wonderful. However one of the 3 blinds was cut too short so he needs to come back Friday to replace it.

I could not be happier with the service Celso provided! He educated us on different styles of blinds and shades and made sure we were happy with our final order. Celso was amazing and we are so so grateful he was able to help us!

Working with Amy and Donovan were great! They took their time with us and showed us all different styles and fabrics to help match our decor. The shades were ready in less than a week. We would highly recommend Blinds To Go.

One of the most egregious insults in a shopping experience that I’ve ever had. After spending $1000 on custom blinds they are delivered with holes in them. And to make it worse whoever built these blinds thought it would be a good idea to put tape over the holes. And this was sold to me and installed as NEW. Are you kidding me?!? In what universe is this acceptable. I just did a remodeling in another property I own and need even more window treatments, but I can assure that Blinds To Go will most certainly NOT be an option if this is how they believe business should be conducted. In this instance I wish zero stars were an option.
