Dr. Jara was attentive. He explained clearly the objective of each test. He helped me sort among the available options for hearing aids. I recommend him.

Hearing Life in Arlington is wonderful. The hearing aides we have stopped working and Miranda got us right in. The problem was human error and Mr Jara set us up with an easier system to change the filters that worked better and was must easier for my husband to change. Have been going here for awhile and always happy with the customer service and the medical information for use of the hearing aides.

The best! Always very attentive and professional. Had a hearing aid that stopped working. Replaced the battery for less than the price of one on Amazon. Reprogrammed both and tested. In and out in no time.

As I have previously said, there should be two rows of stars for rating Hearing Life - the first tier for the audiologist Teresa, five stars for Teresa, who is outstanding, and probably deserves six stars.She continues to be the ONLY reason I continue doing business with this company. I cannot say enough about her professional demeanor and positive energy. She Carrie’s the organization. Miranda, her admin, is also a star in her own right. The second set of stars should be a two for the overall seediness of the surroundings in which you’re being served. The facilities are truly dismal. You feel like you’re in some back alley, illicit medical office. Not a real uplifting environment. If it wasn’t for the absolutely stellar audiologist and her high degree of professionalism and care, I definitely would find another provider.
Also ZERO stars for their absurd phone screens; you can never get a real person to speak with. Ridiculous.

The staff at HearingLife were both prepared as well as friendly. A combination that is rarely found today. Despite the complex insurance benefits, they have a real understanding of the guidelines and were confident in what is possible.

So happy we made our appointments with Hearing for life. Dr. Kulsar was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained every step of the hearing test procedure and answered all of our questions. We never felt rushed.

We are so happy with these hearing aids. You have such amazing control at your fingertips through the APP on the iPhone. You can basically make changes on your phone for such things as background noises so that you can focus on a conversation.

While I very much appreciated what I experienced during the hearing test as well as what the audiologist had me experience in regards a hearing aid I was unfamiliar with… I was promised a $30 Gift certificate for this appointment which I didn’t receive prior to leaving & no mention of whether I would receive it later?
If I do receive it, I would, of course, change to 5 stars.

It was a very professional experience. The audiologist seemed to know what he was doing and was informative.

My only disappointment was that he said he would call and let me know what the result was vis-a-vis my insurance and that didn't happen. So, it leaves me uninformed as to the result of the visit and to my possibilities of knowledge of the outcome.

Ataliya Yocheved Shlomit was born here, we received wonderful care. My birth plan was respected, except for where it conflicted with hospital regulations. I do wish I was able to move around to help manage labor pain like they allowed me at GW hospital in DC with my previous daughter. We did have a hiccup when the pipes burst over our bed, the nurses came immediately, and moved us along with all our things to another room. I was also provided cloth diapers once they knew I was cloth diapering. We visited GMBC from June 6, 2021 I til June 9th, 2021. I was allowed to labor naturally with monitoring. It was a challenge not being able to manage my labor pain like I wanted and them not allowing me to deliver my baby in a position that was comfortable for me. On my back and sitting up is definitely not the best way to labor. For that reason I wouldn’t go back. The main reason I chose to give birth here due to low c-section rate, which for that main reason I am glad I chose to give birth there.

Good, responsive follow-up service makes this an effective outfit. I’ve had no problem getting an appointment and my needs met. The aids are a help, especially in crowded, noisy environments.

I went to Elise Ney for a hearing test. She fitted me with a hearing aid and had me back several times to tweak it. She was extremely helpful and responsive to my concerns. I would highly recommend her services.

The staff at HearingLife of Lorton are very welcoming and accommodating. Audiologist and hearing specialist both gave proper guidance on choosing the hearing aid that best fit my mother with profound hearing loss. Front desk staff is always very kind. We look forward to getting good service in future as well.

My experience with Spring Valley Hearing Center and Dr. Ney has been truly outstanding. Every step of the process was clearly explained and professionally performed. Questions and concerns were immediately addressed. She recommended hearing aids that have improved my life tremendously. I'm only giving this two stars because everyone was nice and friendly. Came in with leg and ankle swelling. No dvts but urgent care was also concerned that it may have something to do with my heart. They didn't even do a blood workup, echo, or xray of my heart. The doctor that I saw seemed like he was in a hurry and diagnosed me with leg swelling and told me to follow-up with my pcp. I will not be going back to this hospital.

Probably the best audiologist overall I’ve ever worked with. Very professional, knowledgeable, experienced, very proficient and efficient in programming. Excellent customer service from the standpoint of appointment scheduling and billing as well.

Dr. Kreidler is a caring and attentive practitioner with whom I felt instantly comfortable. She takes the extra time to listen to all of my issues, however small, and addresses them expertly and with compassion. Would highly recommend!

Dr. Kreidler is a consummate professional. I was concerned about my first experience at an audiologist (because my ears are a point of personal embarrassment for me) but Dr. Kreidler flawlessly guided me through the entire appointment. It was an enjoyable experience overall and Latrice was a gem at the front as well. Can’t recommend enough—might even pop in to say “hi” to the team just cause.

Being told I was going deaf was really hard to hear. Thankfully, a friend recommended Dr. Kreidler at Audiology Associates. So many other medical providers are tone-deaf to the concerns of their patients. Doctor K heard me out and found the right device for my lifestyle. The best thing about new hearing aid is being able to turn it off when my wife comes in the room. I have never had more peace and quiet.

You should meet Elise at Spring Valley Hearing Ctr when you decide to meet an audiologist. Elise is both professional and interested in you as a person. She will evaluate you in an unrushed manner, give you ample time for questions, and help you in deciding what is best for you. Highly recommended.

I went to Audiology Associates for a baseline hearing exam with Dr. Kreidler. It was an excellent experience! Dr. Kreidler was very thorough and explained what each test measured and how it worked. She also made suggestions for protecting my hearing going forward. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this practice!

Through no fault of their own, I’m sure, the software that allows registration and appointment confirmation online does not seem to cross over to the receptionist’s side. Checking-in is frustrating.

Dr. Kreidler is a patient and thorough clinician. Once in her care, the appointment goes very well, and I felt comfortable and had good communication.

As for billing, be aware that any adjustments to hearing devices are billed to the patient, not insurance. However, a repair that I was charged for, Dr Kreidler did arrange to refund after she confirmed that my devices were still under warranty. I appreciate her honest business practice.

The services I received at Spring Valley were excellent.
Test instructions were clear, concise, and administered in an efficient and personable manner. Test results were clearly explained. A course of action was discussed in a helpful manner with the result that I left the appointment with a sense of useful direction.

First time going to an ear specialist, and what a nice experience! The atmosphere was very calming, quaint, clean, quiet, and professional. LaTrice, the front desk/patient care coordinator, was outstanding and made me feel right at home. She even went out of her way to make some coffee since I'd come extra early and was going to be waiting.

I had Dr. Kreidler, and she was fantastic! It is great when your provider takes her time and cuts no corners during the examination, all while talking you through each step and proactively educating you in the process. She was also very easy to talk to, and I never felt rushed when asking her follow-up questions, all of which she answered with ease.

It was a great first visit, and I highly recommend Dr. Kreidler and the team to anyone in the area!

Hearing Life were the best for me to get service to solving my problem. I Thank them for their Professional and knowledgeable about how I can get help. AllCare found my problem on my first visit. I had been to an Urgent Care, my Primary Physician and was diagnosed with Vertigo and no one ever checked my ears. Everything was okay with the all test showed negative. My right ear had a lot of buildup of wax. AllCare flushed and removed a nice sized lump of wax. I appreciate the professional service and the quick quick response to help me .

Speaking of price, the first audiologist I visited used high pressure tactics to persuade me to purchase a hearing before l left his office. His over-riding goal was to make an on-the-spot sale.

In stark contrast, Elise’s primary goal was to first carefully assess the state of my hearing issues and then to recommend a hearing aid that would be best for me. She informed me of the pros and cons of different products.

Elise merits high marks fort follow-up. She takes the initiative to make sure that my hearing ability has not changed and if there’s a change, to determine whether adjustments need to be made.

Pardon the humor— I would give Elise a rating of 10 on the Bo Derek scale. 👱‍♂️

I dont really leave reviews but I had to leave one I recently gave birth to my 3rd baby and u was so skeptical about a hospital birth again because my first was in the hospital and my experience with L&D nurses was terrible why I chose my second at home which was amazing and I loved however pcs in with the military last min in to pregnacy didn't gave me much option no one was taking me me because I was too far along however at 36 weeks I decided to go to er at upper Chesapeake cause I was having some pain and contractions went 2 more times after that and my visit was horrible 💔 and last min I decided to switch GBMC and it was the best decision I made they L&D nurses was amazing u could tell they love there nurses they listen to me when I told them everything and I admire them for that they were four nurses in particular Karen she took over from the. Night nurse I can't remember her name for the life of me but she was amazing especially when I was like this is my 3rd and when I push that button and say baby is coming please listen because I will gave birth soon she prep the table right away she related my msg to the morning nurse which was Karen I think was her name when I push that button Karen was with a patient but the other nurse came in she was about to check me but I said no because baby is coming in next contraction I just knew it by time she went to door to call Karen baby was out but her response to running and attending to me and my baby and the rest of nurses and doctors was phenomenal i felt safe onto my post partum recovery jullian and Mariah was amazing words cannot describe how I was so thankful for them taking care of us they were really good listeners and GBMC is lucky to have them I would recommend them a million times for L&D in Maryland thank you guys so much hope this help and sorry for long review .

Elise Ney is an outstanding audiologist. She is knowledgeable, always available, and helpful. She doesn't push hearing aids but helps her patients make the decision and choose the product that is best for them.

Cut my arm needed stitches waited 3hours 40 minutes still not scene. Hospital staff very rude and seem as if they could care less. When ask about time they longest wait time was 6 hours. Went elsewhere stitches in and out door in 40 minutes. I always regarded GBMC as good hospital but I’ll never go back. The staff was the worst I have ever encountered with. I know it was a small cut but it was swollen and concerning to me Wow very disappointed. Bill Streett

This is one man office and very tiny. I would advise people to only arrive closer to their appointments. Street parking is available but no assigned parking. Overall experiences were good, but since only one audiologist available with no assistance, it was a bit of frustration with my case with insurance. However it did get resolved while I was there and mission completed. I do recommend this place. They are very personable and will work with you to accommodate your needs. Staffs are young and their maneuver with newer technologies are much smoother than others experienced so far.

If you need a hearing test in DC area, just go this office to meet doctor who helps the best to receive the most accurate result of your hearing ability.

The One Star is For the Two E.R. Nurses that helped me keep my sanity when I was having a panic attack over fear of a C.T. scan. As far as the E.R. Dr. Michael J.Santiango you can go Stuff yourself!! I use to say GMBC was Better than all Maryland Hospitals, But not anymore!!! I was in pain from my I.V. complained of Numbness in my legs and needed help but because I refused my C.T. scan( I had a bad experience) he rudely said I was abusive to his staff and threatened security on me. Oh only after telling me that I may have a blood clot in my lung and if I refuse medical care I could go home in die.

Flexible with early morning appt time. No hard sell to buy the latest and greatest, but clear comparison of technologies available. Personable and straight forward. I have worn hearing aids for 30 years and am always anxious my hearing will be worse on each evauation - the doc was personable, professional and caring. Really nice experience. Happy with my purchase.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and was scheduled for surgery in a timely manner. Dr. Stone, and Dr. Samara are fantastic doctors who are highly skilled and compassionate. The front desk staff have always been quick to address questions or my concerns and have provided me with a positive experience every single time. I highly recommend this fantastic team! 5+ stars! Joe has been supporting my now 92-year old father since he moved to the D.C. area in 2016, and I've had him check my hearing as well. With my dad, he clearly presented a range of options and prices on hearing aids, carefully explained how to use the ones we selected, cheerfully took numerous followup questions, and visited to make sure things were working right. Since then, he's promptly visited Dad to make adjustments as needed. I've never seen him be less than extremely courteous and pleasant. For me, he did a thorough hearing test and explained clearly and answered my questions. Obviously I recommend him wholeheartedly. He's particularly sensitive to the needs of older people, but he'd do a great job with people of any age.

I called Joe Miller to inquire about getting a new charging cord for my Resound rechargeable battery charger since I got bounced out of Tri-Care since I did not opt in for Medicare Part B when turning 65 (retained company health care coverage). Since Walter Reed could no longer service my needs, he’s now my guy. Superb customer support and responsiveness. Highly commend.

I was in need of a part for a hearing aid for my father. Mr. Miller ordered the part even though he was not the supplier of the hearing aid. He was very quick to respond to all communications and I never had a problem meeting him at his office. When the part arrived (sooner then predicted) he sent me a text to let me know it was available and I was able to pick it up the next day. Even though my father lives out of the area, I intend to bring him to Home Care Hearing Aid Services the next time he is in need of service or a new hearing aid. Great Experience!

I met with Dr. Wagner to discuss my hearing loss. She did a complete evaluation and explained in great detail, and answered all of my questions. Dr. Wagner help me select the hearing aids for my active life. Three months later, what an improvement, and I am not even aware of my hearing aids. The customer service is outstanding, I wore the hearing aids for a week and came back for adjustments. Dr. Wagner also offered to help with syncing the hearing to my iPhone and other devices. Great staff and excellent service!

I've been hearing impaired since I was 4 years old so I've been to many Doctors and Audiologists throughout my life. I didn't know anything about Cosmetic Hearing Solutions but I booked an appointment for a hearing test here because it is close to my office. I expected the visit to be very routine and that we'd start the long drawn out process of figuring out my next pair of hearing aids. But that was not the case.

Dr. Gustina went above and beyond to take care of me. I was fitted with new hearing aids that day. The hearing test itself was quick and easy. He then took the time to talk me through the results so I understood my hearing loss and where I was struggling. I've never had an Audiologist be that thorough. We then went through my options for hearing aids and programmed a pair for me to try out. He made sure I was comfortable with them and understood exactly how they work. It's so nice to get the attention and information I need.

I also appreciated that we were able to do this all at once instead of having to drag it out through multiple appointments. He wasn't just trying to rotate patients in and out. He was giving me the quality care I needed.

I was reffered to Cosmetic Hearing Solutions through a program offered by my insurance plan. I have wanted hearing aids for a long time, but didn't realize how badly I needed them until my exam. I have had them now for a couple of months and it's amazing what a difference they make. Markus was very thorough, explained my type of hearing loss and fit me with the aids that would work best for me. They have continued to follow up with me and are very responsive to questions I have. My quality of life has improved 100% and I am very happy that I found them. I highly recommend them to anyone dealing with hearing loss.

The Doc is great and the hearing aids make a huge difference. Hearing loss, usually, is gradual, and you figure out ways to get along as you go. But wow, it's amazing what I have been missing. The hearing aid is actually not noticeable unless you actually look for it (and who goes around peering into the inside of other people's ears). The batteries are not expensive at all, I take them out before I go to sleep so I'm not wasting battery life. The only issue I had at first was in my right ear - which is much more heavily amplified - would produce static during heavy wind, but he was able to make an adjustment. All in all, I just wish I had done this years ago.

I've been to Cosmetic Hearing Solutions twice and both times, Mark and his staff were courteous and knowledgeable. Mark is very informed on new hearing aid products and services and the hearing exam and ear mold procedure went smoothly. Mark was quick to explain the process and answered my questions thoroughly. Mark suggested new ear molds that made a world of difference. I've had hearing aids and exams over the last 10 years and I chose Mark as audiologist after moving to Virginia with no regrets. Also, his office was very quick to schedule my appointment and see me when my tubing cracked recently. I recommend them!
