I had my daughter's quinceanera there on June 30th. Everything was just beautiful. Words can't express how memorable it was.
They took care of everything and were in contact with me at all times. Our Coordinator Liliana was wonderful. Fernanda and Maritza were very kind and professional. Thank you Chandelier and thank you guys for recommending our amazing Choreographer Brandy Lopez. He did an amazing job at teaching the kids all the dances and helping at the quinceanera. We love him. Me and my husband had our wedding and reception at chandelier. We could not have found a better place. From planning to actually going through the event was nothing but amazing. We live out of state so we had a destination wedding! With over 85-90 guest. Food was great decorations was breath taking. The DJ we love him!!! He kept the party going. Do not hesitate to book them they are awesome!

Attended a wedding here recently, they had a very nice layout of everything from the dj, to the bar, clean restrooms, delicious food, very nice security staff, decor and the large chandelier that greets you at the front we really enjoyed ourselves. Only issue we had was AC was not fully functional. We were stuck in a room with at least 100+ people and even with staff trying to relocate large fans blowing constantly in attempts to properly ventilate area, we were still sweating most of the night. Would return to this venue but under better conditions.

We had our daughter’s quinceañera at this venue and everything was perfect. From the beginning we were helped by Marina and she explained all the details. We didn’t even bother going to another venue to see what other places would offer. This venue is super helpful and understanding. If I could repeat my daughter’s quince I would and for sure this would be the venue again. I also want to thank Liliana our coordinator of the main day who made everything go so smooth and perfect. Liliana made sure our daughter was treated like a princess. Overall we were so happy with the service that I recommend

The most gorgeous place to have your daughter’s 15añera or any Other event. My girl felt and was treated like a princess. Everything went smoothly. The coordinator, servers, and staff were excellent and extremely attentive. Will definitely recommend, and have future events.

Chandelier banquet made everything so beautiful and everything was planned out perfectly. I would recommend anyone that’s doing a big event to do it there!! Thank you sooo much my daughter and niece had the best time and enjoyed every minute of it they made them feel so special . ❤️❤️

Our wedding was probably one of the best nights of our life! EVERYTHING was amazing and went so smoothly. Our coordinator Judith was so awesome and made sure we stuck with the program, our DJ was also fantastic and kept our guests on their feet. It was so magical and even better than we could have ever imagined. My guests also kept mentioning how amazing the food was! I wish I remembered our servers name but he also helped us at the linen appointment and food tasting, so I was really glad he was our personal server for the wedding because he was always on top of things and making sure we were good. It did get a wee bit hot but I felt like that was just all of our body heat from dancing. Thank you for having us Chandelier, and creating such a memorable wedding for us that we will cherish forever.

Be mindful when booking this venue because of their ongoing air conditioning issue. I recently attended a wedding reception here and while the space was decorated beautifully, the air conditioning wasn’t cooling the room; we mentioned it to the staff and was told it was running fine. It was very warm and became nearly unbearable once the space was filled with guests. This was less than ideal for a wedding and even more so in the desert summer heat.

Event space that van be rented out within the gardens.

There for our granddaughter to appear in a play. The chairs shown in the picture are still in use and the plastic backs feel wobbly. None broke but I didn't feel like I could lean back. Admittedly, that's a minor complaint, but it affected the whole show.

Nice hall, clean. Dorms aren’t the best obviously cus it’s college. Don’t know why they need a review for this but yea just an average dorm building.

Great place for a gathering, it has a stage kitchen and plenty of bathrooms place is clean and well-kept.

I love the university/dorm atmosphere. So friendly.

Absolutely horrible dorm.

-No air conditioning
-No elevators
-Laundry machines don’t work (as of right now)
-Roaches in the lounge
-Only one lounge in the entire building, which has four floors
-TV in the lounge doesn’t work
-Every dorm door slams obnoxiously loud
-Was built in 1963, hasn’t been updated since

Two people on the first floor lived above the boiler room. Their dorm room was at least 10 degrees hotter than all the other non air conditioned dorms. You couldn’t stay in there for longer than 30 minutes.

The one positive is the location relative to the rest of campus.

It’s only my second week here and I do not recommend that anyone live in Chestertown. If I had known that being in the ETE Scholar’s Program meant I’d have to be in this bad of a dorm, I wouldn’t have chosen to be in it.

My daughter lives here. While it is one of the older dorms on campus, I really like it. The building is well maintained and seems close to many of the amenities on campus.

Beautiful venue. Attended a wedding here the ceremony was outside and the reception inside. Beautiful property all around.

It's a pretty average dorm. There's AC and door to shower which is neat, but nothing is particularly nice.

Very quaint, yet beautifully functional facility

The food is ok, it would be better if they had a larger pool for variety of diets, like vegetarian or vegan. But for $9 getting to eat whatever you want while your there isn't too terrible. I wouldn't recommend it or boast about it and will get tiring if you eat it daily, but you know when your hungry everything taste good. The place overall is wide and kept decently clean.

The people talking about Honors hall are essentially a kind of evil you will never see any where else. I believe that the strongest proposal listed entails food marketing that sets children up for healthful lives by teaching them the habit of eating real food. Something that I feel isn’t fully attended to, especially in schools across the country, would be the re-evaluation of school meals. Development of good eating habits at a young age could potentially reduce ailments like early-onset diabetes, obesity, etc. Fundamentally, instilling habits like these in our youth could change the landscape of American eating habits in the long run.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE UNLESS ROACHES ARE ON YOUR GUEST LIST! I recently spent a year planning my wedding at what I thought was a beautiful venue! So it took me by surprise on my wedding day when my guests started complaining about roaches. I was shocked! They were climbing up the walls, floors and in the kitchen. The later it got the more that would appear! I contacted Annie first thing the next morning. She did not answer. Nor did she return our call! We left for our honeymoon and I happened to be in my emails checking for our reservations and she had emailed me back instead of calling stating she knew there was roaches and never once mention that before we gave her our money! She offered me $200 back on top of my deposit and I felt like it was a slap in the face. I’ve invested time and money into the biggest day of my life and felt completely embarresed! I wrote her back that $200 was not nearly enough and it has now been over a week and I have not received a response or my money back! I am deeply disappointed that my day was tarnished by the lack of respect they had in informing me of their infestation!

DO NOT USE THIS VENUE !! I recently attended a wedding at this location. THEY HAVE ROACHES!! While the venue is beautiful and historic they had roaches crawling up the wall! When we reached out to the venues coordinator after the fact they admitted they knew of the roaches to begin with. When spending thousands on a wedding location you would NEVER expect to see a roach crawling up the wall during your vows. Utterly disgusted.

roaches abound! We had our daughters baby shower at this place and there were roaches everywhere... you would shake the curtain and 3 or 4 would fall out on the floor and scurry around. We put all of our personal stuff up on a table and didn't take anything home... yuck!

It's actually not that bad. Its air-conditioned, has a kitchen, decent sized rooms, and two lounges. The location is okay, minus having to make the little trek to the diner, which gets tiring. It's close to eppley too, but doesn't seem that close when you have to walk in cold weather. The only major complaints I have are the fact that there's no elevator and that going up and down those stairs just to warm water or something is tiresome.

VERY BAD BUSINESS THEY GIVE YOU THE WRONG INFO HUNGRY FOR MONEY

This is an all you can eat buffet place on Adelphi University's campus. This past semester they have worked hard to remodel and revise their food selection and it has been successful. At this location you can have anything from your typical American food staples to a favorite international dishes...You can now take food to go or place an order a head of time. If you are an Adelphi student and have a meal plan it is one meal swipe and if you are not the cost varies from breakfast, lunch, and dinner ranging from 5.50, 8.15, and 9 something. The only down side is they close shortly between each meal time to change out the food selection.

Cute dorm area with plenty of other students so you don't feel lonely in addition to chat rooms with your friends.

The ASU front desk us always helpful, and the Dining Hall is always a funky fresh mix of new and old entrées!
