Older building but has a/c and is pretty nice.

It's actually not that bad. Its air-conditioned, has a kitchen, decent sized rooms, and two lounges. The location is okay, minus having to make the little trek to the diner, which gets tiring. It's close to eppley too, but doesn't seem that close when you have to walk in cold weather. The only major complaints I have are the fact that there's no elevator and that going up and down those stairs just to warm water or something is tiresome.
